“I must pick up
All the lost souls
who wander this earth
all who are alone
all that are broken
all that never really fit in
I will gather them all
And together we will find our home

-Athey Thompson

A little poem taken from poetry book written in Camberlay, UK.

This photo is of “Camberley Kate”, the lady who roamed the streets with her “stray dogs” cart and picked up all the abandoned. It is said that during her lifetime she rescued and gave a loving home to more than 600 stray dogs.

Today I honor this inspiring lady and her legacy, she dedicated her life to saving dogs, and being kind to all animals.

Sacred Exchange of Love

Published October 4, 2023 by tindertender

Today, I no longer think of myself as simply a chef. I create opportunities for a sacred exchange of love, gratitude and celebration of the gift of life on Earth. As anyone who cooks with love and care, I am an alchemist with the sacred task of transforming the sacrificed life of one being, whether it is plant or animal, dead or alive, into life-giving nourishment for another.

When I cook in right relationship, the love of the Great Mother flows through the love and sacrifice of her creatures, filling us with Divine Nourishment and creating oneness. One becomes food for another, dispelling the illusion of being separate. This is the nourishment I have always longed for.
When I eat in sync with the season, it’s as if a wise woman appears along a cold, barren trail. She invites me to warm myself by a fire with a deep bed of coals, and offers me a hot bowl of soup, a loaf of bread.

Our Mother Earth brings love to us through the form of food and sensual experiences. Without this we could not have a human experience. Without the human experience, our soul could not grow and evolve. Eating is a sacred act. Something living dies, we take it into our bodies, and it becomes part of us as we become part of it. Plant or animal, hunted, gathered, or bought in the supermarket, this exchange and balance creates the
interconnectedness in the physical realm and allows the natural world to continue. To treat the act of cooking and eating as a chore is a denigration of the love from our Mother, plants and animals. Eating is one of the most basic acts of self-nourishment and honoring of one’s life. It is a necessary step toward self-love and wholeness.

When we nourish ourselves with gratitude according to deep wisdom of nature, we are returning this love and respect by honoring our ife as sacred and interconnected with al there is. By nourishing ourselves nature’s way we are given a map to live by that honors and unites life, death, light, dark equally. It gives us the tools to receive the gifts of both sides to grow and evolve.

I’m An Earthquake

Published September 20, 2023 by tindertender

I’m not here to be the floor that you walk on
I’m not here to just do whatever you say
Watch out I’m flying in like a black swan
I’m gonna show that I’m more than just a pretty face

I’m not here to just walk along the old path
I’m not here to be a number in your race
You might think you have control but it’s all mine
You don’t know it but you’re standing on the fault line

And I’m an earthquake
I’m here to shake things up
I’m gonna shake things up
I’m gonna shake things up
Things up
Things up
I’m an earthquake

You be the melody and I’ll be the bass line
I’m not here to be a fiddle that you play
You can party with your wine and your moonshine
I’m gonna shake it up and open up the champagne

I’m an earthquake
I’m here to shake things up
I’m gonna shake things up
I’m gonna shake things up
Things up
Things up
I’m an earthquake

I’m swimming against the stream
You can feel the boat rocking but it’s not what it seems
You might think I’m a tidal wave
But I’m the earthquake

I’m an earthquake
I’m here to shake things up
I’m gonna shake things up
I’m gonna shake things up
Things up
Things up
I’m an earthquake
I’m here to shake things up
I’m gonna shake things up
I’m gonna shake things up
Things up
Things up
I’m an earthquake

If You Want to Change the World …

Published September 3, 2023 by tindertender

“If you want to change the world . . . love a woman — really love her.
Find the one who calls to your soul, who doesn’t make sense.
Throw away your check list and put your ear to her heart and listen.
Hear the names, the prayers, the songs of every living thing —
every winged one, every furry and scaled one,
every underground and underwater one, every green and flowering one,
every not yet born and dying one . . .
Hear their melancholy praises back to the One who gave them life.
If you haven’t heard your own name yet, you haven’t listened long enough.
If your eyes aren’t filled with tears, if you aren’t bowing at her feet, you haven’t ever grieved having almost lost her.

If you want to change the world . . . love a woman — one woman
beyond yourself, beyond desire and reason,
beyond your male preferences for youth, beauty and variety
and all your superficial concepts of freedom.
We have given ourselves so many choices
we have forgotten that true liberation
comes from standing in the middle of the soul’s fire
and burning through our resistance to Love.
There is only one Goddess.
Look into Her eyes and see — really see
if she is the one to bring the axe to your head.
If not, walk away. Right now.
Don’t waste time “trying.”
Know that your decision has nothing to do with her
because ultimately it’s not with who,
but when we choose to surrender.

If you want to change the world . . . love a woman.
Love her for life — beyond your fear of death,
beyond your fear of being manipulated
by the Mother inside your head.
Don’t tell her you’re willing to die for her.
Say you’re willing to LIVE with her,
plant trees with her and watch them grow.
Be her hero by telling her how beautiful she is in her vulnerable majesty,
by helping her to remember every day that she IS Goddess
through your adoration and devotion.

If you want to change the world . . . love a woman
in all her faces, through all her seasons
and she will heal you of your schizophrenia —
your double-mindedness and half-heartedness
which keeps your Spirit and body separate —
which keeps you alone and always looking outside your Self
for something to make your life worth living.
There will always be another woman.
Soon the new shiny one will become the old dull one
and you’ll grow restless again, trading in women like cars,
trading in the Goddess for the latest object of your desire.
Man doesn’t need any more choices.
What man needs is Woman, the Way of the Feminine,
of Patience and Compassion, non-seeking, non-doing,
of breathing in one place and sinking deep intertwining roots
strong enough to hold the Earth together
while she shakes off the cement and steel from her skin.

If you want to change the world . . . love a woman, just one woman.
Love and protect her as if she is the last holy vessel.
Love her through her fear of abandonment
which she has been holding for all of humanity.
No, the wound is not hers to heal alone.
No, she is not weak in her codependence.

If you want to change the world . . . love a woman
all the way through
until she believes you,
until her instincts, her visions, her voice, her art, her passion,
her wildness have returned to her —
until she is a force of love more powerful
than all the political media demons who seek to devalue and destroy her.

If you want to change the world,
lay down your causes, your guns and protest signs.
Lay down your inner war, your righteous anger
and love a woman . . .
beyond all of your striving for greatness,
beyond your tenacious quest for enlightenment.
The holy grail stands before you
if you would only take her in your arms
and let go of searching for something beyond this intimacy.

What if peace is a dream which can only be re-membered
through the heart of Woman?
What if a man’s love for Woman, the Way of the Feminine
is the key to opening Her heart?

If you want to change the world . . . love a woman
to the depths of your shadow,
to the highest reaches of your Being,
back to the Garden where you first met her,
to the gateway of the rainbow realm
where you walk through together as Light as One,
to the point of no return,
to the ends and the beginning of a new Earth.”

Be Kind

Published August 15, 2023 by tindertender

Good morning you lovely people!!! Do you sense how still it is this morning? How quiet? Either something popped already, or it’s going to. Don’t be surprised if it happens, just breathe and manage yourselves.

This world has beat the sh!t out of us in numerous ways! Yet look at you, still loving, still caring, still trying for, and pushing into love, despite how much it hurts at times.

I know some of the most courageous spirits … I Am One too.

Be well.
Be happy.
Be love.

We all fall at times. We all are challenged sometimes. Be wary of looking at another as tho they are weaker than you. You do not know the severity of their battle. Just because they wear it well most of the time doesn’t mean it’s easy.

Be kind when the burden becomes too much. Be kind and remind them of their strength. Be kind. Be patient. And leave the judgement (and your comparisons) with God.

I’m In Love Again … With Me

Published May 16, 2023 by tindertender

I am in love, with someone who is enough for me, who hugs me and raises my self-esteem, who recognizes my value, and who has told me that I don’t need anyone else to be happy because we have each other.

That someone taught me to forgive others and forgive myself.

I fell in love again but this time is different, because it has made me understand that I deserve the best of the best and no less. That a love with doubts and insecurities is not love.

I fell in love with someone who believes in me, no matter how many times I stumble, because he knows that after the falls I get up with more strength.

I fell in love with someone who gives me peace and security. Who is capable of giving everything for me, who loves me always and not at times.

I fell in love with someone who wraps his arms around me and understands me. That despite my dark days and the chaos that I carry inside, does not run away, but stays, and accompanies me in my moments of loneliness and peace.

I fell in love with someone whose eyes shine when they see me. His look reflects how happy he feels to have me, and he always welcomes me with a smile.

Since we discovered each other, not a second goes by when he leaves me alone, he accompanies me to my favorite places, and enjoys my company without conditioning.

Yes, I’m in love!

And although until a while ago this seemed impossible, today I love that person… He became my favorite person.

I fell in love again, but this time I fell in love with ME.

And today I know that I am the love of my life!

Embodied within me is masculine and feminine. Yin/Yang. Light and Dark. We work it out. We are happy.

The Ring of Fire

Published April 14, 2023 by tindertender

What if the Ring of Fire is actually the 6ft diameter circle emitted by the human auric field? What if the fires of purification are actually this field on high bright, emitting Light? Fiery, purifying, light? What if, after this fire of purification burns out all imbalances within self, it also burns up imbalances within the collective? This then makes care of the nervous, electrical, emotional, mental bodies of utmost importance. “Doing our part” takes on a whole new meaning.

Toroidal Field (Ring of Fire), electrical fire.

What if 5G is really the implant of frequencies into the human toroidal field, affecting, or should I say programming, it’s bodies with certain vibratory patterns, affecting nervous system, electrical system, and mental and emotional bodies?

Classic Interference

Meditation Message

Published March 13, 2023 by tindertender

I love the message received during meditation last night. It’s something we all should keep in mind. Lightening our energetic and emotional load is a full time job requiring our full attention.

Remember this phrase …

“Don’t judge yourself heavy on classic interference”

By the way, this came after I blogged about idol worship … take from it what you will.

So Many Monkeys, Too Few Lions

Published February 24, 2023 by tindertender

A man and his wife traveled to the zoo. They found a monkey that played passionately with his female. His wife told him: “what a romance.”

Then they found a lion and his lioness separated from each other; the lion was silent and alone in his corner as if the lioness did not exist. His wife told him: “what a sad scene without love.”

Her husband then told her: “throw that stone at the lioness and watch.” When she threw it down, the lion leaped roaring to defend his lioness. They saw the monkeys again and she did the same by throwing a stone; the monkey then jumped and abandoned his female to save his hide.

Her husband tells her later: “do not be fooled by what you see as romanticism in some, many times it is a deceptive appearance that hides an empty heart; there are others on the contrary who do not show anything, but their hearts are full of sincere love”.

Unfortunately today we have so many monkeys and so few lions.

Holding You

Published February 15, 2023 by tindertender

If they love you, they love every memory of you,
Each wrinkle, a chapter to feel.
If they love you they love you in present and past,
They will kiss all the hurt till it heals.

If they love you, each scar becomes who you are;
A page in your story of life.
For love doesn’t see; it feels deep within;
Love doesn’t cut like a knife.

Love doesn’t see imperfections,
It only feels where love can grow.
Love doesn’t go for the taking;
Love is the give and the show.

Each weight we hold onto in whispers
Can lift like a feather in flight,
If we trust in all our imperfect
And balance each dark with the light.

Be love, no secret disguises;
Embrace every reason you lack;
For love can never find you
If you’re hiding behind your own back.

Love doesn’t see you as flawless;
It sees you imperfectly planned.
Love will love you completely
When you reach out and hold your own hand.

So love you, love every memory of you,
Each wrinkle, each chapter; just feel.
Love all you are in present and past,
For your love is your love to heal.
