RRO or RTRO is the abbreviation for ‘Return to Rightful Owner’.
Return to Rightful Owner is a command by divine right of all beings in Universal Law to have their consciousness memories and lightbody parts be returned to them in the event it has been hijacked or stolen by negative forces, in current or previous timelines.

As the 12 D Avatar and the Light of God that I am, I cancel all contracts and/or agreements that I have made with any entity, guide, in this timeline or in any reality, that were not in my highest alignment and expression of my Light Source in the Law of One. I terminate all false matrices, or illusions that may have obscured my highest God purpose and soul mission, from the past, present and future. I terminate redemptive vehicle and crucifixion contracts and their related phantom systems from impacting my consciousness and all of my 12 bodies. I further declare that the cancellation of all such contracts is to be irrevocable and permanent in all time frames and realities. I invalidate the beings by commanding a full dissolution and dissolve them into the One Source-God Source Light through the Eternal Love of Forgiveness and Forgetfulness. Completely Heal and Seal my personal auric Field from any further intrusion. Return all energies and essences that are in divine right order NOW. Remember: The rigged systems in place today want to suppress your rise from Level 0 to Level 4. They wish to keep you as dumbed-down as possible so that you never become fully aware of what’s really happening around you.
Only by refusing to participate in those systems do you have a real opportunity to move up the levels and achieve the only thing that really matters: High-level consciousness.
Level 0 – “Zombie”
This is the default level of total ignorance at which 90% of the population operates. They have no clue about an ything that matters such as how fiat currency systems operate, natural cures for cancer, the true dangers of vaccines, how television manipulates their behavior and so on. (These people are often experts in sports and TV sitcoms, however.)
Level 1 – “Awakened”
This level is achieved when a person realizes something along the lines of “Hey, I’m living in a dream world. I’m being told lies at every turn. What is real? How can I know what is real?” This is where people start asking questions.
Level 2 – “Informed”
A level 2 person is someone who has taught themselves a significant amount of real history and the way the world really works. This person will have knowledge of politics, psychology, world history, economics, natural health, the natural world (water, ecosystems, soils, etc.), basic anatomy, basic science and so on. Not even 1% of the population today qualifies as level 2. Most people operate in a state of wild ignorance of the world around them.
Level 3 – “Mastery”
A level 3 person not only understands a great deal about the real world around them, they have also grasped ways to navigate through that world with great accomplishment and influence. They are innovators, creators and often communicators. Financial achievement is not the purpose here. Rather, it is achieving relevance in a world largely populated by utterly irrelevant people.
Level 4 – “Enlightenment”
This level is only achieved by those of the highest dedication to spiritual awakening. You would typically only find this level of understanding in people who pursue a lifetime practice of prayer, or transcendental meditation, or a similar spiritual practice. At this level of awareness, individuals become withdrawn from the material world and really have no interest in interacting with individuals of lower levels of awareness. Far less than one in a million human beings will ever achieve level 4 “Enlightenment.”
Just to review these levels again, here are some of the keywords and concepts that typically relate to people of each level:
Level 0 – “Zombie” – Football, sports scores, TV sitcoms, processed junk food, vaccinations, playing the lotto, following doctors’ orders, submitting to apparent authority, going along with the status quo.
Level 1 – “Awakened” – Asks questions. Reads ingredients on foods. Questions their doctor. Watches documentaries instead of sports. Attempts to assess information and think rationally. Questions false authority.
Level 2 – “Informed” – Reads books. Explores alternative information. Invests in self-education. Participates in activism. Seeks to make changes in the world around them. Speaks out with friends. Challenges people’s beliefs. Reflects on their own beliefs and is capable of adaptation.
Level 3 – “Mastery” – Has great influence. Creates things. Innovates. Provides solutions. Invents new things. No television. No vaccines. No junk food. Has a very long-term perspective. Understands the “big picture.” Seeks to help others. Has compassion for living things. Recognizes the web of life on our planet.
Level 4 – “Enlightenment” – Realizes the great illusion of life. Embraces immortality of consciousness and the human spirit. Expresses compassion for others but not intervention. Never seeks to “change” others, only to invite them to expand their awareness. Recognizes inter-connectedness of all life systems. Sees the human life experience in a humorous light. Is able to tap into higher consciousness. Rarely seeks fame and not interested in financial success. Often abandons all material wealth.

In The Four Agreements, Ruiz writes about the domestication of the human by means of punishment and reward. “The domestication is so strong that at a certain point in our lives we no longer need anyone to domesticate us”, Ruiz explains and lays out how we create a comfort zone of lies to uphold this domestication. We rather go in denial, he suggests, than giving up the lie which would mean death. The solution? According to Ruiz, we agreed to the domestication and lies. Hence, the way out is new agreements.
The first agreement: Be impeccable with your word. Speak from love, integrity, joy, harmony. No self rejection. No self judgement.

Forgiveness
Forgiveness does not mean that you accept abuse or harmful energies or actions being directed to you, such as people that are sociopaths and do not feel remorse or hold any respectful boundaries. It is possible to forgive a person who is possessed by negative forces, and to be completely neutral towards them, and yet know that for your health and well being you have to set proper boundaries or distance away from them. When undergoing severe trauma at the hands of another, it is important to know that person many times ceases to be in control of themselves, as they are being controlled by negative forces that carry out these harmful acts against other people.
Neutral Association or Observer Point
The Controllers have zero power over you (one’s thoughts and emotional state) when you are outside of their frequency reach by maintaining neutral balance or the Observer Point. If you stay out of mental and emotional polarity (inferior and superior thought forms) it is very hard for them to manipulate or control you. The Controllers have no access to control Now Moment Consciousness and do not understand the self-organization of God Force in Action as the Compassionate Witness. When you are capable to maintain and then embody energetic balance (through observer with no attachment to outcome) God Forces can access your being and bring resolution, reconciliation and peace to the most despairing of circumstances. Remember Fear closes the door to God Force while holding the inner Balance (Peace and Love) opens it.
A way to understand observer point is liken it to viewing a movie. If you become at all connected to any thread in an archetype of drama you are pulled into the movie, into the time and space of which the hologram is playing out. When observing it you are outside time, you are outside of the matrix of which is creating it. When you are outside looking at it you are not in the same time space field where this particular event is transpiring and that’s where you have to stay.
This is the same principles in working with some of the Galactic Wars and challenges that we see in the higher planes. The mistake is when we engage with it as is, like you are in it, you have made a mistake. You have got to pull out. You cannot be in the timeline. As soon as you are feeling the emotional pull or the vestment or the attachment, whatever it is that pulls you into the timeline and you get sucked into the identity, now you can hurt yourself. The level of holding observer is understanding that when you do this you are outside of the space where that event and that technology has power. When you are outside of it, that technology, whatever it is, whatever’s going on, does not have power over you. As soon as you get sucked into it you become a part of the movie.
Control your mind …
There are a lot of people who feel they know how to run you, better than you do.
“Confusion” is someone else in the middle of your reality, attempting to alter “your truth”.
Center of the Head = Personal Command Center.
We have a thought. Someone else comes along and says, “That’s not the way you do it” or something of that nature. We “accept” this “gift” and replace our own thought with theirs.
The savior … mom, dad, teacher, minister, peers, friends, etc, requires we step out of the Center of our Head, releasing our Seniority over our Personal Command Center, so they can then put “their truth” in it.
Place fingers on each temple. Draw an imaginary line inside the head from one finger to the other. Now place one finger on the brow between the eyes, and one at the back of the head, draw imaginary line. Notice where these two lines intersect. This is your Personal Command Center, the Center of the Head.
Focus on this space, eyes closed. After a moment your mind may begin to wander and you may see your childhood friend from the 3rd grade, your mother at the amusement park when you were 17, your first husband/wife from 25 years ago … take a breath.
Own this space.
Take charge of this space.
Begin to dismantle and dissolve other peoples “truths” you permitted to replace your own. Release the “gifts” you accepted from others which altered your own personal truths.
Remember, anything that is unlike “I like me” was never yours, release it.

I’m reading this one right now (among others). It is fascinating!
One thing that stood out was that “creator” is a being with both sexes, male and female, and when creating humans, it put the Primordial Light into the feminine. There are beings out there now who seek this Primordial Light, by “pushing” the light within the feminine OUT, hoping that it will expand into an egg like structure, to be utilized to “create” … I think some very bad dudes are doing this to the feminine, and this is why it seems like the feminine has been squashed for decades … “they” are seeking the “key” to creation. They must, for they decided to become “creators” in their own right, moving away from the Light of Source Creator … so they must seek to “harness” this light so they don’t “fizzle out”. THIS is what they are here for right now, actually, from the future … seeking this Primordial Light, to protect their own future as dominators.
They actually entrap the feminine and USE her Light ….. really bad dudes. Who are desperate …. and incapable of co-creating because they are so focused on dominating life.
It seems to me they skewed the creation story when trying to BECOME Source Creator … which they can of course never succeed at 100%, at best becoming a second, only. Maybe this is why they feel the need to destroy so much of creation … trying to be #1.

Love can give rise to destruction, and hate can inspire acts of genuine love. The lessons offered by our shadow often teach us the most. Know your shadow self. Love it. Without the darkness, the stars cannot be seen.
