“The ancient Irish had a saying: ‘You don’t give a man a weapon until you’ve taught him how to dance.’ In other words, a different kind of learning is required before someone can be truly trusted with social power and potent things like weapons. If a man does not know the wounds of his own soul, he can deny not just his own pain, but also be unmoved by the suffering of other people. More than that, he will tend to put his wound onto others. He may only be able to see the wound that secretly troubles him when he forcefully projects it into someone else, in forms of abuse or violence.
So in the old culture-making idea, in order to properly bear arms a person must first become disarmed, as in becoming vulnerable and connected to something meaningful and supportive of life. The idea of forging the temperament of young men took precedence over the idea of simply giving them weapons at a certain age. The tempering of the souls involved discovering what kind of anger each might carry and learning about the inner line where anger turned into blind rage. Becoming tempered also meant immersing in the sorrow of one’s life and thereby being in touch with the grief of the world.
I went deep into the forest early this morning to float in GAIAs beautiful mineral waters. Upon arrival I found many people sitting in the sacred pools. They brought their lounge chairs into the water, their styrofoam cups, and they did not stop talking even for a short time. It was their playground.
I pulled a beer can and a plastic water bottle from the pools. I threw a nerf ball that was floating around up to the bank.
I had to leave this place because the energy of the people was so unsettling. I took photos of how they are treating this sacred space.
Dirty diaper
They peed on GAIA, which I have no issue with. However because they didn’t want to get it on themselves, they wiped with tissue and threw it on the ground, everywhere I looked. Not realizing in the slightest the filth they wanted to save themselves from, they spewed onto the land, for all to see, for months to come.
There is no garbage service here, no clean up crew. These bags were so heavy I could not even pick them up to haul them away. There was no respect or honor for the Earth shown that we live upon.
At first I was angry. I told all who listened in the aethers that these people did not deserve to be here on this piece of land. That I hoped the owner would once again construct barriers so the people could not drive in and camp here.
Then I remembered myself as a very young woman, who was never taught the value of life, for herself or another, nor was I ever taught about honoring the Earth in a good way.
I lived 36 years before I began to notice what I had been participating in, this disrespect, this sense of entitlement to do whatever the hell I wanted… and I was indeed creating such a place with my thoughtless actions, just as these people are.
I had a change of heart and decided to pray for them. I stopped and spoke with GAIA and gave her gifts, including the plug from the clans prayer pipe that had been gifted to me, and the stone I received full of blessing from a gal who had gifted it to me, returning it, and the blessing to our peaceful and caring nurturer, GAIA.
I asked for forgiveness for my part in it all as a youngster, and otherwise, before I became aware. I asked that the others be forgiven and have their minds and hearts illuminated so they may see what they are doing and find respect for our home in their being.

We must raise our own love and happiness vibe, which helps GAIA raise her own wounded vibe, which in turn helps raise the vibe of those still unaware. We simply do not have another 20 years to wait for it to occur naturally.
I spoke with a couple who were attending the rest areas of the forest. I thanked them for their service, after a long talk. I mentioned it must be quite disheartening to see the way people behave with regard to our home. They said that 98% of people actually care, a lot, but it is the 2% people think of when they see the destruction.
Only 2% … they should be an easy target for love vibes, for enlightenment energies. Let us help them to the best of our ability.

I now head up to the hotsprings of my home town to wash away what I have picked up here and to come back into alignment.
Crossing the Bridge of the Gods I stopped for a quick break and looked across the highway due to all kinds of birds calling. There was an eagle in the tree (left top) and others flying above … Freedom. Freedom has wings.
After my bath and wrap I drove along the river of the gorge. I sat for awhile to watch the wind surfers, they are amazing.
Unity has many different meanings, the most common is a union between cultures, countries, peoples.
There are the base four bodies, possessed and worn by all individuals. The Physical, the Mental, the Emotional, and the Etheric.
It is important to ponder these four bodies, meditate on them, or in other words, relax the mind and allow the meaning for each to come through for you.
What is the foundation for the Physical body?
What is the foundation for the Mental body?
What is the foundation for the Emotional body?
What is the foundation for the Etheric body?
Once you have got this, written it down, and solidified it in mind … consider Unity … uniting the elements of these four bodies.
This is where union begins.
Alignment.
The work you put in, you get out.
Effort made toward wholeness cannot, and will not, be overlooked.
Your higher self, in combo with your guides, the angels who watch over you, and the elementals of this world will assist you in process.
All you need do is ask, relax, and let it flow.
I am currently in student mode, and I share my ‘lessons’ with you, so that we may grow into it together.
Peace is the goal, and it begins on the inside of each individual.
As you can see, the outside layer is the Mental body, the most commonly afflicted body. The easiest target by anyone who wishes to manipulate form.
Strengthen the bodies, understand the foundations for each, unite them into a cohesive whole, and it will be easier to walk in this world and bring about positive adjustment, to create the Peace you wish to enjoy.
Use your intuition. Practice discernment. See through illusions and blockages.
Lunar energies are surrounding your life, allowing you to understand what is standing in your way. Not everything is as it seems and you’re being guided to use your discernment. When the moon appears, intuitive or psychic urges are seen, so take note of any feelings arising at this time. They are messages from your soul and angels. The Moon shines her light on all that has been kept in the dark, so ask yourself if you are avoiding anything or refusing to deal with something of importance. If so, it could be holding you in the shadows when your Destiny is to be in the light. If you feel someone isn’t being completely real with you, know that their intentions will be revealed to you. The Moon has no secrets – she reveals all.
Embrace the Energy of Peace
Let go of the need to defend yourself and prepare to offer peace. You are safe.
If you have been exposed to a situation in which you have felt the need to protect yourself or defend what you feel is right, know that this is now coming to an end. You are being guided to know that the energies of light are entering to wash away all the darkness. You can drop your shields and protection. You are now in a situation that will honor you and honor your needs. Arguments are ending and disagreements are being resolved. Prepare to talk things through and offer the peace that you would like to enjoy. In order to move forward in a more fearless way, it’s important for you to let go of the idea that you can be hurt by this situation or the people involved, because this will only work against you. Know that your angelic guides and ancestors are standing around you, protecting you and taking you lovingly forward.

Balance between being Love and being asshole … I may have finally arrived.
What is balance exactly?
I was reminded of a single portion of it, pertaining to my writing.
If I write 10 things about light and dark, I ought to balance it by writing 10 things about self.
Self is worthy of its own attention just as much as any other is worthy of our attention.
The focus is often too much on what is outside of self … indeed, this seems to be the norm. Many are unwilling to dwell on self. I do not mean being selfish, want want want. I mean focus on the inside, what makes us tick, what does our inner child have to say, what care may we be neglecting for self?
The thoughts … are they always upon another, or others, or some thing?
Attention is the most valuable currency any form of life possesses, and ALl life has it. ALL life spends it. We give it away, here and there, yet how often does one actually sit with self and ponder what brings happiness, love and peace … to ones own life and mind?
There is plenty of chaos in this world, and most people are focused there, completely avoiding, or missing self-care.
I know, for I am one, and I see it everywhere I place my attention.
My current self-imposed task is to reign in my attention once more. To find balance, the balance that has gone catawonky.
It is give and receive.
We may be of service to others, and must balance it with service to self. Physical actions, mental efforts … not only do we give, but we are responsible for the receive … not any other person. WE give to others, WE must give to self.
If someone is demanding you give and give, and does not reciprocate, yet demands also that you never take time for self … these must be released … it is a form of vampirism.
Remembering to give to self, to care for and love self, seems to have become a lost art.
Mastering balance … it’s a challenge which requires continual conscious effort.
If the mind wanders there, pull it back to here for a time.
If it is focused on everything that is wrong, then it must also focus on everything that is right. Equal portions, in the same day.
Old habits are difficult to release.
Creating the new replacement patterns, ones that are of deeper benefit to health in body and mind more of a challenge.
Worth it?

When you’re feeling down … depressed, fearful, angry … create a list of gratitude, and begin with being thankful for what you perceive is causing these emotions in you.
Be grateful to feel the powerful emotions, be grateful that whomever Or whatever is the source of this for you is present, and allowing you the opportunity to work through emotional blockages.
You may find that as your list grows, as you find the tiniest details of things to be grateful for in the moment, this conscious creation will take that powerful emotion and flip it into love and happiness.

Use it to your advantage, and you will control your mind, your emotion, and your life.
As with all things, the more you practice, the greater control you will harness and wield.
Hold firm to what you believe in or are focusing on, because it is absolutely right. Know that Heaven and Earth are supporting you.

Cover your eyes when you drive by these signs, it’s getting into your mind via the retinal nerve.
You must strengthen your mind warriors. It begins with comprehension of the reality behind scenes.
Yes, there are atrocious things happening to the children and to the people by very bad entities that like to masquerade as human beings.
Take the protection of them into your own hands. The government will never protect you or your family. They will steal, abuse and murder the young ones and demand the older ones fight in wars and die there. They will instigate an insurrection so more will die in that process.
This manipulation must be left at the wayside.
Gather in community.
Set up your neighborhood watch.
Grow communal gardens.
Share food with each other.
Stop the blaming, the finger pointing at each other, the enemy is not your neighbor … they are being manipulated, just as you are … and many are hypnotized into believing this truth is false … so they continue to cast guilt and shame onto those they encounter.
Step back for a few days and simply observe … you will see it plain should you open your mind the the possibility of these facts I’ve shared with you.

Create peace with each other, rather than the programming of war, of rebellion.
