Rote. It’s a proven and sustainable method of creating neural pathways of specific thought forms and beliefs into the collective field. Repeat something often enough, a “highway” develops in the brain specifically coded for that thought.
The media and the movies insert thought forms and beliefs into the masses this way … calling it entertainment and journalism.
There are neuro-weaponry called voice to skull technology and such other patented technologies used in subliminal implants of specific thought forms as well.
To “know thyself” is to know what thoughts and energies belong to you and which ones are implanted, or simply detected within the environment.
Some forms of entertainment (video games) simply “program” a specific collective of “users” to a story-line. This storyline they “create” through interaction. Their “consciousness” may be magnetized to a specific “reality” of experience and the time of the shift.
Its as if they were all trying to tell us something. There most have been a mass awareness of the ways in which each human could go. As if it were simply common knowledge. So what was this choice.
I contend, the force behind technocracy scientism and artificial intelligence is the same as it was back then. The very same. But back then it was not harnessed because the people inherently knew the threat. They made the conscious decision to choose nature and each other over the grand isolation device.
Choosing nature makes you co-dependant to nature, to your body and discovering purpose by way of introspection. Choosing technology makes you co-dependant on an electronic oracle who taunts you with listless treasures of impermanence. Sacrificing your chance to fully connect with your entire self for clicks views or “investment opportunities” .
When we go inside, we feel, when we place the self outside we witness. It all stems from that, being a by-standard in a projected reality instead of being a co-creator in a physical complex of immersion. You either rise and toil for what a body needs and feel the energy transfer, or you transfer your energy to something that harvests it for momentary reward.
I believe the reward of a life well lived, is a connection to all that is becomes so visceral, so meaningful and tangeble that you dedicate your life force to nurturing it forward at each turn. When we dedicate our life to the simple path, we seek to use our cunning to outwit our neighbor, that we may appear to be more than they.
I think they saw back then this future, and just chose to use their consciousness to make common good, which makes common ease. We all garden, no one is hungry. We all build as a team, the work is quickly completed. Many hands makes light work. But now we compete for digital proof of our value, digital proof of meaning and digital proof of truth. Yet we seem further from truth than ever I can remember.
Truth is felt. It is experienced from an attachment, not imposed by a leadership model, or filtered by a elite class of chosens to be installed into reality. Truth is a hard work relationship with time, and only becomes fulfilling as ease from said work comes into place.
If you master deception, and are chosen to have many asset because of your dedication, all your allowed is to watch your fellow human being suffer on the street corner as you tighten the window. Effort therefore becomes a willingness to ignore the reality of trajectory, and as such pass by those who succumb to limit.
I am pretty sure this is foundational to the warning. For what good is wealth when you must swim in suffering to have it? What good is a palacial estate, if you require teems of security to defend it. Then you are not free, you have chosen the path that requires you secure your station, and thus forgo the rights common people share.
Now we tip into quantum reality generators and deep fakes and realistic voice models. To what end? to sacrifice our inner genius, our inner beauty to something mechanical? What then, but we loose any access to truth to meaning and to sovereignty. How do we then know what we are living, other than living to feed that machine.
A life on earth is a spiritual journey, rich with discovery’s. Rich with deep encounters, sunsets, dancing diamonds on crystal clear waters. Warmth, hugs, love making. BEing vulnerable and then becoming strong. Being broken by the world, and then becoming invincible. This can not be done within a virtual environment, for that is fleeting and tethered to a cord or signal.
You are already in the signal from birth, you just have to choose nature. You have to stop running to being entertained and devote yourself to physical effort to provide tangible quality to living. If you take the easy path, your most likely to worship your captor. Should you choose to simply give effort into the living world, you will each day arrive at new deeper gifts. Gifts that you carry beyond this lifetime, but pass effortlessly to the future generations.
That’s the two paths. But remember, nature always provides trails in-between them. You just have to leave the established road for the one less traveled. They are harder, more steep and rocky, and often leave you wondering if you can make it. You can, trust me.

Many of us are like this couch. Top of the line quality leather and construction. Cold, elegant, unwelcoming even on its own, even tho It be impressive.
We cover ourselves in that which brings comfort and warmth. An inviting and friendly area offering a seat, a wrap in a cozy home-made blanky, with pretty pillows.
What else does the cover do? I protects from scratches, from anything “sticking” to it, and also it prevents debris from getting under the cushions.
This is what the feminine offers the masculine. A warm embrace. He is sturdy and strong under all that warmth, built to last.
We must ask ourselves, how do we feel about this union? Are we willing to pair, with respect, allowing the warmth and cozy to be supported by the firm and lasting?
Or will the blankets be stripped and thrown in a closet for whenever they are “needed”?
I’m sad because the warm and cozy had to become firm and strong. Being tossed aside until needed forced many to reach beyond the inner pull, becoming their own foundation.
Hopefully the past will offer brand new relationship qualities, better, stronger, more resilient, in the upcoming Kingdom Unions.
I’ve decided ….. I’m going to attend Unity Church on Sundays. I’m going to find a yoga studio and get serious about flexibility. I’m going to find a gym so I can rebuild muscle and fill out my skin. I don’t need approval or permission. I don’t need company. If I meet someone along the way who is interested in what I am, also, perhaps we’ll be friends. I’m not going to force myself into someone else’s idea of what my life should look like. It took me 20 years of shadow work to get where I am. Folks who have barely meditated, coming in to steer me … denied. I’m not a “member” of anything other than Life, and the Love it should embody. I flow into what brings me joy. When it stops, and begins to bring me upset, I cut out whatever it is. Not because there’s no love, or any disrespect. But because I love, honor and respect myself enough not to let her drown in others opinions about what is right and best for her. I’ll figure it out for Self. She deserves her authentic and transparent heart to live in beauty without these trespasses and abuses which attempt to squash her heart, strip her song, and replace it with their own. Just because someone gives you a gift doesn’t mean you have to relinquish yourself. Just because someone shows you a kindness doesn’t give them permission to reformat you. Leave the kindness if you must. Pack up, live in a tent. Whatever it takes to come back to Self, and it’s connection to it’s own higher self, and to God. No one can walk your path for you. Although many will insist you’re doing it wrong, And disapprove. Trying to force you into their mold. Gotta let them go.
Nobody watches you harder than the people who can’t stand you.
You will reach a point on your path where you do not require a single person to understand or relate to you.
You become a more positive, peaceful & harmonic person when you don’t react to people who use you as a mirror for their own insecurities & self hate.
When people say “you’ve changed” – there’s a 99% chance that you just stopped tolerating their bullshit.
Apologize to yourself for letting someone get comfortable with treating you like you’re average.
No longer responding or reacting to people who trigger you is one of the ways to strengthen your spiritual muscles.
No matter what’s going on in your life – always prioritize self-care. Some people may not like you because your light illuminates the shadow work they refuse to do.
Being happy is a very personal thing & it really has nothing to do with anyone else.
The key to breaking a pattern is to respond differently.
You know you’ve grown when the old you would’ve reached out by now & the new you never will.
What’s for you won’t lower your vibration – that’s how you’ll know. Any time you find yourself giving more energy than you receive – fall back.
Before clarity – there is confusion. Before healing – there is hurt. After pain – there is purpose. You’d be surprised how many things fall into place when you learn to follow your spirit & speak with your soul.
We can only share worlds if our vibrations meet at a common state of honesty & love.
Find your equal – not your whole.
Grace over grudges.
To fully heal you must understand why your subconscious prioritized their manipulation over your self respect.
Trust the process – even when it seems like it’s not processing.
The heartbreak that comes from leaving a one-sided relationship is never as painful as the loneliness that comes from abandoning yourself in order to stay.
A big fuck you to anyone who used you to make them “feel good” until they didn’t need you anymore & then left you wondering where you went wrong.
The ego wants more – the soul needs less.
When someone ghosts you – respect the dead & never disturb them again.
Any relationship that requires you to be quiet or a watered down version of yourself for it to “work out” – is not the relationship for you. Never allow someone to control your narrative. Feed your soul – not play a role. The journey of freedom awaits you.
Love does not leave someone traumatized. Whatever happened – it was not love.
Sometimes the Universe will hold you back temporarily until the road is safe & clear to continue. Be thankful for the stall.

Seeking validation from others is a reflection of lack of self-love – accept yourself in order to be your authentic self. Your soul doesn’t give a shit about impressing others – it seeks fulfillment over validation.
The more healing you do – the more sensitive your body is to recognizing bad energy.
A person who finds peace instead of revenge can never be bothered.
You know you’ve mastered a soul lesson when the circumstance has not changed but the way you respond has – that’s true energy self mastery.
Stop chasing what your mind wants & you’ll get what your soul needs.
