Every ounce of suffering you have caused, every broken heart and the pain it provided … Upon you as One Source, a One Time, massive gift of return.
May you cherish this suffering, as you have when it was not yours.
May you wear it, and become the alternative power source for your god.
Now is not the time to be the life of the party, nor to step forward into the role of leader or teacher. Be cautious. It may not be wise to draw attention to yourself or to reveal your plans to others at this time. Instead, be silent. Step back. Be still. Watch those around you and be mindful of what you see, hear and feel. Trust in your instincts and intuition and let them guide your steps.
Others will not respect the emotional boundaries that you set within your relationships if you do not respect them yourself. Know yourself. Love yourself. If you do not accord yourself with the same care you desire from others, then you will not be shown care. If you do not honor your own truths and dreams then nobody else will. Care for yourself by treating yourself with the same care, and in the same manner, that you wish others to treat you.
Have you been rushing along, living from one moment to the next without thought or care? Have you failed to notice and acknowledge all that you have achieved and accomplished? Stop. Take a moment to pause and reflect upon all that has happened and all that is happening. See how you have grown. See all you have succeeded in accomplishing. Acknowledge and delight in your journey and understand how it has played a part in creating the you who lives in the present.
Let the radiance of the sun inspire your inner radiance to shine forth. Release your concerns about what may happen in the future, and focus on appreciating everything you have that is good and right. Allow Father Sun to take away your worries and cares. Do something physically active to stimulate your inner light. Dance. Sing. But most important, get outdoors. Do not let any negative thoughts or habits stop you.
When you are in love with Life, you naturally radiate that love. During this part of your cycle, your capacity to love is greatly amplified. In one of those supreme ironies of Life, the more love you give, the more returns to you. It starts by allowing the radiant Being you truly are to be expressed into the world. Smile a little more. Notice the beauty of Nature. See the humor in the paradoxes of Life. Show your love, especially to those with whom you are closest. Then smile even more, and watch how the world around you lights up!
Your spiritual unfoldment is occurring at all times whether or not you are aware of it. It is inevitable as long as you put your trust in the hands of the Creator, the One who holds the Light. Like the lotus, your soul is always reaching for the light to fulfill its karmic destiny, even in that process there are periods of darkness and times to rest. It is a natural cycle, one that cannot truly be coerced or halted. It has an innate rhythm of its own, one that is unique to the Being that is you.
You do not need to strive or be driven by spiritual ambition. It does no good to try and force growth upon yourself – or others, for that matter. Allowing is the key here. Allow the place in you that naturally wants to follow the light to do so while recognizing that even when you have complete faith, you will face challenges and, occasionally, suffering. Your steady faith and love will guide you on your journey of returning to the light.
The lethargy you feel is the result of a lack of activation – in other words, something that stirs your senses. This could be anything from walking outdoors, feeling the breeze on your body, or inhaling the different aromas that Nature herself provides. Or it could be finding the pleasure in a warm bath that helps you release the tension and stress from your mind and body. Music may activate your hearing, which sparks the pleasure centers in your brain. Art may activate your emotional responses. The touch of another human may activate a deep need to be physically held in some manner once again.
Now is the time for action. Engage in some activity and be fully present so that you forget about your surroundings and enter into that timeless and multidimensional experience of Union with the focus of your creative attention. Let your physical body be active. Movement alone – whether quietly dancing by yourself or hiking up that hill over yonder – will require you to be as present as possible in your body. Enjoy!
Now is the time to let anything in your life fall away that is no longer useful or needed for the emerging expression of who you are. Allow yourself to gradually shed what has become burdensome and no longer congruent with your souls purpose. Conserve your energy by allowing yourself more rest while at the same time making preparations for the winter season. Look especially at your material possessions and be brutally honest with yourself as you discern which of these can be given away or somehow released.
Consider shedding relationships that have served their purpose and are no longer viable, as well as work or a job that has become devoid of interest and passion. With release comes a sense of being much lighter, just like the trees that openly bear their nakedness once their leaves have departed and give room for whatever new Life is ready to birth following a period of quiet and gestation. So let go of whatever has outlived its purposefulness and trust that something else will take its place.
It makes no sense to deny the strength you have at the cost of allowing yourself to be reactive and subject to external influences far beyond what is healthy for you. Imagine yourself as a mountain of strength, solidly grounded in the Earth, your head held high as if you were touching the sky. Do so without straining, just as the mountain itself does not strain.
The current situation calls for you to be vigilant, but not to the point of fear or paranoia. Be that rock of strength that you are capable of becoming. The solidness of your resolve will be clearly communicated when you model yourself after the towering immensity of a mountain, impenetrable and inscrutable. Standing steady like a rock is what is called for at this time.

When we war with each other, our collective energies are about war. It is seen by the most high as a collective. Individual personalities are not seen. Stop fighting each other. We need to make peace together.
I received my book today, The Ra Material, by Ra, Law of One, book one.
I learned something new.
In an Infinite Creator, there is only Unity. The only way to view infinity is by calling it Unity. All is one.
Infinite Creator energy is a whole. When humanity is viewed by this group called Ra, our energy Imprint on this earth is viewed as a whole.
The looters? The chaos makers, the murderers and rapists, all of those who do crime and harm in all its forms and indeed, those who would like to, but do not … that energy, if it out-ways its polar opposite will be seen as the energy of the whole of humanity by those without, looking in.
This is why it is crucial to maintain a calm demeanor.
Speak to each other civilly, respectfully.
Stop destroying our neighbors and their stuff.
Stop taking what isn’t ours, (in its many forms).
We can’t just write each other off and think that makes it better. No, we must heal the energetic rift, we must make effort to make amends, and keep the line of communication open … to family, friends, neighbors, the guy holding a sign on the street.
Our responsibility to this world and to each other, and to our race, is to care, and show it brightly.
Even if it can only be our heart that sings to each other, let it sing, let it shine from your eyes with a smile upon your lips.
Acknowledge each other. Do it as a friend would.
If we want our GROUP ENERGY FORM to be bright, we must stop acting like thugs and all around a-holes.

Giving something a try is not making a lifelong obligation. You can switch, swap, and refine your interests, friends, lovers, career, plans, home as often as you like. There is no failure in moving on or starting over.
Listen. Your heart is calling. A thirsty heart cannot be quenched by logic; it must drink from the well of life and be replenished. Each time it breaks, it comes to hold more, but it’s essence does not change. Your heart holds your truth in every breath. What does it say? Listen, and you shall be reborn.
Avoid comparison. It’s neither too soon nor too late to claim your life for yourself. There is no right way to live your life. There is no wrong way or set pace to follow your path. Be wary of false markers. It is not always time to harvest. Without periods of rest, planning and nurture, there may be no harvest.
Like invisible wheels, the seasons of life move through an eternal cycle of death and rebirth. What appears to begin, rise, fall away and end is but a small part in an endless journey without any clear start or climax. In the bright stillness of the divine mind, every journey flows through love. This is your journey, your time, your season. Shine!
All energy can be harnessed and used in myriad of ways. Just as elite athletes learn to use nervous energy to better their performance, it is up to you to draw energy stored in a negative experience to fuel your motivation, determination or creativity. Use whatever life sends you to your advantage. You can sit on the potential within you, or you can release it. It is your choice. This is not a matter of circumstance, ability or worthiness. Convert a possibility into a reality.
Through grace and love, we continue to transform. Nothing we do is lost or forgotten. As we release our hidden potentials, we create our destiny. One day we shall become stars. Through this process, many future Earths shall be born where we can live as one in the arms of the Divine Mother. The ground you walk on, the rain that falls, her love is stored in everything.
Insight: Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It cannot appear from nowhere, nor can it disappear. All objects contain stored energy. This energy is measured in terms of its capacity or potential. Coal has the capacity to create heat. A stationary rock could roll downhill at a certain speed for a certain distance. The energy in running water has the potential to charge batteries. The potential is there, but the stored energy may sit dormant for millennia without ever being converted or utilized. This energy is neither negative or positive, but it can be used in any number of ways. Electricity can be used to hurt or return someone to life. There is potential in everything … in your memories, your hopes, your doubts, your strengths. How you use them is up to you.
People say they want the cures to be known, but when the president tried to give it to us, he was attacked. Not only by those who stand to profit off our illness, but by the ill as well. Blowing my mind folks.
It is unfortunate that many people are being steered by the negatives news about it, rather than specific studies.
