Gratitude

There is power in gratitude.

When you’re feeling down … depressed, fearful, angry … create a list of gratitude, and begin with being thankful for what you perceive is causing these emotions in you.

Be grateful to feel the powerful emotions, be grateful that whomever Or whatever is the source of this for you is present, and allowing you the opportunity to work through emotional blockages.

You may find that as your list grows, as you find the tiniest details of things to be grateful for in the moment, this conscious creation will take that powerful emotion and flip it into love and happiness.

There is great power in gratitude.

Use it to your advantage, and you will control your mind, your emotion, and your life.

As with all things, the more you practice, the greater control you will harness and wield.
