The FDA Knew the Bottled Water Was Contaminated. The Public Didn’t

The government’s May 2018 report on Sweet Springs Valley Water Company, a bottled water manufacturer in West Virginia, was alarming. An inspector from the Food and Drug Administration, during a review of Sweet Springs’ test records, found that several months earlier the company had bottled and distributed water from a source contaminated with E. coli, a potentially deadly bacteria.
The inspector asked Sweet Springs’ manager, Mable Cox, whether she had considered recalling the bottled water, the report says. Cox had not. “She also stated the water had probably been consumed by this point, but she would conduct a recall” to alert people who might still have the water at home “if the FDA wanted her to.” That didn’t happen, either.
In other words, contaminated bottled water can still reach unwitting consumers, even if the FDA knows about the problem.
FDA inspections of bottled water facilities, though, declined by 33 percent between 2008 and 2018, according to data provided by the agency, and several years can pass between visits—meaning, as with Sweet Springs, the FDA might not become aware of contamination until long after it happened. Even when tests show contamination, in most cases manufacturers don’t have to stop bottling or alert the public—for instance, by issuing a press release.
“Companies should not be selling contaminated bottled water, so whenever their own testing finds a violation, they should recall that water,” says Michael Hansen, Ph.D., a senior staff scientist at CR. “If they fail to do so voluntarily, the FDA should require them to.”
Standards for Tap Water Differ
Unlike bottled water, municipal water systems must notify their customers of test results showing contamination that could pose an immediate health risk, according to the Environmental Protection Agency, which regulates tap water. And the public must be alerted, such as through the media or by mail, when contamination is found in their tap supply. For the most serious violations, like potential waterborne diseases, municipal systems must notify the public within 24 hours; with other contamination issues, they have up to 30 days.
The EPA routinely cites tap water suppliers for not meeting the requirements: More than 3,000 community water systems, servicing 2.9 percent of the U.S. population, violated the Public Notification Rule during the most recent quarter for which EPA data is available. But tap water suppliers at least have a legal requirement to quickly inform the public “whenever this is an acute health risk,” Olson said. “It appears for bottled water that type of notification is not being done. That’s really worrisome.”
One of the pitfalls of the FDA’s policing policy is that it relies on bottlers to diligently record their test results and to act quickly when contamination is found—but beyond the failure to notify customers about water quality issues, bottlers also don’t always carefully review their own test results.
In a 2011 case, an FDA inspector cited a Colorado bottler, Deep Rock Water Company, after a review of test results showed the company had produced water with 20 parts per billion of bromate—a possible human carcinogen—which is twice the legal limit. But an official at the company tasked with reviewing the tests “had not noticed the result was too high,” according to the FDA’s inspection, even though the test said “Fail” and “exceeds FDA limits for bromate.” (Deep Rock was purchased by DS Services of America, a bottling company, in late 2011.)
The FDA’s Turney said only that the firm “appeared” to have corrected the bromate contamination, though the agency did not collect any samples to test and confirm. No recall was conducted. Turney said the water had been distributed for sale to consumers. A spokesperson for DS Services said the company can’t comment on what happened as a result of inspections that occurred before it had acquired Deep Rock.

Many aspects of the system are dishonest and have to be viewed upon.
For instance, the very concept of having people explain your innocence for you, is a modern adaptation of the early practice of simply bribery and cronyism, literally evolved into what it is today.
As well, having so many written laws without the ability for correspondence is a ploy held by a covert group that uses confusion and chaos to ensure a debacle of emotions which they ALWAYS out crazy and become the ruler, controller, false authority of, due to dishonest reporting.
This has been happening time and time again over many groups and locations and one single area is incapable of discovering the fraud until the future of all is threatened as the parasitic system grows too large to disguise or even feed itself sufficiently crushing under its own.
Healing Effort

Time Is Odd for Conversation

This past weekend I spent time with friends … adopted family really. At one point many women were seated around the table, talking.
It was odd. It is rare that I am seated with so many women in close proximity and it dawned on me, we were all speaking at once in varying conversation.
It occurred to me how loud it was, and I apologized, suddenly conscious of the circle.
I mentioned to them at one point about this really great under-eye cream I recently found which is diminishing the puffiness under my eyes … pretty cool. But they didn’t seem that interested.
I sit and think of this now and am very happy for the newest friends I am privileged to spend time with.
Unlike others I have known.
It is clear what is valued and what isn’t really all that important.
And it is beautiful.
For you feel seen.
It goes without saying … seen as you are, all of it, and accepted, and loved.
Being in this environment allows a releasing of tensions, a load shifts and eases. The energy and the graciousness of each person, as a combined unit, is so special as they honor each other.
I’ve been blessed to now know several deep thinkers, creative experts and tradition keepers. It is a real pleasure making fun with them, learning of the Sacred Ways.
The World At Your Fingertips

The future of Humanity is based on collective memory.
Those attempting to spread rumors and deception are attempting to literally blank out and erase those who chose to protect Humanity. It’s an occult process designed to function with long term brainwashing and media control.
When it’s all said and done, it’s stolen high access security infiltration, exposure and exploitation of Human spiritual communication and interdimensional transportation systems. This was gifted to the Christ bloodline which was assaulted for thousands of years, forced to salve.
After this, the routine was supposed to ‘advance’, no more bs slavery, everyone went along with the so called ‘elite’ just to give them their chance. Art the end, they tried to kill everyone and absorb their soul energy (like a collapsing star) for their atech breakawaycolonies.
Research the secret space program and child slavery. There were rogue fleets that literally took control of life and death and one could not ‘die’ to escape this, the soul would migrate back into their systems through a tether or containment device using scalar control systems.
Everything is based on signals. Without indicating your humanity, everyone blends in as a kind of massive internet hub of information. It’s almost the same as the internet. The process of reshaping society was to literally cloak and encrypt the soul data with ‘disinfo’.
This functioned as a literal firewall and cloaking system whereby the human society was hidden, disguised as animal, and no one outside the ‘occult’ could go up and see anything other than confusion or debauchery. It just looked like a hell realm and entire bloodlines were inside
The underground base events help you to understand. Lines of genetic material are kept and stored to repopulate the ‘planet’, yet there is no real ‘planet’. Each society fits into a ‘plane’ of consciousness. Each plane is created out of information.
The information describing the solid surface that we ‘live within’, literally changes and becomes different layers of information and application at different distances from the ‘core’ of the information system to the ‘outer limits’.
This means the information that makes up the ‘green Earth’, here, could become something else in the levels above or below. This functions literally like a massive online multiplayer game whereby the players are all lined up in a series of channels or rooms.
The rooms are hosted on a ‘server’ and that server system is the entirety of the processing of Earth’s vital information. Somewhere in there, in the entire spread, are each human society arranged in a way that one would have to fine tune into each layer to bring them into view.
Some layers are encrypted and this is through a natural energy resistance level. Those without the required completion would literally have to absorb the soul energy of someone like children, in order to power their consciousness to reach the level of those encrypted planes.
Time stops or nearly stops on those levels, by comparison to here, so they spent up the extra refined encrypted, time channel, doing the kinds of stuff that is described in a hell realm.
If that happens, it drains the consciousness, ‘soul battery’, of Earth and it takes thousands of years to recharge. If some people were supposed to be there, their trip was delayed and they were threatened with falling down to the ground floor, and having to start over.
That is what people call ‘death’, and every living soul in the universe was threatened with this, for being exposed to those who would participate in such a plan. Let alone using child souldiers for ID operation, they attempted to literally steal a planet and rape it to death.
Because that restricts the amount of pleasure one can have, technology was used to reset the clock and replay the game over and over.
This drained other bloodlines. They then wanted answers.

Entire societies had to be created to condition people to be able to handle the knowledge of what was done. The idea here is that Humans have a choice.
It removed or threatened one’s humanity to even see the knowledge of what was done. What became the ‘norm’ for pleasure and interaction. Akin to being horrified seeing dung beetles make their houses out of cow poop. Only way worse.
When Two World’s Collide

You cannot have trust without transparency. It seems fear, or some sense of it, probably named by a different descriptor, prevails in the consciousness of ALL life.
What happens in the unseen leaks into the physical.
And this is how you know.
It requires we come out of the “comfort zone” into that which can cause inner chaos.
Transmuting that which is absorbed is the only way to clean house.
So absorb, detach, transmute … open and absorb, detach, transmute …..
