White Willow is the oldest recorded analgesic, or painkiller, in human history.
Chinese physicians have used white willow since 500 b.c. to relieve pain and lower fevers.
White willow was also used in ancient Assyrian, Egyptian, and Greek medicine as well.
The Greek physicians Hippocrates and Galen recommended white willow to remedy fevers and pain.
Native American tribes, including the Cherokee, Blackfoot, Iroquois, and Eskimo peoples, created a tea from closely related species of the bark to relieve headaches, fever, sore muscles, chills, rheumatism, and general aches and pains.
European chemists extracted the constituent salicin from white willow bark and converted it to salicylic acid.
Due to the cheap and easy production of synthetic aspirin, white willow eventually lost its popularity as a pain and fever reliever.
I now close the unfinished stories, unresolved situations, and poorly digested past experiences.
I put an end, a enough, a much needed limit on what no longer makes sense in my life.
I agree to complete this phase of my life freeing myself from everything that tied me to the old and the outdated.
May my past experiences not bring me the weight of pain, but wisdom to guide my steps.
May I never remain in what constrains, suffocates or limits me.
May I know how to let go of everything that is unproductive, that I be open to the new!
I allow myself to flow with life, changes and transformations.
I put an end to all the pain that I had not overcome, all the emotional disappointments that I have suffered, all the scarcity that I have experienced, all the physical and emotional woes, and all the woes that have bound me in the past.
In the name of my Holy Presence I Am, I decree that all knots, all misunderstandings and all discrepancies be broken now.
I now break all old, unpleasant and challenging cycles.
I am aware that I have served my purpose for these cycles, and that they have served their purpose for me as well.
I move on with learning and maturing ready for the new cycle that begins.
I accept endings and open myself to the blessings of new beginnings, to all the love, to all the health, to all the abundance and prosperity that await me.

I wish you heal from the things you don’t speak to anyone, from the pains you hold in silence, from the tears that stream down your face before you sleep.
I wish you heal from your fears, fears and insecurities. From the uncertainties that life once placed at you and that you face every day when you get out of bed and move on.
I wish you heal, from those heartaches, wounds and disappointments, that you silenced, that you never complained, but still feel deep inside you.
I wish you heal from the past that is still with you on the emotional scars you carry without complaining.
May you heal from the excuses you have never been given, the appreciation you have not received, the gratitude you have not been given, the fair recognition that was not offered to you, from all the times you deserved to receive the best and it did not come to you.
May you heal, from the pains that you swallowed, silenced, threw inside.
I hope you heal from all the times you said you were “okay” when you were not at all. Sometimes you swallowed your cry, anger, sadness, disappointment and smiled, so that the world wouldn’t see your pain, or so your smile could make someone happy.
May you heal from the moments you felt lonely and believed that no one saw your wounds or recognized your actions.
Believe, life sees, life repays, life heals.
Healing can be slow, silent, sometimes difficult, and it doesn’t come alone. But then it happens !
Healing is a process. Just as many cause you wounds that you bear in silence, others help heal the wounds without you noticing.
I wish you heal: from everything you say, from everything you don’t speak and from everything you need!
I am not merely speaking of the geography of where I live, though it is smashingly beautiful I live in Heaven on Earth because that is what my heart wants and has always wanted, and that is where it has always been.
It’s not that I don’t see the shadows or haven’t played in them, I see them, I use them to reflect and refract to assist my channel of light in becoming even more radiant.
I designed it that way.
I live in Heaven on Earth, every moment of every day.
Every smiling face that looks back at me contains it. Every blade of grass, every sparkle on every leaf on every tree, the animals, the humans, all of nature, the rocks, the ocean, the mountains – all of consciousness contains Heaven on Earth.
I didn’t always know that I lived in Heaven on Earth, sometimes I forgot how to focus as I walked through my own tunnels of darkness.
But the Light, it was always there, the Light at the end of the tunnel, beckoning me, reminding me.
I live in Heaven on Earth and it really is not a place, it is a state of being and I love knowing that.
The Seraphim live closest to God, they love to look into God’s face, into the radiant effulgent light. I imagine myself as one of the Seraphim and I cannot take my eyes off of God.
Him her me she you they us.
We are Heaven on Earth, not because we deserve it, though we do, but because we choose it.
I choose to see it, live in it, grow it, light it up. I choose Heaven on Earth
As we turn this corner, the end of a year, the end of a cycle, Heaven on Earth is there too, around the corner but also here now.
We are just moving deeper and deeper into her splendor.
The sun the moon the stars the planets the galaxies the universe the multiverse the Om-niverse. ALL here now in my Heaven on Earth.
And I am grateful as tears pour down my face speaking to the Joy that is bursting from my Heart.
Thank you each and everyone for helping me to choose again, to remember, to know that I can Live in Heaven on Earth. CSR

If you describe something or someone as formidable, you mean that you feel slightly frightened by them because they are “very great, or impressive”.
There’s talk going around about a worthy opponent. Wonder who she is? 😊
Who’s that lady? (Who’s that lady?) Beautiful lady, lady, yeah (who’s that lady?) Lovely lady (who’s that lady?) Real fine lady (who’s that lady?)
Hear me callin’ out to you ‘Cause that’s all that I can do Your eyes tell me to pursue But you say, “Look, yeah, but don’t touch, baby” No, no, no, don’t touch
Who’s that lady? (Who’s that lady?) Sexy lady, oh (who’s that lady?) Beautiful lady (who’s that lady?) Real fine lady (who’s that lady?)
I would dance upon a string Any gifts she’d wanna bring I would give her anything If she would just do what I say Come around my way, baby Shine my way
Who’s that lady? (Who’s that lady?) Beautiful lady, lady, lady (who’s that lady?) Lovely lady (who’s that lady?) Real, real fine lady (who’s that lady?)
I would love to take her home But her heart is made of stone Gotta keep on keepin’ on If I don’t, she’ll do me wrong She’ll do me wrong, yeah
It’s extremely rare to see two people in a relationship for the pure expansion of human consciousness, but when you do, the magnetic energy they emanate is nothing short of holy.
Most people use relationships as coping mechanisms.
They haven’t grieved something from their past and instead of confronting their inner world they grasp outwards, sometimes clinging to whatever object their hands find.
Anytime a relationship (or friendship) is used as a form of escapism, it slows down your path and eventually causes chaos in your field.
Holy relationships, or friendships, emerge through radical self honesty.
When two people are willing to not only open their hearts to one another, but to source itself, the connection becomes a transmission for elevated consciousness to enter through.
This creates a prism effect, where the light their fields emit cascades farther into the collective.
Connection has the potential to unroot human consciousness from the medieval/dark ages of consciousness, bringing it closer to an age of divinity.
Often, people go into relationships by way of hiding themselves, pretending to be that which they are not.
This produces a subtle tension throughout the relationship that resorts in blame/shame tactics which turn a once romantic connection into a battle with the “enemy”.
The ego subconsciously wants an enemy to cast its shadow upon.
This way the ego doesn’t have to take responsibility for its own path.
The incapacity to take responsibility for the path you walk is a mode of living in denial.
In a holy connection, both parties take full responsibility for their shortcomings and calmly grow into healthier states of consciousness.
Relationships, friendships, can be one of the most powerful catalysts for metaphysical growth, so long as both people are willing to look at themselves.
When I see two people who are raw and vulnerable with one another, who are unafraid to delve into their shadows without casting blame or shame onto each other during this fragile yet powerful process, I see incredible potential for humanity.
There is a big difference between taking and receiving. Takers have no desire to reciprocate and operate from lack and entitlement. They will never feel they have enough. But receiving is an art. It comes from trusting that you will be blessed, taken care of and provided for.
Takers know how to recognize those who are naturally generous and know the right language to use to get you to pour into them selflessly. Your alarm bells won’t necessarily go off because you love to share yourself, your energy and your resources. You may not even see a problem.
