If you can’t be the eagle, be the wind.
Today is a day to focus on growth. Every day is an opportunity for me to grow as a person, to grow in spirit, to grow in knowledge, to grow in understanding. There may be some limits to my physical growth, but there is no limit to how far I can expand my mind. Today I will look to each experience as a chance to grow – in mind, body, and spirit.

Focus on how far you have come. Not how far you have to go. You will find help in unexpected places.
I am a beautiful, courageous traveler on a journey toward ultimate happiness. Today I am grateful for how far I have come and how much I’ve been given. I am grateful for the companions I find along the trail. I will remember that I have been placed on this Earth to discover what I really want to do and to be true to myself. I will find my own way and I will live my dream.
Something wonderful is happening. Change is in the air. Open yourself to blessings on their way.
Today I know that something wonderful is going to happen. I will keep my eyes and ears open for the guideposts to these unknown blessings. I give thanks for change and the faith that life is about to get even better than I ever thought possible.
Strength is gentle. True kindness has wings. Love in action endures.
Today I will let kindness grow in me. I will be gentle with myself and give my soul the love it deserves. I will focus on everlasting love and let it gently flow into the world. I am alive, my gratitude knows no bounds, and my heart now overflows with love and kindness.
Gently flow through the turbulence. Life has the ability to shape you. Bend, don’t break.
Today when the storms of life come blowing I will bend with them but not break. I will be brave and let go of the shore with courage. I will not be caught up with the things I cannot change but focus on what I can and flow. I will swim in the great sea of life and not be afraid because the winds of positive change are on my side.

A beautiful member of our human family has reminded me of the importance of our words.
I’m over 50. My use of the language reflects the atmosphere I spent the majority of life in. The circles I ran in rarely spoke in a manner that was sure to be understood. There were constant misunderstandings and arguments. (I’m sure many of you can relate).
This is the First Year of Illumination for GAIA.
We must speak in a manner that is inclusive of all members of the human (and otherwise) family. Our galactic brothers and sisters are just as valuable as every single human being on this planet. They are here, helping us liberate life, and GAIA, now.
I vow to put forth more effort into ‘thinking before speaking’. I will do what is necessary to alter my speech to be inclusive, rather than separatist.
The last 17 years have been quite a challenge for me as I woke to, and became accustomed to, the reality that the unseen is very real, as are those who inhabit these spaces, and the tactics some of them use to manipulate minds.
My compassion levels have risen exponentially.
The media will tell us that we are war with each other, they will tell us of those who lack the mental prowess to be socially compatible with each other. They will tell you this in the hopes that you will prove them right.
Please note that the ones speaking of privilege, are the privileged. The majority of any one people is not that special when it comes to housing or things. The ‘leaders’ want to flip it so there still remains division between the people … between us … the worker bees.
Please consider ALL life before you buy into the speech of privilege and abuse …. Do not allow them to narrate the reality of our lives together.
Only one thing will turn this around and make it right …
Unity.
Not blame.
Not a shifting of polarity.
A UNION of polarity, a meeting in the middle … for the benefit of ALL our lives, for all of our incarnated (and from beyond) brothers and sisters.
The media will consistently and constantly remind us that we are not whole. They will give us someone to blame. They’ll watch as our triggers are flipped and people respond to their hate speech.
Taking control of our mind is crucial.
Turn off the liars and their putrid broadcasts.
Listen to your heart, it speaks the truth.
Try not to let your mind be triggered … there are far too many people out there now working to be sure that our minds will never be free. We’ve got to stop swallowing in the tragedy and start building our new future … together … As One.
Grandma, how can I live this quarantine?
“My daughter, quarantine is a special, mysterious and sacred period. In my days, newborn children could only leave the house for the first time after their 40th day of life. It is a period of waiting and preparing for a new life. It is the period that produces a great change.”
And how do you prepare for this change?
“With simple, genuine and loving actions. Every morning comb your long hair with dedication and untie all the knots, even the most hidden ones that you have always neglected. It is time to put all the knots in the comb. Then dedicate yourself to untangling even your beloved ones skeins. With patience and you will try to find the end of the skein, the exact starting point of the thread. Already with these simple but powerful actions you will create order outside and inside of you. Undoing physical knots with your hands you will begin to touch your internal knots.”
And after undoing the knots, what can I do, grandma?
Remove all parts of you that are no longer fertile. In many funeral rites of ancient peoples it is believed that the deceased leaves the body entirely on the 40th day after his death. In these 40 days, my daughter, cut your hair, eliminate clothes that you have not worn for a long time or that you no longer want use, open the windows of your home well to let the stale air out, cultivate new thoughts by abandoning the old, dedicated to creating new habits, new customs, new traditions.”
Grandmother, I’m afraid that after this isolation nothing will change. Man quickly forgets…

Kenyan runner Abel Mutai was just a few feet from the finish line, but became confused with the signage and stopped, thinking he had completed the race. A Spanish runner, Ivan Fernandez, was right behind him and, realizing what was happening, started shouting at the Kenyan to continue running. Mutai didn’t know Spanish and didn’t understand. Realizing what was taking place, Fernandez pushed Mutai to victory.
A journalist asked Ivan, “Why did you do that?” Ivan replied, “My dream is that someday we can have a kind of community life where we push and help each other to win.”
The journalist insisted “But why did you let the Kenyan win?” Ivan replied, “I didn’t let him win, he was going to win. The race was his.” The journalist insisted, and again asked, “But you could have won!” Ivan looked at him and replied, “But what would be the merit of my victory? What would be the honor in that medal?
What would my Mother think of that?”
Values are passed on from generation to generation.
What values are we teaching our children?
Let us not teach our kids the wrong ways and means to WIN.
Instead, let us pass on the beauty and humanity of a helping hand. Because honesty and ethics are WINNING!
… and will most likely roll through all of them before the end of the day.

There are 2,135 Soul Groups upon the Earth at this time. Each Group has 144,000 Monads, each Monad has 12 Oversoul Souls that split into the duality of male-female upon entering into the 3D form.
You, as either male or female, are that Part of God, which is One with All That Is, to experience, individually, all creation in its diversity and wonderment.
The purpose of duality is to understand Light and Darkness in fullness of Creation. You, as an individual, have God, both as Light and Darkness. You choose what you will experience in the Now moment. Your life reflects those choices.
If all of the universal truths and knowledge were made known to your finite human minds at one time, rather than gradually, your finite human minds would blow a fuse.
Therefore, Spirit gives us all we can handle and once we integrate these into our consciousnesses, further truths are revealed to us. This is a never ending process until we once again reach the state of perfection.
Question: What about souls that get trapped by the negative beings at the time of death? Can they choose a next life task to learn or will they come back not knowing what is happening? I heard souls get trapped in here without getting the chance to meet their guides at the point of death.
Answer: They will be released when the earth ascends to 5D.
Question: Can you tell when the Ascension will happen? This year?
Answer: Personal ascension can happen at anytime, it depends on the individual. The collective ascension will most likely begin around December 2020 and continue in phases and same with the ascension of Earth.

The illusion is very easy to innerstand when one let go of how things SHOULD be and start embodying what actually are. Everyone is a POWERFUL CREATOR BEING.
You create with your Focus, Fantasy, Belief, WILL and action. But really everything is about FOCUS – What you focus on will manifest.
SO when you focus on everything you don’t want, woala. There you go, wonderful creation and you get to experience just that. The illusions are to keep everyone focusing on what they don’t want and feel very low, sad, anxious, stressed and all that. To break free is to really take back ones power of ones focus and at the same time OPEN ONES MIND = THIRD EYE.
It’s that easy as your mind keeps your beliefs and even when you focus on what you want, you’re beliefs are still a part of you and that means also what you manifest.
So open your mind completely and then focus on the absolute BEST CASE, MOST OPTIMAL DREAM SCENARIO. Also, trying to control how this manifests for you will block it all from happening so let go of that, of everything while continue to focus on the most profound dream of creation.
Also, your FAITH in it is SO POWERFUL. You HAVE TO TRUST YOURSELF – TRUST GOD – THAT THIS WILL MANIFEST. This way you are able to let go of everything and then use your heart as a GOLDEN COMPASS, to really calibrate one now moment at a time.
Still, there is also your souls evolution so you will get tested by being put in situations that you feel “bad”.
When this happens, you know that you have two options – one is to change your perspective of that situation so you love that one too – really feeling it deep inside of you. Or you could choose to learn that lesson another time as you’re not yet powerful enough to face that.
Both are perfect – follow your heart!! Your mind will play tricks on you, your gut will play tricks on you so always go FROM HEART TO GUT AND MIND, not the other way around.
For this dream to come true one really has to learn how to love it all but each soul aspect have very different journeys there so one can not tell you what is true for you in your saga where you are staring the leading role. IT IS YOUR MOVIE AFTER ALL. So trust yourself.
Trust God AND MANIFEST ONE NOW MOMENT AT A TIME. It is this easy, yet it’s very hard as we have the human ego aspect that wants to interfere. This is bypassed by letting go of ALL JUDGEMENT and just trust your path. IT IS THIS EASY. Dance with creation.
