The Year Winds Down

I’ve been blessed with the rest of the week off … no more working for me during the final stages of 2021! I will spend this time in contemplation, relaxation, and self-care. I recognize all the beauty around me and am grateful. There is so much to be grateful for.

I disengage from the drama of the media and government, the intentional programming of chaos … let them make noise, let them pound their fists … whatever they need to do, let them do it … I turn my back on it and do not take part in it. It does not exist for me in this now moment, I give it no energy.

I eliminate as many toxins from my diet and body as possible. I clean and clear my energy and work to raise the vibratory levels of my cells, enlivening my DNA, and thankfully, I receive upgrades as I prepare my bodies.

I consult with unseen guides, guardians and angels. My truest family. I connect with the Star Nation, respectfully, gratefully, so happy to experience this union. This is the relationship worth protecting.

The message is clear and stable, I give it my full attention.

Strength is gentle. True kindness has wings. Love in action endures.

Kindness grows within me. I will be gentle with myself. I focus on everlasting love; it gently flows into the world.

Something wonderful is happening. Change is in the air. Blessings are on their way.

Something wonderful is going to happen. I give thanks for change and have faith that life is about to get even better than I ever thought possible.

Take pride in yourself and all that you have become. Feel honored by your choices, achievements and actions.

I am a waking giant. I hear the call, rise up and take right action. I celebrate the eternal light that shines within me.

Be grateful for abundance. Live in appreciation for what you have, and more good things will come.

I am grateful for my bed, the roof over my head, running water, my clothes, my shoes, my friends, my country. I am thankful for the birds, the grass, the trees, the herbs and the flowers. I say thank you, thank you, and again thank you and my life blossoms and is filled with joy.

We are all becoming. Surrender to your changes. Release your fear. Trust this powerful process.

I remember the infinite rhythm of life. It is a circle of birth, death and rebirth. No fear. I embrace all that I am becoming and welcome change.

Affirmations ~ December 29, 2021

Neuroplasticity happens when connections are made across the neural network in our brain. Essentially, our brain creates super-highways that it travels quickly in response to outside stimuli. Thought patterns that are repeated often create massive highways that the thought travels on. The more the thought occurs, the more it will occur.

One of the most effective ways to reprogram the mind, to reformat the consciousness, is through using affirmative statements. I share with you examples that you may find helpful should you wish to use them to assist in reformatting the thinking mind.

I remain grounded.

I enter my own magical realm. I play in its wonder.

I am guided to a new and better life.

I am blessed through this process of transformation.

I stand for what I know to be right and true.

I move forward with integrity.

Universal energies are working to bring everything back to order. Justice is coming and I need do nothing to force it.

I embrace this new beginning.

I balance mental security with spiritual purpose. I am supported.

I devote my time to love.

I am completely immersed in my High Self.

I nurture my relationship with Divinity.

My intuition is strong. I practice, and learn to trust it.

I am connected to the greater universal whole and am rewarded.

I receive spiritual gifts through grace. I am empowered.

Assistance is coming my way; I accept with complete trust and gratitude.

I go out of my way to be gentle with myself as I integrate worlds.

A new cycle begins. I am fully engaged.

I open my heart and allow love to flow, it brings me joy, serenity and renewed energy.

New ideas … inner vision … stability …

I see the signs. I am watchful. I am assisted on this journey.

Ten Thousand Angels

You have a circle of supernatural support, spirit guides, and angelic beings surrounding you always. You have at least ten thousand angels on hand at all times, above, beneath, and on either side of you. When you become aware of them, their support and strength can be experienced more palpably within you, and you become truly empowered. Take a moment to scan over your life and realize you have never been alone. Allow yourself to feel uplifted as you ride on the wings of their vision for you. Discover the loving guidance that is always present. Honor your guides and angels by receiving and acting on their gift of wisdom.

Meditation Message 12/27/2021

There exists within us a mountain of consciousness and our goal during this lifetime is to climb this mountain to reach the top in order to live from the highest aspect of self attainable, the light of the I Am, the Christ light. The Elohim are here to support us in the ascent up this mountain. They are the original designers of the blueprint for the earth and the grids of light within the human vessel and in the earth itself. They are here to help reignite the flame of divinity, turning up the capacitance of light within our cells and in our DNA fibers because our physical structures can now hold more light. We are being redesigned, transformed from lower density to higher density light vehicles. This is in accordance with the divine plan to usher in the Golden Age of Enlightenment.

With these physical adjustments, rearrangements and attunements is a movement from the lower density emotions to the higher ones. The lower emotions can not exist long in the luminous body of light. Thus, the days of living in fear and sadness are on the way to be something of the past and we can more easily live from our spiritual emotions of love, joy, peace and happiness. Similarly, our spirit is loosened from the restrictions of the 3D physical body and is able to flow more freely, moving with increased speed in an energetic infinity loop with ease, helping us to further move up the mountain of consciousness.

Gratitude for Family ~ A Prayer

You showed me how to empower myself. You suggested, you pointed the way, you lived an example, you had faith in me and you let me loose. It has not always been easy, in fact rarely so … it is only one of many experiences we HUmans collectively share. All of WE have taken instruction differently, added our own twists and energetics to the form. We have sailed the seas of lower vibrational energies … fought with it, loved it, rejected it, embraced it … and perhaps finally rose above it … or are about to.

Thank you for loving WE enough to give us this opportunity – opportunity to rise to the occasion … here, where we find ourselves in these now moments.

As we awaken to the flow within us, may we remember You first, this connection we share from the beginning, to now.

Thank you for the blessing … of self-perception, the challenge of loneliness, and the excitement of togetherness … to know the varying ranges of emotion, to feel the energy of each … for the expanded awareness of what this truly means … for the challenge of mastering our mind, our emotion, of steadying Self so we may steer the energy of the body ~

~ So that we may acknowledge and enjoy to an even greater degree what we have with You, what we have in our Home.

Materializing quickly … into the new.

As you advance along your journey, prepare to encounter all types of people and circumstances. There will be those who start off as allies but turn out to be otherwise. There will be those you judge as enemies who become the greatest instigators of your spiritual growth. If you know in advance that even the enemies you encounter are allies in disguise, you can relax. So, relax – as there really is no such thing as a true enemy. When you reflect on your life, you realize the most difficult challenges taught you the most valuable lessons and have made you more resourceful and resilient than you would otherwise be. Revel in the reality that you are who you are today, precisely because of the challenges you’ve faced and aced.

Merging With Nature

People oftentimes tend to walk or run or hike or chat to another as they move through nature. To really embrace the medicine of nature, try stopping and consciously, intentionally, merging with an aspect of it that appeals to you. Be that a tree, a river, a view, a flower, an animal a cave, a rock etc. Let go Into its stillness, its wildness, its adaptability, its natural rhythm…… and become one. Even for a moment. You are it…you are nature. Remember that. All it takes is a little bit of imagination, some conscious deep breathing and a good dose of willingness.
