There are 1000 milligrams to one tiny gram. One fully grown male weighs 14 milligrams here in this valley.
I’ve trained HARD atop the highest mountain … where gravity pulls intensely, where the air is quite thin.
I’ve come to this valley where everything is lighter, where those who have not the necessary skill or power to even climb the smallest of mountains reside, pulling their dirty cheap tricks.
Cheap, cheap, cheap … like little chickens.
My color is RED, a vibrant and powerful RED.
I AM a River …. I flow gently, softly, yet also roar with a rage that rips the strongest trees from my banks … for these banks are mine … and will be reformatted as I see fit.
I was thinking of my Soul Family today and looked at the clock during thought, right at 3:33.
The number 3 itself represents confidence, power, creativity, joy, and inspiration. 333 is an encouragement to deeply explore the skills and talents you were given and to share them with the rest of the World. 333 could also mean now is the time to fulfill a new path.
I found myself praying, or simply having a talk with my Spirit Family, God, the Elementals … anyone who wanted to listen really. During this conversation I looked at the clock … 5:55.
Number 5 is a symbol of change. A 555 combination means that the power of a 5 is three times stronger. 555 means that drastic change is in the works.
I picked up a cigarette butt someone threw to the ground while walking to my vehicle from the river. When I arrived to my car, there was .10 cents right there, waiting for me, as if I were being rewarded.
Driving along, a Raven flew just overhead. It travelled along the road with me, flying the path between the trees which filled both sides of the pavement. Right at this time the numbers 6464 arrived for my investigative pleasure.
Number 6 is a symbol of balance. Number 4 is a symbol of being safe and secure in your surroundings. Number 6464 has a special message behind it that is focused on personal growth and is a symbol of being open to new things, and to always keep searching for the true meaning. It is a reminder to keep on pushing forward and always invest in ones self as a human being.
The raven encourages us to dive deeper and to look within to seek the answers to put in motion the much-needed change, among many other messages it shares.
Toward the end of my rewarding, and relaxed blessing of a day, I found myself thinking of my Soul Family again. I looked up and received the number 5888.
Number 5888 pertains to self-love, personal development, relationships, and it means “love matters”.
Today was a very busy day for receiving messages of all kinds. When you are thinking about anything, anything at all, or praying, pay attention to the numbers which arrive for you during these thought processes. Their meaning is significant, and valuable input from the unseen forces which surround us daily … our guides, our guardians, our ancestors and friends who may have transitioned into the next world.
I am nearly as excited for you to receive, as much as I am to receive myself.
Bless you on this journey called life, and the connection, inspiration and messages it offers.
Like a river I am gentle and calm with “seasons” (situations) of roaring flow that can destroy.
I spent two hours floating in the natural mineral waters of GAIA. Floating, stirring the hot waters with the cool waters. I tipped my head back and let the water cover my eyes, and I floated there, senses calm and still, receiving much needed love and acceptance from the natural world.
Someone constructed this fantastic art! I hope it remains for a time, and that if it falls over it will not land on anyone. (They left their beer can).
After a couple hours I headed back toward town for breakfast. I was so relaxed, a little smile upon my face. I was so grateful for the many blessings I had received while enjoying nature’s warm bath.
I decided not to go all the way home. Instead I went to another location and sat on the waters edge for a few more hours.
As the roots of the tree equal it’s branches, so do our inner worlds match the outer.
Balance …
While relaxing in this space a young boy walked into the center of this shallow part of the river with his mother, and with her assistance he climbed the biggest rock in the water. He shouted, “Dad! Look! I’m king of the world!”
I laughed heartily. And then I cried. I had to go into the river and splash water in my hair and my face to disguise my emotion. He was so precious! I stated softly, “Yes my boy, you ARE king of the world.”
Even now, many hours later, my eyes leak at his excited, innocent proclamation.
On my trip back home, I sang songs to GAIA and the elementals of the forest, of the waters, of all life which surrounded me. I sang sweetly to them as I used to do as a young lady, wandering in the forest day to day.

Elegance ~ It is found in the beauty of Nature. The Lotus waiting to bloom. Be the swan on the water and glide.
This day I give thanks for the miracle that is me. For I, who was once an ugly duckling, have become something more. I will see the beauty in myself, others, and nature even when things aren’t perfect. I know that what I become depends on what I’ve overcome. I will find my rhythm, glide on the waves, and I will be a swan.
Healing ~ Bless all in need of healing. Hope, and Love. Spirit grant us strength and wisdom. Guide us to the path of wellness.
This day I allow the Universe to show me the path to healing. I deserve vibrant good health and abundant energy. My immune system works better every day. I now let go of all anxiety. I feel afflictions in me dissolve. I honor my wonderful body with rest, good food, and moderate exercise. I will embrace my inner child. I will give myself all the love I need and I will heal my life.
Reconciliation ~ Remember the source of Love. A loving action is all you need to begin the process. Reach out with a simple first step.
This day I will pause and remember those I have left behind, my lost loves, and broken relationships. I will be brave and take a step toward healing the past. I will reach out with silent love but will expect nothing. For I know the most important mending needs to take place in my own heart. Looking back, I am filled with gratitude. For the good we had I am filled with joy. I will give myself all of the love that I ever needed. I will heal the past and I will be free.
Rebirth ~ No matter what happens you can find new wings. Rise from the past. Accept the positive change that is coming.
This day I give thanks for my trials and see them for the many gifts they bring. I know I grow stronger in the broken places. I know that the world will turn in my favor; that the dark night is over and a new day is here because the light has returned. I have ended things well and am ready for this new beginning. I will shine, because the whole universe is mine.
Gentleness ~ Strength is gentle. True kindness has wings. Love in action endures.
This day I let kindness grow in me. I will be gentle with myself and give my soul the love it deserves. I will focus on everlasting love and let it gently flow into the world. I am alive, my gratitude knows no bounds, and my heart now overflows with love and kindness.

Today is a day to focus on removing obstacles. Some days it feels like doors shut, roadblocks go up, stairs become steeper. Obstacles can teach me things, I know. But sometimes enough is enough and it is time to clear them out. Today I remove any obstacles of thought or action that are keeping me from reaching my goals. These obstacles will diminish and my way will be made clear.
Attention …. I would also say Time, but time is a relative thing … an illusion.
In the past I viewed ‘others’ as sometimes stealing my time, wasting my valuable love, abusing and using it. I would get annoyed, hurt and angry … the cycle never seemed to end.
Yesterday, on my birthdate, the day WE as a Soul Family celebrate Life (ALL birthdays are special and celebrated for the Life it represents) I was gifted a new perspective.
You see … Time is an illusion, which means from whatever point of perspective we are at, this is what we deem time to mean, and we base opinions about the input and output upon whatever that meaning is.
For me, Time and Attention were intermingled, always swimming around each other. It seemed people demanded my attention, and whatever I gave never satisfied.
When we remove Time …. we understand what the most valuable currency to any life form truly is …. the Attention.
I realized that the singular me was giving attention constantly, yet in the demand for it from me, I was also receiving, from many.
Many aspects of life, many people and animals gave, and give, their attention to me. It is an exchange. While the single me gives, the singular me also receives, much more attention than I could ever release. This is how we are replenished … it is a near invisible exchange, or so it has become.
All of those I have interacted with, as singular, and as a collective, have paid me with their most valuable currency, their attention. I do not know how it is that I warranted such payment, such blessing, but they paid it anyway, indeed, while piling on a ton of interest.
How is it that I have become the wealthiest woman alive?
I have amassed an incredible amount of attention with special interest added. The most valuable currency of Life has been bestowed upon me abundantly, from many sources, seen and unseen.
Can you, can anyone see me understand this incredible gift I have received? Or have I become what you have paid? Have I become the collective that is you?
There is a consensus that I must be a powerful person. Could it be that those who have paid their attention to me, see not me, but the collective wealth which has covered my essence? Perhaps they are drawn, not to me, but to this incredible wealth which they themselves have generated and gifted? I sometimes wonder if I can even be seen any more, or if perhaps I am so intermingled in this wealth of attention, we have enmeshed and become one.
The shiny, glamorous, powerful collective of the most valuable currency to Life.
It is no wonder it is so attractive …. it has gone from the singular to the collective … it has expanded beyond recognition.
Yesteryear was a ‘time’ of separation, a challenging time when lack and theft were perceived as the norm.
Today, I see it as a true gift giving, every ounce, every interaction in which I receive attention, and share it in return.
Old habits of blame and pain, of retracting, shrinking and attempting to hold what little I perceived I had are gone now.
A new habit will be formed, one of a polar opposite, one I consciously choose to nurture.
An Attitude of Gratitude will be cared for and grown in myself …. every day, every moment, I will look for that which I am grateful for.
This morning, I am grateful for waking, for being able to share this new thought form with you, this change in perspective.
Shifting from the pole which says Lack is the norm, to its polarity which says Abundance is the norm.
It will be a challenge.
Swimming in a sea of polarity will seem like drowning, I may reach for the shore of what has been known, what had become comfortable, as comfortable as a sense of lack can be.
Negative habits took practice, and so shall this shift.
Yet with practice, this habit too shall become easy, second nature even. It will be a conscious effort in the beginning, and will slip into an unconscious state of being as time goes forward.
I look at it as an exercise.
I’ve climbed Mt. Everest and am exercising my mind, my will. It is tough, the air is thin, it is cold and void of comfort …. I will continue this exercise of Will … and when the time is right, I will descend this mountain …. and there, it should be a breeze to embody and share from a point of grace, of strength of mind, of a knowing that what was worked so hard for will become easier.
A sharing in the knowing that everything is exchange.
We get to choose what exchange we accept …. and perhaps we accept it all, even the not so nice… and we transmute it into a loving energy … even if we must do it while apart from the one(s) who have gifted.
