I often speak about purging & cleansing all that negatively consumes our spirits & minds. I speak from experience of holding onto traumas & tragedies that took me away from Who I Am. I am not alone, we are everywhere. Neighbors, friends, coworkers. etc.
Each of us has a story to tell that consumes/d us, that causes/d us to ruminate over & over again. Anger within us towards the situations, patterns created to build our unbreakable walls etc.
All that has hurt us must be purged.
There is too much darkness that has swallowed many of us whole. There are many that can’t face themselves or others still.
So during this tumultuous time, instead of focusing on the political agendas, my focus has been on healing the core of self & Mother Earth.
I spent decades into the “Conspiracy Theories”. I know the shock & awe they can produce. The dynamics, the eye opening, life changing whirlwinds as daily something new comes along to steer us in many different directions, seeking a truthful answer that may not be found.
But what it all taught me was this. Be aware. Be cautious of what you feed yourself. We weren’t meant to live in front of a computer screen, stuck on never ending rollercoasters fighting our neighbors’ over opinions. That is not why we were created.
We were created to learn, grow, create, as we are in our Creator’s image. To shine light through the darkness. To be beacons of hope to each other as we go through our lessons. And to learn Who We Are. Not as the history books taught us, but as Creator Made Us.
The world taught us what we know. Through Schools, Colleges, Religion, Tell-A-Lie-Visions, Media, Magazines. What about Nature? Did they teach us necessary skills to survive in nature? Or just work in a cube? Which direction were you pushed into? For many didn’t get a choice, but instead got thrown into the unknown just to survive. And when that happens, life becomes miserable. We become inherently angry, creating Dis-Ease throughout our bodies & minds. Anger turns to violence & horrible choices for too many. Creating a cycle of abuse in many families & situations. From domestic violence, child abuse, rape, molestation, drug addictions, drinking … the list goes on & on. And far too great a number have suffered the consequences of PROGRAMMING.
So, I share tid bits here & there on how I broke free of the hypnosis of it all.
Turn it off! For as long as necessary. Get to know yourself. That seems easy, but it’s not. That uncomfortable vibration that hits hard, causing anxiety, must be broken through. That barrier can be excruciating to go through.
It’s as bad as quitting a drug or cigarettes. For it IS a DETOX! We must all detox ourselves from the poisons told to us, beaten into us, and so on. We must confront our fears of facing ourselves & others, as our true selves. Without fear of what will be said to us, fear of separation from loved ones, and fear from strangers. Too many are afraid to stand up for themselves & suffer deep consequences. These consequences come in the form of health issues & mental health issues that can consume us to our cores & cause us to have suicidal ideations, self harm, violence, invisible, yet gigantic walls built around us for protection. Yet, within those walls, hide innocent children. Small, hunched over, curled in a ball children, that want to LIVE FREE & Happy.
You know that child. That beautiful inner child that needs so much love, yet is afraid to be hurt again. This child NEEDS you! For YOU are that child. That beautiful, innocent, terrified of being hurt child. This is why purging must be done. To set your beautiful self free, for once that child is healed, your health will improve, your thoughts will be more positive, your strength increases with each sensitive situation. Your heart grows, fears dissipate, for you have faced your greatest fear …. Facing Yourself.
I speak from experience.
For as we are yin & yang, carry goodness & our shadows, through facing & purging the self of all that has traumatized you, your heart begins to open. It begins to radiate the true you. That loving portion that has been hidden. That fearful portion converts itself into fertilizer that grows the most beautiful you that you never imagined while going through your torments.
Have faith in yourself. You are here for a purpose. Even if it is only to learn how to truly & unconditionally love. For it is through love, that we heal.

It is now time for the American people to take part in the lies and the enormous fraud that has been going on for a very long time. There have been very large and difficult acts against people in this country and also in the rest of the world, but especially in the United States. The Illuminati has had to rule with very great power and over the years has brought with it a lot of the people who due to difficult financial problems and therefore had easy to fall for large gifts in the form of money, among other things. This fraud against the rest of the population must end now.
These Illuminati have infiltrated Congress, every conceivable corporation and higher authority. The incumbent president has tried to mitigate the actions of these people in ruining the lives of the people who have a very difficult balance between their livelihoods and also between the various groups in the population. This must be given immediate priority in order for the population to continue to live a better life and to make America great again. There will be a period of severe contradictions between those who shoe themselves at the expense of others and those who want to survive and have a better life for their families.
Due to the prevailing pandemic and continued shutdowns, this year will also be difficult for many and we call for calm and caution while the rulers of the country are given the opportunity to tackle this big and difficult problem. It is very likely that there will be many arrests for those people who, with their position in Congress, have, among other things, used their position for their criminal acts. This will affect the whole world, not just the United States. These actions have put the president in a very difficult situation given that not all election fraud has been presented to the courts and which in turn is corrupt to keep quiet.
This work of getting these creatures within the Illuminati to leave the planet for good, is working hard to eliminate the Illuminati matrix for this planet. Much has been done, but there is still some work to be done to get all the underlings to make decisions for arrests.
There have been very large abuses against the entire population in the form of war against the good in society and attempts to eliminate the entire population of the earth. This will not happen. The light has won this battle and the dark ones will not be able to cope with the high light that now exists on the whole planet.
These dark ones who still think it’s their planet will fight by all means they can to stay, but it’s only a matter of time before all of them are taken care of and passed from our planet or arrested and sentenced. You people must be prepared to stand in your light because this will be a turbulent time with very upset feelings and also a big shock for many. You lightworkers, light warriors have a big task ahead of you to help these people who have had no idea what has happened or is happening with human ascension to the fifth dimension. This year is the year of the light workers to help their fellow human beings and keep calm for everyone else. This will go down in history.

They have reigned for a long time. But their time is over, as they just can exist in the lower 4th dimensions. Humans have to decide for themselves where they want to go – humanity in this dimension is on a crossroad. And it takes some strength and the belief in YOURSELF to rise upon this in the knowledge of your true heritage. YOU don’t have to be afraid – [they] should be – and they ARE!
I think what’s happening right now is a very good “situation” to get a clue what it means to be an INTERDIMENSIONAL SPIRITUAL BEING. A lot of us are constantly “switching” between 3 -5 D and you can observe how everything changes because you perceive it differently.
Most of the time it’s like living in a bubble because all the “insanity” isn’t “existing” for me. Yes, I can observe, but I can also understand it from the point of 6D or 8D, where you have the awareness that it’s a illusion game of evolving consciousness on the path of experiences.
And so it’s always a bit difficult for me to explain what the “actual” truth is because it is perceived absolutely different in the higher dimensions. And at least we are ALL ONE.
I don’t know if this make any sense for you.
I’d really “urge” you (again) to watch this – not because of the political situation but because there are valuable explanations for different dimensions and what you perceive in the 4th D.
Let’s go to the “Ascension of the Body” – but first a short side-step to the ascension of consciousness and why it’s a tough road to go. We evolve and mature, not if we are always “winning” because then you never have the need to grow.
Mostly we evolve our consciousness, if/when we really hit the ground and are “face down to bottom”. Because this is the “time” were you can decide to lie there and “damn” everybody who did wrong. Or you stand up, learn the lesson and go on. These are the moments where you feel real pain in your soul, where you think you are “broken” and it needs some courage and strength to get up, do what has to be done and rise above the “ground level”.
Biological Ascension
What Ascension means is there are mechanics behind the creation of which consciousness moves and evolves through dimensional space. Meaning, evolution progresses through the rising of frequency which brings forth a higher reality which consists of higher awareness, knowledge, wisdom, insight, etc. We are transitioning into a broader spectrum of reality which is brought on by experience. We evolve through experience. We are skipping through time which is a change in the focus of our consciousness, an elevation of our awareness.
This is why many of you are currently experiencing this Ascension process, it’s no coincidence this is happening to so many people. We’re experiencing a timeline split.
The ones who have chosen the Ascension timeline are still the minority but we are growing more and more every day. Every one of us is experiencing and doing this process at our own pace which was planned out before this incarnation. For those of you who are waking up to this Ascension process, you’re transitioning due to DNA activation. You are having non-human memory brought forward into your human experience. We are here to lay the groundwork for this new reality. You need to ask yourself, why are you resonating with this particular material and so many around you have no interest? Well, it’s quite simple it’s all about where you’re at in frequency. You are an energetic leader in this particular process. Ascension is the spiritual science behind consciousness. Again, there are mechanics behind creation. We are becoming more aware of how this framework works.
At the beginning of this Ascension process, many people go through what they call the “Dark Night of the Soul” which is the dismantling of your 3D identity. It can be tough for many, some will fragment and some skate right through it. When you realize there’s a reason for this happening to you it makes it much easier and the dots begin to connect. What’s happening is you’re being downloaded with tremendous amounts of data and information and it will take time for our human minds to comprehend it all. Down here in these lower, denser realms we experience a lag and that’s what makes it tough. We are going through a consciousness revolution. We are reaching levels of consciousness integration that this human form currently cannot even imagine let alone comprehend. We are in a ‘learn as you go’ period.
As I see it there are two levels of Awake so to speak that’s going on.
There are those that are awakening to the horrors on our planet meaning the elite pedophile network, the satanic ritual abuse that goes on with the children, the negative off-world, an anti-life presence that’s been ruling our existence for thousands of years, etc. Then there are those that are Awake that see beyond that in the way of levels of dimensional frequency, the levels of conscious awareness which is bringing in this higher reality of insight, knowledge, and wisdom, etc. This higher knowledge is in each and every one of us we just need to get past the mental limitations and programming that keeps us suppressed. We are going through the unlayering process. We are preparing ourselves to embody this higher frequency which is like being plugged into a voltage that our minds can’t even comprehend.
We need to understand that our bodies are transitioning from a carbon-based to a crystalline-based embodiment.
We’re transforming to a less dense state of matter. If we didn’t do this by slow process our physical bodies would combust. We would burn out our Central Nervous System etc. Remember, Ascension has never happened before to a being in such a physical, dense state. Our goal as a human being is “Biological Ascension” this is why we are the greatest show on Earth or the Universe for that matter. We are literally drawing in higher intelligence. You must surrender to this process it’s like opening the floodgates to get access to this higher intelligence.
This is what’s happening to many of you. Like I’ve said many times about the people that are fighting this, the resistors, are just making it harder on themselves. Because eventually, it’s going to happen to everybody, no doubt about it. There’s no other option.
We are all Galactically based and we all have different roles in this Ascension process. But, generally, those who are currently interested in this particular information are being recruited for leadership, are part of the planetary gridwork which means particular people are being sent to different locations on Earth to transmit their codes.
We need to understand that the physical body is the Holy Grail. Many in the spiritual field concentrate on the spirituality of the mind and higher realms, but we need to understand what our biological structure is going through, and it’s extremely monumental and profound.
Biological Ascension is the resurrection, so to speak, dissolving the anti-life force of this 3D structure. Our bodies have been born into an anti-life force situation, which is the third-dimensional structure that unfortunately has genetically altered our physical form. We are being ushered into unknown territory physically, spiritually, and mentally.
Earth is going through a monumental transformation and we all feel like we’re traveling blindly through space trying to figure it all out. But, remember every one of us is exactly where we’re supposed to be so be easy on yourselves.

Have you ever noticed how in the scriptures men are always going up into the mountains to commune with the Lord?
Yet in the scriptures we hardly ever hear of women going to the mountains. But we know why — right?
Because the women were too busy keeping life going; they couldn’t abandon babies, meals, homes, fires, gardens, and a thousand responsibilities to make the climb into the mountains!
I was talking to a friend the other day, saying that as modern woman I feel like I’m never “free” enough from my responsibilities, never in a quiet enough space I want with God. Her response floored me, “That is why God comes to women. Men have to climb the mountain to meet God, but God comes to women where ever they are.”
I have been pondering on her words for weeks and have searched my scriptures to see that what she said is true. God does indeed come to women where they are, when they are doing their ordinary, everyday work. He meets them at the wells where they draw water for their families, in their homes, in their kitchens, in their gardens. He comes to them as they sit beside sickbeds, as they give birth, care for the elderly, and perform necessary mourning and burial rites.
Even at the empty tomb, Mary was the first to witness Christ’s resurrection. She was there because she was doing the womanly chore of properly preparing Christ’s body for burial. In these seemingly mundane and ordinary tasks, these women of the scriptures found themselves face to face with divinity.
So, if — like me — you ever start to bemoan the fact that you don’t have as much time to spend in the mountains with God as you would like, Remember, God comes to women. He knows where we are and the burdens we carry. He sees us, and if we open our eyes and our hearts we will see Him, even in the most ordinary places and in the most ordinary things.
He lives. And he’s using a time such as this to speak to women around the world.

Dear family, this will be a short lecture on the importance of understanding the relativity of time in the path of awakening.
The first thing is to remember together that we can be impatient most of the time, we want instant gratification and shortcuts to get what we want in life experience.
But, here it is also good to remember that our origins arise from the Father’s radiation that is expressed in a vibration that is first crystalline, then we pass through the plant kingdom, then the animal kingdom, until we become human and then cosmic human, in which we begin the path of ascensions, through dimensions of light, dimension after dimension, until we achieve the maximum achievement of an ascending being. We leave the Father Mother Creator as sparks and return to Him as Suns! completing the eternal cycle of an exhalation and inhalation of the Creator.
From 5D everything IS instantaneous, but the transitions to our present reality have a variable called time, and it is fundamental to reconcile these realities in our mind and heart to understand that we are learning to co-create from 5D to this plane of existence, and the speed of materialization depends at the individual level on our ability to love unconditionally and generate the fiat of light to be able to stretch or cut that variable, and turn it into timelines that will be the real achievement of such co-creations.
And on a collective level it works the same way, a single integrated cosmic Mind, united in love, in which individuality is honored and respected and is invaluable because the sum of the parts constitutes a complete creation that exceeds the sum of them.
That is what we are doing in the now… we are learning to stretch and cut that variable to be effective co-creators, this is a school for Ascended Masters and the wisdom of the soul invites us to study/recall these humble teachings from the heart, validating them as always by the hand of our superior Being and our analytical and deductive intelligence that are tools that must work at the disposal of our Soul.
But, in order to achieve this, we need to take anxiety, fear and anguish out of the equation, which is an individual task of each being, because Fear destroys even the most beautiful creations that arise as a yearning, as a song of the soul.
And then once we overcome our fears on an individual level, we will be united, in harmony as ONE, as a Collective Consciousness and thus we can achieve miracles. Extraordinary and wonderful events that cannot be explained by the regular laws of nature, and that are attributed to the intervention of the Creator Himself. This is our real challenge and the real teaching of Yeshua: to become Miracle Makers!
We embrace them with the soul, and we leave this small light on the path with the only encouragement of allowing other understanding to those who vibrate with it. love you ALL.

As some of you may know, I have a very active astral and telepathic life. It has been an extreme challenge, for telepathy was not a natural state for me. Becoming accustomed to invisible people having judgements on behavior and lifestyle is unnerving and feels very invasive.
I spoke to someone thru DM today who gifted me with kindness, explaining to me certain things, and offered suggestions on how to reframe my thinking around specific experiences.
I am grateful.
My next challenge is to shift perspective, using techniques offered (visualization, affirmation, prayer, making requests).
What I truly loved about this communication was the respectful way the discussion was approached and maintained.
