“My daughter, quarantine is a special, mysterious and sacred period. In my days, newborn children could only leave the house for the first time after their 40th day of life. It is a period of waiting and preparing for a new life. It is the period that produces a great change.”
And how do you prepare for this change?
“With simple, genuine and loving actions. Every morning comb your long hair with dedication and untie all the knots, even the most hidden ones that you have always neglected. It is time to put all the knots in the comb. Then dedicate yourself to untangling even your beloved ones skeins. With patience and you will try to find the end of the skein, the exact starting point of the thread. Already with these simple but powerful actions you will create order outside and inside of you. Undoing physical knots with your hands you will begin to touch your internal knots.”
And after undoing the knots, what can I do, grandma?
Remove all parts of you that are no longer fertile. In many funeral rites of ancient peoples it is believed that the deceased leaves the body entirely on the 40th day after his death. In these 40 days, my daughter, cut your hair, eliminate clothes that you have not worn for a long time or that you no longer want use, open the windows of your home well to let the stale air out, cultivate new thoughts by abandoning the old, dedicated to creating new habits, new customs, new traditions.”
Grandmother, I’m afraid that after this isolation nothing will change. Man quickly forgets…

Kenyan runner Abel Mutai was just a few feet from the finish line, but became confused with the signage and stopped, thinking he had completed the race. A Spanish runner, Ivan Fernandez, was right behind him and, realizing what was happening, started shouting at the Kenyan to continue running. Mutai didn’t know Spanish and didn’t understand. Realizing what was taking place, Fernandez pushed Mutai to victory.
A journalist asked Ivan, “Why did you do that?” Ivan replied, “My dream is that someday we can have a kind of community life where we push and help each other to win.”
The journalist insisted “But why did you let the Kenyan win?” Ivan replied, “I didn’t let him win, he was going to win. The race was his.” The journalist insisted, and again asked, “But you could have won!” Ivan looked at him and replied, “But what would be the merit of my victory? What would be the honor in that medal?
What would my Mother think of that?”

As promised, my friends, today I will be covering how to heal water. I know for many this is a review, because we covered it awhile ago.
Since my purpose is to help and support you all as you grow into your roles as lightworkers, I hope those of you who are already familiar with this type of healing work will take the opportunity to carry the message to those you know, so that the whole planet can benefit.
All of creation, no matter what physical form something takes, is made of “soul essence.” Soul essence is created by the Creator, and moved into different forms, to serve in different ways. Everything, everywhere, is alive. We are all perfect fractals of our Creator.
When soul essence is first created, it is much a like a tiny baby. The soul essence goes through a process of becoming aware of itself, and realizing it is alive. The first part of the journey of a soul is referred to as its “First Density,” or first level, of consciousness.
In that First Density of consciousness, soul essence, or “souls,” for short, are given the opportunity to try out many different forms, to see where the soul eventually wants to be to continue its individual growth and progress.
All of the water on this planet in linked. It flows through the interior of our planet in great rivers and lakes, and then rises to the surface. Because of the negative energy of the collective consciousness of humanity at the current time, all of the water on the planet is in continual need of energetic healing, by the lightworkers serving on this planet, so that the souls who make up the water remain healthy and able to continue on in their own progress and journeys.
For a long time, I couldn’t figure out how water could be energetically affected by negative energy, and still be Water. I knew that water has a molecular formula of hydrogen and oxygen, and I thought that if that was disturbed, it would cease to be water. But I misunderstood.
Although the water souls are chemically disturbed by toxins and other physical problems that affect water, that is not the issue that needs as much healing. What needs healing is the physical energetic bond of the souls, and the energy of the souls themselves.
Just as you and I constantly need to guard against being affected by the negative energy of the collective consciousness, the water souls are also affected. They aren’t at a place in their journey that they know yet how to ask for or perform healing on themselves.
For this reason, the task falls to us as lightworkers to help them heal. And, the good news is the process is simple. After you learn it and practice for awhile, it will become second nature, and you can walk around, or drive around, and do it without even thinking about it.
The way we heal water is by, once again, focusing our Creator energy we each carry, and directing it outwards, to the water, to heal the water souls. There are several ways to do this, all easy to do.
Since our bodies made of water, healing the water you take into your body is very important. If you heal the water souls that go into you, they will nurture and strengthen your health. So, your drinking water is a really good place to start practicing your healing of water.
When you get a glass of water, hopefully filtered of toxins and heavy minerals, swirl the water clockwise three times. This has the effect of creating a swirling energy pattern that helps the water souls know they are being addressed.
After you swirl the water, you can do a couple of different things. One way is you can dip a living crystal–one that is not over processed and unhealed–into the water, and the soul that lives the crystal will do the healing work for you.
Since carrying around a crystal is not always possible, you can also simply form the image of a crystal in your mind, and visualize yourself moving the image of the crystal to the water. Your energy receives this as direction as to what to do, just like with the healing work we’ve been discussing the past few days that you can do on yourself. Another method of healing the water, after you swirl it, is simply to direct your energy to heal the water, by thinking words of love and healing, and transferring them to the water.
Healing water that is “upstream” of other water will heal the water as it enters another body of water as well. You can heal rivers, creeks, puddles, any water you see around you, by using a variation of these techniques.
They have taken notice, and given me my current, most precious gift. They have empowered my hope that good will prevail over the chaos makers.
They have let me know, without doubt, that I am not alone in this battle.
I will love them forever, for this is exactly what I needed in my world during these moments, where chaos is intensifying, and suffering increases.
If you are suffering mentally, know that there are warriors in the unseen (and seen) who see your struggles. You are not alone, you are seen, heard, and cared for.

Each morning a new sun for a new day arises. Each morning the sweet perfume from the Mother Earth spreads across the land. This combination of sun, earth, smell and quiet is a magic door for me to enter to kneel before the Grandfathers. The sacred time to commune with the Great Spirit.
Oh Great Spirit, I humbly stand before You along with the new sun, the Mother Earth and the smells of the morning. I ask You to direct my thinking today. Let me live in the silence. Teach me Your wisdom, Teach me to love my brothers and sisters. Let me respect the things You have made.
Today I will be talking with you about focusing your energy for the healing of others. I will also be reviewing some past discussions about healing.
Most of the pain and illness that afflicts individuals, as well as that of the collective consciousness, is the result of free will choices at one level or another. Most of those who suffer with major illness or pain chose it in order to learn the lessons of pain.
It is hard to remember that we choose lessons of pain when we hurt so badly that we can barely go forward with life. But pain teaches the lessons of compassion and empathy. It teaches us how to serve others in pain. It teaches us to be strong and able to withstand any challenge.
Other pain and disease here is quite accidental. Much suffering on your planet is being caused by toxin exposure, because people don’t have access to clean water and food grown free of pesticides and chemicals. We accept that risk coming to this planet.
Other disease, such as the great majority of cancers, is caused by stored negative energy in the body. That is why Jesus focuses so much on healing in his LETTERS OF CHRIST. By alleviating stored anger from this or other lifetimes, you reduce the possibility of cancer.
Whether you can heal yourself of disease, or help another do the same, is the prerogative of your or their Higher Self. It depends on the cause of the illness, and what lessons you are learning from it. Your own Higher Self is what determines whether you can be healed.
All of you carry the energy of the Creator, and have the ability to heal yourself and help others heal, if the Higher Self allows an individual to heal. Those of you who are lightworkers brought this ability with you, but have to remember how to do it when you incarnate here.
In the times ahead of you on this planet, there will be great suffering, as there is now. There is wonderful opportunity for you to use your awakening for the healing of others, rather than focusing your energy to strengthen those who harm you by thinking of them instead.
The first step to learning to heal others with energy is to fill your own body, and strengthen your own auric field with light. Remember discussions past, where we talked about the imagination being a visual tool to help you focus your energy.
Imagine your auric field around your body. If you are unable to visualize, simply draw simple figures to do the same. Your auric field takes the form of a bubble around your body. Now picture your body within that bubble, and see that it has energy ports on the outside of it.
There is no special form these visions or drawings have to take. No special or unique knowledge is ever required to work with energy. Just use what works for you. Then picture light of white, blue, pink, or soft green coming into you and first filling up your body.
After you fill up your body with light, then fill up your auric bubble with light in the color that feels good to you. I use cobalt blue light in the “sword” I carry. AARaphael uses soft green light and pink light for healing. The Creator light is bright white and gold.
After you fill yourself and the auric field around you with light, you are ready to use it to help others heal, if they want to be healed. One of the most important things to understand is that you need permission to heal another.
You can ask another person if they would like you to send them healing energy, or you can ask their Higher Self if you know how to do that. If you can’t do either, you can still send them healing energy, but you must focus your energy differently.
To focus for energy for healing, simply bring the image of the person needing healing into your vision or drawing. You don’t want to bring their energy into yours. You only imagine or draw them to tell your energy where to go.
As a divine healer, if you pull another’s energy into you, it will only diminish your strength. Instead, see yourself as a conduit to link the person needing healing into the Creator. Focus on your hand, for example, and imagine yourself pulling the energy of the Creator.
Pull the energy of the Creator through your hand and to the person who needs healing. Don’t pull your own energy out. You don’t need to do that. You have all of the energy of the Creator to pull from and transfer to the other person, simply by visualizing it in your mind.
If you have the permission of the other person or their Higher Self, you can focus that Creator energy directly into their body. If you do not have their permission, you can still focus the energy, but make it stop right in front of them. Their Higher Self will detect it.
Their Higher Self Will then determine whether to accept the energetic offering, or reject it. This is the procedure to use when you see suffering or darkness around you. You can still help heal the energy, and those you don’t speak with directly, by doing this.
There are thousands of books written on how to use energy to heal, with those authors telling you the techniques they’ve developed for healing. They all come down to the simple techniques I’ve shared today. Use what works for you. Honor free will and get permission.
By focusing your energy outwards for the benefit of healing others, you can help the Higher Selves of huge groups of people obtain energy they need for healing of pain and darkness. You can use the same techniques to send your planet healing energy.
All of the energy work we do from the higher realms is done by focus on what we want to accomplish, and telling our energy where to go simply by thinking of it. That is all there is to it. There are no courses required. It only takes practice of focus, and projection.
Heal yourself first, using the techniques described in the LETTERS OF CHRIST, or another source you trust. Then use your energy to help heal those you love, and those you struggle to love, simply by focusing the energy of the Creator for the good of humanity.
As you focus your energy through prayer or other means to heal others, you invite healing energy to come to you as well. Energy you send out returns to you in the same form—for healing or for the harm you send to others.
Healing is actually a process of creating covalent bonds between the energy delivered by the healer, and the one needing healing. Luckily, no special knowledge of physics is required to make it work out.
A “covalent bond” is a human term of physics that describes the potential created when two energy sources combine. If you don’t recognize the term, it’s not important.
Answer: Yes, a great crime. For he who takes the life of his fellow creature cuts short a life of expiation or mission. Therein is the evil.
Question: Is there always the same degree of guilt in murder?
Answer: We have already said, ‘God is just.’ He judges the intention rather than the deed.
Question: Does God excuse murder in cases of self-defense?
Answer: A true necessity alone can serve as an excuse. However, if one can save one’s life without having to take that of the aggressor, one must do so.
Question: Is man culpable for the murders he commits during war?
Answer: Not when compelled by the force of circumstance. But he is responsible for the cruelties he commits. Similarly, his acts of compassion will also be taken into account.
Question: Which one is a more serious crime in the eyes of God, parricide or infanticide?
Answer: They are equally serious, for all crime is crime.
Question: Why is infanticide a custom endorsed by the legislation of certain nations that are already intellectually advanced?
Answer: Intellectual development does not necessarily go hand-in-hand with moral development. A spirit of superior intelligence may be evil, if he has lived many lives developing his intellect but without purifying his soul: all he has acquired is knowledge.
