Perhaps the most important question you can ask a potential love partner relates to their relationship with the shadow—their own, and the shadow that emerges in the relationship itself. That is, “How much work are you willing to do on yourself and the relationship when the sh%t hits the fan? Are you willing to go as deep as we have to go to work it through, or are you only interested in a breezy, low-maintenance relationship?”
Few people ever talk about this during the romantic phase, because they are not envisioning the challenges to come. Yet it is an essential inquiry. I have known many people who were shocked to watch their ‘great love’ walk out the door when the connection required personal accountability and therapeutic work-through. Some of us will brave the journey; others will flee the fire.
Some of us will do the work to transform our stories into the light at their source; others will run away with their ‘tales’ between their legs, only to find out later that their tales go with them everywhere they go.

There was a time not so long ago when certain societies understood the essential and harmonious link between Rights and Responsibilities. Lately it seems everyone is so busy defending their Rights that they’ve forgotten the other part.
Right: Freedom of Speech Responsibility: Respect for others
Right: Wealth Responsibility: Generosity
Right: Innovation Responsibility: Preservation
In Chinese philosophy Yin and Yang are complementary forces which interact to form a dynamic system in which the whole is greater than the assembled parts.
But somewhere along the way the Yin and the Yang have diverged. Most of today’s challenges exist because people loudly defend their rights but quietly dismiss their responsibilities. And when rights are exercised without responsibility they become divisive. So we end up with lots of people shouting and very few people listening. Harmony is lost.
The reason we meditate isn’t just to look inwards so we might become better versions of ourselves (although that’s an important step). The end game is Compassion, to look beyond ourselves, so that we might become better listeners again.
Because when we listen, we understand. And when we understand, we expand. Only then do we recognize our responsibility to defend the rights of others, rather than simply protesting our own.
Renewal of Peace ~ It is important to maintain peace with all aspects of your life, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Inner imbalances can often manifest in your daily life if you don’t make time to take care of yourself. It doesn’t matter whether or not your imbalance is a negative one. Wing optimistic to the point of believing yourself to be invincible can also lead to challenges. Balance is best achieved through listening to your body. Take time for yourself. Allow your inner power to heal and return to being peace-filled. This will assist you and make you stronger.
Clear Out the Old ~ Whatever you are experiencing now is a creation that you have brought into existence from past thoughts and feelings. While in this moment it may have you caught up, you can let go and begin to dream of a new reality. Let go of the aspects of this creation that no longer serve you or have purpose. Release also any material possessions that do not serve the new dream you now want to create. Know that where you are now, you can create anew and begin again.
Love Matters ~ The way you handle things is important. There will always be many challenges and life lessons as that is part of this experience. Choose the learn from your encounters. Get your heart ready to receive and allow for the various emotions you may be feeling. Consider what makes you happy. It is time for you to allow yourself a day of enjoyment. Love who you are and be willing to give and receive love unconditionally.
Heighten Your Vitality ~ Tap into the depths of your being and draw on your personal power. If you feel like your energy is low, infuse your mind with the warmth of sunlight and visualize this light bringing new energy into you. You have energetic reserves to draw on. Allow this energy boost to flow through you. Connect with others or do something you love to continue creating the change you need. Spend time with a friend. Smile, laugh and share human touch.
Trust Your Own Understanding ~ The information you are reviving is reliable and accurate. Look deeply into the situation before making any commitments. You have the foresight and ability to discern that there is more here than meets the eye. Everything will be revealed in the appropriate time. Don’t feel the need to prove yourself. Be patient and allow things to unfold as they will. Trust in your own observations and knowledge – they hold your truth.

We salute your courage. We honor your free choice to evolve and establish peace, unity consciousness, and liberty on your planet.
Some of you started this process within the last few years and there are others among you who have been on this journey for decades. Finally, you all know that you are not alone. But indeed, you have woken up in vast numbers and now you clearly see that you all amount into an army for Source.
Those of you who have been on this journey for a very long time see the significance within this knowing. In recent years your life might have been quite lonely but now a whole new world of endless possibilities in form of human connection has opened up.
You are not alone.
You are many.
You have been ridiculed, dismissed, and treated like a lunatic. And there are millions if not hundreds of millions of you around the world.
Now that you have learned about your abilities and possibilities and know that there is a vast number of your kind out there you must not lose faith.
When you hear people speak of trusting the plan we would like to once again stress the fact that there is indeed a plan being played out. This, however, is not a worldly plan. It’s not political nor created by the military.
But the plan we speak of is the divine plan. Made by the most powerful beings in the universe. It’s the ascension of Gaia.
The goddess is rising. She is the goddess of ALL creation. Neither does she ask for anything nor does she need anyone.
This is why nothing can stop what’s coming.
This is why it’s going to be biblical.
As the goddess rises we too have the opportunity to evolve and rise with her. The forces of evil do not have this ability. They are fourth-dimensional beings -for them, it’s game over.
There’s absolutely nothing to worry about. Allow 3D to finish it’s last acts of desperation as it is crumbling.
You are beings of incredible power and you will soon remember your own divinity.
As you continue to raise your consciousness unconditionally, you will witness a heightened evolution in all human consciousness that will ultimately lead to its full manifestation which marks the total dissolution of the illusion of the 3D power struggle construct.
Be in this world not of it.
Hold the light, dear humans. This is the ride of your lifetime.

Let me please also be VERY CLEAR and straight – There WILL BE MILLIONS who don’t want to see or want to go with Ascension. They are programmed so deeply the one way or “hold the hell so tightly” that they will not take this path. And this can be neighbours, friends, lovers, family members and others. This is for me the “heartbreak” here.
But all of this will not happen tomorrow – we still have a short time where we can try to wake up people.
Come to me Air, so fresh and so clean, grant mental power – keep my thoughts sharp and keen. Bring creativity – bring clarity, too. Lend your positive aspects to all that I do.
Come to me Water, so flowing and free, lend compassion and love and gentility. Grant understanding, and tempers, please soothe – and life’s little problems, please help me to smooth.
Come to me Fire, so warm and so bright. As I walk through this life, my pathway, please light. Please help me to live and to love with pure zest – standing up for the Truth, when I’m put to the test.
Come to me Earth, so rich and so moist, bestow, please, your gifts of serene peace and joy. Grant your stability and ethical ways, so I may help others, the rest of my days.
Akasha, please come, and work with these four and balance their aspects within me once more. Transform my life, for you hold the key to changing me into that which I should be.

A wise woman who was traveling in the mountains found a precious stone in a stream. The next day she met another traveler who was hungry, and the wise woman opened her bag to share her food.
The hungry traveler saw the precious stone and asked the woman to give it to him. She did so without hesitation. The traveler left, rejoicing in his good fortune. He knew the stone was worth enough to give him security for a lifetime. But a few days later he came back to return the stone to the wise woman.
“I’ve been thinking,” he said, “I know how valuable the stone is, but I give it back in the hope that you can give me something even more precious. Please give me what you have within you that enabled you to give me the stone.”

I was visited my a masculine and feminine presence this morning.
I rose and kissed the masculine and said, “You’re a genius!” I have no idea why I thought this, other than he posed as my CAD man, who happens to be a genius when it comes to designing packaging.
Then I looked at the female … she had a very hostile energy … it was really heavy and gross, to be franc.
So this morning, as I felt the residuals of her presence, I asked that they keep her away from me.
Her energy is what I felt as I was working to protect my Soul from the attacks of many years.
I say to these, “I want nothing to do with anyone who’s goal is to bring about suffering to life. And I want nothing to do with any portion of the masculine who makes it a point to join energies with ones such as this … so please, ALL of you, stay away from me. I cannot allow Self to partner with this …”
And yet, at the same time, I know these are the keepers of time, those who “manage” life and determine the fate of each child born, already knowing the previous life and the interactions of said child … Soul. They mete out the suffering according to their own frustrations.
I ask them kindly to keep their distance.
For I know insisting does no good for these ones. Of course, neither does asking kindly, but I express my wishes in the gentless way possible, for I know anger only fuels them.
