Water holds memory. Water holds energy. If the energy of the body has been disrupted, or interfered with by some technology, it can become dense, dark, or chaotic. The body is mostly water. It affects to mental body, the emotional body. To clear, the waters of the body need to be flushed, replaced. Pour it in, until it pours out of you. Don’t complain about bathroom breaks. Water is our friend. I have found that after pouring in (and out) 2-3, 20 oz waters, the energies begin to clear.
Sometimes while sleeping, energies from an unknown source are planted into the bioform. It comes into the armpits, the heart, solar plexus and root chakras. These energies are not yours. It’s a “dressing” someone wishes you to be seen as.
33 years ago I was in relationship with an older man. We were together for 7 years, I thought we would be married … instead he had an affair and even bought her a house, he was bored with me.
At first, I was extremely hurt, angry, betrayed. I questioned my value, once again, as it was rejected by one I loved, once again.
I had to move out, I lost my job, my dog was murdered, and I became homeless, living in my car. It was an extreme low point in my life.
Beginning: I had deep love for a man who could not love me. Middle: I worked through my jealousy and hurt, found that love still existed in my heart for him. Present: He is my best friend, longest known friend, once lover, now brother, and guardian.
Love does not end, unless we choose to kill it. Even through betrayal and abandonment, if we can remember the love, nurture it even when our heart is breaking, the love will transform, become something else, different, yet still powerful.
When our heart breaks, it is only expanding … and trust me, I know how it can put one into a spiritual dark well, and it can take a long time to climb out into the sun once more …. but expand, you will.
If you have been betrayed, rise above it and remember the love. Never forget the love. Perhaps this one is not meant to be lover, but is more compatible as friend. And should they choose to walk away, release them …. it brought necessary growth, in disguise.
My longest known friend? He now considers me to be his best friend. And I’m living in the house he bought for the woman who interjected herself into my relationship. And she knows I’m living here …..
It does not pay to break up relations. It does no good on the karmic trail to cause heart break for a sister, or brother. It does not do any good for self to take take take from another. It only prolongs the suffering that must come from such actions.
Be aware. Take care. Remember the love, regardless of those who bring suffering.
The controllers of this world subliminally program minds to perpetuate situations of suffering. We must not allow them to maintain this control.
Remember the love, feed its memory.
Do not attach to the suffering, for it is you who generates the energy of sadness and it is you who are feasted upon by the energetic vampires when you do.

Pain. It can drown a person. It will stuff them into a deep, dark, moist pit of a well, with smooth walls and no ladder or rope, a hell. The emotional darkness can become overwhelming. How long we decide to stay is up to us. Expanding beyond the trauma, to encompass it rather than being drowned by it is a challenge. It feels like dying, because it is. A dying of that which was, in order to expand into something, someone, new. Over and over again, this expansion occurs, Until finally the pain is surrounded, encompassed. Now, outside of the pain, you can see it more clearly. And dismantling it, healing it, becomes possible. But first, Death. And courage, To face a new dawn.

It often resonates through familial lineage through constant connections through various incarnations … and the shit storm stutters when they’ve realized you’ve changed, you’ve developed a taste for shit and smile anyway, living your best life.

We all have suffered pain … from childhood, relationship, job status, income level and all that entails. Often, especially the younger ones, rebel, holler, swear, fight, hurt self, hurt others. Actions that scream I am in pain, I am suffering! Take this off of me! And they put that pain, anger, rage out onto others, perpetuating it.
We must stop, become aware, reclaim our energies, our efforts, and redirect them to the polar opposite of suffering. Take it all and create its polar opposite, rather than being puppet, slave to emotional bondage.

We all like to think we are a “main player” in the game. No one wants to realize they’ve been a pawn all along. Others may even tell you, you are a main player to continue the cycle, to bring damage. We want to believe we are worthy so badly we often do things our conscious pings us about for status gain. Beguiling.

If circumstances take you out of your love space, you’ve then been rendered useless to the progression of love … of creating peace for you and all you encounter.
I’ve realized that what sometimes feels like a re-traumatization can be perceived as opportunity for release. The pain I was carrying regarding a past trauma was hidden … until it was visited “seen” in vision and triggered by an energy “download”. I cussed, I swore, I threatened anything and everything in my mind. For 1.5 days I lived anger and pain.
Today I visited the ducks, the waters, wind and sunshine. I realized what a release I have just gone through. Decades of buried trauma and pain was released.
Tonight as I got food out of the fridge to prepare, the thought, “you can’t fight evil with anger, it only fuels and empowers it.”
And I understood what a blessing I have just been given … a sacred release of womb pain and trauma, hidden, buried, forgotten … and recently, the release has begun. Begun, I say, because I know there’s more pain, I simply need to get my head wrapped around it and separate the pain from the blessing.

I know how difficult it must have been to pick up on my pain and spewing of suffering into the collective field. Thank you for assisting my process. On one hand I’m saddened it took so long for me to get a handle on it. On the other hand I’m quite proud of my achievement … it only took 1.5 days.
She with the courageous heart and the wild soul. She who says, “This is me. This is who I am.”
She wasn’t always this way.
For many years she was hidden away. Revealing herself fully only in the words of her journal and in her closest friendships. Showing up in her truth only when she felt safe enough to be vulnerable.
But now she’s changed. From her appearance to her writing, she’s a whole different woman.
