HOW TO RESPECT YOURSELF

Published January 12, 2023 by tindertender

(1) Stop looking for who is not looking for you.

(2) Stop begging.

(3) Stop saying more than is necessary.

(4) When people disrespect you, confront them immediately.

(5) Don’t eat other people’s food more than they eat yours.

(6) Reduce how you visit some people, especially if they don’t reciprocate it.

(7) Invest in yourself. Make yourself happy.

(😎 Stop entertaining gossip about other people.

(9) Think before you talk. 80% of how people value you is what comes out of your mouth.

(10) Always look your best. Dress the way you should be addressed.

(11) Be an achiever. Get busy with your goals.

(12) Respect your time.

(13) Don’t stay in a relationship where you don’t feel respected and valued. Walk away.

(14) Learn to spend money on yourself. That’s how people will learn to spend on you.

(15) Be scarce sometimes.

(16) Be a giver more than a receiver.

(17) Don’t go where you are not invited. And when invited don’t overstay your welcome.

(18) Treat people exactly the way they deserve.

(19) Except they owe you money, two call attempts is enough. If they value you they will call you back.

(20) Be good at what you do.

Message from White Eagle, Hopi Indigenous from 2020

✨✨🕊✨✨

This moment humanity is going through can now be seen as a portal and a hole.

The decision to fall into the hole or go through the portal is yours.

If you repent from the problem and consume the news 24/7, with low energy, nervous all the time, with pessimism, you will fall into the hole.

But if you take the opportunity to look at yourself, rethink life and death, take care of yourself and others, you’ll get through the portal.

Take care of your homes, take care of your body.
Connect to your spiritual House.

When you take care of yourself, you take care of everything else.

Don’t lose the spiritual dimension of this crisis; have the eagle’s view above and see the whole; see wider.

There is a social demand in this crisis, but there is also a spiritual demand – both go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism.

But without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and meaninglessness.

Were you prepared to go through this crisis. Grab your toolbox and use all the tools at your disposal.
Discover the resistance of indigenous and African peoples; we have always been, and continue to be, exterminated.

But we still haven’t stopped singing, dancing, lighting a fire and having fun.

Don’t feel guilty for being happy during this difficult time.

Being sad and down doesn’t help at all.

You help if good things are coming out of the Universe now.

It is joy that we resist.

Also, when the storm passes, each of you will be very important in rebuilding this new world.

You must be healthy and strong

And for that, there is no other way than to maintain a beautiful, happy, bright vibration.

This has nothing to do with alienation.

It’s a strategy of the resistance.

In shamanism, there is a rite of passage called the quest of vision.

You spend a few days alone in the forest, no water, no food, no protection.

When you walk through that portal, you get a new view of the world, because you faced your fears, your difficulties.

This is what you are being asked:
Allow yourself to use this time to perform your vision search rituals.

What world do you want to build for yourself?

For now, this is what you can do: serenity in the storm.

Keep calm and pray every day. Establish a routine to meet the sacred every day.

Good things flow; what you manifest now is what matters most.

And sing, dance, resist through art, joy, faith and love.

Rich People

Published January 8, 2023 by tindertender

Seems like bad news all of the time
We got floods and fires and wars and crime
They try to tell me who I ought to blame
But I know who it is cus it’s always the same

Don’t be ashamed if you get confused
When you talk to your friends or you watch the news
They try tell you where it all went wrong
Now you don’t have to argue just sing this song, it was

Rich people, stackin the deck
Rich people with big fat checks
Rich people, they’re havin a ball
Rich people been fuckin us all

Back in 1979
The western world was in decline
So, Ronald Regan and Thatcher too
They fixed it right up, but not for you

Just for: rich people, stackin the deck
Rich people with big fat checks
Rich people, havin a ball
Rich people been fuckin us all

Who run the world?
It ain’t the jews
Rich people don’t pay no dues
Who did the crime?
It ain’t the blacks
Rich people don’t pay no taxes
Who took your job?
It ain’t immigration
It’s rich people with corporations
Who threw the vote?
It ain’t rednecks
Rich people with big fat checks

Rich people, stackin the decks
Rich people with big fat checks
Rich people, havin a ball
Rich people been fuckin us all

Remember, See, Feel, Release, Move Forward ~ Heal

Published January 5, 2023 by tindertender

It feels as tho my emotional body is being manipulated. I can be happy as a lark one minute and pissy the next. Anyone else noticing fluctuation in the emotional body?

Feels like issues with trust are at the forefront. Like the energy of that and the anger caused by those I’ve loved is still needing release, and it’s clinging to whatever subject is at hand, saying, “This is it! This here! Fix it, run away from it, make it gone.”

Unfortunately, these emotions must be seen, felt, processed, released. And it takes work, intentional work, and owning the reality of it. Maintaining emotional balance and well-being is a continuous process. Those who take it seriously work at it all the time, anyway.

I am aware of many who do not dare face themselves, they prefer externalization, like I just did, but inner reflection in the moment tells me more clearly it’s not about “them”, and so I continue to see, recognize, feel, release. Over and over again.

What a day the last couple have been! Hope you are doing well for yourself. Be kind to Self. We are all purging dense energies now, or clinging to them, one or the other.

Oh how I hope this is the end result of a lot of internal confession and prayer and work, hard work, the hardest …. Remembering, seeing, feeling, releasing, and moving forward… step by step.

This brings “light” to the subject.
