A sense that history is somehow repeating. A chance to do things differently, and, perhaps, secure a better outcome. To work with or break a cycle, you need to recognize it. Release stress, tension or anger before it builds to a storm. It may be necessary to walk away from a challenging personality. Difficulty breaking a habit or pattern of thinking. Establish a positive routine.
Through infinite cycles of life, death and rebirth, our souls stretch into timeless repetition. All the whole, your thoughts and actions draw from the past and feed into your future. The journey repeats as often as needed. There is no rushing through to the end. The cycle can be broken through wisdom, through detachment, through memory of the sacred, through a return to life oneness.
Listen, observe and better your chances. Rely on your direct experience. Do not be swayed reputation, gossip or a third party account. Trust your perception and interpretation of a situation. Be wary of gaslighting or of someone who undermines your sense of self and the world around you. Develop and hone your sensitivities.
Your senses are clouded by thoughts and emotions. Try to distance yourself from what others say, detach emotionally, quiet your judgements and clear your thoughts. Find a quiet place, preferably in nature, where you can relax and refresh your perception. Let your instinct guide you to the clear, unmistakable voice that comes not from your thoughts, but from your soul.
Withdrawal to the security of loved ones. Stumbling on or triggering a memory. Stories told in safety. Creative space. A message from the past, for the future. Your body remembers; listen to its story. Deep pain is transformed into wisdom and understanding. An inheritance, legacy or heirloom. Having access to the tools and knowledge you need. Be gentle with who you were and strong about who you will become.
If you are feeling lost, confused or are asking what life is all about, then it may be the perfect time to consult your original self. The one you keep hidden while you grow up and supposedly wiser around it. The sweet, loving, innocent you is not lost. Deep down, you still are that person. The original you exists outside of time, safe and awaiting rediscovery.

Stop, breathe a few times, bring your attention to the center of your chest. Now, move two inches up, and than try to see with your minds eye, go two inches inside that area. This is your higher heart chakra. Focus, imagine a octahedron, the TRUE form of a “diamond”.
This is your “Diamond Core God Cell”. This is YOU, your Divine Soul Matrix. See now this symbol, this instrument, becoming brighter, expanding, encompassing your whole being, expanding beyond your vessel. Place your hands on your chest, right hand on top of left; Recite three times; My diamond core god cell is fully activated. Continue seeing this becoming brighter and expanding.
You can share what you know, your can share your light, love everyone unconditionally. But you can only “save” yourself. Each individual must go through the change and experience themselves. Each one must walk their own path. You cannot “drag” anyone into the fifth dimension.
Every being on Earth knows at one level or another that something is changing. Perhaps there are some that may not be aware in this now, from their human mind. But at the soul level they know what is unfolding. And that information is being trickled into their NOW consciousness.
You do not have to wait for open contact. Do the necessary clearing and alignments. Call upon the group of beings you wish to communicate or have contact with. Let them know you are ready to move forward with the next step.
Question: What is proper cleaning and alignment?
Answer: Meditation, time in nature, mantras, consuming light food, water.
The purging of the old, emotional, mental as well as physical imbalances continues. People are being pushed, pulled and twisted in their dream state, and in their awakened state as well.
The time for the games has come to an end. Snap out of the 3D illusion willingly, or prepare to be jolted until you’re awake.
Ultimately you only have one choice to make, fear or love.
Through the choices you make in this now, you either align or move further away from your spiritual aspect.
It does not matter if the world “opens up” or not. You know why? Because 3D is shutting down. The world will open up, yes, no worries. However, the next collapse will be worse than any “virus”. It is unavoidable. As always, those attached to 3D beliefs have it hardest.
Do not forget to spend time outside as much as possible. I don’t say this for the vitamin D issue. I say this because the Sun offers one hundred thousand other things besides vitamin D. This year’s Summer Solstice is going to be the most powerful one yet.
6/20/2020 will be a Saturday. Set your intention to be outside for more than half of that day. Walk in nature, meditate, or just sit in a forest or a field, or your back yard. Allow the higher energies to enter your being, as they flow through and around you, feel the upliftment.
The energy, the design, the structure of the new reality, of the new world is held WITHIN YOUR DNA. As more and more of your DNA connects and activates, as your consciousness expands, through the light within you, unifying with Mother Earth’s light, the new world shall emerge.
Do all that is necessary to ground yourselves. As the process accelerates, you will find yourselves in the midst of “tornadoes”. Exercise your power to remain calm.
The only time you have failed at life is when you have chosen fear over love.

Illumination: Examine your darker aspects. You are being shown the way forward. Your path is illuminated, and there is no need to feel lost or indecisive. Something that has been lost to you will be found.
Power: Change is welcome. Allow the storm to pass, as it is necessary to clear the way. You are protected in your search for equality. Do not misuse your power.
Cycles: It is time for change, and it will be positive. Respect your own natural cycles. Be mindful of seasonal changes and go with the flow taking these into account in your diet and activity level.
Reduction: Allow what you no longer need to be destroyed or reduced. Build your emotional authenticity. You are protected when expressing your true emotions in appropriate ways.
Strength: Healthy fierceness is required. Strengthen your physical body. Walk forward in pride and know that you can fight any battle. You need to strike a balance between masculine and feminine.
Faith: Hold onto your dreams even through adversity. Develop faith in yourself and in a spiritual power. Trust is important. You must trust your own leadership abilities, or improve them. Be not afraid – you were born for this.

I’ve always reserved the right to change my mind, always.
And I wonder …
Does this right dissolve if time itself stops? Or shifts?
What if what seems to be, isn’t. And what doesn’t seem to be, is.
Who are you?
If you want to raise your vibration, you’ve got to stop intentionally lowering your vibration.
Do you smoke?
Do you drink?
Do you eat a lot of processed foods?
Do you drink purified water?
Do you overindulge the senses?
I’m not here to judge anyone’s habits. The point is, if we put garbage into our energies, our energies will become dirtied. And everything we create will become tainted.
While living, we can see the signs which show we tend to categorize each other, while holding ourself in a sort of superior mode.
Again, not my effort here …
We do see this clearly with reverends, pastors, counselors and such. I was told by a reverend once that they must hold themselves apart from others because they are the wayshower, the guide. I can see the point, however it does seem to be a level of connection I’m no longer interested in … nor am I interested in shallow connections otherwise.
Here is to transparency.
To admitting we do not have all the answers.
To acknowledging that perhaps our neighbor, or fellow man and woman, have the information, the missing piece to our puzzle which will allow everything to make sense.
We need each other.
Whether we are willing to admit it or not.
When we say things such as, “I’m afraid I do not understand” we are limited in thought and potentials… for we have allowed the subconscious format of fear using the word afraid in our sentence at all.
These ingrained, unnoticed, habitual phrases need to be sniffed out and eliminated from our conscious and subconscious thoughtforms.
Have you heard the phrase “You are the company you keep”? Well, our creations will be treated with what our inner thoughtforms are, our inner dialogue. The inner dialog becomes the outer dialogue and then creation followed by reaction or response, repeated for who knows how long.
We have the choice of our creation only when we become responsible for our inner dialogue and guide the outer with empathy and care.
We truly are in this together, for our combined efforts of increased and united thought forms cause our greater reality. Each one is crucial to the whole.

We exist in times of unity. No matter what happens, unity is the future of this planet, period. So, the dark ones do all they can to keep people in isolation. They wish to make social distancing a permanent thing. It will not work.
There is one thing that “negatively” has impacted human consciousness for which very few are aware of. And that is humanity thinking that it is alone in the cosmos.
I must admit, it’s a bit heartbreaking when you think about the fact that the Light Forces of the Universe, in the billions, surround Earth and humanity in these times of great change, but you still have the majority of Earth’s people who go about their day as if nothing is happening.
Honesty, it is simple, yes? This alone can bring balance to your throat chakra.
The heart chakra is the most important step during this ascension process. It is the seat of your soul’s geometrical matrix.
The Solar Plexus, the seat of power. And when it is not balanced, you feel butterflies in times of anxiety, stress, fear. And it can actually pull in other peoples fear if not balanced.
Working and clearing your soul star chakra, once fully balanced, you gain access to the akashic records. This will be a gradual process, not a one time swoosh.
The veils of the illusion have begun to dissolve faster than before. This is causing confusion among the masses, as peoples past memories, present awakening, and future probabilities, are all merging in the NOW.
Crystalline body is what we are transforming to. This includes the animals as well.
When your thoughts are in alignment with the thoughts of the highest aspect of YOU, your I AM Presence, and the Godhead, you experience abundance in waves like the ocean.
If you are not clear how to proceed with your life from this point. Stop, and ask the angels, you have many waiting for you to ask for their assistance. And watch for the signs.
You can call on Archangel Sandalphon to place a 5th dimensional “bubble” over you. This will uplift your entire energy to a higher frequency.
You are here because a call echoed through the cosmos, you volunteered, you were chosen. You are here to anchor and hold the higher light entering Earth. Assisting Earth as the new divine matrix becomes comfortable.
Without you, this shift would have not been possible. The shift in consciousness, and humanity to a higher reality, would have failed without your presence and support.
I say what I say from the heart. I do this not to boost your ego, but simply because it is truth.
When the physically coming together of Starseeds and those of the Galactics begins, it will be THEY, asking YOU, in amazement to share YOUR wisdom and stories, and how you were able to UPLIFT an entire world from the abyss of the 3D, all the way into the fifth dimension.

I’m beginning (again) to realize this life does not make sense. What is the meaning of it … if you don’t have children, or a husband, or a job? At the end of it all, would anyone even knew I was here?
Not likely.
I can’t sit here and rightly cry about what might have been, for I chose it. All of it.
If a person lays crap here, and crappy attitude there, to that one, and over there to another, and so on … ALL of that will boomerang back. Little mini boomerangs being returned to the gifter … and the gifter cannot possibly catch them all, not even close. They will return, whacking the gifter up along side the head, hitting various parts of the body, tearing down the energetic and mental form. Perhaps even causing physical illness.
When will we tire of dodging boomerangs? Those turns which we create?
When we choose to put out nice stuff, rather than the stuff that hurts, it will not matter if we catch all the boomerangs. It won’t hurt so bad upon their return when we fail to make the catch if we choose to make our gifts to the others sweet.
I like writing. It assists me in paying closer attention to what I’m thinking about.
Maybe it’s time I practice being optimistic rather than pessimistic. It is said practice makes perfect, and I’ve practiced pessimism just about as long as I’d like … thank you very much.
Whatever happens, don’t go all dooms-dayer on anyone. They will not hear you.
Maybe I’m a distraction … to myself … imagine that. I’m in a river, and I do not swim well. I’ll have to do my best to simply float.
Sssshhhhh …. Control your mind, stop leaking.
