2022 is NOT THE YEAR to doubt yourself. It’s not the time to SECOND GUESS YOURSELF. Spirit is saying IT’S TIME TO BE THE ROYALTY YOU ARE AND STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH YOURSELF. Head Up…Chest Out…Shoulders Back! TAKE THIS YEAR BY AIMING HIGH.

Self Care is A MUST. Get your Vision Boards together. Get your meditations done. Move in SILENCE. Stop telling your plans to people who are too small to handle YOUR GREATNESS! LET’S GO!!!!

Spirit is saying … STEP ASIDE AND WATCH ME MOVE! Things you been praying for is about to come to like Magnets. Vibe High. Don’t look down.

Understand that the Shadow is just you. It’s the parts of you that need the most healing and love. Who deserves your love more than YOU? You can do this!

You have another BIG shift about to happen. This one is going to play you in total alignment fully in heart, mind, soul. Instant manifestations will come. At first it’s going to surprise you, then it’s going to become almost like a comedy or game how easy you’ll flow.

It’s beautiful the vibe and aura I feel coming from you. It’s like a frequency turned up from the heart chakra and the beaming from the Crown Chakra. There’s a presence that is going to just simply command respect without opening your mouth.

It is time to advance. Don’t waste energy on going backward or staying in the doldrums. You are now able to move to the next step on the Sacred Path. Like a Warbonneted Chief, you have earned the right to learn the next set of life’s mysteries. Take your Medicine Bundle and all of the strengths it represents and charge forward.

The advance can be on any level. Your spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional healings are understood through life’s experiences. You can now approach your destiny with every feather you have earned marking your past victories and see the destiny you have chosen emerging before you. Neuroplasticity happens when connections are made across the neural network in our brain. Essentially, our brain creates super-highways that it travels quickly in response to outside stimuli. Thought patterns that are repeated often create massive highways that the thought travels on. The more the thought occurs, the more it will occur.

One of the most effective ways to reprogram the mind, to reformat the consciousness, is through using affirmative statements. I share with you examples that you may find helpful should you wish to use them to assist in reformatting the thinking mind.

I am filled with light.

I am strong enough now to overcome confusion with illumination.

I am strong enough now to be kind to those who do not like me.

I am strong enough now to forgive those who I thought were standing in my way.

I have energy and I am powerful.

I direct the purpose of my process toward positive, global ends.

I work to mend the sacred hoop of life.

I am loved.

I accept the offer of restoration now.

I surrender all residual fragments of false guilt around having needs.

I receive abundantly the love of the Universe.

I am balanced in the inner and outer Self.

Ally In Disguise

As you advance along your journey, prepare to encounter all types of people and circumstances. There will be those who start off as allies but turn out to be otherwise. There will be those you judge as enemies who become the greatest instigators of your spiritual growth. If you know in advance that even the enemies you encounter are allies in disguise, you can relax. So, relax – as there really is no such thing as a true enemy. When you reflect on your life, you realize the most difficult challenges taught you the most valuable lessons and have made you more resourceful and resilient than you would otherwise be. Revel in the reality that you are who you are today, precisely because of the challenges you’ve faced and aced.

Merging With Nature

People oftentimes tend to walk or run or hike or chat to another as they move through nature. To really embrace the medicine of nature, try stopping and consciously, intentionally, merging with an aspect of it that appeals to you. Be that a tree, a river, a view, a flower, an animal a cave, a rock etc. Let go Into its stillness, its wildness, its adaptability, its natural rhythm…… and become one. Even for a moment. You are it…you are nature. Remember that. All it takes is a little bit of imagination, some conscious deep breathing and a good dose of willingness.
