They feed on fear and anger, which empowers them. These things must be left at the wayside. Your well-being depends on it.
Focus rather, on love, community, care and compassion for your own suffering and the suffering of others, which is very similar to your own.
The more love you grow in your heart, the more powerful YOU become.
Begin with a list of gratitude.
Name everything you are grateful for … if this is difficult to begin, be grateful for the breath, for hair, for the ability to walk and see, for a roof overhead, however that appears.
We are all irresistible in our own ways. Enjoyment is a natural part of life. Center yourself and be confident among chaos.
Celebrate in joyful peace. Be contented with what you have. Dance, sing, love, and create without anxiety. It is time to rest and to cease driving forward for a time.
You are encouraged to find a more peaceful and connected way to live. A regular spiritual practice will transform you for the better. Connect more deeply with your own rituals of peace.
It is time for change, and it will be positive. Respect your own natural cycles. Be mindful of seasonal changes and go with the flow taking these into account in your diet and activity level.
Pleasure should be made a priority – actively seek it. Do not forget what makes you happy. Become more aware of the obstacles to your own pleasure.
Stop focusing and planning and be at peace in the moment. Patience is key at this time. Slow down, sit back, and watch the roses bloom and the birds feed in the meadow. This isn’t the time to forge ahead in any way. You may not be taking enough breaks, so you’re invited to be still and contemplate your good fortune, even if it means blessing the chaos in your life. Allow everything to fall away except the stillness of the moment; it’s like living within the space between breaths.
You’ve done all you can for now and it’s time to unwind and allow your story to unfold of its own accord. You’ve earned the right to rest and relax. Amazing ideas will come if you do. Remember the ancient saying “We do without doing and everything gets done.”
Too many of the details behind your current circumstances prevent you from moving forward quickly at this time. A light is being shed on what is concealed within you or your situation. This is the time to wait for more to be revealed.
Perhaps you lack clarity and the knowledge of how to proceed. It’s time to educate yourself a little more about your intention and then put that information to work for you. Dig deep to gain strength and have the courage to ask someone “in the know” to shed light on your circumstances. That person will be sent to you. Beware of moving too quickly in the dark, as you will likely trip and fall and have to start again.
You’re being given an opportunity to transform Fate into Destiny. At birth, each human being is given a unique map with myriad paths that intersect with one another. Your map of Destiny shows all the places you’re meant to visit, places where you will be challenged to evolve into the highest aspects of the Self.
Remember that you’re a spark of the Divine come to Earth to experience Itself in human form. As such, your path is unique. It’s also somewhat preordained, and Fate represents the events in your life that were meant to happen and that you can’t change. Fate is transformed into Destiny according to how you respond to your circumstances. Destiny offers you the ability to make great opportunities out of fated experience, so free will and choice are possible at certain points on your map.
Now is one of those times. You’re faced with a relationship or circumstance brought to you by Fate. How you respond will lead you into your perfect Destiny. Your Ally may assume the form of a soul mate come to heal your heart and be your companion. Perhaps your Challenger makes you face things within you that must change in order for you to express your highest good. Maybe Fate brings you and Ally in the form of a wonderful new project … or a Challenger in the form of a failed business.
No matter which form they take, all are perfect expressions of Fate inviting you into your Destiny. Pay attention as your map unfolds now. And remember that Fate makes the map, but Destiny is determined by the manner in which you engage your journey.
Move with your own rhythm, step to the music only you can hear. The path is winding and circular. You are assured that what you were experiencing as a setback is really part of an upward spiral. Perception is everything: you’re not retracing your steps or going backward, but rather around and up. You can be comforted, knowing that your path is one of success, adventure, and experience.
Keep on dancing and magic will happen. Also, it’s okay to allow someone else to take the lead at this time. Make sure to let others know that you’re open. Always remember that relationships are mirrors and will show you the past, the present, and the potential future.
All relationships have a destiny. Each is a sacred teacher with valuable lessons to share, even if it appears that the two of you are dancing in different directions. All the steps are perfect, even when you may seem to be stumbling. Destiny’s true path is seldom straight.
After your rest and relaxation …
You will be rightly inspired to move forward and take confident and assertive action to reach your goal.
Envisioning the path of the highest good with an optimistic outlook, things come together as if by magic to create the reality you seek.
You have every reason to be hopeful. Move forward, knowing that you have everything you need and more. Just remember to share the enthusiasm, believe in others, and be optimistic for them too, and your good fortune will multiply.
Recognize your own unique beauty. Stop comparing yourself to others. Real beauty is apparent in all cultures and in all ages. Beauty should not be used as a weapon.
It is never too late to change. Regret is useless forgiveness may be necessary. Bravery is valuable.
Healthy fierceness is required. Strengthen your physical body. Walk forward in pride and know that you can fight any battle. You need to strike a balance between masculine and feminine.
Pleasure should be made a priority – actively seek it. Do not forget what makes you happy. Become more aware of the obstacles to your own pleasure.
Be yourself. Your power is who you really are. Resist the urge to create a false identity. You will overcome adversity by developing your own strengths.

“Sometimes questions are more important than answers.” ~ Nancy Willard
Paying attention to the questions you ask yourself can be a spiritual practice in and of itself. For instance, questions such as “Why is this happening to me?” or “Why do I always do this?” often have self-judgement built right in them, and as a result they make us feel bad rather than help us find the answer to any challenge we are experiencing.
Simply changing the focus of our questions can open up whole new avenues of compassion for ourselves and provide a way forward through our darkest moments. Be aware of your intention, and let your questions flow in a way that is curious, loving, and healing.
TODAY’s ACTION
Try on these questions when faced with challenges:
What will best support me in this situation?
What do I really want?
How would I act if I were not afraid?
~ Warrior Goddess Wisdom, Daily inspiration for women, by Heatherash Amara
New beginnings: It is time for a fresh start. One cycle ends, and a new one begins. Rejoice: a new you emerges! You are blossoming.
Protection: You are loved and protected even through the most difficult of trials. This is a time for healing. You need mothering or to use your mothering energy. Magic is happening!
Power: Change is welcome. Allow the storm to pass, as it is necessary to clear the way. You are protected in your search for equality. Do not misuse your power.
Strategy: Use your head rather than your heart. Formulate a wise strategy. Plan ahead for best results.
Unity: You will be victorious. Teamwork or a partnership may be better than going it alone. Synergy is important right now. Delegation is useful.

Now is the time to let anything in your life fall away that is no longer useful or needed for the emerging expression of who you are. Allow yourself to gradually shed what has become burdensome and no longer congruent with your soul’s purpose. Conserve your energy by allowing yourself more rest while at the same time making preparations for the winter season. Look especially at your material possessions and be brutally honest with yourself as you discern which of these can be given away or somehow released.
Consider shedding relationships that have served their purpose and are no longer viable, as work or a job that has become devoid of interest and passion. With release comes a sense of being much lighter, just like the trees that openly bear their nakedness once their leaves have departed and give room for whatever new Life is ready to birth following a period of quiet and gestation. So let go of whatever has outlived its purposefulness and trust that something else will take its place.
Innocence is not simply the lack of guilt or shame but a quality in itself, one that you naturally possess when you first come into this existence. There are challenges you have faced throughout life that have further shaped your personality and character. You have also likely encountered moments following a disappointment or loss when you turned sour or cynical, and no doubt have had times when layers of anger or fear blocked the flow of your vitality, your life force.
Yet in spite of all this, there is a core of innocence that you can reawaken by releasing any shame that has covered over the truth of who you are. Take any opportunity to heal this shame and let it go so you can revisit that state of purity. Doing so helps you see every moment with fresh eyes and removes the filters that inhibit your light and love from coming forth. You truly are a child of God, so allow yourself to be that.
Your spiritual unfoldment is occurring at all times whether or not you are aware of it. It is inevitable as long as you put your trust in the hands of the Creator, the One who holds the Light. Like the lotus, your soul is always reaching for the light to fulfill its karmic destiny, but even in that process there are periods of darkness and times to rest. It is a natural cycle, one that cannot truly be coerced or halted. It has an innate rhythm of its own, one that is unique to the Being that is you.
You do not need to strive or be driven by spiritual ambition. It does no good to try to force growth upon yourself – or others, for that matter. Allowing is the key here. Allow the place in you that naturally wants to follow the light to do so while recognizing that even when you have complete faith, you will face challenges and, occasionally, suffering. Your steady faith and love will guide you on your journey of returning to the light.
All illnesses, whether physical, emotional, or psychological, stem from an illness of Spirit. It may be due to soul loss, psychic intrusions, ancestral karma, or any other spiritual causes that could be contributing to the manifest condition for which you seek help.
Whatever other methodologies or remedies you pursue, whether allopathic, alternative, or a combination, let the healing of your spirit be your priority. Know that the deepest spiritual wound is the illusion of being separate from Source, God, Great Spirit, or whatever name you give the Creator. It is the trick of the mind that creates this sense of separation.
This is a time for deep healing, starting with your relationship with Spirit. Call upon your spirit guides and ancestors to help you with any emotional, mental, or physical healing that you need. Call upon the Creator to assist you in mending any rift in your relationship with Spirit. Choose thoughts that support wholeness and well-being. Allow any darker thoughts or shadows to appear as well, but simply observe them as they arise in consciousness, then dissolve. See yourself as healed, whole, and complete, and it shall be.
Close your eyes, tune into your breathing, and allow yourself to sink deeply into the heart of the living creation that you are. As you notice your breath becoming steady and slightly deeper than usual, observe the urge within you that is begging to come forth in some creative action. Pay attention to any images, sounds, or feelings that beckon your awareness; and there you will find the key as to the manner in which to express this magnificent pulse.
Salt water taffy. Not good for the teeth or body. It’s artificial goodness similar to our addiction to certain relationships. We may love them, yet it does not change the fact that they be toxic for us. Sometimes, in epic proportions.
No One? Or ALL? Perhaps they are one and the same, opposing ends of the same polar scale, different expressions.
Our men are beautiful … our warriors, and our lovers. May peace and harmony and a sense of balance arrive for the masculine and feminine … in each person, and between physical gender ‘forms’.
If there is guilt in the mind and heart, it is the Souls request to behave in a different manner.
Watch the Cat
Your thoughts are Sacred, honor your mind.
Stubborn WILL sometimes gets in the way of humility. Obstinacy shuts doors and ends relationships … which is sometimes necessary, just as careful determination is.
Round and round we go, where we’ll wind up, nobody knows … because we never wind up anywhere, due to the constant cycle of upward momentum, experienced by all.
Be mindful of how you approach people in word or deed … the reciprocation will be according to effort given.
Life is a flow experience, constantly shifting and morphing into something, someone, new. When traits are seen in others, please know, these trait also reside in you … you would not recognize them otherwise. Once this is understood, it’s easier to hold compassion for those we encounter.
Observation is key. Not only of others, but of self, whether it is deemed a positive or a negative.
Everything that is wrong with this world is not just out there. When we accept responsibility for our output, either before, or after a brief tantrum, we can understand our progress in ‘process’.
Sometimes I feel like that crazy cat who runs up a tree chasing birds. Gotta talk myself down, get out of the tree and stand on the ground.
Embracing who we are as individuals is a difficult task.
Through life many of us were neglected, and when we did receive attention, it may have been negative.
Growing up we may have developed the idea that somehow we were not worthy of love, or respect. Perhaps we entered the adult world and picked up where others left off and became our own worst enemy, abusing self, and allowing others to do the same.
Once we begin to cultivate self-love, and self-respect, denying others the right to harm us in words or deeds, we can never go back, no matter how minor the offense.
Others may try to tell you your “words” are not acceptable, that the way you express your thought is not sufficient, or lacking in some way.
It never fails … they will always be there, waiting to try and mold you into their preferred version of you.
Ppfffftt ….
Once we get to a certain point, it cannot be tolerated, not even in the slightest.
Embrace your authenticity. If it “rubs” people wrong, the issue is with them, not you ….
Of course, to be understood and have your ideas and perspectives accepted or at least pondered on by others, a certain tact must be used in the verbiage chosen.
I’m still working on tact.
And while I appreciate, and am grateful for suggestions, a cold, and seemingly superior ‘instruction’ as to my BE-ing will always be rejected.
No one usurps my will …. no one …. not any longer.
May you embrace your authentic self in a fierce manner which leaves no room for manipulation by others.
Respect …. when you have it for self, you tend to demand it from others.
And if they are not capable, if they insist on looking down their nose in a superior fashion … Let. Them. Go.
