I am so very tired of this traveling shame show. I can’t take it any longer. It’s ridiculous.
So many of us wandering around not happy with who we are, not comfortable in our own skin, swearing we will finally celebrate our lives when we finally do that one next thing.
When does it end?
It ends when we end it. It ends when we clear the emotional debris and try a self-celebratory way of being on for size. Not when someone’s love for us hands us back our self-worth, but when we decide to on our own terms.
Many of us go through our whole lives not loving ourselves for one minute. This has to stop. Lets stop it. Lets practice self-love. A little more every day.
Embrace the Energy of Peace ~ Let go of the need to defend yourself and prepare to offer peace.
If you have been exposed to a situation in which you have felt the need to protect yourself or defend what you feel is right, know that this is now coming to an end. You are being guided to know that the energies of light are entering to wash away all the darkness. You can drop your shields and protection. You are now in a situation that will honor you and honor your needs. Arguments are ending and disagreements are being resolved. Prepare to talk things through and offer the peace that you would like to enjoy. In order to move forward in a more fearless way, it’s important for you to let go of the idea that you can be hurt by this situation or the people involved, because this will only work against you. Know that your angelic guides and ancestors are standing around you, protecting you and taking you lovingly forward.
Feel Loved and Comforted ~ Allow yourself to be cherished. Mother Earth is protecting you with a shield of Love and Light.
You may have felt overwhelmed or out of control emotionally recently, but you are now moving back to your natural center and that will bring you to a place of clarity and openness. If you have felt ungrounded, know that Mother Earth is here to root you and help you regain your sense of strength. You may not feel like a child, but in the eyes of the Divine you are a child of light and it’s important you know that and feel loved.
If you have had challenges with your mother or with being a mother yourself, know that the energies of mother healing are with you to help clear any ancestral blockages that are preventing you from making this scared love connection. You are being guided to make choices that are based on love.
Make a Wish ~ As a child you may have been encouraged to blow on a dandelion and make a wish. As you blew the seed blossoms from the stem, they would be carried on the wind so your wish could be fulfilled. This is a gentle reminder to set clear intentions about what you wish for in your life. You are being asked what you would like. At this moment, anything is possible. If you were given one wish, what would you wish for? Trust that your wish will be granted at an opportune time and in the manner that supports you in the fullest.
Laughter ~ Laughter breaks up stagnant energy, gets things moving and helps relax you. Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain and conflict. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hope, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused and alert.
Acceptance of Love ~ Harmony of opposites, masculine and feminine. You have the ability to give love freely to yourself and to others. It is important to understand that you are whole, complete and perfect now and will enhance the life of another. Love can happen. Love is the truth of all situations. Love the soul embodied inside you. Express more love in your life and allow yourself to feel loved. Everything happens exactly when it is supposed to. In that order, everything that happens is what is supposed to take place. You bring light and individuality into this world.
Perfect Setting ~ If you have a goal or vision, be sure to provide the right surroundings for that dream to flourish. Positive self-talk, affirmations, being kind to yourself, celebrating your talents and successes – all of these create fertile soil for your dreams to take root and grow. Sometimes, when you push too hard it can hinder the harmonious unfolding of your journey. Trust the process, relax, and allow nature to take its course. Belief and positive support is needed to accomplish your goal. Keep in mind; Nature makes growing and blossoming look effortless but the secret is in all the details – position, sun, soil, air, water and nourishment. Make sure you are taking the steps necessary to attain your perfect environment.
Show Your Support ~ Take time to encourage a colleague, coworker, family member or friend. Be a strong shoulder or willing volunteer to run errands. Provide a safe space for another’s concerns and feelings to be discussed and be a good listener. Jump in on providing extra time. Sponsor someone else’s work. Share in someone’s success. All of nature continually shows us the value in creating a strong network. The trees provide shelter and support for many different inhabitants. We are a community and when we support each other, everyone gains.
