Decades old pain arose, surprising me, for I thought I had put it to rest. Well, I did put it to rest … without the proper processing necessary first.
I cried for a whole day. And even some on the second day.
I told myself to stop living in the past, to push it aside, to shut off the tears, to ‘woman’ up.
And then I spoke to some very dear friends, one of which asked me this:
Do you take a shower to wash your body?
I said, yes.
She said, “Tears are a cleansing for the soul. It washes it pure after trauma, or heartbreak of any kind.”
She explained to me that I should NEVER shut down my tears, that I should pay very close attention to what is being “washed away”, to feel it thoroughly and then release it.
After this talk, I vow to never put a damper on my tears, never to put the breaks on any release of past hurt or trauma.
I will allow my tears to wash my pain.
I will permit the process of healing in my person.

In difficult times, you move forward in small steps. Do what you have to do, but little by little. Don’t think about the future, or what may happen tomorrow. Wash the dishes. Remove the dust. Write a letter. Make a soup. You see? You are advancing step by step. Take a step and stop. Rest a little. Praise yourself. Take another step. Then another. You won’t notice, but your steps will grow more and more. And the time will come when you can think about the future without crying.
Morning: Today is a day to focus on cleaning. Cleaning out the things I don’t need. I will clean out and get rid of the negative feelings, regrets, grievances, grudges, and unhappy memories that clutter up my life. I no longer have room for these. I release them all, and I will spend the day with only good things, ideas, and thoughts that support me, in my heart and mind.
Evening: I know that I did my best today to focus on cleaning out what I don’t need. Tonight I will rest knowing that my heart and mind have released the debris of my old life, and made room for the new.
Hello, everyone. Today I just have a short message from Archangel Raphael, who sometimes uses my account. She is currently busy holding together a tectonic plate system and calming down a volcano.
I’ve described to you in the past the work that AA Raphael has done to remove implants from your brains and help you heal from what has happened over the time you’ve spent on this planet. She wants to let you know that we all need to work on setting appropriate energetic boundaries to deal with those who hurt us, with their words and actions. This again is a matter of strengthening the energy bubble around your body, known as the “auric field.”
Sometimes we are in family or work or community situations where we are required to maintain relationships that no longer serve us in a positive way. Without a strong energetic barrier between ourselves and those who want to hurt us, our energy fields become ineffective.
I would like to add that this also applies to the constant barrage of negativity that comes out of all of the different political factions in the world. Politics are designed for control. The messages that come out of politics are meant as a mind control operation.
With a strong auric field, the harmful messages of hate and judgment that come from poor relationships or the media will more easily bounce off you, rather than deplete your precious Creator energy we each carry.
This thread from March will give you some information on how to strengthen your auric field. The Christ Letters we have been discussing offer more complete information on healing the energy you output to change your reality. https://twitter.com/archangelamongu/status/1235959759188013057?s=21
AA Raphael also sends her love, and wants you to know she and her teams are working to deal with all of those who are ill and struggling with COVID-19. She and the healing teams of her gestalt are always in your service, simply by asking for their assistance in your mind.
There is a quiet still place inside of you that will always be available as a sanctuary, yet finding such a space in the natural world will enhance and complement this internal place of peace. Whether it is a cave, meadow, forest, seashore, or any other setting in Nature, this is where you can see, hear, and feel the presence of the Creator in your surroundings. Let it become a temple for your heart and soul.
Rather than having your computer, television, or any other human-made device or activity be your sanctuary, allow yourself to discover the perfect place in Nature where you can simply be and breathe. Doing so bridges the connection between the internal and external, facilitating a spiritual communion that allows your being to be aligned in dramatic and quiet reverie with All That Is. In today’s busy world, it becomes even more critical to set aside time for sanctuary – even if you have to schedule it!
It is time to take a break! Not just a coffee break, but a respite from the usual environment you find yourself in. That trip you wanted to take? Go for it. Tired of being indoors? Make it a point to get outside. Have become so attached to your surroundings that you have created within them an illusion of safety, yet it is not these things that make you feel safe. Rather, the familiarity you have imbued in your surroundings have generated this false sense of security.
Taking time away from the familiar is literally about changing your external environment in a significant way, such as doing something unusual or perhaps something you have always wanted to experience. Another perspective is breaking through the barrier of beliefs that have constricted you in any way from being who you truly are. This is your opportunity to do some intentional breaching of these thought patterns, which will open you to different worlds and perspectives.
This is a time of considerable harmony for you, one where the various elements in your life are flowing together smoothly. Just as in musical harmony, it is the interface of these elements that merge into a cycle of symmetry and balance that evokes feelings of harmony. The challenge is to sustain this inner accord even when there is considerable dissonance outside of your own mind, heart, and body.
Note the sensations, emotions, and thoughts you experience when everything seems to be moving along well. Take three deep breaths, and let your breathing be the anchor that reminds you of this state of consciousness. Whenever you perceive chaos around you, know that it is a mirror for your inner turmoil. When you recognize this, take three or more breaths to bring forth the memory of those moments when your life was like a symphony. Then every time you exhale, you are releasing the energy of your internal state of harmony into the world, and it will have amazing effects.
