There is a stretching of the Soul to encompass that which believes it has power to control.
The Soul is Universal, One, of which I/We are part of. The many make the whole and together we flex, to hold/contain that which must be held.

Trees, like people, come in varying types and sizes. Some have missing limbs, some are crooked, some have leaves and some have nettles.
They are ALL home for birds and other life, none are overlooked or deemed more perfect than the other. Only different. And beautiful.

In the land of comparison, there will always be deficiency.
Cleaning my filing cabinet I recycled many old papers, it was such a potent time I felt compelled to light a candle and make it a ritual of release.
I came across a printed sheet with something inspiring on it, so am going to share it with you here.
One very important thing to learn, to improve your life metaphysically, is praise. It is about this time of year when we begin to think of family and friends that we know to identify blessings in our life. Here are a few suggestions.
1: Write down the names of your family, friends, and coworkers.
2: By each persons name write down something beneficial they have contributed in your life (even things that were “l sons” of what not to be.)
3: Recognize that because of ALL incidents in your life you have become what you are today.
4: Now write down all of the good qualities these people have taught you.
5: Each day between now and Christmas make an affirmation that says “I bless the quality of ____________ that grew in me because of ____________, and I bless (the person) ____________ who strengthened that quality in me.
6: Say it several times a day and see miracles that can occur in you, in your personality and in the personalities of the people around you.
7: You are proving the power of using spiritual laws in your life. Your faith is stronger. You begin to expect greater hood than you have ever had before.
8: You are a blessing during this holiday season.

I’m not here to challenge anyone.
I’m here to experience an expanded life.
Some say that is a challenge, and they cannot allow it.
I say, God gifted me the opportunity for expansion because he wants me to have that experience.

Life is a river of energy, mostly in motion, sometimes stagnant, needing a “shock” of sorts to start the flow again.
The Universe never fails us, giving us plenty of opportunity to reroute, reformat and come into a shift of perception.
I don’t believe the things I believed as a youth, or my early adult life, or even 5 years ago.
The Mental Body, the Physical Body and the Energetic Body is either empowered, or drained, by others and self. Only becoming intimately aware of the body’s energetic and emotional movement can a person even begin to manifest change purposefully, intentionally.
I flow the best I am able at any given moment.
Grateful for life.
Thoughts are electric and feelings are magnetic.
When you think a thought which is positive or negative, the emotion you feel about the thought begins to wrap itself around the thought, the more you think it, the stronger it becomes and neural pathways are formed, a rut in one of the roads of mind. This is pleasant when the thought and feeling are good, and very unpleasant when they are not.
If the feelings are negative, the thoughts becoming repetitious and the rut in that road of thought gets deeper, the more challenging it becomes to rewire the neural pathways.
Be intentional with your energy.
Be mindful of your thoughts.
Small steps …
Getting started is the difficult part.

There are many of us here under the umbrella of Creator.
Those who are against “God” attack the Self of matter (Son/Daughter) and then do awful things to their Holy Spirit if able, in the attempt to kill the Higher Self.
This is the Holy War.
We see plain what happens when the mothers are dominated. The earth and the heart of the collective begins to whither and die.
I would turn on the TV but it’s so embarrassing
To see all the other people I don’t know what they mean
And it was magic at first when they spoke without sound
But now this world is gonna hurt you better turn that thing down
Turn it around
“It wasn’t me”, says the boy with the gun
“Sure I pulled the trigger but it needed to be done
Cause life’s been killing me ever since it begun
You cant blame me cause I’m too young”
“You can’t blame me sure the killer was my son
But I didn’t teach him to pull the trigger of the gun
It’s the killing on this TV screen
You cant blame me its those images he seen”
Well “You can’t blame me”, says the media man
Well “I wasn’t the one who came up with the plan
I just point my camera at what the people want to see. Man it’s a two way mirror and you cant blame me”
“You can’t blame me”, says the singer of the song
Or the maker of the movie which he based his life on. “It’s only entertainment and as anyone can see
The smoke machines and makeup and you cant fool me”
It was you it was me it was every man
We’ve all got the blood on our hands
We only receive what we demand
And if we want hell then hells what well have
And I would turn on the TV
But it’s so embarrassing
To see all the other people
I don’t even know what they mean
And it was magic at first
But let everyone down

Positive thoughts and attitudes break the “magic” of the suffering “program”.
