In this existence, we are seen yet also unseen (physical form vs our thought form). We are here and yet not here.
It is often stated that there does not appear to be an answer to a situation or circumstance. I know I’ve done it.
How can no solution exist?
We are here in the physical, and also in the spiritual through thought and energy.
If we become still and know that our perspective has been limited, opening to new ways of seeing things from our various positions in the seen and unseen worlds, answers will begin to flow.
People are so tense these days. Muscles contracting, heart speeding up, tensions rising, anxiety or fear. They are too much in their head and body … shrinking, becoming more and more rigid.
Life is a flow.
Momentum occurs when the intention and drive are combined into action. Rigidity has no ability to flow, it sinks.
Many men prefer girls in their life. They are focused on the physical form, the attractiveness. They are unconcerned with her character in the beginning, for it is her physical condition that speaks to his hormones, revving up his testosterone output.
He cannot think straight.
And often times, he lacks the necessary mindset to recognize the value of a woman.
Woman, stomach stretched from child bearing, breast flattened, not as plump as they once were. Her body stretches in life, and shrinks, reshaping itself into new form.
Man …
He ridicules her belly, her weight. He tells her other women (girls) are better looking, more ‘natural’ blind to the fact that what happens to the crone is purely natural.
He accepts a portion of this reality and rejects the rest.
Never satisfied.
And consistently reminding the woman she should also never be satisfied with herself.
That she should always work specifically to regain momentum in his pants, in his lust.
Women …
We tire of playing the masculine testosterone game.
He cannot see a woman, all he sees is form.
There is no depth to him.
He is shallow.
As he uses the ‘girl’, wasting her time in his lust, time she could be available for the one who DOES see her value.
Selfish men who cannot think with anything other than their penis ought have no say in what a women should be thinking of self.
He holds no value for experience, does not see her worth, and wants to convince her she lacks merit.
Leave him behind.
He lacks the integrity needed to create harmony in this world.
And sometimes, being alone is the greatest blessing.
Fortunately, there ARE a few men who have awareness of the crone and embrace her unique strengths, only gained through living … a long time … hahahahaha.
I woke to find that sometime during the nights rest I had written on a piece of paper “Judaism of the 18th”.
I have a feeling someone is trying to tell me something.
Puzzled, I google the phrase and this is what I find:
The Numerical Significance of Chai
In Judaism, the word “chai” is numerically significant and the number 18 is universally synonymous with this word. Numerically, the words consists of the eighth (8th) and tenth (10th) letters of the Hebrew alphabet Chet (ח) and Yud (י), adding up to eighteen the number 18, which is also the word “Chai”. According to Jewish traditions and scriptures there are prayers, including the Amidah, commonly referred to as “Shmoneh Esreh” (which translates to “the 18”) and refers to the eighteen individual prayers. There is a deep connection drawn upon the word ‘chai’, its meaning ‘life’ and the numerical value of the letters that comprise this word.
Chai (חי) is the Hebrew word for life.
Amidah
The nineteen blessings are as follows:
Avot (“Ancestors”) – praises of God as the God of the Biblical patriarchs, “God of Abraham, God of Isaac and God of Jacob.
Gevurot (“powers”) – praises God for His power and might. This prayer includes a mention of God’s healing of the sick and resurrection of the dead. It is called also Tehiyyat ha-Metim = “the resurrection of the dead.”
Rain is considered as great a manifestation of power as the resurrection of the dead; hence in winter a line recognizing God’s bestowal of rain is inserted in this benediction. Except for many Ashkenazim, most communities also insert a line recognizing dew in the summer.
Kedushat ha-Shem (“the sanctification of the Name”) – praises God’s holiness.
During the chazzan’s repetition, a longer version of the blessing called Kedusha is chanted responsively. The Kedusha is further expanded on Shabbat and Festivals.
Binah (“understanding”) – asks God to grant wisdom and understanding.
Teshuvah (“return”, “repentance”) – asks God to help Jews to return to a life based on the Torah, and praises God as a God of repentance.
Selichah – asks for forgiveness for all sins, and praises God as being a God of forgiveness.
Geulah (“redemption”) – asks God to rescue the people Israel.
On fast days, the chazzan adds in the blessing Aneinu during his repetition after concluding the Geulah blessing.
Refuah (“healing”) – a prayer to heal the sick.
An addition can ask for the healing of a specific person or more than one name. The phrasing uses the person’s Jewish name and the name of their Jewish mother (or Sara immeinu).
Birkat HaShanim (“blessing for years [of good]”) – asks God to bless the produce of the earth.
A prayer for rain is included in this blessing during the rainy season.
Galuyot (“diasporas”) – asks God to allow the ingathering of the Jewish exiles back to the land of Israel.
Birkat HaDin (“Justice”) – asks God to restore righteous judges as in the days of old.
Birkat HaMinim (“the sectarians, heretics”) – asks God to destroy those in heretical sects (Minuth), who slander Jews and who act as informers against Jews.
Tzadikim (“righteous”) – asks God to have mercy on all who trust in Him, and asks for support for the righteous.
Boneh Yerushalayim (“Builder of Jerusalem”) – asks God to rebuild Jerusalem and to restore the Kingdom of David.
Birkat David (“Blessing of David”) – asks God to bring the descendant of King David, who will be the messiah.
Tefillah (“prayer”) – asks God to accept our prayers, to have mercy and be compassionate.
On fast days, Ashkenazic Jews insert Aneinu into this blessing during Mincha. Sephardic Jews recite it during Shacharit as well.
Avodah (“service”) – asks God to restore the Temple services and sacrificial services.
Hoda’ah (“thanksgiving”) – thanks God for our lives, for our souls, and for God’s miracles that are with us every day.
When the chazzan reaches this blessing during the repetition, the congregation recites a prayer called Modim deRabbanan (“the thanksgiving of the Rabbis”).
Sim Shalom (“Grant Peace”) – asks God for peace, goodness, blessings, kindness and compassion. Ashkenazim generally say a shorter version of this blessing at Minchah and Maariv, called Shalom Rav.
Prior to the final blessing for peace, the following is said:
We acknowledge to You, O Lord, that You are our God, as You were the God of our ancestors, forever and ever. Rock of our life, Shield of our help, You are immutable from age to age. We thank You and utter Your praise, for our lives that are delivered into Your hands, and for our souls that are entrusted to You; and for Your miracles that are with us every day and for your marvelously kind deeds that are of every time; evening and morning and noon-tide. Thou art good, for Thy mercies are endless: Thou art merciful, for Thy kindnesses never are complete: from everlasting we have hoped in You. And for all these things may Thy name be blessed and exalted always and forevermore. And all the living will give thanks unto Thee and praise Thy great name in truth, God, our salvation and help. Selah. Blessed be Thou, O Lord, Thy name is good, and to Thee it is meet to give thanks.
There is a quiet still place inside of you that will always be available as a sanctuary, yet finding such a space in the natural world will enhance and complement this internal place of peace. Whether it is a cave, meadow, forest, seashore, or any other setting in Nature, this is where you can see, hear, and feel the presence of the Creator in your surroundings. Let it become a temple for your heart and soul.
Rather than having your computer, television, or any other human-made device or activity be your sanctuary, allow yourself to discover the perfect place in Nature where you can simply be and breathe. Doing so bridges the connection between the internal and external, facilitating a spiritual communion that allows your being to be aligned in dramatic and quiet reverie with All That Is. In today’s busy world, it becomes even more critical to set aside time for sanctuary – even if you have to schedule it!
It is time to take a break! Not just a coffee break, but a respite from the usual environment you find yourself in. That trip you wanted to take? Go for it. Tired of being indoors? Make it a point to get outside. Have become so attached to your surroundings that you have created within them an illusion of safety, yet it is not these things that make you feel safe. Rather, the familiarity you have imbued in your surroundings have generated this false sense of security.
Taking time away from the familiar is literally about changing your external environment in a significant way, such as doing something unusual or perhaps something you have always wanted to experience. Another perspective is breaking through the barrier of beliefs that have constricted you in any way from being who you truly are. This is your opportunity to do some intentional breaching of these thought patterns, which will open you to different worlds and perspectives.
This is a time of considerable harmony for you, one where the various elements in your life are flowing together smoothly. Just as in musical harmony, it is the interface of these elements that merge into a cycle of symmetry and balance that evokes feelings of harmony. The challenge is to sustain this inner accord even when there is considerable dissonance outside of your own mind, heart, and body.
Note the sensations, emotions, and thoughts you experience when everything seems to be moving along well. Take three deep breaths, and let your breathing be the anchor that reminds you of this state of consciousness. Whenever you perceive chaos around you, know that it is a mirror for your inner turmoil. When you recognize this, take three or more breaths to bring forth the memory of those moments when your life was like a symphony. Then every time you exhale, you are releasing the energy of your internal state of harmony into the world, and it will have amazing effects.
Men … so ready to “defend”. Bless them. I cannot fathom what it must be like to dwell constantly with the knowing that at any time, the inner defender may need to be unleashed.
To see them in action … ooohhhhh …..
To know of the safety they provide their families.
The security they bring to their wives, to their children.
It is a heavy load. One I’ve never really thought about before.
What do they go through when their protection efforts have failed? What happens to their hearts, their minds?
Who will defend their inner being when that time comes?
The woman.
The nurturer.
This is why partnership is imperative. We balance each other in the flow of life.
If one half is suppressed, the functioning of the whole suffers.
May the masculine be recognized for his efforts.
May the value of woman be realized as the important aspect of life that she is.
May partnership become full and well rounded, in balance.
And may all hearts be blessed with the knowing that whatever we go through, if we utilize partnership in its proper form, ALL will be well, no thing can destroy it.
May all beings be honored, endowed with grace, and trust rebuilt … beyond any doubt.
Every year they cross at the same place, cruising through rural yards, sleeping in open meadows.
The path they use generation after generation is so well known humans post signs, alerting drivers to the potential of sighting one, maybe hitting one with a vehicle … a warning.
I think about people and their generational paths.
Were parents, grandparents, and earlier in the familial line alcoholics? Was someone a woman beater? Lazy? No job? Any number of limited behaviors that potentially infected the whole line of life, generation after generation, stuck in the same rut?
Much like the elk utilize the same paths, the same methods of hunting for food on the same grounds as their ancestors. Are they too stuck in a rut? Or do they just do what the mind tells them they should do?
It is every person’s responsibility to examine the functioning of the mind. Taking control of the output … controlling emotions, rather than being controlled by them.
Purposefully looking at habitual patterns and altering course … changing the pattern to something new, for a different experience, for a new potential of growth.
Only by being consciously aware of our mind and the thoughts therein can we master it. This requires work, continual practice.
Negative self talk should be rephrased immediately upon noticing. If it is allowed to continue, it will spew into the world, affecting relationships, causing hardship.
To change perspective and develop new ideas and outcomes, alter habitual patterns.
Now that you are an adult, it is your responsibility to perfect your character.
Be careful of your thoughts, for your thoughts become your words. Be careful of your words, for your words become your actions. Be careful of your actions, for your actions become your habits. Be careful of your habits, for your habits become your character.
Artists do not allow an outside influence to construct their painting, or other creation. It is born of their own accord.
Remember this when it comes to your character.
Who you are, is the masterpiece YOU create.
It is your art piece.
It is your statement to the world.
An original.
If an outside source is constantly telling you what your painting or creation should look like, what it should represent and so forth, it is no longer your perfect creation … it is tainted by outside influence and it is not 100% authentic.
Embrace YOU
You are magic, walking around spinning off pieces here and there wherever you go, affecting the world around you.
It is powerful
And when pure, authentic character and personhood blooms, it is the rarest flower (or bush, or tree, whatever analogy the masculine might like to use) and no other is quite like it … like YOU.
I had no idea Character Evolution could be so fun.
We get to choose our persona every moment. Who will we be today? Are we grouchy, happy, sad. Do we seem to fluctuate readily and often between such emotional states?
Control Your Mind
Take command of your output.
Of course there will be times when we burst open and spew that which we are attempting to leave behind, it happens. The key is in recognizing it when it happens, and making the shift … choosing your reality, not letting emotion steer the ship. It’ll crash more often than not.
Grab the reigns, ride this wild life like no body’s business!
Becoming the best version of YOU possible, through sheer Will Power!
