The Situation: Trust in the Unknown ~ Trust that your path is unfolding exactly as it needs to. You have a personal relationship with the Great Father. Know that he is lovingly leading you forward.
What You Need To Do: Stand Your Ground ~ Hold firm to what you believe in or are focusing on, because it is absolutely right. Know that Heaven and Earth are supporting you.
Many folks, myself included, like to think we are all “love and peace” … bringing light into the world by being kind, when we feel like cussing someone out. And yes, this helps in tremendous ways we cannot even fathom currently.
What do you find yourself doing in the astral, in your ‘dream’ states? Are you dreaming light and fluffy? Or are you in shadowy places? If in shadow, do you allow your shadowy side of polarity to flourish, or are you also attempting to bring light there?
It is the same. The various worlds are indeed differing realities of this life, equally needing balance.
If, while in shadow, we cuss and fume and tantrum (as I experienced for a moment last night) then we add to the darkness. This does not bring light to shadowy places. Learning to control our behaviors in the astral is just as crucial as learning to be moderate in our responses in our waking moments.
You may be experiencing more shadowy dream states these nights. The worlds are merging, and our responsibilities increasing.
We can see by the chaos in the world currently that folks are either unaware of the merging responsibilities, or they are not trying to bring light to shadowy situations … out of control additions to chaos … claiming the whole while, in many cases, to want peace. Blaming the world for the darkness they themselves contribute to.
I get it, I really do. Sometimes our triggers are flipped in such surprising swiftness the ‘reaction’ takes over before we get a chance to think. ‘Responding’ in an effective and beneficial manner impossible in these moments … which is exactly why our triggers must be investigated, evaluated, and absolved of the unconscious power they have over us.
If we truly want peace, like I feel the majority of us do, then the change must begin inside us, inside the WE that make up the whole.
Eyes wide open, both in the waking world, and in the sleeping (or astral) … intention for peace must be sought and garnered, gathered and strewn about with as much love as we can muster.
Trust me when I say I am no expert. Why, last night a woman told me there was no ‘out’ for me in the shadow realms. I flipped out and called her the ‘C’ word … the one word I really do not like (training from youth, you know) … anyhow, I took the candles off the table and headed for the outdoors in shadow land, where a kind hearted fellow embraced me while I calmed down.
The thing is, I’m in process of researching my triggers, here and there. I intend to master myself in both realms, rather than being mastered and manipulated … I will do the manipulations … of self, for I have no desire to manipulate others.
I think of the look on that woman’s face as I exploded in trigger mode, and I wonder how it must have affected her. I am responsible for that … and my truest desire is to learn to respond with love, or at least a calm demeanor which allows me simply to say, “Thank you for your input, have a nice day.”
Oh, these worlds we live in and are responsible for. They are beautiful and horrifying at the same time.
Dwelling on light is my intention, yet a wise woman once said, “The brighter you are, the darker you are also.” Bringing that beautiful light to our shadows is the goal, at least it is mine.
Should all people consider for a moment the absolute HUGENESS of this, and other realities, we might stand a chance at actually bringing heaven on earth, peace to all lands … here and there.
May Source (whatever name you give it) be with us in these days, these moments, and assist us in the navigation of Self while we learn who we are and what we truly are made of, help us to bring the light into our own shadowy spaces so we may help others in the world do the same.
One of the best remedies for overcoming the sadness that you feel concerning where the planet and humanity is at, is by doing your part in bringing kindness, compassion and care in any way you can.
You may think you’re too insignificant to make a difference however every kind gesture of service that you offer can be of huge benefit to another.
Today is a day to focus on justice. Justice, fairness, equity – all of these are aspects of the balance of the universe. I do not need to enforce justice, I do not need to decide what is just. I do not worry about what I think is unfair. I keep myself balanced and deal with everything and everyone around me in a just manner, and allow the energy of the universe to maintain balance.
I have quite the active astral life. Most of which I have absolutely NO understanding. The learning process is one in which my own misunderstanding causes judgement to rise … judgement which I am in practice of releasing.
This world and the life it holds is all I have to compare these otherworldly experiences to, and often I believe I misinterpret what I see and experience … yet, perhaps this too is a misunderstanding.
Maybe life on and in all worlds is basically the same, only on different evolutionary paths or levels. This is what makes it seem so different, for many of these patterns are no longer seen in this world, in these times.
Think of the canine … the wolf and the coyote.
At one point in time (and still in certain areas and circumstances) these would eat us in a heartbeat, we would have to defend ourselves, set traps, and outsmart them in order to not be food for them. Nowadays, for the most part, the canine is our friend and companion, we’ve bred and trained the beast out of them.
When visiting other worlds, it is the same. Untamed territory, prehistoric beliefs about sacrifice and appeasing the gods, protection and defense, protector and defender.
We still have the mindset of protector and defender here in our current scenarios. But do we truly understand the meaning of defender vs protector?
If someone or something attacks me or those I love, I defend. But what if I threw the attacker a bone, a nugget of choice to distract and satisfy its primitive behaviors and needs? What if I did that instead of kicking it, or trying to kill it? What if, instead, I worked toward making it friend?
A difficult process when understanding is lacking. Even more so when the effort to understand is completely left at the wayside and combat embraced and utilized as the go-to for survival.
We see today, in the USA and indeed the whole of the world, people coming against each other.
Warriors who fought for peace, when in fact they were taking the ability for peace and freedom from others. The mind was trained to believe a certain thing, the body trained to endure it … yet we see many veterans who cracked … because it is not natural. The subconscious, the inner psyche knows it is not right to kill or maim in an effort to bring peace.
It is an absolute contradiction which tears the mind apart, or deadens the heart.
We have veterans now who are getting ready to step up and defend against domestic terrorism … orchestrated by the string pullers, the jar shakers, those who control life from behind scenes.
Many people will be harmed, simply because they lack the willingness to hear, in a peaceful way, each other …
Rather, they are being steered into battle.
It is important to remember that where attention goes, energy flows. That which we focus on grows.
Yes, some are destroying life as we knew it. The water wars are beginning now, as wall street prepares to trade water rights …..
So what is the solution?
It seems obvious that governments must be deconstructed and reconstructed as a unified presence … unified because the people participate in the solution rather than empowering the potentials which cause separation.
There is enough for all, should we stop warring and actually think about solutions rather than who has the most, who is hording, ugh … empowering greed with our very own attention.
So many are creating solutions NOW. Ways to clean the oceans, different light source medical relief and treatments, vehicles which run clean and in such a manner that cause less stress on the planet and atmosphere, ways to collect water from the very air we breath, the dew, which I know the planet needs, but they are trying to find beneficial ways to live, that bear little impact on our world. It is that effort, the unified thinking processes of ALL people which can assist life instead of tearing it down. (let us toss aside the faulty ‘voting’ processes and go to a truer way of communicating our inner most connections with Source, sharing and caring with each other, as a unit.
Leaders schmeeders …. they are only as powerful as their base, and the base is crumbling … the people are crumbling ….
The solution providers are where the energy must be placed. Those who not only are able to help themselves, but are able to help others, empowering each other to empower the planet and all life upon it.
The potential of being the solution provider for other worlds is upon us. If only we could embrace the solution for our selves, rather than the problems. The problems which are created and perpetuated by those who desire control and power.
That is such an old way of being ….
We can continue on the path of overpowering everything that we encounter, or we can befriend it all, working out harmonious ways to satisfy the needs of all.
Is it going to be easy? My mind says no …
But reality says yes, it really is that simple.
To simply decide to be solution rather than separation and problems.
Ultimately, it is the people who choose war or peace.
“Don’t be afraid to cry. It will free your mind of sorrowful thoughts.” ~ Don Talayesva, HOPI
Human beings function from choice. We can choose to stuff things, or we can choose to let go of things. If we choose to stuff things, then we will feel a heaviness, or sorrow, self pity or fear. Sometimes we feel the need to cry. Sometimes we are taught it is not okay to cry. The creator designed the human being to cry. Crying is a release. This release allows us to let go of thoughts that are not helping us so we can open to new thoughts that will help. Crying is natural for women and men.
Grandfather, if I need to cry, let me realize it’s a natural process and help me to let go.

Human beings are perceivers, but the world that they perceive is an illusion: an illusion created by the description that was told to them from the moment they were born.
So in essence, the world that their reason wants to sustain is the world created by a description and its dogmatic and inviolable rules, which their reason learns to accept and defend.
Oh We’re tying the stars to the mountains The mountains to the stars. We are so high That we can see beyond the wall of our own horizons Waywayah. Waywayah
Cords that Knot & threads that bind Tell the tale of Humankind From long ago into future returning All wisdoms from lifetimes learnt Out of the cave the Shining Ones rise A hope awoke in their eyes We weave a new myth into the Timelines
Oh We’re tying the stars to the mountains The mountains to the stars. We are so high That we can see beyond the wall of our own horizons
Old Basket Maker tends to her net Gathering up all the ones who have leapt Smooth our way into The Emergence Oh I Am who I Am Oh I Am Reflecting all that you see I am Generosity flows from our hands Enough talk now it is time for deeds
Oh We’re tying the stars to the mountains The mountains to the stars. We are so high That we can see beyond the wall of our own horizons Waywayah. Waywayah
Strip out of any illusionary attire Into the smoke of the eucalyptus fire Pounding our feet in the rising dust In freedom & wonder, Creator we trust We restore balance through our reverence of life Quivers full of courage & our blood lightening
Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God)
Oh we’re tying the stars to the mountains The mountains to the stars. We are so high That we can see beyond the wall of our own horizons Waywayah. Waywayah. Tying the stars to the loom.
If you’re like me, you were trained to be apologetic, to feel small, and to say and do things to keep you feeling that way.
It took a few decades before I put my foot down to this behavior. I will no longer apologize for who I am … yet I will always look for ways to be grateful for, and to, the people in my life who help me on the way.
It is difficult to change (never break) habitual patterns that were taught to us as children and young adults. These are our most formative years, and one reason why the memories of youth stay with us so long … even for those who suffer dementia.
Yet changing habitual patterns is necessary if we wish to change our reality.
As Dr Joe Dispenza states, “Your personal reality is formed by your personality.”
It is important to do things differently if we wish to experience a shift in our personal reality.
Skip the coffee in the morning, have juice instead. Drive a different route to work. Pack a lunch rather than going out. Sit under a tree and eat it, or go to the car and listen to soft music while you eat. After work, go to a hot-springs for a soak rather than going home to sit in front of the television … read a book, or color, or zentangle … get your creative skills going. Change the time you eat, the foods you choose, fast for awhile. If you take sleeping pills, skip them a few days, as much as you can stand … let the mind wander and ‘put up with’ a few sleepless nights … much can be accomplished should we allow our hidden consciousness loose for a time. Much will be revealed … scary things we can then ponder on and work out, lovely things we can grow in mind …
These are only a few ideas, of which I put into practice on a regular basis, not all at once of course, but I choose at least one thing in the day to do differently.
Being predictable can lead to many problems when it comes to our relationships with others, and even more detrimental, with our selves.
If you are having a bad day, consciously make it a point to start creating a list of things you are grateful for … any and all things that come to mind. It will shift your perspective fairly quickly, seriously. It will make it easier to process through whatever got you in a funk in the first place and rather than dwell there, you will be able to move on, into the next idea, thought form, or practice. And don’t just visit the list next time you’re in a funk, create a new list … because this list changes over time.
Mostly, stop apologizing for being you, stop making yourself small, giving away your power to stand tall and strong …
I’m not saying to become agressive, or overpowering … becoming that which has held you down for so long …. I’m suggesting a rising …. to heights originally intended for you … for we.
It is not a chosen few who get to occupy these spaces of strength and personal authority. It is you, it is me, it is we.
“If you are blaming people, they are holding you captive — and you are never going to change.”
~ Pershlie Ami (Hopi)
