I decided to add apples from my lunch, gifts for GAIAs children, the ants and whatever else out here likes sweet apples.
I saw a dandelion fluff float by on the air. I made a prayer.
May all beings within the waters, and out of the waters, regardless of race or species, be happy, healthy, whole … and free.
I saw a second dandelion fluff go by and said another prayer.
May all beings of the air be happy, healthy, whole and free.
There are heart rocks in the river.
My beautiful view as I tip my head back in relaxation.
The sun has graced me with its presence, shining upon my face, it’s intensity diminished ever so slightly by the leaves of GAIAs beautiful tree. You see, I’ve found a shady spot along the river on this bright and warm day.
Butterfly’s keep passing by me as the travel along the waters path.
Another dandelion fluff inspires another prayer.
GAIA, May YOU heal, for when you heal we all heal. May circumstances shift in such a way that healing comes to all areas of your beautiful self.
Blessings abound when our Mother is healthy.
I smelled urine a moment ago and said a big thank you, for this means people are watering the soil, rather than soiling the water.
Do you see a face in that rock?
A pale spider of a pretty good size just lowered itself from GAIAs tree and tried to land on me. I averted its path, but brought no harm (that I’m aware of).
Shadow play. The grass and it’s image on the rock. Both are real, yet one cannot exist without the other … and both cannot exit without the Light.
A few little pretty’s …
GAIA definitely showed her Love today. I feel so blessed.
The waters, they rush and they swirl and they lap against the edges of the bank. So beautiful.
We are becoming. Surrender to your changes. Release your fear. Trust this powerful process.
Today I remember the infinite rhythm of life. I will not be afraid of the darkness for it is always followed by the light. I will not be surprised when the light seems to fade for it is just a part of the process. I know life is a circle of birth, death, and rebirth. I will not fear. I will embrace all that I am becoming and welcome change.
Focus on how far you have come. Not how far you have to go. You will find help in unexpected places.
I am a beautiful, courageous traveler on a journey toward ultimate happiness. Today I am grateful for how far I have come and how much I’ve been given. I am grateful for the companions I find along the trail. I will remember that I have been placed on this Earth the discover what I really want to do and to be true to myself. I will find my own way and I will live my dream.
Gently flow through the turbulence. Life has the ability to shape you. Bend, don’t break.
Today when the storms of life come blowing I will bend with them but not break. I will be brave and let go of the shore with courage. I will not be caught up with the things I cannot change but focus on what I can and flow. I will swim in the great sea of life and not be afraid because the winds of positive change are on my side.
Something wonderful is happening. Change is in the air. Open yourself to blessings on their way.
Today I know that something wonderful is going to happen. I will keep my eyes and ears open for the guideposts to these unknown blessings I give thanks for change and the faith that life is about to get even better than I ever thought possible.
Live with compassion. Open your heart to all life forms. Be an angel with hands.
Today I will do the right thing, even if no one is watching. I will remember that everyone if fighting some kind of battle and I will show compassion. Life is filled with opportunities to be kind and today, right now, I will be the one who lifts others higher.
Renewal of Peace: It is important to maintain peace with all aspects of your life, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Inner imbalances can often manifest in your daily life if you don’t make time to take care of yourself. It doesn’t matter whether or not your imbalance is a negative one. Being optimistic to the point of believing yourself to be invincible can also lead to challenges. Balance is best achieved through listening to your body. Take time for yourself. Allow your inner power to heal and return to being peace-filled. This will assist you and make you stronger.
Keep your dreams alive: Start to identify plans and actions that will lead you to achieve your dreams and goals. Your dreams can become your reality. This is a time when you need to be able to apply detailed planning in order to manifest your dreams and realize your goals. You need to remain focused on the practical side of things. Keep your feet firmly planted on the ground. It is easy to be distracted by more ideas and concepts. Keep focused on what is realistic and achievable. Your common sense and pragmatic approach will lead you to a solution that actually works. Begin taking steps that will bring you closer to your dreams.
Shift your energy: Clear your energy, the energy of those around you and the energy of your environment. Winds of change are blowing into your awareness. In order to prepare for what is ahead, begin a process of renewal. This process might include clearing away the old that no longer has a purpose in your life. It also might mean changing old habits and patterns that you are ready to release. An example might be actively avoiding overly sugary foods if you are trying to eliminate excessive sugar from your diet. View this as a time of shedding that can be achieved with ease and grace.

History brings us artfully layered garden crafts like making lavender wands. They encase the fragrant flowers in a green woven basket of their own stems, and create artful wands that could ornament closets and drawers to perfume clothes, lingerie and bedding. Science reinforces what our ancestors already understood; that lavender infused a calming perfume that also kept moths and bedbugs at bay.
To make your own lavender wand, gather the longest stems of fresh lavender. Secure them tightly just below the flower heads with fine ribbon and bend the stems back over the flowers like a cage. Use the same ribbon ends to weave back through in opposite directions (in order to leave flowers exposed in a checkerboard pattern): over and under, over and under, until the flowers are encased and you can use the remainder of the ribbon to fashion the handle of the wand.
It’s a great craft to share with kids…and of course, there is a little magic in every wand.
Such a wonderful treat … you just roll it between your hands when you need a pick-me-up and oooohhh … it is heavenly.
You will be victorious. Teamwork or a partnership may be better than going it alone. Synergy is important right now. Delegation is useful.
Boudicca’s very name means “bringer of victory.” She did what no other could do in her time: she was a queen, a warrior, a leader, and a mother. She was real. She was Boudicca.
When the Romans invaded Britain, things changed greatly for the native tribes. Some were wiped out, some were subjugated, and some became Roman allies. None were united. When Boudicca’s husband, king of the Iceni, died, he left his kingdom to his wife, daughters, and the Roman emperor, but the Romans did not honor his will. As the Romans did not recognize inheritance of land through the maternal line, they annexed the kingdom, just as if it were conquered territory, and the king’s women had no leadership rights. Boudicca, a tall, strong, red headed warrior queen, protested this.
The Romans came to Boudicca’s village to pass their judgement and violently attacked Boudicca and her daughters. They took all the food in the village and prohibited other Romans to trade with them. Additionally, the Romans slaughtered druids (who screamed curses upon them as the Romans landed upon the beach), burned down their sacred groves, and poisoned their holy wells. All these acts triggered a revolution within Boudicca; she decided that she would not only war with Rome but also attempt to unite the tribes of the Britons.
Joining with a neighboring tribe, Boudicca led an army that decimated a major Roman stronghold, the Romans certainly underestimating her ferocity and strategic prowess. Battle after battle, she eventually reached Londinium, which she joyfully burned to the ground. Archaeologists have discovered a charred layer of ash almost half a meter thick under modern London, courtesy of Boudicca.
Boudicca was eventually defeated, though it is not known exactly where and when she died. She was given a royal burial, and her army was disbanded, though not before damaging the Roman army and achieving what the Britons had sought all along – respect.
Her legend lives on. Boudicca has become a siren symbol of unity and of revolution. Her energy has been channeled by everyone from Queen Victoria (who had a statue made in her honor that sits on Westminster Pier in London) to numerous painters and writers of books, movies, and television series. When you feel downtrodden, are a victim of injustice, or think that you cannot possibly win, call upon the Queen of the Iceni to assist you! Her energy is one for when you feel you are unjustly being ignored and are not receiving the respectful treatment from others that you deserve.
When you feel it is time to stand up for just or respectful treatment and you want to call others to you for a positive purpose, or even just feel the unity of your own purpose and various energies, you can call on Boudicca.
You will need three small stones for this.
Go outside. Take a big, deep breath. Hold the stones in your hand.
Stand with your legs slightly apart, knees relaxed, in a stable, balanced pose. Raise one arm in a salute of victory. Say strongly,
Daughter of the Hare,
Queen of the Inceni,
Boudicca, hear my call!
I call you to join with me. I have a battle to win.
I know you will show me my strength and my will.
(Tell Boudicca your Issue)
Unite with me, great Boudicca.
Allow me to ride on your chariot
As I move forward
In trust and power.
Place the three stones in the earth in honor of Boudicca’s daughters.

“Imagine if you will being on your death bed – And standing around your bed – the ghosts of the ideas, the dreams, the abilities, the talents given to you by life.
And that you, for whatever reason, never acted on those ideas, you never pursued that dream, you never used those talents, we never saw your leadership, you never used your voice, you never wrote that book.
And there they are standing around your bed looking at you with large angry eyes saying we came to you, and only you could have given us life! Now we must die with you forever.
The question is – if you die today what ideas, what dreams, what abilities, what talents, what gifts, would die with you? ”
It’s time to think big. You are a star in your own right. There are unlimited possibilities. It is fine not to know every detail before proceeding. Mystery is a natural part of life.
Nuit’s energy is as wide as the sky, as big as the universe, and as bright as a star. Within the Egyptian pantheon, Nuit played the role of sky goddess. the celestial heavens were her body, and below her, in a mirror image, lay her brother, the earth god, Geb.
The infinite sky and the sparkling stars above are the expressions of the nature of Nuit. The ideas of wonder, unlimited possibility, infinity, and the eternity of life are all mysteries of Nuit. Ancient Egyptians believed that when one died, the body rested in her energy and, thus, they often painted her image on the lids of sarcophagi. Death is, in fact, a part of rebirth for the Egyptians, and Nuit was also a mother – she gave birth to Isis, Osiris, Set, and Horus. The sun god, Ra, was born from her star-strewn body every morning and then swallowed again at sunset.
Nuit invites us to share the infinite and expand accordingly. Her flowing energy suggests to us that there is nothing we can’t do and encourages us to embrace big possibilities. While many of us are fearful to expand and to take risks in that growth, Nuit encourages traveling forward with a strong intention anyway. When you are feeling small, when you are stuck in the tiny details, when you feel that there is no place in the world for you, Nuit is the perfect goddess to help you from relief. Nuit encourages us to think big and to set positive intentions for our growth.
Nuit also offers comfort to those who feel that they need to have all the answers all the time, which can be exhausting on so many levels. None of us is perfect. None of us knows everything, and it is unfair to put that type of pressure on ourselves. Not knowing actually leads to growth too. Nuit champions the idea that there are some things that should stay unexplained due to the beauty of the mystery.

Close your eyes, tune into your breathing, and allow yourself to sink deeply into the heart of the living creation that you are. As you notice your breath becoming steady and slightly deeper than usual, observe the urge within you that is begging to come forth in some alive action. Pay attention to any images, sounds, or feelings that beckon your awareness; and there you will find the key as to the manner in which to express this magnificent pulse.
Your breath is the crossover between Spirit and physical reality. Breathing comfortably and steadily helps you align yourself with Spirit, which then brings a clearer focus on what creative expression is preparing to be birthed through and from you. Discard any habitual thought patterns that would prevent the manifestation of what you are being prompted to bring forth. Allow yourself to take risks with this self-expression, and all of Creation will smile upon you.
In both subtle and more dramatic ways, you can shapeshift by your choice of clothing, hairstyle, adornments, and even mannerisms (such as facial expression, gestures, and the way you walk). By adjusting these along with your internal attitude, you can actually display different personas. When you experiment with these variations of self-expression that are not how you ordinarily present yourself, others will react to you, depending on the degree in which your persona contrasts with the one they are most familiar with. Be like the clouds as you try out different forms, stretching your limits at times, willing to move and adjust as necessary.
Lift your head up, square your shoulders, and stand tall such that your chest and heart open to the world, and note how this feels. You may feel vulnerable at first, but stay with it. Then let your shoulders fall forward slightly, pull your chest inward an inch or two, and let your head drop a little; observe how this feels.
Experiment with contracting your aura (your energy field), then expand it as far as you comfortably can. By this kind of shapeshifting you can consciously choose your expression into the world. Just remember who you are at the core.
The lethargy you feel is the result of a lack of activation – in other words, something that stirs your senses. This could be anything from walking outdoors, feeling the breeze on your body, or inhaling the different aromas that Nature herself provides. Or it could be finding the pleasure in a warm bath that helps you release the tension and stress from your mind and body. Music may activate your hearing, which sparks the pleasure centers in your brain. Art may activate your emotional responses. The touch of another human may activate a deep need to be physically held in some manner once again.
Now is the time for action. Engage in some activity and be fully present so that you forget about your surroundings and enter into that timeless and multidimensional experience of Union with the focus of your creative attention. Let your physical body be active. Movement alone – whether quietly dancing by yourself or hiking up that hill over yonder – will require you to be as present as possible in your body. Enjoy!
