They’ve been doing it for decades. This is how they become powerful. The more light they steal… we’ll, you get it. It must be retrieved and returned to the children trapped on another frequency level. Thieves have it figured out … but they are being uncovered.
Meditate on bringing the truth to light, the retrieval of, and return of stolen kryst light to original holders, the children and all others tortured and brutalized for a ‘few’ to maintain power.
I have roommates, two of them. One roommate in particular does not to pick up after himself in the kitchen. I’m constantly riding him about cleaning up when he’s finished.
Last night he warmed his leftovers. He offered to share, and I partook.
Later, I went into the kitchen to see pan and cookie sheet with food on them still on the stove. I hollered at him, “you going to clean up and put dishes in dishwasher?”
Several hours went by. I went to kitchen and dishes were still on stove. For a brief moment I was irritated and then I thought, wait a minute.
This man cooked dinner. He shared it with me. And then I hollered at him to clean up the mess?
Wow.
I saw myself clearly. What an ungrateful wench I was behaving as! How dare I allow him to cook, partake in the meal, and then expect him to clean.
Am I a queen?
Well … yes.
Which is precisely why I woke him up and apologized for this unthoughtful behavior. How weird that I didn’t even notice what a twit I was being.
It’s these things, these habitual spoutings off without really thinking.
Aahhh coming fully conscious isn’t always pleasant, especially when you see the patterns which need altering.
This goes for all humanity. We get into patterns, habits, and then from there, we determine all other patterns are somehow faulty.
Wrong.
Acceptance is a difficult thing. Especially when we are used to always “being right”.
Own it.

Great suggestion to reverse karma of hoarding necessary supplies. Be a blessing, not a sore.
Please….to the people that have bought up all the TP, hand wash, paper towels and milk. Walk down your block, go to someones door and ask them if there’s anything they may need. Then OFFER FOR FREE what you have, if they don’t need it fine, move on next door. Just don’t do this one time, one house, keep going, give some of that up. Walk around several blocks, get in your car drive to a different part of town where it might look like other’s may be in need of help.
I bet ya what, It’ll make you feel better for doing the wrong you did in the first place. You don’t have to know the people you help, you may even make a new friend or two. In times like this, people help people, neighbors help neighbors, and as for color, THERE IS NO COLOR IN THE WORD HELP OTHERS.❤️✌️

Today a young woman I know
is busy spreading fliers with her number
through the neighbourhood
So that the elders may have someone to call on.
Today Churches, Synagogues, Mosques and Temples
are preparing to welcome
and shelter the homeless, the sick, the weary
All over the world people are slowing down and reflecting
All over the world people are looking at their neighbours in a new way
All over the world people are waking up to a new reality
To how big we really are.
To how little control we really have.
To what really matters.
To Love.
So we pray and we remember that
Yes there is fear.
But there does not have to be hate.
Yes there is isolation.
But there does not have to be loneliness.
Yes there is panic buying.
But there does not have to be meanness.
Yes there is sickness.
But there does not have to be disease of the soul
Yes there is even death.
But there can always be a rebirth of love.
Wake to the choices you make as to how to live now.
Today, breathe.
Listen, behind the factory noises of your panic
The birds are singing again
The sky is clearing,
Spring is coming,
And we are always encompassed by Love.
Open the windows of your soul
And though you may not be able
to touch across the empty square,

I know no one wants to hear this. But it’s the reality and so you need to face it. The deeper you go, the harder they attack. This is why you must tend to your practice every single day. And KNOW that the attacks are because YOU POSE THE BIGGEST THREAT TO THEM.
I mean honestly. Do you really think they’re going to waste their non infinite energy attacking someone who poses no threat? Can we get real already. EVERY TIME YOU GET MORE OF YOUR POWER BACK THEY WILL ATTACK YOU HARDER. DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF. YOU AREN’T DOING ANYTHING WRONG.
It’s because of this that they have programmed you to stay on the surface. Because that surface layer definitely poses no threat. They hide in the deepest waters. BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE THE TRUTH THAT WILL DESTROY THEM IS. THIS IS WHY YOU MUST GO THERE.
Even if you can’t leave ur home make sure you are still going outside and especially make sure you are connecting with the sun. The more we are indoors the weaker our connection with the sun gets and we need it at full strength now.
For example the more we are outside and connecting (especially spiritually) with the sun, the less effect chemtrails will have on us
Have you been rushing along, living from one moment to the next without thought or care? Have you failed to notice and acknowledge all that you have achieved and accomplished? Stop. Take a moment to pause and reflect upon all that has happened and all that is happening. See how you have grown. See all you have succeeded in accomplishing Acknowledge and delight in your journey and understand how it has played a part in creating the you who lives in the present.
You will not achieve the outcome you desire if you are unwilling to act upon your intentions. It is not as simple as wanting something to happen. You have to make it happen, and to make it happen requires that you be willing and ready to do whatever is necessary no matter the sacrifice. For everything you desire, you must give of yourself in return.
You have place. You have purpose. You are special. Do not change who you are just so others might accept you. Do not dishonor your truths by allowing someone else to tell you who you must be. Change made just so you got the expectations or social criteria of a clique or group does not go out you. You do not need to change in order to belong. You are a blessed child of Gaia and Great Spirit and belong simply because you are.
