Sometimes, we must learn to be comfortable with the uncomfortable … stretching capacity. Rather than medicate to numb ourselves from the experience, we must learn to breathe, to smile, and not get lost in the details of it. Doing so will only increase the anxiety around whatever the situation is.
We are all changing energetically these days, that in itself is enough to cause discomfort. However, this is growth … and growth is never easy, especially if the growth happens too fast. Ask any tall person who experienced rapid growth and how it felt on their joints. Ask any Shaman about the birth of a Healer … they will tell you it looks like what the western world calls insanity.
These times offer us a magnificent opportunity to jump into the new, and our response ought to be an embracing of it, not a fighting against it … to simply respond to that which is presented to us in any given moment in the best way we know how … and usually that means stepping into our authentic power, a position we may not have ever experienced before.
Often, there will be opposing forces set against this new reality being birthed in us … and they must be left behind.
Love yourselves in every moment, and remember to be grateful for this life, in all its forms, in all of its circumstances.
As everything is rapidly changing in the world, the only constant is your connection to SOURCE.
What is playing out on the world’s stage is in constant flux.
Many are unsettled and uncertain about the current reality.
Just remember that everything in the third-dimensional world is not really “real.”
It is part of the “matrix” which is simply a reflection of the Collective and the Individual Consciousness.
This matrix is responding to the thoughts, feelings, words, and actions of each individual, as well as that of humanity as a whole.
The only way to change the reflection in the matrix and ultimately leave the matrix into the Higher Dimensions is to forge a strong connection to SOURCE.
The more attention you are paying to your connection to SOURCE, the less attention you’ll pay to the reflection in the matrix.

The more you are feeling the Divine Perfection of SOURCE, the more you are able to bring it into your Emotional, Mental, and Physical body.

The more you are radiating the Divine energies of SOURCE into the matrix, it BEgins to change.
Eventually, the lower energies of the third-dimensional world will leave your reality, because they cannot sustain themselves in your Higher Vibrational Energy Field.
You are NOW connecting to the Higher Dimensional Reality and every day, you are making this connection stronger.

Truth is transparent.
Human beings have many chances in their lifetime to evolve and connect to their astral body. Evolution is taking place on Earth but is not helping the planet’s vibration to rise. All beings that reincarnate on Earth are responsible for connecting to her energies, help the vibration to rise and the trauma to be healed.
We are not quite satisfied with the evolution on the planet and this is why we have sent all OF YOU on Earth to transmit and receive energies from the higher realms.
The purpose of this teaching is to wake you up to your truth which has nothing to do with materialism, consumerism, and manipulation but it is a life of truth, higher consciousness, and supporting others to rediscover their true self. If you wish to be a creator that is the path you have to take.
When people finally open their eyes and become able to see beyond the illusion, they will be faced with a horrible, unspeakable, and monstrous reality.
Some of them will be shocked and in order to protect themselves from trauma, they will be tempted to close their eyes and return to the illusion.
I say to you that you have to face the horrible situation that surrounds you in order to regain power and start your transformation.
Many of you have started to wake up to some of the truths and have realized that what you were told, believed, and taught was false. There is a thick net of manipulation that controls most people’s lives on Earth. Trying to get away from it, at first it will make you feel confused and disorientated but you have to go on.
When you follow your intuition, you will rediscover your purity, your driving force.
Some of you do not understand what we mean by the term purity and I want to help you understand. Purity is this part of you that cannot be affected by any sort of manipulation, fragmentation, and distortion. All beings carry purity in them. It is their light, which was given to them when they were created. It is the link between the being, the god, and the source.
When you follow purity, you are truly happy and satisfied; able to make your greatest contribution in your life and in the life of others; transform yourself and others.
Have no doubt as to what your purpose is and you will be able to fulfill it.
This is why I always say it’s too little to “pray Love & Light & Namaste” without acknowledging the bitter truth here. Some become even upset when they get “confronted” with Pedophilia, Satanists Agenda, Child Torture and Murder because they think in “facing” the truth they “lower their own vibration”. Your dedication to reevaluating, reconsidering, and reorganizing your basic assumptions about life has expanded the expressions of civilization itself. You humans have no other choice than to reach out to the new territory that you lay forward as both charted and uncharted discoveries.

In truth your restrictions are but an illusion and you can escape any time that you want to, by just being in a Higher Dimension. The Higher 5th Dimensional world is as real as any time that you may spend in the 3rd Dimensional world. We encourage you all to spend more time in a 5th Dimensional world than in the 3rd Dimensional world of restrictions.
We encourage you to be grateful for all that you can do, instead of lamenting what you cannot. Be grateful for the air that you can breathe, the taste of the food and water that you can ingest, the beautiful sights that you can see, hearing the sounds, and feeling the body that you have, no matter what it’s restrictions. Life is indeed a blessing and however or whatever you are feeling, you are still alive at this special time of Transition.
Your soul is always free to roam, my dears, so imagine where your soul would like to roam. Your dreams are real and can manifest all that you so desire, as your manifestations start to quicken. Those of you lucky enough to be able to go outside into the Earth are fortunate in that you can commune with the flora and fauna. Do this when you feel alone and in need of company. Those of you who are in isolation in your own homes can still see the sky and watch and connect with Nature from a distance. When all feels lost, you can still retreat into your soul and dream a new world into existence.
Those of you who are depressed can still find some hope in a Creator who will not let them down. Talk to him about the sadness and anger that you feel. Interact with Mother Nature and tell her your problems. Believe and Trust in the Higher Powers who will not let you down.
However hard it may be for you to understand, believe in yourself as a strong soul who has a mission to help others and know that in time you will overcome. Keep in contact with your Guides and Angels and lean on others for support at this time and be very gentle with yourself.
This time of so-called lack in the world is an opportunity to realize how much you have taken for granted in the past. It is now a time for an attitude of gratitude for all that you do have. Bless all that you do have, even if these are very small mercies. You are Alive dear ones and as such you are here now to Dream that wonderful New world into existence. You do not need anyone else to do this for you. You are the Powerful Ones and you can do this for yourself. You do not need a great leader to create the New World for you.
You are all One with the Great Creator and as such, you can create that new Heaven on Earth. This time of Transition can be a very bumpy ride and you may well feel buoyant one day and feel as if you are drowning in a sea of emotions the next. This time may well be a time of stormy emotions for many of you but you are feeling them, for them all to be cleared, and this time will pass Dear Ones. When you come out of the stormy waters, you will be coming home to your own safe harbor.
When you come home to yourselves Dear ones, and learn to be at one with yourself, no matter what happens outside of you, you will begin to feel a wonderful sense of peace inside of you, that none can destroy.
Much Light is being beamed upon the Earth at this time to help in the Earth’s Transition. As this happens much clearing is taking place as everyone learns to navigate their own emotions. As Lightworkers you are ahead of the game, so to speak, and you are clearing much darkness from your own auras and becoming the Light yourselves. A wise friend recently told me that the love we experience in our lives is the clearest reflection of who we truly are as people. So, what do you see in the relationships in your life? Are you experiencing love? Are you frustrated? Is there easiness or maybe emptiness? Is there joy, or do you feel repressed and bottled up? Do you feel a sense of expansion or a sense of contraction? Can you feel into your relationships to see which ones are giving you energy, and which ones are taking your energy? What do you need to change within yourself to have the type of relationship with the world that brings you happiness, joy, peace and freedom?
I’ve been meditating deeply on all of this lately, and here’s what’s been emerging. It’s sort of an updated program for us to run on collectively as we dive headlong into a tremendous and cataclysmic war between freedom and control; between fear and love.
Enjoy people and keep the vibration high. Above all else, be direct and honest. Be the one who says what has gone for too long unsaid. Love insanely. Let it all out into the open. You don’t have time to hold back any longer. Make yourself strong physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Practice radical detachment and letting go. We need to create space for the new paradigm to emerge.
Learn to enjoy being patient and allowing things to unfold naturally without forcing anything. Express yourself like you never have before. Be more real, more raw, more open and more bad ass! Be more you.
Let death be the only motivation you need to do anything you want to do. The clock is ticking faster than ever. Don’t be surprised when things workout better than you could have ever imagined. Give away as much freedom to others as you can stand. Then, give them more. Let them have their differing opinions, or whatever, and just keep on loving them with everything you’ve got. Do not allow your mind to take the wheel.
Steer with your heart.
Make personal evolution your prime directive and watch how quickly your life changes for the better. Be the person in the room that laughs and smiles the most, showing others how to brush off the madness of the world. Conserve your energy wheel.

Practice, practice, practice; engage in your daily practice every single day.
Cultivate your inner strength and peace through the continuity of your intentions. Maintain the highest possible vibration you can, and make a point of being infectious to others.

Now that you have learned about your abilities and possibilities and know that there is a vast number of your kind out there you must not lose faith.
When you hear people speak of trusting the plan we would like to once again stress the fact that there is indeed a plan being played out. This, however, is not a worldly plan. It’s not political nor created by the military.
But the plan we speak of is the divine plan. Made by the most powerful beings in the universe. It’s the ascension of Gaia.
The goddess is rising. She is the goddess of ALL creation. Neither does she ask for anything nor does she need anyone.
This is why nothing can stop what’s coming.
This is why it’s going to be biblical.
As the goddess rises we too have the opportunity to evolve and rise with her. The forces of evil do not have this ability. They are fourth-dimensional beings -for them, it’s game over.
There’s absolutely nothing to worry about. Allow 3D to finish it’s last acts of desperation as it is crumbling.
You are beings of incredible power and you will soon remember your own divinity.

Let me please also be VERY CLEAR and straight – There WILL BE MILLIONS who don’t want to see or want to go with Ascension. They are programmed so deeply the one way or “hold the hell so tightly” that they will not take this path. And this can be neighbours, friends, lovers, family members and others. But all of this will not happen tomorrow – we still have a short time where we can try to wake up people.

We often look outside ourselves for something to change or something to set us free of our circumstances.
When we purely rely on things to change from the outside, often times, they tend to stagnate or get worse because we are not in alignment with the flow.
We are pushing for it to happen which can block the way.
The move for change, for things to shift needs to come from within. Things wont change for the better if your belief system is stagnant in thoughts of fear and lack.
Meet your inner fears, give them wings, surrender to the emotions that arise and set them free so you can get out of your own way and allow the natural flow of change to take place.
