Be the Light

Take the higher road and choose the light. Remove yourself from lower energy experiences.

No matter what is happening to you or around you, you have a choice. Choose not to be pulled into drama, bickering or energies that are just going to limit your joy. If you are surrounded by people who are hostile towards you or someone else, or you are in a negative situation, you are being invited to be the light. You are an incredible person who can really bring light. So how can you change the energy? How can you redirect the conversation to love? How can you protect yourself? How can you help the person that is being picked on? Or are you the one who is guilty of causing a drama? You will know the answers. Know also that you are being encouraged to shine the light you were born to share.

Be Graceful in Movement and Action

Slow and steady. Breathe and flow. Take a gentler approach.

You are being guided to flow like water, blow like air and connect with your purest intentions. Don’t feel you need to rush ahead. A gentler approach will be more fruitful and rewarding. Move with subtlety and grace. Reach high, but also ask yourself how you can move with the flow of life rather than pushing against it. Do you have the capacity to refocus your gaze at this time? Can you slow down? Or take more time to soften and breathe as you move forward? All of this will be incredibly beneficial for what happens next.

War-like Nature

It is a taught thing …

So many are ready to fight for this, and to fight for that … but what really is going on?

Is anything being accomplished through this type of attitude and action? Or does it just grow more of that which we do not want? Especially nowadays … when there doesn’t really seem to be any sort of solid goal.

Recognize me!

Respect me!

The people are screaming …

I gather that the majority of people who are fighting are not really fighting … they are attempting to ‘defend’ whatever it is they feel is in jeopardy.

This begs to question …

Are the war bringers gaining what they actually desire?

Is their intent a peaceful solution, of unity, of reciprocal respect and honor?

If so … do the actions support this solution?

If not … then take a good long look at what is actually being created here.

The people are Sovereign Beings. They are being steered into a certain format of behavior.

A behavior non-conducive to desired results.

It is time to understand the invisible ship … who is steering it … who is on board it … who would like to get off, and …

CREATE

… their own beautiful result …

Rather that allowing someone(s) else direct them onto their own desired path.

Bless you on your journey.

Chaos would dwindle without your personal input and output.

You are THAT Powerful.

Wonderful, Happy Day

My supervisor allowed me to leave an hour early from work today. You see, it is a very special day.

I drove to my home town in the forest that lines the Columbia River Gorge and treated myself to a nice mineral bath and wrap afterward. The window was open and the birds were singing.

I thought about my Soul Brothers and Sisters … my Soul Family.

I thought how it isn’t just my birthday, it is our birthday … as Soul Family, all birthdays are ours to celebrate with each other, however that shows up.

I found myself even more grateful for them as I considered our shared beingness, our intimate connections through Soul and Spirit.

It dawned on me how large my family truly is … and I vowed to honor them all, even when I find myself annoyed, because love is what holds it all together. Even when sometimes we must love each other from a distance.

After my sweet and relaxing treat I stopped at the boat launch to watch the kite surfers. They are A-MAZ-ING! I was in awe as I saw their acrobatic moves, imagining the strength that each one of them has to possess in order to do this for sooooo looooong! They were surfing, then flying … it was really a sight to see.

Driving up the highway I stopped for a picture of the Bridge of the Gods. The trees are tall here (I am glad).

There was a plaque listing some sites to see should one wish to. Someday … I’d like to visit the Stonehenge memorial.

There was an interesting bit of history listed also, and my imagination roamed as I pondered it.

Here’s a couple more pictures from here, near the Bridge of the Gods. It certainly is a beautiful place, this planet … our GAIA.

As I approached the city I literally felt the heaviness creep in. The energies here are dense and mottled.

Remaining in good spirits requires extra effort when dwelling here amid these condensed energies.

So I made a resolution, my birthday resolution. I vow to train myself in an Attitude of Gratitude. Not just for a moment, or a day, or a week … but as a new habit … one that will never need breaking or reformatting.

Thank you Creator and ALL Spirit/Soul entities who gifted me such a wonderful day today. I felt the blessing of it to my very core, filling my essence with beauty.

For this … my first day … I Am Grateful.

Today is a day to focus on energy. Energy can be removed, and I am going to take the energy out of the things I don’t want in my life. No energy will go into negative thoughts about myself or others. No energy will go into actions that do not make my environment a better place. All of my energy will be focused on the places, thoughts, and beings that I want in my life. All others will be banished.

Lions Gate Activation

The 8-8-2020 Lions Gate Activation

Every year on and around the 8th day of the 8th month of the year (August 8th), there is a cosmic alignment called “the Lions Gateway”. The Lions Gate is a time of increased cosmic energy flowing between the physical and spiritual realms.

The Lions Gate has ties to ancient Egypt and for thousands of years has been observed and honored as a time of a great energetic influx and activation!

This gateway is marked by an alignment between the Earth and the star Sirius. As the star Sirius rises in the sky, Orions Belt directly aligns with the Pyramid of Giza, and from our perspective on Earth, it appears that Sirius (the brightest star we can see) comes closer to the Earth.

The star Sirius is twice the size of our Sun and 26x brighter! It is a serious source of spiritual light on the inner planes. Sirius represents abundance, harvest, and fertility.

This alignment is called the Lions Gate, or Lions Gateway because it occurs when the sun is in the astrological sign of Leo (the Lion). As a Zodiac Sign, Leo is associated with the heart center and represents the individualized expression of the Divine.

The Leo energy is the perfect stage to anchor the ascension codes and energies of higher consciousness broadcast through the star Sirius and through the Great Central Sun.

When this alignment happens, there is an intense surge of light which awakens DNA, activates the human energy field, and transmits high vibrational frequencies and codes of awakening.

Light codes of ascension, mastery, and evolution from Sirius pour towards Earth, sometimes called the Spiritual Sun, aligning yet another level of activation and opportunity for progression on the ascension path.

Separation Into Spirit

Question: In what sense should we understand eternal life?

Answer: Only life of the spirit is eternal; the life of the body is transitory and fleeting. When the body dies, the soul returns to eternal life.

Question: Is the separation of the soul from body painful?

Answer: No, the body often suffers more during life than at the moment of death; the soul has nothing to do with it. The suffering that a man sometimes experiences at the moment of death provides satisfaction for his spirit, in that he sees his exile coming to an end.

Question: Can the definitive separation between soul and body occur before the complete cessation of organic life?

Answer: During the death throes, the soul sometimes has already left the body, which in this case possesses nothing except organic life. The dying man no longer has any consciousness of himself, and yet a last gasp of life remains. The body is a machine that the heart keeps running, and it continues to live as long as the heart pumps blood through the vessels, and for that it does not need the soul.

Question: What sensation does the soul experience the moment it realizes that it is in the spirit world?

Answer: That is as the case may be. If you have done evil for the sake of evil, you find yourself at first ashamed of what you have done. It is much different in the case of the upright person, who feels relieved of a great burden, and does not fear the most meticulous scrutiny.

Question: Upon leaving the body, does the soul immediately have consciousness of itself?

Answer: Immediately is not the right word, it finds itself in a state of bewilderment for some time.

Question: Do all spirits experience the bewilderment that follows the disengagement of the soul from the body to the same degree and for the same amount of time?

Answer: No, it depends on their elevation. Those who are already purified are almost immediately aware of themselves, because they had already detached themselves from matter during their corporeal life. The carnal man, however, who’s conscience is not clear, retains the impression from matter for longer.

Question: Does the knowledge of Spiritism have any influence on the shorter or longer duration of this confusion?

Answer: It has a great influence, in that the spirit understands its situation in advance. The practice of a good and a clear conscience have the most influence, however.

Vibration

Merging with our energetic field during the awakening is one of the reasons why they are pushing for social distancing and isolation. We get information from each other and those who are vibrating high can influence someone into awakening just by being in their field.

The Nurturing

Coming into love for self is a challenge, for most of we have been taught that to consider self as deserving or sacred is selfish …. that we ought to think of others before self.

As the training goes, and as experience tells us, when we deplete our inner resources by constantly filling anothers cup (or others), our own cup becomes depleted.

From a state of depletion, depression occurs, anger happens, even hopelessness …..

The selfless, nurturing the selfish …. it is a form of vampirism that we all participate in, or have at one time.

The human must do what is necessary to ensure the personal, inner cup always be in a state of overflow in order to share, and fill, others cups.

This means self-care is crucial to our existence. Self-love, self-respect, self-care …. taking time with GAIA … she always replenishes us.

Spending time in prayer … not as the church teaches it … but as our Soul and Spirit call us to do.

Yesterday I spent my day drumming, singing and dancing … men played out the heartbeat, drumming in unison, women stood behind them as all sang prayers to Creator for the health, happiness and well-being of our brothers and sisters, our family.

The energy was high, my body electrified as I danced around the drummers and singers, lifting the prayers to Creator, to the very heavens and all who hear.

We shared a community meal, we spoke to each other in a soft way, we listened to each other, leaving behind the chaos of the city … of the square world … and we spent the day in sacred union, one with another, in love, care, compassion.

Release was shared, and blessings given. Two exchanged feathers and their relationship will be observed by the family (all members) for one year and at the end of this time, if everyone approves of their care for one another, they will be wed in the sacred ceremony of the Cherokee.

Observe to what you apply your attention and energy to.

Ask yourself:

Will this situation benefit from my sacred care and contribution for wellness, for happiness?

Or will the receiver use it up and demand more without care or reciprocation?

Our time and attention are the currency of our Spirit, our Soul. It is the most precious gift you can impart to this world and life within it.

Be certain you pay yourself first.

Your cup must remain full, your mind, body, spirit and soul requires that you care for self prior to assisting others … if not, your capacity to do good dwindles, and you become vulnerable to all the negative side effects of an empty cup.

Do not think that someone will come along and fill it for you.

This is our personal responsibility.

So I implore you …. practice self-love and self-care.

Helping others will be so much easier and more powerful when you have plenty to share … and remember … self-care, self-love, is a continuous, evolving process.

It is time to develop new, healthier habits.

Release the old ways … recognize the Sacred in you.

Practice forgiveness for self and others.

Begin again.
