Vibration in quantum physics means that everything is energy. We are beings vibrate at certain frequencies. Each vibration is equivalent to a feeling and in the “vibrational” world, there are only two kinds of vibrations, positive and negative. Any feeling causes you to emit a vibration that can be positive or negative.
1st – Thoughts
Every thought emits a frequency towards the Universe and that frequency returns towards the origin, so in the case, if you have negative thoughts, of discouragement, sadness, anger, fear, all that returns to you. That is why it is so important that you take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn to cultivate more positive thoughts.
2nd – The Companies.
The people around you directly influence your vibration frequency. If you surround yourself with happy, positive, determined people, you will also enter that vibration, now if you surround yourself with complaining, cursing and pessimistic people, be careful! Well, they may be decreasing your frequency and, as a consequence, preventing you from making the Law of Attraction work in your favor.
3ª – The Music.
The music is very powerful. If you only listen to music that talks about death, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, all of that will interfere with what you vibrate to. Pay attention to the lyrics of the music you listen to, it may be lowering your vibration frequency. And remember: you attract into your life exactly what you vibrate to.
4th – The things you see.
When you watch programs that address misfortunes, death, betrayals, etc. your brain accepts that as a reality and releases a whole chemistry in your body, causing your vibration frequency to be affected. See things that do you good and help you vibrate at a higher frequency.
5th – The Environment.
Whether at home or at work, if you spend much of your time in a disorganized and dirty environment, this will also affect your vibrational frequency. Improve what is around you, organize and clean your environment. Show the Universe that you are fit to receive much more. Take care of what you already have!
6th – The Word.
If you use to complain or speak ill of things and people, this affects your vibration frequency. To keep your frequency high it is essential that you eliminate the habit of claiming, complaining and speaking ill of others. So avoid making dramas and victimizing yourself. Assume your Responsibility for the choices of your Life!
7th – * Gratitude *.
Gratitude positively affects your vibrational frequency. That is a habit that you should incorporate right now into your life. Begin to be thankful for everything, for the good things and those that you consider not good, be thankful for all the experiences you have lived. Gratitude opens the doors for good things to flow positively in your life.
Most treat sex like porn because they see sex as an act of release rather than an act of creation/manifestation. Sex is sacred & it’s meant to heal, cause growth (through Kundalini activation) & create intimate bonds for life. Without intimacy sex is destructive to Body & Soul.
Parasites, in their many forms, are vampires. They feast on the nutrition of the temple, the body. They get messy in the soft tissues of this house of matter, they contaminate the blood and they embed themselves in the muscle and brain. They feast and feast, year after year, slowly draining the life force essence of the body’s electrical system, depleting powers of regeneration. Vampires, that destroy the temple and pollute the mind and frequency of the in-dwelling spirit.
It is crucial to rid the body of these foreign “life” forms. I feel this is one reason Ivermectin was so adamantly denied, rejected, and prohibited during the Covid scamdemic.
There are many methods of detoxing the body of parasitical attachments. Personally, I employed several of these methods over time to come at this problem from many angles.
Certain protocols work for certain parasites… others, for additional species.
As always, do your due diligence, research. Use caution. Take care not to hurt yourself. Seek advice.
Become so intimate with the energy and movement of it within the system you know what belongs, and what doesn’t.
Yes, you can witness and observe your own behavior. It’s called awareness.

It’s a tough pattern to unlearn. Coming into Love of Self often requires “another” severe circumstance, to bring awareness that love for Self actually exists inside.
Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously.
And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.
🌱 Wait for someone respectful, not only in the beginning stages of the relationship when things are bright and beautiful, but also when things get hard. Wait for someone who respects your boundaries and does not force you to do things that you’re not willing or ready to do.
Wait for someone who is giving and does not keep count of the good things they do for you.
Wait for someone who challenges you mentally. Someone who inspires you to be a better person.
Wait for someone who takes their time to learn and understand you.
Wait for someone who is consistent with their efforts in showing you how much they care about you.
Wait for someone who wants to be part of your world, and wants you to be part of theirs.
Wait for someone who lets you know you’re on their mind, someone who checks in on you, someone who wants you to know that they care for you.
Wait for someone who is willing to commit to you, someone who is willing to choose you.
Wait for someone who makes love feel easy, calm. Like coming home.
Wait for someone sincere. Someone who doesn’t confuse you because their actions don’t match their words. Wait for someone honest.
Wait for someone who does their absolute best to not hurt you, someone who strives to protect your heart.
Wait for someone who will choose you over and over and over again. Love is a choice you make every single day. You deserve to find the kind of person who shows up for what you share, someone who believes in it.
Wait for someone who’s not perfect, but rather, real. Perfect is an illusion. Real is where you find something rare and special.

When I was 5, I wanted to be like mama. Mama smoked. I used to get the buts out of the ash tray and pretend. By 7, I was taught how to properly inhale by a babysitter. By 11 I had mother approval, was given allowances, and notes of approval for purchase of the cigarettes at the store.
At 16 my mother bought an exorbitant amount of alcohol for self and friends, a party in the woods! Alcohol use approved, and supplied.
In life, people have tried to label me as addict. I would never accept that.
I experienced a pattern of excess, then I stopped. Those historical experiences don’t determine who I am today … or even then …
Some use cannabis, or hemp, and are labeled as an addict.
Some drink to excess and are seen as sophisticated … or a lush, depending on social status.
We as humans have experiences. Sometimes these experiences destroy us. Sometimes we physically perish, sometimes spiritually. If the bioform survives, the Spirit advances, expands, elevates …
While others get so angry at your rising, overcoming, gaining resilience and knowledge that could help others avoid such paths …
An experience isn’t an addiction.
Doing something repeatedly isn’t addiction.
It isn’t addiction unless there is craving.
Cigarettes have an addictive substance added to ensure this, so does alcohol, and junk food …
Addiction is allowed by governmental allowances of addictive substances added to natural products and foods. Many things are advertised as helpful and healthy. Of course “addiction” has grown into a complex money-maker for governing systems.
I never did the 12 steps.
I simply decided not to overindulge anymore.
And with flow, experiences come and go.
Mostly it is Man who judges harshly.
Spirit is happy for the wisdom, resilience, and inner fortitude manifested within.
Challenges are to be overcome.
Challenges aren’t meant to be a lifetime shadow of self-perceived weakness.
See yourself as “at risk” of falling and failing,
Or see yourself as an Achiever of whatever the mind desires.
Man’s judgements inhibit flow, and interfere with the lesson.
Especially knowing about all the interferences meant to manipulate this flow … or stagnancy.
