Release all of the pressure and expectation weighing you down. Shed it all so that you can recover before moving into a time of renewal.
You know what is heavy, what is holding you back. Is it a person, a situation, a dream? Like the trees letting go of their leaves and fruit in Autumn, it’s time to let go. When you hold on, you try to control reality, and that never works. When you let go, you make space for the new to enter your life. You are being guided by your Angels and nature herself to release whatever is stopping you from moving forward. And you can do this.

The universe operates under the law of cause and effect and is always looking to return to a natural state of balance. So, if you are lacking in the feelings of abundance at this time, you are being invited to share your time, your gifts and your understanding with others. The exchange of energy doesn’t necessarily mean financial energy – it can also be about supporting in order to feel supported. If you’ve been holding back with your offerings, now is the time to change that. Allow yourself to be open, honest and vulnerable. This can prepare you to open up to even greater opportunities in the coming days, weeks and months.

Yesterday I consumed flesh for the first time in six years. I was looking forward to the message and sensation my body(s) would receive. Here is my report …
I woke feeling like I typically do upon rising. Soon, however, a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach brought itself into my awareness. Perhaps it is residual from the fight the animal I consumed put up before being slaughtered, the fear it felt, the adrenaline, infused in its fleshy fibers.
I became agitated, short tempered, and my energy became somewhat chaotic.
I was expecting to feel stronger, nourished by it, but the opposite happened.
My energy was dirtied by it.
I am not saying the animal itself, while living, was dirty.
What I’m relating here is that the fear, the fight, the intense adrenaline … all of this was infused into the flesh, and when I consumed it, these energies affected my own.
It is easy to understand where much of the chaos in this world stems from.
Those who consume fear and adrenaline toxicity enmesh it into their own fields.
We truly do become what we eat, energetically speaking.
There is the mindset that humans have dominion over the animal kingdom and can kill and consume as they please. There is no compassion or regard to life.
Many will be shocked when they discover there are many higher beings than we, soon to make entry here among us, who feel the same about humanity … thinking us a commodity, a food source.
None of us will be able to complain justly or argue in defense.
What we reap we shall sow.
The experience was a necessary one for me, to affirm my position when it comes to the honoring of life.
Cast off the old. Reveal your true colors, talents and gifts to the world.
The energy of renewal is washing over your life at this time. If for some reason you feel that your true self hasn’t been recognized or if you’ve been misread by others, know this energy is now leaving you. As you’ve been working through your old stories and all the self-limiting beliefs that you’ve accumulated along the way, you’ve been peeling away a shield of skin that has created limiting experiences. Your own personal commitment to growth has been recognized and now the external world will begin to reflect all of the work that you’ve been doing within. If you feel someone you love has misunderstood you recently, they will be able to see beyond that if you’re willing to recognize your own challenges. This is a time for renewal, abundance and connection. Let yourself be reborn and celebrated.
Stay rooted and grounded
Take time to connect deeply with the energy of the Earth so that you can feel supported and make decisions based on strength and integrity.
It’s important for you to take a grounded approach to your current situation. If you are rushing ahead or making a decision based on your more fearful responses, you will miss out on the growth you deserve. Take some time to calm down and get grounded before proceeding further. Breathe, relax and connect with your center. Then consider what to do. It’s important to plant seeds that are going to grow into something beautiful rather that turn into a weed you have to deal with!

For nearly two decades my sensitivity has been increasing for all life. Six years ago I woke at three a.m. and for some odd reason I flipped to YouTube and watched a massive bull being slaughtered.
He was majestic, powerful, and determined to live. It took five full grown men to force him into the stall, where they trapped him and slit his throat. I watched as the life drained from him.
It scarred me. I could not bring myself to eat meat afterward, especially red meat … feeling the horror of it in every fiber of me.
Today, six years after cutting meat entirely from my diet, I consumed a new york steak.
When the thought first rose in me this afternoon I asked out loud, how can I possibly eat such a thing, knowing this powerful beast wanted to live just as much as I … a powerful animal that had never consumed flesh.
The thought came to me that I needed to toughen my gentle heart, that I needed to balance the gentleness with its polarity, even if only slightly.
Again I asked aloud, how can I possibly eat this without feeling guilty? I got the impression my body needed it, the energy of it.
The answer came fairly quickly.
Eat the mighty bull … eat the mighty bull and allow its power, it’s strength, and it’s desire to live infuse with my own being.
So I stated over and over again …
Eat the Mighty Bull … Eat the Mighty Bull … bond with it’s life force and allow it to live on, through me … strengthening me.
Now, the bull and I are one.
After six years without it, it should be quite evident the effect it will have upon my being, my body, my mind, my energy.
I love the mighty bull … it is my brother, my nourisher, my sustainer … this is how I now choose to view it … with honor, and deep gratitude.
Of course … it might not sit well with me after more thought. It will be interesting to see how this progresses.
UPDATE: Every being wants to live, none wish to die. Knowing this how can I harm a being simply for my own selfish need? Even the simple purchase of it, which someone else has done the harm to, is doing a wrong against life. Compassion takes courage. Love must be cultivated in heart and include all portions of life. It will be another very long time, if ever, I consume flesh.
It is important to be aware of these “urgings” … it is a slippery slope, this line between having compassion for all life, and participating in its destruction.
Mass hypnotism and rote learning has taught us to have disregard for any life but our own.
Selfishness is bred into the mind, and it comes from the unseen as well as those who are in body supporting the narrative.
Yes, I consumed a portion of the Mighty Bull. And I thank him for giving me this current understanding, affirming my original decision to end my consumption.
The energy of the Mighty Bull is chaotic. I sense a sort of sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and my attitude has become agitated.
Now I will work towards cleansing and purifying my energetic field, drinking a lot of water … for I know not yet the techniques others utilize.
Thank you Mighty Bull, for sharing your message and desire for life with me. I will do my best to honor you.
Embrace the Energy of Peace ~ Let go of the need to defend yourself and prepare to offer peace.
If you have been exposed to a situation in which you have felt the need to protect yourself or defend what you feel is right, know that this is now coming to an end. You are being guided to know that the energies of light are entering to wash away all the darkness. You can drop your shields and protection. You are now in a situation that will honor you and honor your needs. Arguments are ending and disagreements are being resolved. Prepare to talk things through and offer the peace that you would like to enjoy. In order to move forward in a more fearless way, it’s important for you to let go of the idea that you can be hurt by this situation or the people involved, because this will only work against you. Know that your angelic guides and ancestors are standing around you, protecting you and taking you lovingly forward.
Feel Loved and Comforted ~ Allow yourself to be cherished. Mother Earth is protecting you with a shield of Love and Light.
You may have felt overwhelmed or out of control emotionally recently, but you are now moving back to your natural center and that will bring you to a place of clarity and openness. If you have felt ungrounded, know that Mother Earth is here to root you and help you regain your sense of strength. You may not feel like a child, but in the eyes of the Divine you are a child of light and it’s important you know that and feel loved.
If you have had challenges with your mother or with being a mother yourself, know that the energies of mother healing are with you to help clear any ancestral blockages that are preventing you from making this scared love connection. You are being guided to make choices that are based on love.

Let’s recycle the hate, the abuse, the fear, the judgment. Turn it over, wash it clean, ring it out to dry. It’s a revolution of recycled wears.
Threads of greens, blues, purples Colourful threads of peace, kindness, respect, compassion are being stitched from one continent to the next over forests, oceans, mountains.
The work is hard Your fingers may bleed. But each cloth stitched together Brings together a community. A world, our future world Under one colourful quilt. The new quilt of humanity.
Digital freeway signs telling you to “mask up” and “save lives” … fear porn.
Words programming minds into a state of lack perception.
Subliminal messaging in the television programs and commercials … buy this, you must have that (as with the toilet paper fiasco the world over).
Some have become so addicted to these hooks they cannot pull themselves away from that which places them in the mind … they have been “programmed” to absorb more and more of these barbs … that which keeps the mind caught.
They are compelled to turn on the television as soon as they arrive home, some saying they don’t watch it, they simply have it on for the noise it provides. Noise is right. Noise filled with barbs for the mind.
Cannabis, beneficial when used properly, a detriment when not. Keeping the mind at surface level limbo. Unable to delve into the deep waters of the snare. Unable to see the snare, let alone comprehend its magnitude.
Alcohol, which totally obliterates conscious usage of words and intention.
Be mindful of what hooks you allow to be implanted in the psyche.
If they are anything other than love, peace, compassion, harmony and such related concepts, you can be certain it is not for benefit, but a steering toward another’s agenda.
Indeed, even the wolf masquerades as a light worker. Steering minds into lack perception. A weakness implant, drawing the mind into believing only they can help you out of a situation or set way of thinking. Stripping spirit of its own authentic power.
Trials are here for a reason. They build our capacity to withstand chaos. The lessons we learn through process allows compassion for others experiencing same and similar circumstances, growing our heart, our center, our connection should we choose not to shrink.
This is why many times another simply isn’t able to help us. We must endure, gather the lesson, before it can be released.
Be mindful of the words you absorb, and the words you use upon another.
They can be of benefit, or add to the snare.
Use experience to benefit self and others, not tear everything down.
Words … being used by the media now for separation and control … creating divide like never before, and politicians are pushing all the buttons in alignment with the message.
You can overcome the fear of not being able to achieve, and be free to fly above present difficulties.
You’re beginning to realize that you can do it. You’re up there and on your way!
This is the inner voice of wisdom, the ability to trust the intuitive messages from within.
Your mind is able to flow effortlessly on your spiritual journey. Your resulting actions are spontaneous and appropriate in all situations. You’re true to your inner self, clean and pure. You give credit where it’s due and don’t sit in judgement of others. Rather, you rejoice in their successes.
We must remember the boundary between our unbridled passions and the Higher Self.
You’re emotionally steady and not following your passions headlong into lustful entanglements. You have the ability to steer your passions in an artful way without consuming others with your fire.
You have a boundary between the darker stormy levels of consciousness and the clear state of mind. Stay clear.
You must stay calm in the face of irritation, wash away the stains of upset, and stay on course through the storms of life.
The Guardian King of the East is with you, playing gentle music on his lute, which soothes the angry mind and brings calm to the world.
Stop hesitating. Movement creates the magic. Nothing can hold you back.
I will focus my energy on moving forward without hesitation. I will get things done. My head and my heart are moving in the same direction. I won’t waste energy worrying about “what if’s” and “who says?” I will rise up, feel my power and be happy. Nothing can hold me back.
