A powerful time of moving forward is upon humanity.

2022 shall bring forth God’s heart to awaken humanity to remembrance.

This may appear to be disastrous to those believing the world or universe has the answers to a better life and there shall be a purging of false gods and lies that have deceived many.

This IS God’s move.

It is NOT a battle of flesh and bone. Or placing blame upon humanity.

Know God. IAM. Know God’s child Yeshua, our brother in One God.

A beginning of all things new for those who have realized the deep inner lies of the known world that all participated in creating.

Upon the acceptance of our Eternal God and the acceptance that Gods’ Spirit is dwelling within you, and that you are created in the image (Light) of God as a child of God and the free choice to let go of who you thought you were….all the lies of separation from God are seen.

God is realized within. The journey of a new life as a new creation in God begins.

As you let go of the world you remain in peace experiencing the beauty of embodiment in that which you truly are shall be braided together by God, into One unified Being of Light, here now while in the body.

Transfiguration begins.

No more separation shall ever be experienced in your life.

You are complete. One in God.

Time to emerge and be seen as a Bearer of Truth.

Many will need your strength as you stand in your Sovereignty.

Sovereignty is in the knowledge of Truth, a gift from God.

Your true inheritance is opened up for you and extended to you as an heir to God’s kingdom here.

Many will seek guidance as you reveal the Light of God as guided to do so.

The awareness of false light that has deceived many is shown clearly so that you may know this in your life and assist all in navigating the world to see.

You shall be a giver of the Keys of Wisdom.

For preparation of resurrection into Eternity and eternal life.

Then unified as One, those having chosen shall be moving fully guided by our Eternal Creator God.

God shall lead them to the gate through our alliance to God’s will, to show them how to use the Key of Eternal Life and emerge free in the Kingdom.

herbs for cleansing the lungs:

ivy
sage
thyme
ginger
mullien
turmeric
mugwort
echinacea
peppermint

herbs for inflammation:

sarsaparilla root
burdock root
chamomile
holy basil
cats claw
parsley
ginger
basil

symptoms of mucus build up in the lungs:

  • wheezing
  • difficulty sleeping
  • throat irritation
  • chest congestion
  • cough that produces phlegm
  • respiratory infection

symptoms of inflammation in the chest:

  • fever
  • cough
    -headaches
  • tenderness
  • neck and shoulder pain
  • inability to breathe deeply

taking your herbs:

the best way to take your herbs when fighting against mucus and phlegm is in liquid/tea form. the body needs to stay hydrated in order to keep the mucus thin within your body.

the healing process:

healing is process and in order to do so naturally we have to be sure our environment is conducive to the healing process.

  • when it comes to clearing out our lungs it’s important to keep the air moist.

– dry air irritates our noses and throat, our bodies began to create more mucus as a lubricant to keep our nasals moist. using a humidifier can help to keep our airways lubricated during our healing process, especially while sleeping. I recommend using eucalyptus oil.

  • stay elevated and keep your head high.

– sleeping and resting in a elevated positions will prevent mucus build up in the back of the throat. I recommend using hypoallergenic pillows as it’s worked well for me when fighting sinus infections and battling mucus build up.

– try to avoid suppressing your coughs.

instead, take a breath that is slightly deeper than normal. use your stomach muscles to make a series of 3 rapid exhalations with the airway open. this technique is proven to help loosen and move mucus upward toward the larger airways.

– avoid smoking/ second hand smoke.

this one may be difficult but it’s important to give our air airways a rest from smoking. If you use marijuana, I recommend steeping your herb in tea form until your sinuses and air ways are cleared. i recommend avoiding tobacco completely.

With each degree of expanded awareness, you move away from the world you once lived in. Your awakening has meant that you are no longer in the same dimensional space that you used to occupy. Your expanded awareness has started to reveal more of the world around you as you feel and see and become to know a world that you have never experienced before. ​

Your family and friends will appear identical for they are indeed a version of themselves but you are not the same version of yourself that you were before your journey started. Your version will be present in a greater level of dimensions then they will experience themselves. You will see a world that they do not – you will feel and experience energies that they do not.

To expand your awareness, you must be prepared to severe all the lower vibrational ties that bind you to the lower versions of yourself. In time you become a higher energised, higher dimensional being that will replace the third dimensional version that used to fill the same space. People who knew the previous version will begin to wonder where on Earth YOU came from. Your ‘friends’ will no longer have the same vibration – they will not be able to relate to you or you to them unless they too are prepared to change.

All the day to day worries that occupy so much of your time WILL eventually fall away from your thoughts. Conversations that you once joined in with will sound like the twittering of birds – you will dismiss them as irrelevant, you will ‘literally’ alienate yourself from them, you will not relate to them for indeed you are no longer related to their versions.

The higher energies create larger aura’s – your vibrations will be recognised by those that are similar – you will attract far more to you that is conducive to your advancement.

All that annoys you, worries you, scares you, angers you and upsets you – must be accepted and its control released by you. You cannot take these with you or advance with these present within your Light Body. These are the weights of your beliefs that you have chosen to carry, to keep you heavily anchored to the Earth that you love so much. These are the sacrifices that have to be made for you to advance. This cannot happen if you do not accept their power over you.

Be happy to send Love and Light to those that shout at you.
Be happy to recognize those that believe that you should act the way that THEY see fit.
Be happy to act subordinately to those who feel the need to show domination.
Be happy to understand a bad situation that someone else has put you in to make them feel better about themselves.
Be happy to choose to lose to those who only settle for winning.
These are all choices which demonstrate awareness of YOU.

Now, choose whether you want THESE people to remain in your life, for they will continue to present their version until your version no longer allows a resonating match for them.

This is Sovereignty – this is enlightenment – this is Mastery – this is Ascension.
