As it turns out, in the real universe (aka, not hell owned by pedovores with advanced tech that slowly eat everyone’s soul) if you accept money, payment, and your job is to protect the people, yet in your duty, you are refusing to protect the people. What does that make you?
So you accepted payment, throughout your life, to ensure that no one would ever be able to touch the people who harass, abuse, rape, maim, and murder children for the process of harvesting their organ secretions.

If you don’t, you’re gonna default to the bottom and that one lasts for the entire length of the History of the Real Universe, of which this one remains on replay throughout, forever.

What you are watching now, every human from this point onward in history, will, as part of general knowledge. The depth of the most obscene is not seen unless the mind can handle, but the basic knowledge is available to all. People rape and murder children to harvest hormones.
The people that do that own all the industries, the big stadiums, the little child care centers, the education organizations, the establishments of new thought, the new tech, everything.
They were operating from one step ahead, and so no one had a chance.

Now they’re coming back as the fallen, get it? It’s a loop because we’re moving IN a circle.
If people don’t submit to the lunacy and fight one another in the time of greatest stress, it flips the cycle and the whole system revolves, right side out.

I attended a metaphysical fair yesterday afternoon. I listened to Dr. Rulin Xiu speak, she is a string theory expert and quantum physicist. I was very happy to see her there. Perhaps when people know that a quantum physicist can put actual mathematical equations to matter, Energy, information relationships and the human life, this topic will be taken more seriously.
I was gifted a book titled, Soul Mind Body Science System, Grand Unification Theory and Practice for Healing, Rejuvenation, Longevity, and Immortality, authors Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha and Dr. Rulin Xiu.
I am pleased to know they have three facilities where they teach Tao Calligraphy, Tao Chang, Tao hand blessings and more.
Dr. Rulin has been working on the Grand Unification Theory for more than 30 years.

I spoke with a gal named Denise there. She talked to me about humility. Of course, we all probably think we know what that is, and may even believe we are practicing it. Here is what she left me with, “Having humility does not mean one isn’t courageous or strong. Greatest Humility is soft, does not fight, strive, or argue, persistently forges ahead. Lose humility, fall into the deepest cavern.”
I’ve been at risk of falling into this cavern. I’ve been fighting, struggling to retain my sense of self, my ego is all over the place gaining footholds here, and there. And yet, I continue to slip. And so this idea of becoming soft, of not taking any crap, yet, not fighting with anyone or anything either. It’s an Art I am determined to learn, especially after hearing the ladies and talking with them.

There are those in the unseen crossing boundaries without permissions. They believe they ‘own’ life and can do with it what they feel. They have many helpers, great and small.

I’m thinking there are many powerful folks out there who could benefit from an intensive 12 step Love program … or perhaps they have already been compromised and will never be able to absorb the information, for they have been rewired, hardwired, with the nanobots of the mind.
I appreciate having experience without catastrophe. Most average folks do. And this, I believe, is what so many are fighting for right now.

Yet still, the minds of humanity have difficulty recognizing the ‘not asked for upgrades’ are happening, whether we like it or not.
It’s amazing but true: there is actually a neurological system in your body that you can trigger at will to help yourself feel less stressed, more peaceful, and more happy.
It’s full-bore title is: “the parasympathetic wing of the autonomic nervous system” or PNS, for short.

Breathe in such a way that your inhalation and exhalation are the same duration; for example, count 1-2-3-4 in your mind while inhaling and 1-2-3-4 while exhaling.

Tissues need oxygen to survive. Blood brings us oxygen. When we exercise, our muscles need 15 to 25 times more oxygen than when we’re at rest. The cardiorespiratory system makes sure our blood volume is adequate to do so.
We breathe faster to take in more oxygen. We might even pant.
Our liver releases glucose for energy.
Our blood pressure increases (more volume).
Our blood moves from our organs to our skeletal muscles.
(That’s why we don’t eat before we exercise. Exercise slows digestion. Eating makes your body choose between strength and speed or digestion. A good rule of thumb is to avoid small meals or snacks for an hour before exercise, and to wait 3 to 4 hours after a large meal.)
These changes make sure we are ready for action. But what happens when the SNS is overstimulated?
Here are 7 fixes to restore the balance between your SNS and PSNS.
Reduce Stress
Stress is ubiquitous. Good health depends on removing or reducing whatever stressors we can control, and reduce our reactions to those we can’t
2. Meditation
We can’t remove all external stress. Meditation is the best way to decrease our reactivity to stress we can’t control. It teaches us to ignore triggers. It reduces our breathing, slows our heart, and decreases our blood pressure: all signs of PSNS activation. Meditations reduces lactic acid in our muscles, promoting recovery.
3. Massage
Regular massage has been shown to restore balance between SNS and PSNS. Massage makes us stronger, calmer, and more able to fight infection. By activating the PSNS, massage promotes recovery. It retrains the body to move more readily into PSNS even when we’re stressed.
4. Breathing
Breathing straddles the peripheral nervous system and the autonomic system. It happens automatically but we can also control it. We can hold our breathe for example, but we cannot stop our heart. Slowed breathing is a hallmark of PSNS. But it’s not just a symptom, it’s a signal. Slowing your breathing intentionally tells your SNS than things are okay. This activates the PSNS.
Daily breathing exercises will strengthen your lungs, improve your immune system, and decrease your resting heart rate. Here’s a simple way to activate your PSNS. Inhale for a count of 2. Hold that breathe for a count of 5. Exhale for a count of 7. Repeat.
5. Yoga
Like meditation, yoga will bring you into PSNS, It also bolsters your ability to decrease SNS activation when you are stressed.
Daily or weekly yoga classes, or even a quick yoga video at home, will improve your strength, flexibility and breathing.
6. Nutrition
Can what you eat affect your SNS/PSNS balance? Yes. Avoiding stimulants such as caffeine and sugar will facilitate PSNS. An anti-stress diet brings the right mix of protein, minerals and other nutrients to support PSNS.
7. Exercise
Yes, intense exercise, even the idea of it, stimulates our SNS. But regular aerobic exercisesuch as light jogging can actually decrease SNS activity and activate our PSNS. The key is moderation and measurement.
Unwelcome sympathy
Our sympathetic nervous system is key to our survival. But like the sympathy of a well-meaning friend, too much can be, well, too much. The more time we spend in PSNS, the healthier and stronger we’ll be. These 7 tips are a great start. “Ben Kochavy”
