WHAT IS THE “LAW OF ONE,” AND HOW DOES IT RELATE TO “RA” AND THE “RA MATERIAL?”

Hello, my friends. Today I’ll be reviewing the Law of One for those who are new to it, as well as describe how we’ve been teaching it here on your planet.

The Law of One is a short term for “The Law of the One Infinte Creator.” It is the only universal law of the Creator. All other cosmic laws come from creation, as souls try to develop rules to get along, and oppress the free will of those they don’t agree with.

It’s easy to see that if everyone modeled the Law of One in their own lives, there would be no need for other laws or rules. The Law of One will be modeled for those of you who are going to Fourth Density positive, as you learn to live in Unity Consciousness.

Throughout the 5 million years since life was first seeded on this planet, you were sent many teachers to help you learn the Law of One. Among them was Jesus, who only taught the Law of One, using Abrahamic terms of his day. Other stuff got added to his message by his disciples.

Another teacher was Mohammed. He taught the Law of One as well, in terms of his day. Again, as happened with Jesus’s message, Mohammed’s message was distorted to become a control system of religion.

Another teacher was Buddha. Buddha taught the Law of One very specifically, and his message remains less distorted in many ways. Another teacher was “Ra,” who appeared in Egypt nearly 25,000 years ago to teach the Law of One.

“Ra” is the name of both an individual soul, and the soul group which he leads, the “Ra Social Memory Complex.” A social memory complex is a soul group of a higher density which has unified its energy to become an “oversoul.”

Ra the individual and members of Ra the soul group started their paths as souls on the planet Venus. They lived underground. Their bodies evolved from bird forms, as yours evolved from the primate form here. They are blue beings.

Ra and his group arrived in Egypt to try to teach the Law of One, to try to counter what the Annunaki were teaching in Atlantis. They arrived from the sky. They told the people they were from a planet near the sun. The people then began to worship them, thinking they were gods.

None of us who work in the higher realms ever want to be worshipped. Our souls are just like your souls. There are no spiritual elites. Ra’s beautiful intent to teach the Law of One created karmic bonds to humanity, as Ra tried to correct the misunderstandings of the people.

Ra has worked for all of the time since then, when they were members of your guardians alliance, to try to teach the Law of One, and correct the misunderstandings and worship of “Ra, the Sun God,” which of course does not exist.

The term “density” refers to the level of consciousness of a soul group. Humanity is a Third Density soul group. The “density” refers to the dense intensity of the energetic veils that permit information to come to you, as you evolve in your path to higher consciousness.

Since they were in Egypt, Ra has headed the Ra Confederacy, which are the members of your guardian alliance of the fifth and sixth densities. Members of seventh density soul groups also interact with the Ra Confederacy, as do those of fourth density.

Ra still has a large delegation incarnated here among you, as they always have. They are in human bodies, just like you are. In full awakening, they teach the Law of One, and help to awaken you.

Ra also continues to work with you from beyond this dimension. They have a group of healers I’ve discussed in the past, called the Ankenash, who many energy healers work with. Perhaps not knowing who they are. They are very big blue beings who some of you see as you heal.

The one known as Valiant Thor was a Ra soul, who came to try to work directly with your US government, to no avail.

Back in the eighties, a group of souls who were from the Ra Confederacy began to develop their gifts of channeling, and started to realize they could talk to those beyond this place. They channeled the Ra Material, from Ra, who again wanted to teach the Law of One.

The Ra Material is available free online. It describes the Law of One. It talks about how free will is required of all creation. Only in true free will can souls develop as individuals. Souls choose their own paths.

The material describes how the two paths of Service to Others or Service to Self play out for individuals, and the soul groups they create, around these two “polarities.” Unfortunately, the Ra Material is very difficult reading.

Do you need to read the Ra Material to understand the Law of One? No. The Law of One only has the four points I described above. As I’ve said before, no special knowledge or information is required of anyone to ascend as a soul.

Jesus again describes the Law of One, in terms relatable to those who are acquainted with the Abrahamic religions, in the Letters of Christ we have been discussing. All there is to the Law is love forgiveness, and nonjudgment of yourself and all others.

Choosing to live the Law of One necessarily requires one to understand that if the Creator is willing to give all of us free will, we also need to do the same. No, that does not mean that you have to allow yourselves to be hurt by others.

Forgiveness is the only way to break karmic bonds that result when one harms you. Forgiveness is the key to moving on after you have been hurt. No human justice will ever do for you what forgiveness and love will do for you, as you heal from your traumas.

As you determine whether to set yourself free from the bonds of your past, I urge all of you to see what you could do for yourselves if you dealt with each other with the Law of One, rather than fear, accusations, and violence. Reach across the divides in love.

A few of you modeling the Law of One will spread out energetically and provide the energy of change for humanity. Just those of you who are here with me could lead humanity to a bright, productive future, rather than a violent one.

You are all so very loved and valued by the Creator, as well as by me, and all those who are working here on your behalf from other realms. You each are important to humanity’s future. What you do individually matters very much.

Today, focus on getting yourself to the New Earth, by learning and developing Service to Others polarity by inviting the Law of One to change your life. It will be worth it for you, as well as all with whom you come in contact. Much love to you all, even the haters among you.

Dancing a Prayer

The jingle dress came and was shared to indigenous communities through teachings and passing of one mans vision.

When a little girl fell terribly sick, he had this vision of a dress. A dress was to be made with jingles on it, so that everytime the woman who was wearing it moved in it or danced these jingles would make noise. Old tobacco lids from the snuff cans were used as the original jingles on jingle dresses when the dress first came to the people.

Once the dress was complete the woman learned of just how they were to use it, the steps that needed to be with this dress, and when and how to dance with the dress.

They placed the young girl in the middle of the arbor and they began to dance. When they danced, the prayers and the sound of the jingles healed her, by the end of the night she was well and it’s said she even joined them.

To this day that’s still practiced even at powwows, if someone is ill or suffering from an illness, they’ll place them in the arena and call in the jingle dress dancers to dance around them. It’s really a sight to see and an experience because when you dance jingle, you really are dancing for the people.

Across the nation jingle dancers are calling on each other to use that dress once again for healing, for healing of others who may be sick, or lost, or mentally struggling with everything that’s been going on. It’s a beautiful thing to see that all the teachings that have been there for us as native people are being resurfaced again and used for what they were given to us for, it’s not about stepping into arena and competing it’s ALL about the prayer.

Most powwow dances started off in a form of a traditional healing dance and down the road, yes it still has that meaning and prayers behind it but it also has became more contemporary. But today I joined in on that call of dancers thanks to Liz Salway.

Jingle dancers will be dancing at different times throughout the days to come and it’s so beautiful to know that, we will hold eachother up always. Ahéhee ❤️✨

The Creator designed a very simple set of Laws for us to follow. If we follow these simple things, we’ll be happy. If we don’t follow these simple things, our lives become complicated.

For example:
Respect Mother Earth
Love one another
Be truthful
Give to your brother and sisters
Be gentle with each other
Be happy
Following these simple Laws will have great rewards.

I talked to a man today

I talked with a man today, an 80+ year old man. I asked him if there was anything I can get him while this Coronavirus scare was gripping America.

He simply smiled, looked away and said:

“Let me tell you what I need! I need to believe, at some point, this country my generation fought for… I need to believe this nation we handed safely to our children and their children…

I need to know this generation will quit being a bunch of sissies…that they respect what they’ve been given…that they’ve earned what others sacrificed for.”

I wasn’t sure where the conversation was going or if it was going anywhere at all. So, I sat there, quietly observing.

“You know, I was a little boy during WWII. Those were scary days. We didn’t know if we were going to be speaking English, German or Japanese at the end of the war. There was no certainty, no guarantees like Americans enjoy today.

And no home went without sacrifice or loss. Every house, up and down every street, had someone in harm’s way. Maybe their Daddy was a soldier, maybe their son was a sailor, maybe it was an uncle. Sometimes it was the whole damn family…fathers, sons, uncles…

Having someone, you love, sent off to war…it wasn’t less frightening than it is today. It was scary as Hell. If anything, it was more frightening. We didn’t have battle front news. We didn’t have email or cellphones. You sent them away and you hoped…you prayed. You may not hear from them for months, if ever. Sometimes a mother was getting her son’s letters the same day Dad was comforting her over their child’s death.

And we sacrificed. You couldn’t buy things. Everything was rationed. You were only allowed so much milk per month, only so much bread, toilet paper. EVERYTHING was restricted for the war effort. And what you weren’t using, what you didn’t need, things you threw away, they were saved and sorted for the war effort. My generation was the original recycling movement in America.

And we had viruses back then…serious viruses. Things like polio, measles, and such. It was nothing to walk to school and pass a house or two that was quarantined. We didn’t shut down our schools. We didn’t shut down our cities. We carried on, without masks, without hand sanitizer. And do you know what? We persevered. We overcame. We didn’t attack our President, we came together. We rallied around the flag for the war. Thick or thin, we were in it to win. And we would lose more boys in an hour of combat than we lose in entire wars today.”

He slowly looked away again. Maybe I saw a small tear in the corner of his eye. Then he continued:

“Today’s kids don’t know sacrifice. They think a sacrifice is not having coverage on their phone while they freely drive across the country. Today’s kids are selfish and spoiled. In my generation, we looked out for our elders. We helped out with single moms who’s husbands were either at war or dead from war. Today’s kids rush the store, buying everything they can…no concern for anyone but themselves. It’s shameful the way Americans behave these days. None of them deserve the sacrifices their granddads made.

So, no I don’t need anything. I appreciate your offer but, I know I’ve been through worse things than this virus. But maybe I should be asking you, what can I do to help you? Do you have enough pop to get through this, enough steak? Will you be able to survive with 113 channels on your tv?”

I smiled, fighting back a tear of my own…now humbled by a man in his 80’s. All I could do was thank him for the history lesson, leave my number for emergency and leave with my ego firmly tucked in my rear.

I talked to a man today. A real man. An American man from an era long gone and forgotten. We will never understand the sacrifices. We will never fully earn their sacrifices. But we should work harder to learn about them..learn from them…to respect them.

Hello, my dear friends. I hope you are all enjoying your weekend here on your beautiful planet.

Today I will again be talking about the lightworkers here on the planet. Again, you represent over 600 soul groups from throughout the galaxy and beyond. Many of you have been serving here for many thousands of years, without going home in between incarnations.

You were always here, from the time humanity voted for duality until now. We knew humanity would need a lot of help to get through their Third Density cycle. Duality provides for the broadest continuum of choices, from the darkest to the most light.

In agreeing to serve here, you knew you would not be needed nearly so much by those who found the light in Service to Others, as by those who found the dark path of Service to Self. Since every soul is loved and honored, in coming here, you wanted to help those in the dark.

You can easily imagine that if you showed up to help an individual or group floundering in the dark, looking like an angelic lightworker or incarnated angel, you would not be accepted by them. They would immediately reject you, and you would have no opportunity to serve them.

So we who serve come to this planet, and incarnate into groups or areas where we are needed the most. We look dark when we do. We carry the DNA of those incarnations to fit in. Or, we bear, adopt, or marry souls who need help, and we help them change STS polarity.

The Creator, and I, and those who serve here, love the STS souls just as much as we love those who serve the light. We honor their choices on free will to do as they choose. However, since the STS path is so long, hard, and painful, we hope it can be avoided.

I watched over the past couple of days as my feed got invaded by dark conspiracy stories and outright cruelty as some spoke their opinions about my lightworkers who agreed to serve in some of the darkest places, as well as be in the public eye. They took on a lot to serve here.

As I told you in the past, after the frequency fence that kept this planet in isolation was removed, we brought in a whole army of angelic soldiers and healers to rescue the lightworkers from the dark situations where they agreed to serve.

We found you covered in implants. As I stated in discussion, Lady Gaga was one such lightworker who wants you to know what happened with her so you can understand you are turning on your own soul relatives. Lady Gaga had rows of huge energetic implants that looked like shovels driven into her back. She was being energetically controlled by these. As she is a friend of mine, I rescued her and removed the implants. She physically died in my arms when I pulled them out of her. I had to breathe life back into her.

She suffered from terrible mental illness and physical pain because of these implants. The souls of her human parents were being held hostage to keep her in compliance with those who controlled her. We found them and rescued them as well.

Her situation was not even unique. We found similar situations, and many implants, on nearly every lightworker here, because you agreed to serve in dark places. We freed you as well. We cleared your implants and cut the bonds from you.

Now that we have done that, I’m saddened to see so many of you still operating in a theater of judgment, one against another. Under the dense energetic veils that exist on Third Density planets, unless you are standing in someone else’s energy, you have no idea who they are.

I see so many of you calling each other names and judging each other, but I kindly remind you again: those STS beings here first attack you and your reputations. They come up with bizarre conspiracy theories using photos and concocted videos to make you look bad.

Many of you have stored memories in your DNA of being burned as witches, as you used your healing gifts in centuries past. You were victims of the conspiracy stories of the past, and your physical lives were taken from you because of the stories others told about you.

Most of those who are really committing the atrociticies you attributed to Lady Gaga are Fourth Debsity negative souls from the Orion belt. As I said numerous times before, the largest traffickers and torturer of souls were some of the leadership at the Vatican.

As I’ve said before, one of the first things AARaphael and I did when we returned here last Fall was free 500,000 souls that were abducted and were being subject to reptilian abuse throughout Italy and the world. I want to tell you about who those souls were.

Most of those souls were from India. They were abducted from a place where the population is huge, and many live completely off the modern grid. They are taken and used and bred and abused for generations after their abductions. They are lured with food because they are hungry.

You would think that with that many souls being abused, modern day law enforcement would have figured it out. Why didn’t they? Because they are moved into a different frequency than you exist in. You can no longer see them. The STS beings know how to harness energy.

Again, even though the reptilians’ serpent bodies died long ago, their souls still carry their higher, 4th Density negative consciousness into the human bodies they occupied, until we removed them. And 4th Density souls learn how to manipulate and use energy.

This is the reason there are no photos of your Fourth Density positive Inner Earth civilization, or photos of what was going on around the Vatican. Your cameras don’t yet see all the frequencies that are happening all around you on this planet.

But the horrors did not stop at the Vatican. Your Annunaki leadership in the US were also hiding a lot of trafficked souls, used mostly for perverse sexual abuse. We found those souls hidden in churches. We found some whose frequency was converted so they were hidden in baptismal fonts full of water. This is why your ideas of mass arrests will never solve these problems—you can’t find who you are looking for. They hide in different frequencies.

We freed, and continue to free, all the souls who were trafficked on this planet and off this planet by non-human, Fourth Density souls. We freed the lightworkers who agreed to try to mitigate these harms within these dark places who were attached and misled.

Please don’t turn on each other. Imagine how you will feel if you find yourself going to a Fourth Density negative planet, not to serve, but because you changed your positive polarity to one of STS because you fell for conspiracy stories meant to destroy fellow lightworkers.

Please don’t judge each other. This is a very difficult place to serve. We all know that. Imagine how you will feel if you return to your planet of origin, and find the one you judged the most harshly is actually one of your own family, who did their very best to serve here.

When we incarnate here in human bodies, we are all subject to human frailty. We all do things we regret and wish we had not done. That does not mean our service here is not valuable. Please stop being sucked into stories that make you hate or turn on someone else.

At the root of every single conspiracy story is the hate of one of these dark alliances against the lightworkers we send, or another dark alliance. Every day I read horrific conspiracy stories here on Twitter. And the ones who are telling them are laughing at you & attaching you.

When you go searching for conspiracy stories that lead you to make judgments about those you don’t even know, you create an energy trail that is followed back to you. You are attracting new attachments because of your support for these awful practices.

Please use your time to find ways to serve. All of this awareness that so many of you think you have been given by dark sources has never changed a single situation for the better. Your law enforcement is quite capable of dealing with human souls who do dark things.

If you truly want to help children and save souls from trafficking, serve each other. Change the frequency here so darkness cannot exist. Feed and shelter the hungry and cold around you so they cannot be lured by those who want to abuse them.

Living the principles of the Law of One is what will change, and end, all of the dark activities on this planet. Change the frequency of your collective consciousness, and all of horrible abuse (you can presently do almost nothing about) will end. You can do this.

Improves Respiratory Organs

Cedar Tea: Improves the functioning of the respiratory organs, alleviates the state of health in cases of bronchitis and pneumonia. It has an anti-inflammatory effect in cases of rheumatism and osteochondrosis.

Preparations: Add 2 or 3 Tsp. to a pot of water (2 or 4 cups) bring to a boil then simmer until water is tea coloured. Strain before drinking, add honey to flavour.

Hello, dear friends. I love and appreciate all of you, so much. Today I will be addressing the incarnated angels and angelic lightworkers among you.

So many of you who found me here on Twitter are awakening to your true identities, and remembering who you actually are. You are here in service to humanity from far away places. You may be remembering vague memories of serving in other places.

As we discussed in the past few weeks, so many of you are continuing your service here on this planet, sometimes separated physically from those you long for and love. Your service here is appreciated.

I want you to know that you, the “lightworkers” serving here, were the first we came to when we arrived with the angelic army last July. You have been serving each other, sometimes without knowing it. We freed you first of the energetic implants and other energetic issues that were keeping you from fully doing what you came to do here. Now, I want you to know that the Ankenash from the Ra Confederacy, as well as the Arcturians and other healers from other places are here with you.

All of us in service here need you to fully break free of the human political and religious control that are keeping you from serving as you planned to serve. I’ve spoken of this before. Before you had implants in you that were throwing you off your paths. They are mostly gone.

Some of you are attracting new energetic devices in free will, because you don’t realize where they came from in the first place. This is time for you to step forward and lead, perhaps reintegrated back into your soul group here, but with courage to stand on your own.

Humanity, as well as the lightworkers here, desperately needs benevolent leadership. The time is now for you to set aside the human need to feel like you belong. We all need a sense of community. But your community is the lightworker community. We are here.

Have the courage to step forward and show humanity that they do not need to continue to follow those who oppressed them for all of their time here. Have courage to start teaching about our efforts here to clean up the water and the air, and heal this living planet.

We have always been the weird people here. We usually don’t fit in. Our light makes people think we are strange. But we did not come to fit in. We came to lead. We came to show humanity the light and help them find it for themselves.

That very human need to fit in, to be part of the controlling or popular groups, has led to disaster for humanity, time and time again. We are here not to be part of those groups. We are here to serve within them, to help people develop individually.

You are all leaders, even if you don’t feel like it now. You had to be strong to agree to serve on this planet, because this planet is one of the toughest venues for service in the entire galaxy. You are each fully capable of stepping forward and leading.

Humanity desperately needs to be shown how to live in unity consciousness. The way to help them see unity consciousness is to teach and model the Law of One in your own lives. Show them how to unconditionally serve and love ALL.

There are many lightworkers here who were called “Illuminati” and who were viciously attacked by those who did not want them to be able to serve here. Please show leadership and remember that judgment of others is not part of the Law of One.

Each of us has our own path of service, and many agree to serve in the public eye. They were often the most brutally attacked and controlled as they arrived here on this planet. All of you were targeted as you carried in the light to anchor it here on Earth.

Step forward now and “Know who you are, and know how you serve.” Work within your communities to support and care for children and anyone else who is in need. That homeless person you wonder about may be an ascended master giving you a service opportunity.

We change the world by healing ourselves first, and then reaching out to heal humanity by working with those around us. It may seem overwhelming if you try to take on the whole planet at once. But we don’t need to do that.

(Me: Sounds a bit like my new habit of coming home after work and cleaning a counter or corner every night. It works. Things stay in order.)

Fear Programming

If people could fully understand on a body, mind level the extent to which propagated fear, control and manipulation have contributed to our trauma and inability to thrive on this Planet, what a difference it would make.

For it is the people collectively who have the biggest power and strength. But, through the use of fear there is weakness and a loss of self-sovereignty.

Fear is spread first by those who rear us, the schools and social protocols, all pushing in on the young to make them conform.

Once conformity happens there is further conditioning that happens through believing that the government has our best interest in mind, believing and trusting the main stream media and all the different professionals who tell us who we are, as if to convince us that we cannot know ourselves without them.

When will we realize it is all within us and not outside of us?

We have all of the answers and can find the answers without giving away our power to those who wish to control us, those who tell us that they have our best interest in mind, but really do not..

Maybe it is time that we begin to question everything in our belief system and make the appropriate changes.

Healing starts with healing our emotional traumas and wounds. When will we embody the knowing that when we heal ourselves, body, mind and spirit, we heal the world?
