Unity

Unity has many different meanings, the most common is a union between cultures, countries, peoples.

There are the base four bodies, possessed and worn by all individuals. The Physical, the Mental, the Emotional, and the Etheric.

It is important to ponder these four bodies, meditate on them, or in other words, relax the mind and allow the meaning for each to come through for you.

What is the foundation for the Physical body?

What is the foundation for the Mental body?

What is the foundation for the Emotional body?

What is the foundation for the Etheric body?

Once you have got this, written it down, and solidified it in mind … consider Unity … uniting the elements of these four bodies.

This is where union begins.

Alignment.

The work you put in, you get out.

Effort made toward wholeness cannot, and will not, be overlooked.

Your higher self, in combo with your guides, the angels who watch over you, and the elementals of this world will assist you in process.

All you need do is ask, relax, and let it flow.

I am currently in student mode, and I share my ‘lessons’ with you, so that we may grow into it together.

Peace is the goal, and it begins on the inside of each individual.

As you can see, the outside layer is the Mental body, the most commonly afflicted body. The easiest target by anyone who wishes to manipulate form.

Strengthen the bodies, understand the foundations for each, unite them into a cohesive whole, and it will be easier to walk in this world and bring about positive adjustment, to create the Peace you wish to enjoy.

Take Note of Intuitive Messages

Lunar energies are surrounding your life, allowing you to understand what is standing in your way. Not everything is as it seems and you’re being guided to use your discernment. Embrace the Energy of Peace

Let go of the need to defend yourself and prepare to offer peace. You are safe.

If you have been exposed to a situation in which you have felt the need to protect yourself or defend what you feel is right, know that this is now coming to an end. You are being guided to know that the energies of light are entering to wash away all the darkness. You can drop your shields and protection. You are now in a situation that will honor you and honor your needs. Arguments are ending and disagreements are being resolved. Prepare to talk things through and offer the peace that you would like to enjoy. In order to move forward in a more fearless way, it’s important for you to let go of the idea that you can be hurt by this situation or the people involved, because this will only work against you. Know that your angelic guides and ancestors are standing around you, protecting you and taking you lovingly forward.

Gratitude

There is power in gratitude.

When you’re feeling down … depressed, fearful, angry … create a list of gratitude, and begin with being thankful for what you perceive is causing these emotions in you.

Be grateful to feel the powerful emotions, be grateful that whomever Or whatever is the source of this for you is present, and allowing you the opportunity to work through emotional blockages.

You may find that as your list grows, as you find the tiniest details of things to be grateful for in the moment, this conscious creation will take that powerful emotion and flip it into love and happiness.

There is great power in gratitude.

Use it to your advantage, and you will control your mind, your emotion, and your life.

As with all things, the more you practice, the greater control you will harness and wield.

Love means many things to many people, here is one man’s expression.

YOU ARE THE ONE

Do not seek love. Do not leave yourself for love, and search for love in the other. Love is not an object, it cannot be given nor taken away. It cannot be found nor lost. Love is not a feeling, a state, or a peak experience, but what you are, presence itself.

Do not confuse love with attraction. Attraction comes and goes, can fade over time. Do not confuse love with longing. Longing is impermanent, transitory. Do not confuse love with feelings of bliss, pleasure, an excited nervous system. These passing states cannot last; it is not in their nature. Even promises, given with such certainty today, with the best of intentions, can fade tomorrow, or be broken.

Love, however, does not fade. Love cannot diminish over time. Love is not a commodity, a shifting form. Love is a field, a field within and without us, a field in which thoughts, feelings, even the most seemingly solid plans for the future, can appear and disappear. Love holds hope as much as loss, excitement as much as boredom, crushing disappointment as much as bliss. Love is the field for the shifting forms, the ground that holds us as we walk, sit, talk or do not, feel what we feel in each other’s presence, go about the business of our day, plan, eat, hope, say goodbye, try to love. Love is greater than us. We do not generate it with words and deeds, or even intentions, but we are continually embraced by it, held in its vastness, no matter what we do, or do not. We are married, we divorce; we are friends, we are lovers; we break up, we break together; we are born, we die; the field endures.

Nobody has ever given us love; that is the great illusion. We have simply remembered the field in each other’s presence, sometimes, recognised eternity in the midst of the everyday, then credited another. Love never came from outside of us; we simply touched our own presence, fell into the love that we are, and cannot not be. And nobody ever took love away from us; we simply forgot the field, and ‘blamed’ the other, and looked for love again, feeling its absence, lost in a narrative of ‘lost love’. Yet love was there, even in its apparent absence; it was present, even in the loss. It cannot be broken; a wave cannot crush the Ocean.

Do not seek love, do not look for the light, but be it, offer it; the joy of loving another is infinitely greater than the joy of fearfully clinging to another’s love, for deep down you know it is only an illusion that what you have always longed for could ever have come from outside of you. You are the One; you have always been the One.

The search ends exactly where it began – in presence.

You realise you are love itself, and this changes everything; love is yours, forever, even when it’s not.

Stand Your Ground

Hold firm to what you believe in or are focusing on, because it is absolutely right. Know that Heaven and Earth are supporting you.

Mountain energy is powerful because it’s firmly rooted in the Great Mother and reaches high to the Great Father. If you’re feeling challenged or pressured at this time, know that your spirit is more powerful than you think. You are resilient and grounded, and the energy and air of the mountains is giving you the unshakeable strength to be who you are. Take time to root yourself deeply in the energy of the Earth before welcoming in the energies of Heaven. If you’re not sure what you need to do next, you’re being invited to stay exactly where you are, talk things over with those around you and know that change will come to you. You will be whole and well at the end of this current situation and it will not stand in the way of your future growth and expansion.

Be Fearless and Stand Strong

Don’t back down. Make your opinions heard. Don’t settle for second best.

If you’re experiencing fear at this time, know that this means that whatever is going on is important to you. Whenever you feel fear, you are on the verge of something big ~ perhaps a massive breakthrough that is really going to help you move forward. If you have a situation on your hands where you have to face someone or something that’s been unsettling you, know that you are being guided to call up your inner warrior. Don’t falter and don’t be frightened, because you have the energy to protect yourself now, and at all times.

Love Land

I went for a mineral bath yesterday in my home town.

The woman who assisted me in the bath house sensed some stress and did her best to take it from me.

She is a sweet soul who gifted me a heart rock she had infused with her Blessing. Brought me to tears … the kindness was so lovely to receive.
