Separation Connection

Published October 27, 2022 by tindertender

One piece of really good advice I received, during a period of what some call “nightmares” was to “let the night be the night and the day be the day.”

Another way to say it is “they are over there, and I am here”.

Waking life, sleeping life (“life” never really sleeps).

Sometimes our waking mind can get so wrapped up in the dreamscape and events there it affects our waking moments in a not so beneficial way. It can throw off our thinking, our emotion, and our energy.

Creating separation between these two worlds is necessary, especially if the lines begin to blur out in a big way.

Sanity often requires us to separate from people, places and things … now including time and space.

The thinking mind may say separation is division, but often true expansion cannot be realized without some type of disconnect … ie: meditation. It seems that only in the disconnect can true connection occur.

The dream self has a life, a duty, or obligation, which the waking self probably isn’t entirely aware of. We leave the dream self to do its thing.

Likewise, the waking self has fantasy’s or day dreams, perhaps inspirations seemingly from nowhere for superb creations … in the waking world.

How many aspects of you are there? Do you know their roles and the services they provide in the realms they inhabit? Does every aspect of self look the same?

Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes!

The nervous system is undergoing some radical changes at the moment. This can feel destabilising as our body attempts to manage electrical energy to establish homeostasis.

An influx of plasma energy is being countered by electromagnetic disturbances which are altering the earths surface charge and interfacing with our body. This can feel like an energetic assault and translate as turbulent emotional/mental states. One minute we may be feeling energised, optimistic and inspired, followed by a wave of feeling sluggish/drained, restless and anxious, which can be confusing.

The worst thing we can do is to condemn ourselves for feeling this way. These fluctuations are natural in the current climate and simply being conscious of how we are feeling without judgement will help to manage our energy field. When we identify with negative states we get pulled into lower timelines that become self-perpetuating.

Our body is highly intelligent and adaptable to change, but this recalibration can take some time. No matter what is going on outside of us, we always have the control. Patience is key.

It may feel like there is an urgency to get things done given the rapid acceleration of external change, but slowing down and trusting in divine timing will attune us with higher guidance so we don’t get pulled into chaotic frequencies and can more easily find our centre and align with our optimal flow. This way we can more easily discern between our organic personal frequency and artificial ones.

Some of these shifts are part of our ascension to higher consciousness but these frequencies need to be grounded in the body to be integrated, otherwise we will experience over stimulation and burn out.

Each phase of evolution requires synthesis through embodiment to keep us connected to this realm without prematurely bypassing. This is how we anchor and emit our frequency into the planetary grid to assist with the planetary ascension.

Game of Life?

Seems the norm in this world is to “challenge” people.

I’ve been called challenger and adversary, with no intention of entering the game.

I’m here for expansion and knowledge, thank you very much.

Be There, Be Aware, Caring

Be aware of the bigger picture as it is, not just the desire behind action … what do people really need? Is it truly what we desire to give, or is it something else?

Years ago I was a struggling single woman. My mother asked what I wanted for Christmas. I said, “If you really want to do something for me, pay my PGE bill.” She got pissed and said, “I’m not giving you MONEY!!” And she bought me something I had absolutely no need for, it was useless to me.

She also got mad when I told her I wasn’t doing Christmas one year because of no money. She said haughtily, “You have a credit card don’t you?” And I was flabbergasted that she wanted me to go hundreds of dollars in debt with interest so I could buy people things they wouldn’t need or like.

I never understood that holiday…. Although these days I may find reason to get myself something nice.

Cherokee Women and Their Important Roles

Published October 26, 2022 by tindertender

Women in the Cherokee society were equal to men. They could earn the title of War Women and sit in councils as equals. This privilege led an Irishman named Adair who traded with the Cherokee from 1736-1743 to accuse the Cherokee of having a “petticoat government”.

Clan kinship followed the mother’s side of the family. The children grew up in the mother’s house, and it was the duty of an uncle on the mother’s side to teach the boys how to hunt, fish, and perform certain tribal duties.

The women owned the houses and their furnishings. Marriages were carefully negotiated, but if a woman decided to divorce her spouse, she simply placed his belongings outside the house.

Cherokee women also worked hard. They cared for the children, cooked, tended the house, tanned skins, wove baskets, and cultivated the fields. Men helped with some household chores like sewing, but they spent most of their time hunting.

Cherokee girls learned by example how to be warriors and healers. They learned to weave baskets, tell stories, trade, and dance. They became mothers and wives, and learned their heritage.

The Cherokee learned to adapt, and the women were the core of the Cherokee.
