Today is a day to focus on positivity. Positive energy attracts positive energy and repels negative energy. I can bring more positive things into my life by letting go of negative thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes about myself and others. I especially need to let go of negative thoughts and feelings about myself. I don’t have to force anything – I just need to let them go.

I find that creating a list of Gratitude, whether mental or actually writing it down, snaps me out of a negative mind frame pretty quickly.
It’s remembering to stop the internal, negative chatter, and actually creating the list that is a challenge.
