Put yourself forward. Stand in the sun. Reach out. Stretch yourself little by little, grow strong and LIVE!
In a fleeting moment of grace, in the space between your thoughts, you glimpse a silent bliss that is beyond words or description. This all-encompassing love is your soulful, spiritual center. It is without beginning or end. Reach for it, and this state of grace shall be a guiding light in this world and beyond. It is life … it is eternal.
You are you, in your own right, not as a reflection of circumstance, expectation or assumption. Define and trust yourself. A clear and simple answer betrays the true complexity of an issue. Resist the temptation to take someone or something at face value. A pattern of behavior reveals more than a single gesture. Go deeper, broader and higher to get a fuller perspective.
From the calm, neutral perspective of love, and free from the fear, guilt and judgement of this world, your higher self looks through the conflict and drama of the physical world and sees hidden meaning and purpose. From a distance, present chaos looks perfectly ordered. Seek greater awareness. Tune into the depths of your heart to find heavenly peace.
Know what you want and do what works. Refine your abilities. Transfer a skill set from one environment to another. Do not underplay what you are capable of. Give up the idea that you must be good at everything. Narrow your interests and build on your existing strengths to conserve output and increase your value. A creative response to change will see you flourish.
There is a higher purpose to everything, but currently it is not clear. Something in your life is changing, and it is unsettling. Soon, the pieces of the puzzle will start falling into place, and you will begin to find meaning in it. For now, trust in the refinement process, hone your ability for love and develop your capacity for compassion. As taints fall away, the truth becomes clearer.
Give yourself or someone else the space to heal, think, create or contemplate. Hold space as a gentle, non-judgmental and supportive presence. Nothing needs to happen instantly. Pull back, trust and respect the boundaries and processes of others. Pushing for a result will not get you what you want in the long term. Choose your destiny, and let others choose theirs.
Across space and time, multidimensional world’s exist beyond human concepts of love, hate, right and wrong. Bliss, creativity and infinite peace are tucked away in the hidden dimensions of our souls where all is possible and all are welcome. Childlike innocence, curiosity and a little dreaming are all it takes to reach these worlds. Close your eyes and be there.
Confront your ideas about a situation, a relationship or yourself. Poke, dare and test your expectations. If it is real, it will remain. Be honest, reflective and determine if an accepted truth is truly serving you and those you care about. Consenting to things turning out okay, is settling for less. Expect more for yourself and your circle. Let go of what you know to make way for wisdom.
Inspiration breaks through expectation like a lightning bolt. It awakens inside you, shatters doubt and fills your life with creative energy. Every day you are the creator of a new world – be the creator of a fairer, more inspiring and positive one. Shift perception, raise expectation and burst into a new horizon. It is up to you to acknowledge an obstacle as impermanent. Regardless of who is to blame, it is your responsibility to defy a false limitation. A quirk or idiosyncrasy is a strength: bring it out and own it. Individuality is a precious gem. Throw your woes into the smelting pot and craft them into powerful tools. Experiment with what you have and give it value.
Life is a perpetual movement, and yet, life is also still. Life is change, and yet, it is also unchanging. You are part of this moving stillness, changing and unchanging through time and eternity. Something is moving within a still part of you, and yet, something is still within the moving part of you. Meditate on this. Feel complete oneness in your being.

Lately, I’ve made it a specific intention that I notice my self-talk, and when negative, instantly (or as soon as I recognize it) “re-do” the comment with something of a positive nature.
I am honestly surprised at how many of these nearly invisible phrases show up. I consider myself someone who has done a lot of inner work, yet recently have discovered I’m on the next level … the next ‘cycle’ where it seems that I’ve regressed in some ways, but no … it is the beginning of next cycle.
Choice has it … and I have choice. Will I continue the journey on the same path as previous, or will I move forward. And perhaps, moving forward sometimes feels like regression, only because it has occasional similar traits as the previous cycle, or experience.
Progress ~ It can be difficult to spot if one is too involved in beating ones self up because of the perception of no forward (or ‘upward’) momentum.
Recognize your cycles. Don’t get hung up on the details, note the larger picture of progression and you will see it more clearly.
Just today I caught myself, and thankfully, it is getting easier, quicker, to see.
I stated,
“You already finished it … you dork!”
Immediately I caught that I had called myself a dork. (NEVER speak harshly or negatively to yourself about self, not even if you are ‘joking’).
Rephrase!!
“You are SO efficient you’ve already completed that project, you’re amazing!”
**Multi-tasking … it can getcha every once and again**
Yet through it all, remember to pay attention to your talk, external as well as internal. That’s where it all begins, after all.
And as you know, internal dialogue is one of the loudest!
Where is somewhere over the rainbow? According to Dorthy from the Wizard of Oz, it’s somewhere where dreams come true. According to others, it’s where you find gold, or where your pets go when they die. The rainbow seems to represent a threshold between here and a magical world.
In Norse mythology, Bifröst is a rainbow bridge that reaches between Earth and Asgard. It’s said that during the end of days, giants will cross the bridge to storm the realm of the gods and slay them. While this sounds like fiction, I believe it could represent something real.
Scientists at CERN are currently trying to detect what they call rainbow gravity. This is where different wavelengths of light experience different gravity levels. The phenomenon is theorized to be found inside black holes.
This is interesting because some scientists say black holes may be wormholes to parallel universes. Wormholes are also called Einstein–Rosen bridges. Perhaps wormholes act like a rainbow bridge. Perhaps going through one is going somewhere over the rainbow.
Ironically, rainbow gravity works similar to a prism, like the one shown on the cover of Dark Side of the Moon, an album famous for its synchronistic relationship with the Wizard of Oz.
Scientists at CERN have said they are trying to create wormholes and mini black holes. I find these concepts very similar to the idea of the rabbit hole popularized by Alice in Wonderland. Coincidentally, there is a machine at CERN named ALICE.
Physicists tell us backward time travel may be possible by utilizing black holes or wormholes. For this reason, the technology at CERN reminds of the mirror Alice steps through in the second Wonderland novel. It takes her to a world where everything works backwards.
Strangely enough, scientists recently discovered evidence of a mirror universe in Antarctica where the laws of physics run opposite to ours, just like in Through the Looking-Glass by Lewis Carroll. If the ice there continues to melt, one has to wonder what we’ll uncover.
Many occultists believe mirrors have magical properties and can be used as portals. John Dee, one of the most famous occultists to ever live, supposedly invented a mirror that let him see into the spirit world. Dee was a mathematician, inventor, and Queen Elizabeth’s astrologer.
It’s believed by some that Dee was using his magic mirror to spy on spirits for the queen. He used to sign all his letters to her with the magical number 007. This is actually the true inspiration behind the fictional spy James Bond.
The character was created by Ian Fleming, a naval intelligence officer who was known to work with Aleister Crowley, another famous occultist. John Dee’s findings in the spirit world laid the foundation for Crowley’s magical workings, and he went on to start his own movement.
One of the most notable members of Crowley’s movement was Jack Parsons, the co-founder of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He was the inspiration behind a character in a novel named Gravity’s Rainbow.
While he is celebrated by some, others find what he practiced disturbing. In 1946 he took part in a series of sex magic rituals known as the Babalon Working. According to conspiracy theorists, this opened a portal allowing interdimensional beings access to Earth.
Oddly enough, one year later, the world’s most famous UFO incident occurred in Roswell, New Mexico. This was also the same time period that many people started reporting seeing Gray aliens, which look very similar to Lam, an entity Crowley claimed to have contacted in 1917.
But despite Parsons’ strange behavior, he indirectly led NASA to send the Apollo astronauts to the Moon in 1969. Because of his contributions, NASA named a crater after him. Ironically, it’s on the dark side of the moon, like the name of the album mentioned earlier.
It seems the moon and the rainbow bridge are synchronistically linked. CERN scientist James Beacham proposed that in the far off future, humans should construct a massive particle collider around the circumference of the moon.
However, the rainbow bridge itself seems to have a synchronistic connection with the tesseract. The tesseract, or four dimensional cube, seems to be everywhere in pop culture lately. It also seems to always be associated with wormholes and black holes.
In The OA, a scientist uses a cube to travel between parallel universes. In A Wrinkle in Time, a tesseract is used to fold space-time so the protagonists can travel faster than light. In both Interstellar and Adventure Time, a tesseract is found at the bottom of a black hole.
In the Marvel movies, Thor and Loki use a tesseract to transport themselves to Asgard, the realm of the gods. They also use it to repair a rainbow bridge, which is based on the myth of Bifröst. The tesseract is also placed in a machine that looks a lot like CERN.
Symbolically speaking, CERN is the rainbow bridge. CERN scientists are using a particle collider to look for any signs of a “rainbow universe,” or in other words, a universe with no Big Bang, no beginning. One that appears to have existed for all of time.
CERN scientists have been trying to prove if “mini black holes lie at the end of a rainbow.” The answer to this question is still fuzzy, but what if they do? Physicists have recently discovered that the spacetime around a black hole behaves like a quantum computer.
Have we already found the end of the rainbow? Were we sucked into a “quantum computer?” If you’ve read my other threads you know I believe we entered a new reality on July 4th 2012. But I’m starting to think this phenomenon could be happening more often than I previously thought.
But what would a reality created inside a quantum computer look like? Would existence be five dimensional, allowing one to navigate many different timelines, like the characters trapped inside a tesseract in Cube 2: Hypercube? If you haven’t seen this movie I highly recommend it.
So is it possible there’s been a shift in how our reality works? Is it possible we once existed in one world, but now exist in many? Perhaps this is the true meaning of the biblical “New Heavens and New Earth.” Perhaps reality has become more fluid in the Age of Aquarius.
In our new Aquarian world, where sea levels are rising and people feel they are drowning in a sea of information, there is still hope. I really do believe we are approaching somewhere over the rainbow, a new magical world, the rainbow universe.
In Norse mythology, Ragnarök is a prophecy about the destruction of the world that occurs once the giants decide to cross the rainbow bridge to slaughter the gods. After the gruesome battle, the remains of the world sink into the sea and a new one is born. Thanks for reading.
Stop, breathe a few times, bring your attention to the center of your chest. Now, move two inches up, and than try to see with your minds eye, go two inches inside that area. This is your higher heart chakra. Focus, imagine a octahedron, the TRUE form of a “diamond”.
This is your “Diamond Core God Cell”. This is YOU, your Divine Soul Matrix. See now this symbol, this instrument, becoming brighter, expanding, encompassing your whole being, expanding beyond your vessel. Place your hands on your chest, right hand on top of left; Recite three times; My diamond core god cell is fully activated. Continue seeing this becoming brighter and expanding.
You can share what you know, your can share your light, love everyone unconditionally. But you can only “save” yourself. Each individual must go through the change and experience themselves. Each one must walk their own path. You cannot “drag” anyone into the fifth dimension.
Every being on Earth knows at one level or another that something is changing. Perhaps there are some that may not be aware in this now, from their human mind. But at the soul level they know what is unfolding. And that information is being trickled into their NOW consciousness.
You do not have to wait for open contact. Do the necessary clearing and alignments. Call upon the group of beings you wish to communicate or have contact with. Let them know you are ready to move forward with the next step.
Question: What is proper cleaning and alignment?
Answer: Meditation, time in nature, mantras, consuming light food, water.
The purging of the old, emotional, mental as well as physical imbalances continues. People are being pushed, pulled and twisted in their dream state, and in their awakened state as well.
The time for the games has come to an end. Snap out of the 3D illusion willingly, or prepare to be jolted until you’re awake.
Ultimately you only have one choice to make, fear or love.
Through the choices you make in this now, you either align or move further away from your spiritual aspect.
It does not matter if the world “opens up” or not. You know why? Because 3D is shutting down. The world will open up, yes, no worries. However, the next collapse will be worse than any “virus”. It is unavoidable. As always, those attached to 3D beliefs have it hardest.
Do not forget to spend time outside as much as possible. I don’t say this for the vitamin D issue. I say this because the Sun offers one hundred thousand other things besides vitamin D. This year’s Summer Solstice is going to be the most powerful one yet.
6/20/2020 will be a Saturday. Set your intention to be outside for more than half of that day. Walk in nature, meditate, or just sit in a forest or a field, or your back yard. Allow the higher energies to enter your being, as they flow through and around you, feel the upliftment.
The energy, the design, the structure of the new reality, of the new world is held WITHIN YOUR DNA. As more and more of your DNA connects and activates, as your consciousness expands, through the light within you, unifying with Mother Earth’s light, the new world shall emerge.
Do all that is necessary to ground yourselves. As the process accelerates, you will find yourselves in the midst of “tornadoes”. Exercise your power to remain calm.
The only time you have failed at life is when you have chosen fear over love.
Empty mind. Full heart.
F.E.E.L: Fabulous Emotions Emanating Love The gift of feeling is of your soul’s essence. Listen, be, allow yourself to feel, the light and love. Allow your feelings to guide you. They will never mislead you, unless you allow fear to come into play. Then everything crumbles.
Lightworkers do not think they have done or are doing much work while being here. However, they may not know that much of their work also happens while in the dream state. In that time they travel most. And it was during that time that lightworkers united and repaired Mother Earth’s energetical grid. If the grid had not been repaired by the lightworkers with the assistance of the Galactics, Mother Earth would have imploded. Why? The Earth as it has been mentioned many times has entered the Photon Belt. When this process started, as Earth was approaching the belt, with her energetic grid being damaged, she would have not been able to withstand or anchor the photonic light, and thus she would have been destroyed with all life on her. The grid was repaired just in time.
The splitting of worlds begun in 2012. From 2020 and forward, this will start to become more transparent. It is basically one reality, one world splitting into two, literally. The group, or the collective that wishes to cling onto the old matrix, and its ways of life of 3D, will remain in that old matrix until its eventual dissolution. While the other collective, that seeks a higher way of life, will find itself in 5D reality. The 3/4D and 5D reality already exist simultaneously. However, some will be anchored in the fifth dimensional divine matrix.
While the others will be anchored in the 3/4D illusory matrix. Many who are ready and embrace ascension, have already begun spending more and more time as their 5D self, and less as their 3/4D self. And sooner rather than later they will become “invisible” to those remaining in 3/4D. Those in 5D will still be able to perceive the ones in 3/4D, but it will be for a short while, as the ones in the new world will begin to create and build their new communities, they will not be affected or have any interest in old world.
The second half of 2020 will be the most exciting time since this process begun.
One thing that happened, or perhaps the main thing that happened on 12/21/2012, which many do not mention, is the Divine Masculine was activated to be in balance with the Divine Feminine. The “merging”, the balancing of these two powerful energies is bringing the “change”.
You are not here because you lack in something. You are here because you are complete.
Why are you here? I’m sure you have heard all types of answers. And now you will here my perspective. You are here to BE YOUR TRUE DIVINE SELF. And through this, to anchor the higher light onto planet Earth, and uplift this world into a whole new reality frequency.
That is your mission. How you choose to go about it, is entirely up to YOU.
The crystalline structure is already within your cells. And only now it is being activated. Your entire vessel is to be transformed. Your organs as well. So it is only natural for one to gradually experience a change in their diet.
The starseeds here on Earth marvel at the “ascended masters”, and the higher dimensional beings. But is they, the higher dimensional beings, ascended masters, the angelic realms, that stand on the edge of their seats watching you in awe, and wondering where does YOUR POWER come from to be able to maneuver through and withstand the hardships of the 3D reality.
Contrary to claims of “social historians and linguists” the word ‘angel’ does not mean messenger. It is made in fact of two words; E Ngjall; It actually means “to revive” or to “bring/come to life”. As this is how the ancients saw the higher beings of light; “returning from the heavens, or revived from the afterlife.”
This is physical Ascension. However, all that are to ascend to 5D Earth, nit everyone will go through the physical Ascension. Many will ascend spiritually to 5D. Around forty to fifty million will ascend physically.
You give your joy away by letting others’ actions and words impact your being and reality. And when you give your joy away, you have given them your power.
Strategy: Use your head rather than your heart. Formulate a wise strategy. Plan ahead for best results.
Illumination: Examine your darker aspects. You are being shown the way forward. Your path is illuminated, and there is no need to feel lost or indecisive. Something that has been lost to you will be found.
Power: Change is welcome. Allow the storm to pass, as it is necessary to clear the way. You are protected in your search for equality. Do not misuse your power.
Cycles: It is time for change, and it will be positive. Respect your own natural cycles. Be mindful of seasonal changes and go with the flow taking these into account in your diet and activity level.
Reduction: Allow what you no longer need to be destroyed or reduced. Build your emotional authenticity. You are protected when expressing your true emotions in appropriate ways.
Strength: Healthy fierceness is required. Strengthen your physical body. Walk forward in pride and know that you can fight any battle. You need to strike a balance between masculine and feminine.
Faith: Hold onto your dreams even through adversity. Develop faith in yourself and in a spiritual power. Trust is important. You must trust your own leadership abilities, or improve them. Be not afraid – you were born for this.
As a young girl I would be startled at the ‘knowing’ that would come over me about certain places, things, people or events. Usually it was of negative nature, or, it felt negative to my young girl heart.
I was introduced to alcohol at a young age by friends. I never liked the taste, but to fit in, I drank it. My perceptions seemed to die out the more ‘abusive’ I became with myself.
In my sexual experiences, I was surprised at the lack of connection made by my partners. They didn’t seem to feel things the same as I felt them. Deeply. No, they seemed shallow, for the climax only.
True connection always seemed to fail, even when I believed it hadn’t.
After 17 years sober, my perceptions are alive and kicking. Hollering even.
Astral travel is off the charts.
Fighting in the ethers.
Loving in the ethers.
Feeling for the first time what full body sense operation (without actual physical connection) is like, or the simple beginnings of the reality anyhow.
I believe I’ve been shown a glimmer of what true sensation is, and when partnered … whoa … it’s gonna be awesome.
Anyone and everyone who was or is psychic or clairaudient or having some other sense-ability will experience an upswing in sense activity, if they haven’t already.
Caring for self is critical right now. Be tender with yourself. If life is tense, find a few moments, here or there, or longer if you can, and love yourself tenderly. Sometimes, we are the only ones who will, so be sure to do that.
As the planet raises in consciousness, we are too. It will get bumpy-er. Be sure to put on your armor … hope, faith, belief … however that looks like for you. As I’ve been told in the recent past by a few, “Stand Your Ground”.
Do what is necessary to protect your Spirit and Soul. Eat nutritious, light food, live if possible, non-gmo too when possible. Easier said than done if you’re not super dedicated. I’ve added a nutrition shake in place of a meal to cut out some of the bulk.
We get where we are going by taking baby steps. One, two, three, maybe a couple steps back and three or four forward … growth is strenuous at times. Difficult, even when the change is minor.
Change, as well as full blown loving, will rock the nervous system. And it isn’t over at climax, no … it continues to alter the nervous system as long as needed until comfortable.
Then a new growth cycle will begin.
Find the joy in life’s ride. Create it, see it in everything. Otherwise, you’ll spend far too much time being upset, or angry, or lonely and bored.
Steer life’s emotions, do not be led by them.
They are powerful. Dangerous if left unchecked.
Be responsible.
But more than that …
Be a Creator who is in complete control of self, working at all times for the benefit of the whole.
