We embody polarity. It is impossible to get away from the fact all things dwell within us.
The good guy gets to stay out during the day … at work, on a date … yet as soon as the alcohol starts (or other substance) the alter ego comes out.
Some say it is spirits, taking advantage of our lowering of the guard, and it could very well be.
YOU are the gate keeper.
YOU determine on whether to lower your guard.
YOU decide to share your form with others, seen, unseen … permission is granted as soon as the guard slips.
As soon as you surrender control.
I used to think that surrender only came via the use of alcohol. I was mistaken, it is ALL things that affect our guard.
Whether lowering it and thinking negative thoughts, or opening it wide, making self vulnerable to outside influences, which in turn affect the mind, as well as energetic contributions and all other output.
J. Marion Sims was a gynecologist in the 1800s who purchased Black women slaves and used them as guinea pigs for his untested surgical experiments. He repeatedly performed genital surgery on Black women WITHOUT ANESTHESIA because according to him, “Black women don’t feel pain.” Despite his inhumane tests on Black women, Sims was named “the father of modern gynecology”, and his statue currently stands right outside of the New York Academy of Medicine.
SOME statues really do need to come down.
But not the way the hypocrites are going about it.
Bayer is paying $10.5 billion for the damages and deaths caused by a chemical they still represent to the government regulators as “Harmless”. Millions of pounds is being sprayed into the drinking water across the country today.
Roundup is being applied in parks, schools and front yards everywhere. Roundup is sprayed on agriculture and is found in our foods. Glyphosate must be outright banned.
Bayer AG is set to announce on Wednesday it struck a roughly $10.5 billion deal to settle tens of thousands of lawsuits with U.S. plaintiffs alleging the company’s Roundup herbicide causes cancer, a milestone in the German company’s legal battle that has been weighing down its share price for nearly two years, according to a person familiar with the deal.
Some tell these folks to be Italian Miners, which could very well be the case. I leave this here, as a reminder that men of various ethnic backgrounds have been treated in a manner unfit for a King, which all men who are righteous are.
May ALL men and their counterparts be treated as equals, none abused or used, but held up for their incredible contributions, justly.

“Shortly after the Second World War, Italian emigration to Belgium, in particular to coal mines, assumed substantial dimensions, also favored by the “Italian-Belgium Protocol” signed in Rome on June 23, 1946 and updated on April 26, 1947 “for the transfer of 50,000 Italian miners to Belgium” at the rate of 2000 per week. In exchange, the Belgium government agrees to sell a minimum of 2,500 t monthly to Italy of coal per 1,000 immigrant miners. That agreement was called “MAN-CARBON”. The contract provides for 5 years of mining, with the mandatory obligation, under penalty of arrest, to make at least one.”
The Irish slave trade began when 30,000 Irish prisoners were sold as slaves to the New World. The King James I Proclamation of 1625 required Irish political prisoners be sent overseas and sold to English settlers in the West Indies. By the mid 1600s, the Irish were the main slaves sold to Antigua and Montserrat. At that time, 70% of the total population of Montserrat were Irish slaves.
Ireland quickly became the biggest source of human livestock for English merchants. The majority of the early slaves to the New World were actually white.
From 1641 to 1652, over 500,000 Irish were killed by the English and another 300,000 were sold as slaves. Ireland’s population fell from about 1,500,000 to 600,000 in one single decade. Families were ripped apart as the British did not allow Irish dads to take their wives and children with them across the Atlantic. This led to a helpless population of homeless women and children. Britain’s solution was to auction them off as well.
During the 1650s, over 100,000 Irish children between the ages of 10 and 14 were taken from their parents and sold as slaves in the West Indies, Virginia and New England. In this decade, 52,000 Irish (mostly women and children) were sold to Barbados and Virginia. Another 30,000 Irish men and women were also transported and sold to the highest bidder. In 1656, Cromwell ordered that 2000 Irish children be taken to Jamaica and sold as slaves to English settlers.
Many people today will avoid calling the Irish slaves what they truly were: Slaves. They’ll come up with terms like “Indentured Servants” to describe what occurred to the Irish. However, in most cases from the 17th and 18th centuries, Irish slaves were nothing more than human cattle.
As an example, the African slave trade was just beginning during this same period. It is well recorded that African slaves, not tainted with the stain of the hated Catholic theology and more expensive to purchase, were often treated far better than their Irish counterparts.
African slaves were very expensive during the late 1600s (50 Sterling). Irish slaves came cheap (no more than 5 Sterling). If a planter whipped or branded or beat an Irish slave to death, it was never a crime. A death was a monetary setback, but far cheaper than killing a more expensive African. The English masters quickly began breeding the Irish women for both their own personal pleasure and for greater profit. Children of slaves were themselves slaves, which increased the size of the master’s free workforce. Even if an Irish woman somehow obtained her freedom, her kids would remain slaves of her master. Thus, Irish moms, even with this new found emancipation, would seldom abandon their kids and would remain in servitude.
In time, the English thought of a better way to use these women (in many cases, girls as young as 12) to increase their market share: The settlers began to breed Irish women and girls with African men to produce slaves with a distinct complexion. These new “mulatto” slaves brought a higher price than Irish livestock and, likewise, enabled the settlers to save money rather than purchase new African slaves. This practice of interbreeding Irish females with African men went on for several decades and was so widespread that, in 1681, legislation was passed “forbidding the practice of mating Irish slave women to African slave men for the purpose of producing slaves for sale.” In short, it was stopped only because it interfered with the profits of a large slave transport company.
England continued to ship tens of thousands of Irish slaves for more than a century. Records state that, after the 1798 Irish Rebellion, thousands of Irish slaves were sold to both America and Australia. There were horrible abuses of both African and Irish captives. One British ship even dumped 1,302 slaves into the Atlantic Ocean so that the crew would have plenty of food to eat.
There is little question that the Irish experienced the horrors of slavery as much (if not more in the 17th Century) as the Africans did. There is, also, very little question that those brown, tanned faces you witness in your travels to the West Indies are very likely a combination of African and Irish ancestry. In 1839, Britain finally decided on its own to end its participation in Satan’s highway to hell and stopped transporting slaves. While their decision did not stop pirates from doing what they desired, the new law slowly concluded THIS chapter of nightmarish Irish misery.
But, if anyone, black or white, believes that slavery was only an African experience, then they’ve got it completely wrong.

There are four main types of spiritual crisis or down-cycle events in metamorphosis that need to be clearly understood to prevent unnecessary suffering and secondary backlash:
LIGHTNING: This is a terror event of intense energy pouring up and into the body similar to a euphoric inner-conjunction of spiritual activation, but in this case it is an inner-conjunction of feeling great discomfort, anxiety, pain or fear. Here we descend deeply into our matter and flesh and experience inner fears or energy blockages, or experience external anxiety with no apparent cause. We may be accessing buried parts of our Unconscious Mind or cellular memories that are embedded in our bodies. This “negative” inner-conjunction mostly occurs during one’s first initial awakening stages which can help to surface hidden fears or pain located in the Pain Body. This terror or fear is the polar opposite to the spontaneous bliss awakening in a neophyte-body at the early Soul initiations for those that are unfamiliar with such intensity of Expanding Consciousness and energy.
SHOCK: White Death, or autonomic shock in the CNS that occurs immediately after a mystical or ecstatic experience with kundalini spiritual activation. That is the contraction and toxic overload after a significant opening to the extreme bliss of a euphoric inner-conjunction event or a spiritual initiation stage into a higher frequency or level of the Lightbody. Sometimes in this stage a person can feel numb, apathetic or in a void.
SELF-DIGESTION: Then there are the die-offs of toxins or waste which are a catabolic breakdown of the former structures through apoptosis due to oxidation by free radicals and then phagocytosis[2] by the macrophages[3]. This is a physical event and a spiritual-energetic event. Thus, one can experience a cleansing cycle similar to a detoxification through the elimination channels of the body. Detoxification at all levels of the body occurs, including a mental and emotional detoxification of the Pain Body and Ego/Personality. Changes in the hormonal structure, and endocrine functions. This is also the process of Ego Death.
BURNOUT: Lastly there is the exhaustion phase of the overall spiritual awakening cycle where the body’s resources of neurotransmitters, hormones, and nutrients have been used up in the climb to the escalation heights of the spiritual awakening peak. During exhaustion depression arises, yet there is permanent bliss or peace giving the sense of being dissociated from the depression.
So dear friends – and there comes more…..Love and Light is GREAT- but FIRST you go through this ALL and SURVIVE and THEN you can talk about Ascension……Sorry, but this is Truth – I have had to realize that humans can`t be just helped with “sugar” and “sweeties.

Dissolving the 3D Personality
The incarnated station of our identity that was our personality matrix, the aspect that was enmeshed with the lower three dimensional frequencies, is also dissolving. This equates to the dissolution of our personality matrix or station of identity that was located in the lower three dimensions, and moving that aspect of our identity into the higher frequency bands of our Soul matrix or higher station of identity.
What happens to the people on the earth who believe that they are only their personality identity, when it begins to dissolve? We can see the effects of that consciousness shift now in the global scape. The range of experience for some people is from sensations of great anxiety, stress, and mental confusion all the way to the descent into madness and insane behaviors. Most people are not aware they are losing Coherence, and are unaware of the causality of what is actually influencing the way they think and behave.
The lower dimensional contents that exist in the planetary collective consciousness fields are undergoing massive reconfigurations in multiple ways. This energetic change in the 3D reality has reached critical mass, which means it is greatly impacting all people of the earth.
Whether asleep or awake, the self-mastery that has been either lost or gained is measured in how you personally deal with stress and chaos. No person on this earth is exempt from the exposure to the massive fields of chaos, confusion and darkness that exist in the collective mind of humanity.
During this time, our inner energetic integrity is tested in order to hold neutrality, while facing the great forces of chaos. This is being tested in every person, just from the mere fact of being on the earth at this time.
How well are we able to adapt to change and hold neutrality in every kind of stressful situation?
We have to measure our competency level now. If we are not doing well with adaptability, flexibility and neutrality in our life situation, we must make adjustments to gain strength with this skill set.
This is the time to take stock of how well we are coping with the madness of the earth, as the collective mind of humanity travels the Dark Night of the Soul. What does this take and what is being asked of us? All people must take responsibility for the quality of their thoughts, behaviors, actions, as all consciousness that is created has a direct cause and effect.

Suggestions to Support Ego Death
Relax as much as possible in the down-cycle, Surrender and allow the process of the Dark Night. Make yourself comfortable without suppressing symptoms, without escaping to run away or propping yourself up with distractions and stimulants.
A spiritual die-off is a free radical storm which may induce stress. De-stress and take good care of your body, potentially consume superfoods or doses of antioxidants for protection. Also if guided, take support supplements, essential oils that help the thyroid (kelp, nettle leaf), the adrenals (licorice, Vitamin C), the nerves (Vitamin Bs, ) and the hormones (ginseng, gotu kola).
Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day, and take a bath to re-hydrate potentially in salt baths. The body has a huge demand for water and Biochemic Cell Salts during a die-off phase, detoxification and spiritual activation.
If one is accelerated in full detoxification of toxin die-off, one may experience Ascension Symptoms like Ascension flu. The immune system is essentially dismantling the body and all one can do is rest in bed, and not eat much of anything.
It’s best not to eat while the body is in catabolic breakdown mode, or digestion will draw energy away from the transmutation of the flesh and your resurrection will not be as complete. One may create toxicity and tissue damage if you work against the natural break-down cycle and ignore the bodies request for rest, cleansing or fast.
Now we come to the last part
Psychospiritual Crisis
The symptoms of psychospiritual crises represent a manifestation and exteriorization of the deep dynamics of the human psyche and Consciousness. The individual human psyche is a multidimensional consciousness and multilevel system with no internal divisions and boundaries. We cannot, therefore, expect to find clearly defined and demarcated types of spiritual emergency.
I will first present a list of the most important varieties of psychospiritual crises as identified and then briefly discuss each of them tomorrow:
1. Shamanic crisis 2. Awakening of Kundalini 3. Episodes of unitive consciousness (Maslow’s “peak experiences”) 4. Psychological renewal through return to the center (John Perry) 5. Crisis of psychic opening 6. Past-life experiences 7. Communication with spirit guides and “channeling” 8. Near-death experiences (NDEs) 9. Close encounters with UFOs and alien abduction experiences 10. Possession states 11. Alcoholism and drug addiction.
Hello, my friends. I missed talking with you over the past few days. It’s great to be back with you. Today I will be discussing what it really means to awaken to who you really are.
The terms “awaken” and “awakening” are used for many purposes. For our discussion today, I use them to refer to the process nearly all of you are experiencing in yourselves.
That process has absolutely nothing to do with Disclosure.
Nor does the awakening process have anything to do with learning about what some believe is happening around the world. In fact, much of what many are consumed by, the conspiracy theories and tall tales, are meant to prevent your awakening by getting you to focus on the negative.
The Great Awakening that is happening now was timed to happen with the Ascension Transition period that humanity is now experiencing. It is the process of souls of human origin, as well as the souls of starseed or angel origin, realizing they are more than their human presence.
All of us, before we incarnate here, develop a life agreement with ourselves and others, to accomplish what we set out to do in each lifetime. That agreement provides for an individual path of self-discovery that no one else should interfere with.
Your Higher Self is that part of your soul that does not incarnate into your body. Each of us has souls of quantum, infinite energy. You each are able, as you gain higher consciousness, to power as many bodies as you want to use for your individual missions.
So, some of you are the only human incarnation powered by your soul. Others of you have multiple, parallel incarnations around the planet, or even all around the galaxy, serving humanity and others in the way you like to serve.
The process of awakening is when your Higher Self starts to make you aware that there is more to you than just the part that is in your human body. This process usually starts many years before you become aware that you are changing and understanding more.
Jesus, in the CHRIST LETTERS we have been discussing, describes his awakening process that took forty days in the desert. For all of us, the process is different. All who serve here, without exception, have to go through the process in every incarnation.
The most important thing I can tell you is that your Higher Self knows exactly where to take you, to help you find what you need as you awaken. Defeating your human ego is critical to being able to fully awaken. Your ego will always try to keep you happy with the status quo.
The process of awakening requires each of us to tear down the walls and the ideas that keep us from moving forward. It requires us to recognize our divine nature. It requires us to see that no human control system—like politics—has any bearing on our souls.
Awakening also requires that we heal ourselves of the trauma we all experience in our human incarnations. The reason we need to heal ourselves is that energetic residue from past events makes us physically and mentally ill, and unable to commune with our individual Higher Self.
Rather than focus your energy on what other people say to make you hate or judge the enemies of another, I hope you will see that your energy will be more productive focused on your own individual awakening. In full awakening, you can actually help humanity.
Spending time walking in nature, changing your diet to one that is healthy for you and the planet and animals, meditating, listening to high vibration music, and serving others in need, are all things that can help you figure out your path to awakening.
As you move yourself along the path of awakening, and you defeat your ego, your gifts will become more apparent and accessible to you. For instance, many of you are master healers and extraordinary leaders.
As you restore your Higher Self to its rightful position, you will have access to the knowledge and abilities you brought with you to serve humanity. You will have even better ability to use the skills and knowledge you have developed in this lifetime, as well.
As you look back on your life, while you move down your path to awakening, you will see that everything that happened in your life had a purpose. You will see how where you were, brought you to where you are now, and prepared you for your own path forward.
Always remember that where you are on your individual journey is just perfect. It isn’t a competition. No matter where you are in the process of awakening, or not awakening, you are deeply loved and valued as a soul. I, and the angelic gestalts, are here to support and help you.
Junk turns the user into a plant. Plants do not feel pain since pain has no function in a stationary organism. Junk is a pain killer. A plant has no libido in the human or animal sense. Junk replaces the sex drive.
Seeding is the sex of the plant and the function of opium is to delay seeding. Perhaps the intense discomfort of withdrawal is the transition from plant back to animal, from a painless, sexless, timeless state back to sex and pain and time, from death back to life.
When they see you as a strong woman, they think that you do not need anything or anyone, you can bear everything and will overcome whatever happens. That you do not mind being listened to, cared for or pampered.
When they see you as a strong woman, they just look for you to help them carry their crosses. They talk to you and they think you do not need to be heard.
A strong woman is not asked if she is tired, suffering or falling, if she has anxiety or fear. The important thing is that she is always there: a lighthouse in the fog or a rock in the middle of the sea.
The strong woman is not forgiven anything. If she loses control, she becomes weak. If she loses her temper, she becomes hysterical.
When the strong woman disappears a minute, it is immediately noticeable, but when she is there, her presence is usual.
But the strength that is needed every day, to be that kind of woman, does not matter to anyone.
Honor, recognize, respect and thank the strong women in your life, because they also need to be restrained, loved and feel that they can rest.
