It’s the goal of the programmers in this realm to degrade you. To make you fall. To steal away your connection to higher frequencies and vibrations through anger, shame, guilt. The writers of this realms script wish for humanity to fall very hard and very low into war and famine, any form of suffering … hell.
If you agree to take on that role of lower vibration and frequency, someone else, likely the writers of the script, the “handlers” of humanity, will receive blessing.
This world must remain in balance. If you can be programmed and led into tending the role of lower vibratory mind set and relations, the blessing goes elsewhere … straight into the lap of your rulers.
I understand some test us in a big way. I bitch and moan as much as the next person when someone does me wrong, but I don’t embed myself into it any more. I don’t “become” it.
I hope their awakening is more gentle than mine was. It is why I share what I share. Even tho they may think me crazy, and say just as much to another.
Simply existing in the most gentle way possible with self and others is a rebellion. This in no way means that there isn’t difficult work to do.
Depression isn’t a disease needing treated by Pharma. It’s an emotional imbalance, needing attention and the hard inner work of harmonizing the imbalance.
They knew the truth before they even began.
You can make plans if you want just remember, life is fluid.
That’s the thing about this realm, everything appears to be false.
Anything other than presence in this now moment, is either a fantasy of the future, or a memory of the past.
Why do you think the programmer wants humans in a perpetual state of war? Of killing and hurting each other?
Because in this world of duality there must be balance. If you are kept in a state of having to cause harm, or defend your life, someone else is getting your blessing.
Why do you think the immigrants who rape women and children are pouring over the borders? When police can’t even keep the rapists and murderers in jail? To force you to do harm, or be harmed, to protect yourself, so the programmer can keep your blessing.
It’s all meant to either keep the people in fear, or keep them hating and hurting each other.
In a balanced world of polarity, it’s how it works.
If you refuse to do dirty, the programmers are left with their program.
So they force you into it. By sending others to attack you.
Choose …. Consciously.
If you attack and harm others, you’re choosing misery, and someone else in the world (the hidden programmers) are gaining your blessing. Leave misery. Cut it off. Let it be with itself, and whoever wants it manifested in the world. Let the mutation keep its works.
It’s funny how most folks don’t like others telling them who they are, why they feel like they do, what their issue is, how to fix issue … yet many folks do just that to others. I do it too … sometimes format needs improvement.
Many of my posts are self-talk, personal realizations. At times, it sounds like I’m talking to others, mostly, I’m talking to self as third person.
I feel many people are doing that, even though it sounds like they’re talking to folks outside self.
“When using third person or “non-first-person” pronouns during self-talk, you do not use pronouns such as I, me, or my. Instead, you speak to yourself (either in a hushed tone or silently inside your own head) using pronouns such as you, he, she, it, or your own first or last name.”

That helps people gain a tiny bit of psychological distance from their experiences, which can often be useful for regulating emotions.”
Me talking advice to someone is often me speaking advice or awareness to self in third party. While it seems I’m addressing others outside self, often it is communication to the self I witness within, and the self I see in others.
Often, this self reflective third party way of recognizing and communicating seems like it is conversation with another, and it is … communication to the self we recognize in others.

Previous research has suggested that a psychological strategy called “self-distancing” can help us better control our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. From enhancing our self-control in the face of temptation to helping us reflect on difficult past experiences without getting stuck in a downward spiral of negative thinking, the ability to “step back” a little from ourselves seems to be a useful, if slightly odd, psychological skill.
All in all, the studies found that talking to ourselves using our own name, or pronouns like “you” or “he/she” as opposed to “I” or “me,” resulted in reduced anxiety, better performances, and less shame, negativity, and rumination afterwards.
While some are speaking out, making posts of advice as third person, others really are judging others as needing guidance other than their own … without even asking.
I think most people are looking into the world seeing self, brokenness, flaws, weaknesses… and are simply doing their best to put it together using words, spoken. Unfortunately, this change must happen inside before it can be seen outside …
Self distancing.
Perhaps this is why society is addicted to pointing at others and naming flaws … they cannot bear to look inside.
Projection. A form of survival. A form which is unsustainable in the long run.
Humanity on Earth currently has 2-strand DNA in body cells. Light (information) is expressed through the medium of what we call consciousness, and this consciousness is encoded within the DNA. The +/- polarities in light are comparable to DNA-RNA, which could be described as the polarities of human consciousness. This is also the reason why human consciousness goes from light to darkness.
Through DNA Activation of 12 strands, 10 additional strands are activated in body cells. Additional DNA chains are magnetic and multidimensional in nature and cannot be detected by present scientific equipment.
We assume from the testing and the response that the changes initially occur in the ethereal body. These additional DNA strands trigger the countless number of cellular activity needed to transform our physical carbon body into a physical-eric crystal body and shift our energy fields.
It is said that 97% of DNA does not work. For countless people with an awakened consciousness, this numb material is seen as a living storage of data containing the instruction sets for our greatest human potential.
What is encoded within our secret vault is potential so vast that it leaves the perplexing mind thinking that something so deep could be so accessible. By simply changing our perceptions, entering a new way of defining our personal reality, we can overlap the carbon structure at the level of nucleic acid bases in DNA. Leading scientists are proving that genes and DNA don’t control our biology; that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell. This includes the energetic messages that emanate from our positive and negative thoughts.
The question here is that our thoughts and feelings directly affect our DNA. Positive changes in perception and new states of feeling trigger DNA activation. Also, when we consciously engage ourselves with the living intelligence of DNA, it gets primarily stimulated and begins to push out the greatest potential that is held within the latent code.
Just as we are merely sequences of a four letter code (ATCG), the basis of life is very simple. We change and transform all the time We are constantly redefining ourselves. With each one of these shifts of consciousness, we are literally changing our code.
We have the ability to change in the blink of an eye if we can really grasp these ideas and begin acting them out from full knowledge of our higher abilities. Our DNA programs are like snakes shedding old skin; we’re constantly shelling out old coding. These encodings are only stored prints that can be reprogrammed. As we change our perceptions, cellular biology changes. Our vibration raises and DNA base letters rearrange.
Everything on the planet is changing.
Electromagnetic currents are changing, magnetic fields are changing and many things are no longer being held in their familiar place. We are being unlocked! This brings a tremendous change to the biological body and the entire structure of our DNA encodement. It’s these additional DNA strands that trigger the change of our whole being into an Ascension Vehicle that will take us to the fifth dimension. This is why we said DNA and RNA are communication systems. It would be like DNA was the link to The Higher Self, Soul and RNA would be the soul response. Through this DNA renewal process, consciousness is brought to consciousness and intention is put into motion.
To strengthen the connection with your Higher Self, new attributes will be employed. You are in the process of changing a critical part of biology known to you as DNA.
This new model allows you to walk in full unison with your Higher Self at all times. Integration of the Supreme God-self physically.

There’s a reason this realm wants you in fear… it makes you easier to control.
Vibration in quantum physics means that everything is energy. We are beings vibrate at certain frequencies. Each vibration is equivalent to a feeling and in the “vibrational” world, there are only two kinds of vibrations, positive and negative. Any feeling causes you to emit a vibration that can be positive or negative.
1st – Thoughts
Every thought emits a frequency towards the Universe and that frequency returns towards the origin, so in the case, if you have negative thoughts, of discouragement, sadness, anger, fear, all that returns to you. That is why it is so important that you take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn to cultivate more positive thoughts.
2nd – The Companies.
The people around you directly influence your vibration frequency. If you surround yourself with happy, positive, determined people, you will also enter that vibration, now if you surround yourself with complaining, cursing and pessimistic people, be careful! Well, they may be decreasing your frequency and, as a consequence, preventing you from making the Law of Attraction work in your favor.
3ª – The Music.
The music is very powerful. If you only listen to music that talks about death, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, all of that will interfere with what you vibrate to. Pay attention to the lyrics of the music you listen to, it may be lowering your vibration frequency. And remember: you attract into your life exactly what you vibrate to.
4th – The things you see.
When you watch programs that address misfortunes, death, betrayals, etc. your brain accepts that as a reality and releases a whole chemistry in your body, causing your vibration frequency to be affected. See things that do you good and help you vibrate at a higher frequency.
5th – The Environment.
Whether at home or at work, if you spend much of your time in a disorganized and dirty environment, this will also affect your vibrational frequency. Improve what is around you, organize and clean your environment. Show the Universe that you are fit to receive much more. Take care of what you already have!
6th – The Word.
If you use to complain or speak ill of things and people, this affects your vibration frequency. To keep your frequency high it is essential that you eliminate the habit of claiming, complaining and speaking ill of others. So avoid making dramas and victimizing yourself. Assume your Responsibility for the choices of your Life!
7th – * Gratitude *.
Gratitude positively affects your vibrational frequency. That is a habit that you should incorporate right now into your life. Begin to be thankful for everything, for the good things and those that you consider not good, be thankful for all the experiences you have lived. Gratitude opens the doors for good things to flow positively in your life

About 26,000 years ago, Archons declared this planet to be their property and all beings living on it their hostages and slaves. They have declared this planet to be a quarantine and every space vehicle entering or exiting this planet needed a special permit from the Archons.
This is the reason for “non-interference” we hear so much about. The human race was being held hostage by the Archons for all those millennia, and after being held in a closed loop system of reincarnating to the same place over and over again, amnesia and lethargy crept in…
In the past, the only way a human being could escape from the quarantine was through the ascension process, during which he had to release all attachments to all physical, etheric, astral and mental realities where Archons can operate. An alternative option of gaining freedom by being able to travel to other star systems will open to humanity soon as the quarantine dissolves.
The Archons have been sustaining their control with a special technology that is called The Veil. It is an electromagnetic frequency fence on the lower astral and especially on the etheric plane, extending maximally 8.6 miles upwards and downwards from the surface ground level of our planet, that to a great extent prevents the Light from coming into the quarantine Earth.
The Veil is being operated by the non-physical Archons.
This technology could be best described as etheric HAARP. This technology distorts the time/space structure on quantum level and thus creates big difficulties for UFO propulsion systems of the positive ET forces. In the past,this has hindered the progress of the positive ET races towards this planet significantly.
Apart from keeping the good ETs at bay, the Veil has a function of programming/reprogramming the human population and keeping it in the reincarnation/recycling process. I will now state few of the main astral /etheric programs for incarnated humans currently in operation:
1) Lowering of consciousness and light body/merkaba deactivation. This program is maintained with etheric standing wave resonance technology.
2) Blocking of free will and of positive initiative. This program is maintained with etheric infrasound technology. Part of that sound precipitates towards the physical plane and some people can hear it as a very low frequency hum. This was the source of mysterious sounds that people heard in the beginning of 2012 and not the destruction of deep underground military bases, as some sources erroneously reported. Infrasound blocks certain centers in the physical brain and this blocks positive initiative. This infrasound is also the cause of unusual tiredness that many people experience without any apparent reason.
3) Lowering the intelligence. This is done by strong magnetic fields to the etheric brain and to the membrane between the physical and etheric brain and this disturbs the thinking process. This program results in foggy mind, forgetfulness and lack of focus.
4) Inducing disharmony in relationships. This is being done by tampering with the chakras of the etheric body and creating dissonant frequencies on the auric membrane with etheric infrasound. This program results in artificial split between love and sexuality, closing of the heart, overactivity of the mind, disbalance between female and male principles.
5) Inducing poverty. This is being done by projecting poverty holograms / images into the etheric brain.
6) Subculture division. This program operates by targeting different subcultures with specific opposing etheric holographic images and thus creating division among them.
7) Eating patterns / obesity. This program is induced by projecting images of a certain food that creates obesity, into the etheric brain.
8) All-seeing eye. This spy program operates from the etheric plane and monitors all activity of physical beings and then reports this to the non-physical Archons.
9) Implants. These are etheric/astral crystals that were put into the aura of every human being just before the incarnation, as that person needs to descend from the mental/higher astral planes through the lower astral/etheric towards the physical in order to incarnate. Those implants remove the memory of the prior incarnations and are the main reason why we mostly do not remember past lives,nor the Archon entities ruling the planet. Implants are somewhat poetically called the “veil of forgetfulness”.
There were also physical implants. The physical implants were very popular in Atlantis but were discontinued after the fall of Atlantis happened. There was an attempt to reintroduce physical implants after the World War II with physical biochips that were put into the vast majority of human beings through vaccination programs.
This is the main reason why WHO has made vaccination mandatory. Physical biochips reinforced other programming but were successfully completely erased from the human population about two years ago with a special technology that could be operated from a distance, developed by the Resistance Movement. Therefore fears about NWO planning to microchip human population are not based on reality since the population has already been microchipped and those same biochips have also been removed without anybody really noticing.
The Archons have reactivated and renewed The Veil in 1996 after the mass awakening happened in early 90s that made intervention of the positive ET on this planet a real possibility. This was done with about 200 nuclear explosions on the lower astral and etheric planes. Those non-physical nuclear explosions have created a rift in the fabric of space/time that has opened dark wormholes through which many reptilian entities invaded planet from outer space and infested its astral and etheric planes.
The Truth about your Ascension is you get to a point on your Ascension journey where the closest you want to be to anyone or any thing is to the Creator, the most high, the creative source of God, your connection to the highest divine realms, this will become your incredible and powerful driving force.
You will in time develop a very close connection to this supreme realm of light, and become very loyal and protective of it. As you are Sovereign beings, this is your true and authentic alignment. Your goal in your Ascension is to return to your original vibrational frequency and alignment.
You will prioritise it above all else, and this is our goal to release attachments and to stop attracting people with avoidant styles. In order to be a mirror to show us what we need to heal we are no longer being codependent with anything or anyone as we ascend it becomes the highest intention. Seeking the most high in self is what does connect you to source Light energy.
In order to achieve this, we have to strip layers of the false ego self, and this takes time as they are complex layers involved in your Ascension in each layer resides far more negativity and density to release. Healing and Ascension is in each and every layer.
It is the ego mind that thinks it must happen in a particular time and in a particular way and this is not true. As we are all unique, ascending beings are Complex in their own right and your fingerprint, is always the reminder of your uniqueness it resides in each and everyone of us however.
There are many commonalities and stages and steps along the way in Ascension that does apply to all of us, and these things all reside in the universal laws and how vibrationally aligned we are within these laws. This is what makes the difference when we go with the flow and we understand, the process takes the time it takes while we initiate into higher ascended aspects of self.
This is always a gradual process. It is more about the journey more than it is about the destination. The ego self is impatient, it is frustrated and what this does is trigger and activate in you what still needs to heal and clear, at times the ego will create distractions, such as avoidance, entertaining false perceptions as it avoids facing the deeper shadows.
When you think about how long the conditioned mind has taken to be corrupted, just imagine the time it’s going to take to eradicate the false beliefs in one self.
Ascension can be many things perceived as negative, this is the ego aspect wanting control, it shows all things of despair along the way with only brief intermittent moments of relief, it’s never fully satisfied or fulfilled and only seeks more for its own gratification.
It is not a faithful servant occupy your mind. Always Know who and what controls your mind, because if you don’t then something or someone else does know. Reclaiming all lost higher aspects of self is the goal along the way.
Beyond these veils of false belief resides the truth in all things, this is the seekers work, to seek the truth within self first. Regardless of how threatening this is to the ego. Acceptance in truth is the true freedom you are ultimatley striving for.
Without truth there is no ascension in any thing or anyone. It is the very key that opens the many doors of our minds to discover more and explore in more depth. The truth is Ascending Starseeds did not come here on Earth for a holiday. We did not come on this earth to have it always easy, we came to work. There is work in all things spaces and places beyond 3D reality.
Perceptions of what work is also needs to extend into your soul work as it is the most important investment you can ever make within self as a human and your Ascension on this planet is an example of liberating, self, of false beliefs and programming beyond the lowest version of self is the highest version of self, that we are all striving to attain and connect to this is the bridge we cross to the higher realms of creative source love, light, truth, honesty, loyalty, compassion, kindness, caring these attributes are high in value and this is found in self, without connection in self there is no going higher in any thing else, not in a true, authentic or genuine way.
Truth starts with you being honest in self without judgement or inner criticism to know more in self also means you must eradicate all that is not true or in ascension alignment.
The unlearning in your Ascension stages is far more important than the learning right now, because by removing all that is false, you are creating vast energetic spaces within your holistic being to allow truth and higher light source energy to enter in.
Ascending Starseeds Know that even when you feel you are not making progress, you are Infact making constant progress, beyond the realms of 3D reside Quantum fields of all creation, as we remove negativity and density from our corrupted blueprint, we then access these Conscious quantum fields. You are always making progress on your path.
The ego mind tricks us into believing our lives need to look like a constant holiday somewhere in the sun with nothing to worry about ever. This is a common trauma response in the wounded collective and in many. The rescuer must come to save us from others and ourselves. Always looking outside of our self for some kind of rescue or respite possibilities.
This is the resistance in self to mature as the ego self will always put up a fight and resist the changes.
Regardless as we ascend we over ride the lower Conscious influence in self and others. The truth is we are our own ancient, ancestor, healer, provider, master and much more. The ego aspects lingering and residing in the mind resists surrendering its control.
Ascension means connecting to our inner mastery, connection with God supreme energy means fully trusting this loving source to guide you, protect you, provide for you in all ways ever possible, just as a loving parent would not want harm to their children, your loving Creator wants only Love and the best for you. You were created in supreme Love and Light therefore why would your loving parent that loves you unconditionally want doom and disaster for you? Again this is the fear that wants to keep you in control. Ascension in self removes you from the paralyzing state Fear and anxiety keeps you in. This is what state ascending beings are in, removing the false fearful paradigm in self thinking, being and doing. Intentionally confronting and removing the fear from the template.
Unconditional love is exactly true in its essence of what the loving Creator feels for you. As you strip away the darkness in self you connect to this loving source. This is the ultimate goal in your ascension here on Gaia Earth.
The darkness in self will always hold you back from this experience as it is the absence of Light in all things that bring it all out of balance.
As you Ascend You are Recalibrating into your highest vibrational alignment to connect to your highest potential and reach the highest timelines possible.
Each time we experience shadow aspects in self and find ourselves in the darkest and shadows in self is most important, these steps cannot be rushed, allow all things good and bad, positive and negative in you to come up, face all and any fears because as you do you strengthen tremendously in self, you free your self from the control that fear has over you, one day and one step at a time leads you to the liberation of all that is false in self, others and in the world.
Ascension equals Soul Work and Soul work never ends, we are not linear, there is no beginning and no end…
