Trauma Bonding

Someone with noble intent wouldn’t start a relationship by chit chatting about old wounds. (That’s called Trauma bonding). The shadow work, the healing hasn’t occurred, and will bring trouble in the connection.

Stages of Trauma Bonding

The seven stages of trauma bonding are:
1) Love bombing – the sudden, intense attempt to create a “we” in a relationship through high praise and excessive flattery
2) Trust & Dependency
3) Criticism
4) Manipulation & Gaslighting
5) Resignation & Giving up
6) Loss of Self
7) Addiction to the Cycle

Because the love-bombing first stage of trauma bonding is so intense, it quickly leads to the trust and dependency in the second stage. That foundation leads you to begin to agree with the abusive person in just about everything – including the abuser’s reasons for treating you badly. It’s like a type of brainwashing, where you don’t even realize that your beliefs about how you’re being treated are distorted.

Flush the body,
Flush the energy.

Water holds memory.
Water holds energy.
If the energy of the body has been disrupted, or interfered with by some technology, it can become dense, dark, or chaotic.
The body is mostly water.
It affects to mental body, the emotional body.
To clear, the waters of the body need to be flushed, replaced.
Pour it in, until it pours out of you.
Don’t complain about bathroom breaks.
Water is our friend.
I have found that after pouring in (and out) 2-3, 20 oz waters, the energies begin to clear.

Sometimes while sleeping, energies from an unknown source are planted into the bioform. It comes into the armpits, the heart, solar plexus and root chakras. These energies are not yours. It’s a “dressing” someone wishes you to be seen as.

I think time travelers from the future have been living here in a time loop, harvesting life force essence and taking over bodies.

I believe the truth of this is now known. They have been cut off, not able to return to the future. Having difficulty managing these higher vibrations, I feel many of them are transitioning out of these stolen bodies.

They still are needing a powerful host to house their big boss, their “queen” bee, although I think it’s actually a he.

If they don’t find a host, they fade. They can’t be reborn into a form. The cloning facilities growing synthetic forms housing these entities may be destroyed. They can’t go back to the future. Couldn’t trick the Most high into believing they were the shiny ones, even while cloaked in the stolen vitality of the pure.

Not sure what happens to the essence they operate from … the bee.

It’s not over. The dangers are still very real. Watch your thoughts, emotions … don’t get drawn into them, anything low vibrational. These parasites attach to lower vibrational energy.

Avoid conflict.

Drink your water to flush the energies and do your spiritual bathes, smudge the home and aura frequently.

“Be prepared.
They won’t survive.”

That was what Spirit said to me on the 21st of January, 2024.

I don’t know what exactly it means, except lower vibrational folk are desperate right now to get divine beings in a lower frequency so they can attach.

Manage yourself.
If you slip, pull up.

Be prepared. The spiritual attacks may intensify for a time.

If single, don’t date right now, for your own good.

To be on the “safe” side, gather your supplies in the event we experience a “lights out” period. Pray over your candles, batteries, flashlights and lanterns/oil. It’s said that during the 3 days of darkness artificial light won’t work otherwise.
