The Words We Choose

A beautiful member of our human family has reminded me of the importance of our words.

I’m over 50. My use of the language reflects the atmosphere I spent the majority of life in. The circles I ran in rarely spoke in a manner that was sure to be understood. There were constant misunderstandings and arguments. (I’m sure many of you can relate).

This is the First Year of Illumination for GAIA.

We must speak in a manner that is inclusive of all members of the human (and otherwise) family. Our galactic brothers and sisters are just as valuable as every single human being on this planet. They are here, helping us liberate life, and GAIA, now.

I vow to put forth more effort into ‘thinking before speaking’. I will do what is necessary to alter my speech to be inclusive, rather than separatist.

The last 17 years have been quite a challenge for me as I woke to, and became accustomed to, the reality that the unseen is very real, as are those who inhabit these spaces, and the tactics some of them use to manipulate minds.

My compassion levels have risen exponentially.

The media will tell us that we are war with each other, they will tell us of those who lack the mental prowess to be socially compatible with each other. They will tell you this in the hopes that you will prove them right.

Please note that the ones speaking of privilege, are the privileged. The majority of any one people is not that special when it comes to housing or things. The ‘leaders’ want to flip it so there still remains division between the people … between us … the worker bees.

Please consider ALL life before you buy into the speech of privilege and abuse …. Do not allow them to narrate the reality of our lives together.

Only one thing will turn this around and make it right …

Unity.

Not blame.

Not a shifting of polarity.

A UNION of polarity, a meeting in the middle … for the benefit of ALL our lives, for all of our incarnated (and from beyond) brothers and sisters.

The media will consistently and constantly remind us that we are not whole. They will give us someone to blame. They’ll watch as our triggers are flipped and people respond to their hate speech.

Taking control of our mind is crucial.

Turn off the liars and their putrid broadcasts.

Listen to your heart, it speaks the truth.

Try not to let your mind be triggered … there are far too many people out there now working to be sure that our minds will never be free. We’ve got to stop swallowing in the tragedy and start building our new future … together … As One.

Soul Groups

There are 2,135 Soul Groups upon the Earth at this time. Each Group has 144,000 Monads, each Monad has 12 Oversoul Souls that split into the duality of male-female upon entering into the 3D form.

You, as either male or female, are that Part of God, which is One with All That Is, to experience, individually, all creation in its diversity and wonderment.

The purpose of duality is to understand Light and Darkness in fullness of Creation. You, as an individual, have God, both as Light and Darkness. You choose what you will experience in the Now moment. Your life reflects those choices.

If all of the universal truths and knowledge were made known to your finite human minds at one time, rather than gradually, your finite human minds would blow a fuse.

Therefore, Spirit gives us all we can handle and once we integrate these into our consciousnesses, further truths are revealed to us. This is a never ending process until we once again reach the state of perfection.

Question: What about souls that get trapped by the negative beings at the time of death? Can they choose a next life task to learn or will they come back not knowing what is happening? I heard souls get trapped in here without getting the chance to meet their guides at the point of death.

Answer: They will be released when the earth ascends to 5D.

Question: Can you tell when the Ascension will happen? This year?

Answer: Personal ascension can happen at anytime, it depends on the individual. The collective ascension will most likely begin around December 2020 and continue in phases and same with the ascension of Earth.

The Lovers To Avoid While You Are Healing

Those who limit you to or judge the shape your body takes, the way it moves, the way it feels, the way it looks.

People who project their insecurities or fears onto you and are often facing a new trigger or issue.

People who cannot hold your no, your s*xuality, your boundary, your hurt, or your truth.

People who condemn your values, choices, s*xuality, needs, desires, boundaries.

People who do not know what their values, choices, s*xuality, needs, desires, fears, or boundaries are.

The perpetual child-like partiers drowning their emotions and depression in drugging/s*xing, etc.

Those spiritually bypassing their feelings and using crystals, gurus, as the primary way to enlighten self and grow.

The ones who give their energy/attention/affection/trust to other lovers/potential lovers, when they are triggered by you.

The ones that you often experience their emotional absence, when you are needing support.

Those who are unwilling to get help or do their own personal work, requiring difficult emotional labor and standstills in your intimacy.

You need not avoid those that have been through trauma
or heartache
or loss

These are not signs that anything is wrong.

In fact, those that have been through the most loss are often the most incredible lovers, if they decide to lean into the dark, explore it, shine light onto it, instead of ignore it or hide it away.

Because you deserve to explore the dark together with someone who will never make you responsible for their healing. Who will bring to the table deep value through their own healing + self-awareness and mastery.

To getting what you need and deserve, and letting that in.

Caddisfly Larvae as They Build Aquatic Cocoons

For years the artist has been collaborating with the tiny insects, providing them small aquariums of gold, turquoise and pearls that the the larvae readily use to construct their temporary homes. Regardless of how creepy crawly you might find the insects, it’s impossible to deny the strange beauty of the final product, tiny gold sculptures held together with silk. Encountering them void of any context, one would assume they were constructed by a jeweler.

The Best Gift Of My Life ~ Semper Fi

Yes, having my father in my world after many years of not knowing him was a great gift, one I will cherish for the rest of my life.

For 17 years I’ve been in battle, a battle for my soul.

I am tired, and yet invigorated, for I received the most precious gift last night from unseen forces, by an aspect of the masculine.

The message was, “Semper Fi, just remember that.”

I did not know what it meant, so I asked google, the every ‘reliable’ source.

Semper fidelis [ˈsɛmpɛr fɪˈdeːlɪs]) is a Latin phrase that means “always faithful” or “always loyal”. It is the motto of the United States Marine Corps, usually shortened to Semper Fi.

They have taken notice, and given me my current, most precious gift. They have empowered my hope that good will prevail over the chaos makers.

They have let me know, without doubt, that I am not alone in this battle.

I will love them forever, for this is exactly what I needed in my world during these moments, where chaos is intensifying, and suffering increases.

If you are suffering mentally, know that there are warriors in the unseen (and seen) who see your struggles. You are not alone, you are seen, heard, and cared for.

The war is real, and you are NOT crazy.

Remember that.

Get You A Good One

Get you a good one that will love the woman in you.

The part of you that can look at him and THAT IS IT. He MUST have you then and there.

The part of you that can hold him when he needs to be held.

Even when he doesn’t think he deserves it.

The part that helps him surrender to you. He cannot help himself.

The part of you that can remember who he is, when he forgets.

Get a love that will not be able to get enough of your brilliance, your mind, your truth, your understanding, your opinion.

He will trust you.

He will go to you. With all the nothing and somethings.

He will long for you, any hour of the day.

No matter what you are wearing. Especially when you are gently undone.

Get you a good one that will not only love the woman in you.

But will love the child.

The way you look at him and he can feel that he’s holding your heart.

The way you trust him, to step in and help you, when you’re not too sure what to do.

The way you fear. Sometimes for no good reason at all.

The times you do not even really know what you need, you just know that you need him there.

The part of you that needs to be reassured, reminded that he’s not going anywhere.

That there will never be anything that comes close to you.

He can make you soup and rub your back and put you to bed.

Will not punish you for your softness, but will encourage you to go there with his easy smile.

Find someone that loves the fierce woman in you and the sweet child. Will not be afraid of any part of you, but get to know it well.

You get to feel what it’s like to be wanted for all that you are.

Always.

Deliberate Mind

Even during trying times there is so much to celebrate. Family and friends, the sounds of loved ones voices …

There will be a time in our lives when some of us pass and we can’t talk on the phone or see each other anymore. So I hold it dear in my heart every day we get this blessing.

What I am learning … don’t hold grudges, it only hurts you. Put roses at the feet of anyone who has hurt you. You’ve learned something when you can do that.

Set boundaries. It’s not mean, it’s good for everyone and their mental, physical and spiritual health.

In trying times watch your thoughts, voice and postings. We are all connected. Don’t put out hurtful or negative things even if you’re in that space.

Pray.

You are the amazing lightness of Being.

You are Love Unconditional at your true core.

Don’t be petty, be BIG in LOVE.

Don’t be afraid, be curious.

If something overcomes you, don’t beat yourself up. Love yourself through your struggles.

Life is a gift. We don’t know for how long so make the most of it … every second.

And finally, YOU are AMAZING!!!!

I love each and everyone of you so much because despite how we feel individualized I truly believe we are the Oneness of everything beautiful.

Probing Of Our Thoughts by Spirits

Question: Can spirits see everything we do?

Answer: They can, becaue you are constantly surrounded by them. However, they can only see those things on which they focus their attention, because they do not busy themselves with matters to which they are indifferent.

Question: Can spirits know our most secret thoughts?

Answer: They frequently know about that which you would like to conceal from yourselves. Neither actions nor thoughts can be hidden from them.

Question: So it is easier to conceal something from a person who is still alive, than to do so after the person has died?

Answer: Certainly, and when you fancy yourselves in absolute privacy, you often have a throng of spirits by your side, watching you.

I can attest to the truth of the ‘throng’. I prefer to call them voyeurs, although that might be seen as a bit derogatory. You see, I’ve been aware of my “in crowd” for some time. They try to influence decisions, they attempt to coerce me into a certain ‘belief’ about them so they can attain some sort of ‘agreement’.

If you notice your thoughts tend to be on the darker side, and you also notice an abundance of karma in your life, you may want to consider what you are showing the unseen as to who you are and what you are about.

We gain what we give.

Always.

Be aware … you are never alone, even when it seems you are.

No thing goes unseen or unnoticed.

We ought to try and remember this when we choose to behave certain ways. It will be returned to us.

And we’ll have earned it.

Questioning the Sacred

All beings are RNA / DNA coded.

Humans … we are so arrogant, we assume all other life form has no communication skills.

That we are the only intelligent life on the planet.

They believe that Unity is strictly belonging to the human race, that they do not have to consider all other life, that somehow, it does not matter.

This is the true cause of all destruction.

The disconnect to life.

The lack of recognition for the sacred.

So Many Distractions

This lack of focus affects the whole.

Creating chaos energy will never bring peace.

Be at peace with your choice …

And nurture it so it becomes its full potential.

I think it is clear that the shiny thing that attracts loses its luster after a time and then the next shiny thing comes along …

Easily hooking those with lack of clarity and commitment.

Or maybe Alice is harboring all them wascilly wabbits, doling them out as needed for distraction.
