A Tibetan story tells that one day an old wise man asked his followers the following: – Why do people yell at each other when they are angry?
The men thought for a few moments:
-Because we lose our cool – said one – that’s why we scream.- -But why yell when the other person is next to you? – Asked the wise man – Is it not possible to speak to him in a low voice? Why do you yell at a person when you’re angry?
The men gave some other answers but none of them satisfied the sage.
Finally he explained: -When two people are angry, their hearts go far apart. To cover that distance they must yell to hear each other, the angrier they are, the louder they will have to yell to hear each other over that great distance.
Then the sage continued: – What happens when two people fall in love? They don’t yell at each other but talk to each other softly because their hearts are very close, the distance between them is very small.
The wise man smiled and said: When they fall even more in love, what happens? They don’t speak, they just whisper and become even closer in their love. Finally they don’t even need to whisper, they just look at each other and that’s it.
This is how close two people are when they love each other…
Then he said: -When you argue, don’t let your hearts drift away, don’t say words that distance you further, there may come a day when the distance is so great that you can no longer find your way back…

Qualities of ease, grace, harmony, serenity, and deep peace are within me.
These qualities are the essence of my being.
The power of ease, grace, harmony, serenity, and deep peace vibrate within my soul.
In this 3D reality I know there are energies opposite of ease, grace, harmony, serenity, and deep peace.
There are people and situations that appear to block all joy, all flow.
In this reality there is a choice to grow through struggle. I no longer choose that way.
I choose the path of ease and grace, for this is a lighter and more pleasant way to grow. Actually, in this time of ascension, it is really the only choice, the only way to grow.
I choose ascension.
I choose ease and grace.
In each and every situation I command my own unconscious mind to remember the deep serenity of peace within my being.
I breathe in serenity and peace.
I feel at peace, and I live within the pure vibration of peace.
I banish all anxiety and stress, especially energies that do not belong to me

In this time of ascension there is great chaos and volatility on the earth plane. Even though these challenging energies exist, I choose not to engage or dance with them.
Lower energies offer no opportunities for growth and the primary directive of the soul is growth.
I no longer waste my time engaging with lower energetic situations or beings that are attached to the 3D matrix of suffering and struggle.
I accept the lessons that chaos and volatility have offered me in the past.
Now, I’m willing to grow through joy rather than suffering or struggle.
Now, I’m willing to grow through flow rather than through limitation.
Now, I’m willing to forgive myself. I’m ready to forgive anyone I feel has hurt me.
I know any challenging situations or circumstances I’m experiencing are gifts to help me grow.
I let go of all perceived pain.
Now, I’m willing to see things differently.
Now I let go of my need to be right.
Now I see everything as an opportunity to grow and to flow into greater alignment with the Universe.
Every circumstance assists me in being stronger, wiser, and more compassionate.
Every challenge is an opportunity to infuse more light into my being and it is my reality.
I am pure light, pure flowing energy. I choose to grow through ease and grace.
I am one with the Universe.
I live within the pure vibration of grace.
In all situations I command my unconscious mind to my highest self and my team spirits.
In all situations, my unconscious mind now remembers my innate ability to create joy and flow.

This is extremely difficult, yet sometimes necessary for healing.
Love them but stay away if they no longer add up, not all mothers and fathers love and defend, some only fight for their personal ideals, there are families so hurtful and harmful that distance becomes the only enemy. There are relatives who betray, who steal, speak badly, gossip and envy us, there are relatives who want to see you well, but will never want to see you better than they, who gather to speak ill of you and console themselves by making you look bad from the movie, who make sides to discredit you, thinking that they are better than you that way. There are families that are only there for us when it suits them and to continue using us in the name of the blood that unites us, it is important to reflect, let us also stop romanticizing the family, the couple, the parents, the siblings, we need to grow, evolve, heal… set limits.
It is necessary to see the shadow, the dark side of our tree and have the strength to get away from what has harmed us, we have to be our priority and stop suffering from relatives who only steal our energy, each one who takes care of their life, recognize them, but don’t be part of their wounds, their anger, their abandonment, their hypocrisy, their manipulation.
Let us rid ourselves of all who desire to pull us down into the lower fields of consciousness.
Let us stand firm against those who would strip us of this rising and expansion, eliminating attempts to sabotage our advancement.
If there is anything worth protecting, it’s this rising to enlightenment.
Having been involved in a severe spiritual battle the last 20 years, I understand the necessity for shadow work. I was forced to see myself. And because I wanted to live, I worked through all the shadows they tried to use against me. Major shadow work. And it wasn’t all on my behalf.

Women were forbidden to study medicine for several years until someone broke the law. Born in 300 BCE, Agnodice cut her hair and entered Alexandria medical school dressed as a man.
While walking the streets of Athens after completing her medical education, she heard the cries of a woman in labour. However, the woman did not want Agnodice to touch her although she was in severe pain, because she thought Agnodice was a man. Agnodice proved that she was a woman by removing her clothes without anyone seeing and helped the woman deliver her baby.
The story would soon spread among the women and all the women who were sick began to go to Agnodice. The male doctors grew envious and accused Agnodice, whom they thought was male, of seducing female patients. At her trial, Agnodice, stood before the court and proved that she was a woman but this time, she was sentenced to death for studying medicine and practicing medicine as a woman.
Women revolted at the sentence, especially the wives of the judges who had given the death penalty. Some said that if Agnodice was killed, they would go to their deaths with her. Unable to withstand the pressures of their wives and other women, the judges lifted Agnodice’s sentence, and from then on, women were allowed to practice medicine, provided they only looked after women. Thus, Agnodice made her mark in history as the first Greek female doctor, physician and gynecologist.

Selkies are a variation on the mermaid concept in Scottish, Irish, Icelandic and Faroese folklore. They live in the sea as seals, but can shed their seal hide to become human on land. If their seal skin is hidden or stolen, they are unable to return to the sea.

Selkie stories are traditionally romantic tragedies, with the Selkie in most stories returning to the sea after several years as a Seal Wife to a human, leaving behind the husband and children.
One well known story is about a beautiful Selkie trapped by a fisherman on the island of Kalsoy, who hides her seal skin while she is on land one night. Trapped, she becomes his wife and they have 2 children. One day however, he goes fishing and she finds her seal skin hidden in a chest in their home. She escapes back to her Selkie family after ensuring the children are cared for until the fisherman’s return.
She leaves behind a message to not follow her and to not harm her Selkie family. The fishermen however ignore the warning and end up killing both her Selkie husband and Selkie children.
In revenge she curses the men of the island to die in frequent accidents until as many have perished as can link arms around the whole island.
