It is very clear to most of us that we are a part of something humongous happening on planet Earth. The Ascension impacts everyone and has personal implications that hold different meanings that are very intimate to each person.
Connecting with your Soul, Connecting with God Source is very personal. As a part of the human race we all know what it means to suffer horribly in pain and feel completely alone in the darkness. As we endure this Ascension Cycle, remember, it is about Kindness Above All. Honor where you are at, take the time you need, allow yourself the space to heal and find the kindness for yourself.
As you strengthen your core and can expand your sphere of influence, then practice random acts of kindness towards others. One second of criticism, sarcasm, belittling, or hateful words can mar and scar a child and a person for life. One second of kindness can elevate a child or person to accomplish greatness that allows them to find their soul.
When we begin to dive deep into our being, seeing our self fully, it can cause some unsettling emotional issues.
Denial … that’s usually the first step. We try to tell our self that what others see and report about us is false. We may accuse them of lying. Saying it just to be hurtful. We might even try to hurt them in return.
Anger … we get mad and reject anyone or thing that makes us look at the negative behaviors or patterns we exhibit.
Blame … we blame others for our behavior. It’s all someone else’s fault we are the way we are.
Sadness or depression … once we DO look inside, if we are honest with ourselves, we might begin to see the truth … that perhaps everyone else isn’t wrong after all. How can they ALL be wrong?
We can swing between depression, anger, sadness and blame for quite some time before we begin to accept responsibility for our words and actions … before we are able to admit that there is a lot of inner work needing done.
So we begin to take a good look at our self.
We choose to reformat our character, to ‘raise’ ourself differently, to parent our broken or injured inner child.
We learn to become a friend to self.
We might even begin to love our self … but that usually only comes after realizing we have actually hated our self, or acted like we did anyway.
Healing is a tough journey.
It is said that growing old isn’t for sissy’s.
But I say taking a good hard look at the truth of our self is the hardest and most challenging thing we’ll ever do …
Should one choose to.
My healing journey began more than 20 years ago. I’m only now emerging from the well … that deep well of binding thought and hindering emotional baggage.
May your journey be quicker than mine, yet equally thorough.
Question: “Does man have the right to retire in old age?”
Answer: “Yes. No one is required to labor beyond his capacity.”
Question: “But what options so senior people have available when they must earn a living while not being able to do so?”
Answer: “The strong should work for the weak. In the absence of a family to provide for them, society should take its place. That is the Law of Charity.”
Chapter 3: The Law of Labor, # 685, “The Spirits’ Book” written by Allan Kardac
You’re probably about 15 years-old, so I don’t expect you to be very mature or for you to want a little girl on your skate ramp for that matter.
What you don’t know is that my daughter has been wanting to skateboard for months. I actually had to convince her that skateboarding wasn’t just for boys.
So when we walked up to the skate park and saw that it was full of teenage boys, she immediately wanted to turn around and go home.
I secretly wanted to go too because I didn’t want to have to put on my mom voice and exchange words with you.
I also didn’t want my daughter to feel like she had to be scared of anyone, or that she wasn’t entitled to that skate park just as much as you were.
So when she said, “Mom it’s full of older boys,” I calmly said, “So what, they don’t own the skate park.”
She proceeded to go down the ramp in spite of you and your friends flying past her and grinding rails beside her.
She only had two or three runs in before you approached her and said “Hey, excuse me…”
I immediately prepared to deliver my “She’s allowed to use this park just as much as you guys” speech when I heard you say, “Your feet are wrong. Can I help you?”
You proceeded to spend almost an hour with my daughter showing her how to balance and steer, and she listened to you – a feat not attained by most adults.
You held her hand and helped her get up when she fell down and I even heard you tell her to stay away from the rails so that she wouldn’t get hurt.
I want you to know that I am proud that you are part of my community, and I want to thank you for being kind to my daughter.
She left the skate park with a sense of pride and with the confidence that she can do anything, because of you.
