“I must pick up All the lost souls who wander this earth all who are alone all that are broken all that never really fit in I will gather them all And together we will find our home
-Athey Thompson
A little poem taken from poetry book written in Camberlay, UK.
This photo is of “Camberley Kate”, the lady who roamed the streets with her “stray dogs” cart and picked up all the abandoned. It is said that during her lifetime she rescued and gave a loving home to more than 600 stray dogs.
Today I honor this inspiring lady and her legacy, she dedicated her life to saving dogs, and being kind to all animals.
Today, I no longer think of myself as simply a chef. I create opportunities for a sacred exchange of love, gratitude and celebration of the gift of life on Earth. As anyone who cooks with love and care, I am an alchemist with the sacred task of transforming the sacrificed life of one being, whether it is plant or animal, dead or alive, into life-giving nourishment for another.
When I cook in right relationship, the love of the Great Mother flows through the love and sacrifice of her creatures, filling us with Divine Nourishment and creating oneness. One becomes food for another, dispelling the illusion of being separate. This is the nourishment I have always longed for. When I eat in sync with the season, it’s as if a wise woman appears along a cold, barren trail. She invites me to warm myself by a fire with a deep bed of coals, and offers me a hot bowl of soup, a loaf of bread.
Our Mother Earth brings love to us through the form of food and sensual experiences. Without this we could not have a human experience. Without the human experience, our soul could not grow and evolve. Eating is a sacred act. Something living dies, we take it into our bodies, and it becomes part of us as we become part of it. Plant or animal, hunted, gathered, or bought in the supermarket, this exchange and balance creates the interconnectedness in the physical realm and allows the natural world to continue. To treat the act of cooking and eating as a chore is a denigration of the love from our Mother, plants and animals. Eating is one of the most basic acts of self-nourishment and honoring of one’s life. It is a necessary step toward self-love and wholeness.
When we nourish ourselves with gratitude according to deep wisdom of nature, we are returning this love and respect by honoring our ife as sacred and interconnected with al there is. By nourishing ourselves nature’s way we are given a map to live by that honors and unites life, death, light, dark equally. It gives us the tools to receive the gifts of both sides to grow and evolve.
~ Mary Lane, Divine Nourishment, A Woman’s Sacred Journey with Food
Each time you visit some deep recess of p*rn and release – you scatter your consciousness.
This is not smoke and mirrors.
An orgasm from s3x is a closed loop. The rise and fall is a symphony of endorphins, oxytocin, prolactin, dopamine, adrenaline, etc.
BUT:
An orgasm from p*orn is an open loop.
Neurotransmitters are released at unnatural levels, and others like oxytocin and serotonin do not come into play.
You release your energy, consciousness, and chi into the ether, and receive few if any benefits on the backend.
WHY DO I TOUCH ON THIS?
Because:
ALL GAIN in life is the result of gathered CONSCIOUSNESS.
ALL LOSS is the result of scattered and deteriorated CONSCIOUSNESS.
If your primary aim is to amass consciousness, and you keep releasing the most potent life force energy…
Well therein lies the reason you do not have the life and resources, you so desire.
It is a Faustian trade:
Fleeting pleasure at the expense of one’s spiritual and psychological well-being. With each indulgence, these negative forces gain traction in your soul.
In this life, our experiences have been hi-jacked, manipulated to produce a certain type of energy … anger, shame, guilt, fear … it’s what the hidden choose to feast on.
The human consciousness has been infiltrated, many thoughts flowing in mind don’t even belong to the individual. It’s a stream of information meant to control the frequency of the mind, and the nervous system, the electrical system of the bioform.
Our lives have been difficult. We learned to be humble, to be happy with little. We learned there is no greater thing than to love and be loved. Often, simply by its lack.
Some in this world created abundance for themselves using our energy signature.
The truth is seen. In spirit, people are seen for who they are. The energy they stole and wear is being proven to be a garment, rather than the essence.
What they created using the energy signature of specific people, and collectives, will be returned to rightful owner, stripped from thieves and frauds.
Over my life, I wondered why it was this way. Now I know.
And I see the flip.
What is “deserved” will be.
No lie will do it, I’m afraid.
It’s all about essence, true essence, not a garment made from stolen energy.
The low vibing thieves don’t get the Divine Masculine.
He’s coming home.
He knows now the energy you wrapped divine feminine in, while you tried to steal her destiny, is yours. He sees thru your spells.
The tide is turning.
All will get what they deserve.
None of us likes it when another manipulates and interfers in our life.
But sometimes, it is necessary.
You persevered through their challenges. You stayed open to love, living humble, spiritually rich lives. You withstood some of the most horrendous grievances. You prevailed … all while remaining love, loyal to Creator.
It’s what I had to do. I started 21 years ago. Unlearning everything taught and conditioned. Retraining myself, from a loving perspective, with my highest good in mind. @AmentiReAnkhet puts the process in words very well here.
“Re-parenting is the process of healing from childhood trauma & pain by intentionally making choices in your highest good.
In this thread are some tips to help re-parent yourself.

The more emotion you wrap a thought in, the more potency it has, the more powerful it becomes.
This is good when sending prayer to someone, it can bring healing. Especially when one petitions Creator or the angels to watch over someone.
This same technique is used intentionally by people. Some for good, for healing, others use it for chaos and destruction.
Unfortunately, most people have racing thoughts, out of control. And their emotional body is all jacked out of shape because they never learned how to breathe through adversity. So they’re out there throwing toxic thoughts wrapped up in chaotic energy, Willy-nilly, without even a consideration of their creations, the energetic mutations.
Managing our energy, our electrical system, is crucial to our mental and emotional well-being. Folks often don’t ever think about the function of the nervous system and how they can help themselves, they’re too busy drowning in a sea of emotions all wrapped up in amplifying energy.
What is it?
Thoughts are electric Emotion is magnetic
Emotion wrapped around a thought, whatever it’s format, strengthens the potency of it.
You can affect someone across the globe with this kind of energy.
I’ve been energetically healed by a woman from the UK.
There is so much Power in thought and emotion. I wish more people would learn how it works together, how it affects the surrounds, near and far, and learn techniques to keep it all in balance … to create good manifestations, rather than chaos.
WE create from our inner state.
Learn it. Manage it.
Don’t let others in the outside world dictate your experiences or your fate.
If you want peace, stop responding to people who only desire to hurt you and argue with you.
You’ll never convince them you’re worthy of their kindness or respect or love.
We are extremely challenged these days by all the manipulation of energies, and the hidden tech, being used to keep peoples nervous systems all jacked up.
Someday you may know just how badly the human bioform, it’s electrical system, it’s energy fields, and the life force essence coursing through the chakras has been manipulated.
Hi-jacked, by those who see our life force as a food, a fuel, to be harvested.
They manipulate the energies to get the right potency, or specific vibratory level they desire.
Unfortunately, The vibration of fear, shame, anger, guilt, and unworthiness are what they like best.
I wish people would release the manufactured gifts of fear, and focus on managing their bodies and minds.
Most witches identify as eclectic, which means that they practice at least a few different kinds of magic.
Green Witch – Green witches are also known as garden or forest witches, are very connected to the earth & draw their magic from the natural world. They incorporate earthly elements like herbs, plants, into their practice & enjoy study them. They also work with the Fae.
Hedge Witch – “Hedge” means boundary between this world & spirit realm; hedge witches are known for “flying” into spiritual world when they practice magic. They perform small, daily domestic actions that make life easier for both them & others. They often focus quite a bit on the hearth, home & tend to partner with animals.
Kitchen Witch – They mainly practice magic in the kitchen. They use herbs, cooking, potions, & other types of recipes to concoct spells. Their power stems from the actual process of cooking or baking and the emotions you put into it.
Faery Witch – Also known as a Fae witch connect with faeries at the most basic level. Faery witches love nature spirits, woodland creatures, trees, & the Fae. They invite all of these elements into their practice.
Divination Witch – They focus, on divination practices like Tarot, astrology, scrying, pendulum, meditation, etc. Many divination witches are eclectic as well, they enjoy incorporating divination practices into the craft.
Fire Witch – Draw power from fire. They love the element, or may have more success with fire spells such as candle spells, potions over an open flame, etc. As a fire witch, they are hot & fiery in nature. They like quick results which is exactly what fire spells bring them.
Sun Witch – They derive power from the sun. Spells that deal with new beginnings will be better to cast at sunrise, while banishing spells will have more power during sunset.
Lunar Witch – The moon represents emotions, water, & the subconscious, as well as powerful, deep magic. A moon witch, is very in-tune with lunar cycles & draws power from the moon.
Storm Witch – They draw energy from crazy weather. They might have a preference for a specific type of storm or enjoy chaotic weather energy in general, but they will definitely feel more powerful & excited when the weather is tumultuous.
Sea Witch – A sea witch has a strong connection to water and to the ocean. Sea witches connect with ocean spirits & have an almost psychic connection with the sea. They may use sand, shells, driftwood, or even sea water to perform magic.
Swamp Witch – The swamp witch uses the healing elements of nature around them (especially mud) & develops their own strong magic through the intense emotions they feel surrounding society and expectations.
Elemental Witch – The hallmark of an element witch is incorporating the 4 elements (earth, air, fire, and water) into their practice. Elemental witches use the elements when casting spells; they may only use 1 element at a time or all 4.
Crystal Witch – They are deeply connected to the vibration & energetic power of crystals, gems, & stones.
Ancestral Witch – To be a hereditary or ancestral witch, one needs to have ancestors who were witches. Hereditary witches harness power from the spirits of their ancestors to perform magic.
Cosmic Witch – A cosmic witch is all about the sky. They look to astrology, astronomy, & the stars & moon. They incorporate energy from the stars in their practice & may especially like to study past life astrology. Some cosmic witches are starseeds & integrate practices from their home planet into the craft. They might connect with deities associated with the stars or formulate spells based on planets, the alignment of the stars, etc.
Chaos Witch – They draw power from chaos. They perform emotional, tumultuous magic. Their spells are fueled by energy that clashes. Chaos witches often perform magic with intense music, during storms, or even when they’re feeling a bit drained emotionally.
Ceremonial Witch – These witches are focused on the ritual of the craft and draw power from performing a ceremony that is meaningful. A ceremonial witch is part of a coven & will treat their ceremonial magic more as a religion.
When you practice ceremonial magic (also known as traditional wicca), there isn’t always a clear distinction between “good spells” & “black magic” so your morals & knowledge will depend on the types of traditional ceremonies you follow.
Dianic Witch – They focus on the feminine. They usually worship the Roman goddess Diana, but can sometimes focus on all goddesses as the divine feminine is the most important aspect of Dianic witchcraft. Dianic witches practice a lot of meditation & visualization in addition to their magic. The focus of the practice is to heal inner wounds that these witches have received from the patriarchy.
Traditional Witch – They base their practice in very old magic, often known as the “Old Religion”. These witches do a lot of research & take a historical approach to their magical practice.
Other types – Secular, Urban/City Witch, Natural, Cottage Witch.
I’m not here to be the floor that you walk on I’m not here to just do whatever you say Watch out I’m flying in like a black swan I’m gonna show that I’m more than just a pretty face
I’m not here to just walk along the old path I’m not here to be a number in your race You might think you have control but it’s all mine You don’t know it but you’re standing on the fault line
And I’m an earthquake I’m here to shake things up I’m gonna shake things up I’m gonna shake things up Things up Things up I’m an earthquake
You be the melody and I’ll be the bass line I’m not here to be a fiddle that you play You can party with your wine and your moonshine I’m gonna shake it up and open up the champagne
I’m an earthquake I’m here to shake things up I’m gonna shake things up I’m gonna shake things up Things up Things up I’m an earthquake
I’m swimming against the stream You can feel the boat rocking but it’s not what it seems You might think I’m a tidal wave But I’m the earthquake
I’m an earthquake I’m here to shake things up I’m gonna shake things up I’m gonna shake things up Things up Things up I’m an earthquake I’m here to shake things up I’m gonna shake things up I’m gonna shake things up Things up Things up I’m an earthquake
