A child who wasn’t able to emotionally develop, becomes the adult who: takes everything personally, is highly defensive, & struggles to voice what they actually feel.
HERE’S WHY
Our emotional development happens beginning at birth & through childhood, where we learn: how to identify and regulate our emotions.
Emotional maturity comes from this process.
In order to learn this, we need to be modeled it by a parent figure.
If we’re raised in a home where we are parentified (made to be the emotional caretaker for a parent), where a parent is too busy or overworked, or where a parents rage or emotional instability runs the climate of the home— we don’t get to emotionally develop.
The sole focus becomes staying safe in the environment.
So, we cope with hypervigilance.
Hypervigilance is the attunement to the environment. Meaning, we sense everyone else’s emotions or shift in facial expressions or behavior.
We know when a parents mood is going to shift & how that will impact us, when we might be blamed or shamed, or when a parent might withdraw from us completely (ie: the silent treatment.)
We learn & adapt quickly to caretaking the emotions of those around us. Or managing those emotions the best we can as children.
Sometimes this is mistaken as empathy— it’s not.
It’s a survival mechanism.
Long term hypervigilance creates nervous system dysregulation.
We become high reactive to those around us because we’ve learned that people are not safe & we must defend ourselves.
Everything feels personal, because at one time in our lives: it was.
With our awareness on the external, this leaves little time for self awareness, self reflection, or emotional regulation.
The result: we are emotionally immature.
Unable to know what we feel, how to express it, or if it’s even ok to feel what we feel (many of us have been shamed for our emotions: “stop being dramatic,” “don’t be so sensitive” “man up.”)
In earliest years we were made responsible for adult emotions.
This is never the role of a child.
They mean to overtake the human bioform with AI. They’re already implementing it in the body … it isn’t conspiracy when it’s factually stated by the White House. You know if they’re telling you they “need to”, they already have.
There will be major alterations in your life. These changes are occurring due to your seeking to improve your life in all respects. Your wishes and optimistic assertions support these changes in life.
You have the blessings of the Guardian Angels and Divine Forces for these modifications and you can count on their continuous help and assistance.
Many positive things are about to happen in your life.
Pay attention to your thoughts. Positive thoughts will bring you great things, while negative thoughts will only bring you down and destine you for failure.
The past should not worry or burden you. Leave the past and focus on your future.
Forgive all who have wronged you and forge ahead with the peace of mind you deserve.
You have amazing qualities that should not be boxed in.
Open your eyes and see the people who truly love you. Be open to falling in love with the people who make you happy and fulfilled.
It is time to be courageous in all your actions so as to get rid of the fear that takes over your life at times. Start doing things that make your spirit free.
When life deals you a hard blow, do not fall and fail to get up. Every time you fall down, you should be able to get up and face whatever challenge is coming your way with courage and wisdom. You will achieve success in life if you do not give up easily and when you put negativity aside.
Use your abilities and talents to make the best out of your life. Good things do not come easy, so you have to work extra hard for them.
You should not forget that all your thoughts and actions have an impact on the type of energy you attract. Live a positive life and positive energies will be your portion.
Learn how to pray and meditate so that you can communicate directly with the Divine Realm.
Angels are fully supporting you and helping you go through significant changes in your life. You should be ready to face any obstacles on your way to completion of these transformations as they are for your own good in the long run.
53 is a prime number and has no divisors apart from itself and one. Based on symbolism, this number signifies release. This is release from the fear of the unknown, and that of failure.
Your destiny is in your hands, so to make the best of it, you need to take control of your life. Focus on the things that build you rather than the things that bring you down. Cut all negative thoughts out of your mind and focus on everything positive. Positive thoughts attract positive energies from the Universe.
Let no one tell you what you are supposed to do in your life if it is not from the Divine Realm. Live your life the way you know how and to the best of your ability.
Great changes are about to take place in your life. You should be ready for these changes and adapt to them. This is the time to leave the past behind and focus on what the future holds for you. These changes will be positive when it comes to your career and other aspects of your life.
Remember, in every failure there is an opportunity for success. Do not let your failures define you but instead grasp them and use them to make a better future for yourself.
The struggles you now face will enable you to appreciate all the hard work that you put in to enable you to achieve success, prosperity and abundance.
Every challenge that comes your way only makes you stronger.
Strengthening your character will push you forward, and you will be able to appreciate even the little things in life.

I saw this post elsewhere and thought someone would think this is a great idea
“I’ve seen many posts asking about storing empty jars. So I’m sharing the wisdom of my grandmother. She taught me this in the 1960’s and I have been doing this ever since.
These jars are not sealed as this is water. It is clean water that can be used for washing or for consumption. If you are concerned about stored water, remember, IT’S WATER. You can boil it before consuming it. As long as your source is safe, the water should be safe.
These are my ‘empty’ canning jars. If you notice, they aren’t really empty. They are filled with water. My grandmother always said that an empty jar takes up just as much space as a full one. NEVER put an empty jar on the shelf. If you don’t have anything to can or store in it, fill it with clean water.
This has come in handy many times.
In February 2021, here in Texas, we had a deep freeze. We were without power and water for about a week. We kept warm with a fireplace and blankets. For water, I had my canning jars. Even the small 4oz jelly jars had water in them. The stores were out of bottled water, so no one could get any for over a week.
I had some neighbors who knew I had jars full begging me for my water. I had shared this wisdom nugget and been ridiculed for it. I see posts in other groups and videos saying to stock up on bottled water. I’m doing what my grandmother said. I’ll keep my empty jars full of water.”
