You Are The Medicine

Heal yourself with mint, and take eucalyptus.

Sweeten yourself with lavender, rosemary and chamomile.

Embrace yourself with the cocoa bean and a hint of cinnamon.

Put love in tea instead of sugar, and look to the stars.

Heal yourself with the kisses the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain.

Become strong with bare feet on the ground and with everything that comes out of it.

Get smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with the eye of your forehead.

Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier.

Heal yourself, with beautiful love, and always remember… you are the medicine. “

Love Your Body …

… It has carried you in a good way up to now.

This world teaches people to be dissatisfied with their body, their “house”. If you hate your body, it makes it easier for entities to “walk in”, taking over.

Your body is your sacred temple. It houses your spirit, your soul, your potent essence. It is worthy of the utmost love and respect.

What it looks like matters little, of course we’d all like to be fit.

It’s the one gift from Creator that carries us through this experience. Don’t give it away like a cheap commodity.

It holds that which is Sacred.

Cherish it.

We little humans, who rest apart from that, shine ever so brightly.

Do the work to reformat negative self talk.

Your value is immense, and not just to those who violate.

Authenticity

Love is giving someone the ability to destroy you, but trusting them not to.

Yet they try … time and time again.

True Love allows people to show their authentic selves. It can hurt, yes, but it’s a service many of us provide.

When people are not authentic, when they are master manipulators, giving them the reins shows us their authenticity.

It’s the back door to hidden behaviors.

I don’t know anything about love, so I’m teaching myself, by loving myself.

Old patterns disintegrated.

Only room for the new.

The new “old”.

Some people were allowed to live a life cultivating love, supported. Others of us were stripped of it and gifted suffering instead. But many of us remain in love, in our hearts, despite the controlling violators efforts. It’s what we are.

You must decide you have it in you.

Or not.

Look After Yourselves

They kill people thru toxic food and drink, or via vax or other medicines, it’s murder. A “sacrifice” the “rulers” are willing to make to maintain their positions of “authority”. Look after yourselves. Those who claim to have all the answers do NOT have your highest good in mind.

If the body and mind are made to be in a weakened state, there isn’t much energy, or life force, to make a change for the better. Sheer determination and rebellion toward those who rule the current system is necessary to take back your life, your health, your most potent essence.

Stop allowing others the use of your essence, your inherent power, that Primordial Light of Source Creation. It seems to me the powers that be could not be those powers without the theft of your Life Force.

Take it back.

Claim it.

It was and is “your gift” from Creator.

Remember: some who appear alive are dead; some who appear dead are alive.

You must nurture your own essence. Some Doctors “jobs” are to strip it from you with “medicine”.

Thanks be to my King, my God, that actual HUmans truly are in it to help. The others? They’re in it to win it.

It’s a game we are playing, mostly unconscious. Be aware. Be in charge. Be the leader you wish to see in the world. Do it.

Claim your Divinity.

Nurture it.

Grow it.

Be all that you can be.

Avoid all the foods with “Bioengineered” ingredients. These substances will hurt you.
