Take a moment to assess what is really going on at this time. You are holding on to control and not allowing many wonderful blessings to come in to your life. Grant yourself an opportunity to get into the sunshine. You deserve to receive this new prospect. Resistance can create unnecessary blocks. Interference can be caused by a multitude of energies including your own attitude, other people, the weather and so on. Create the opportunity to regroup and don’t feel the need to fight what is happening – it’s a waste of energy. Find something else to do and wait until there is a better flow to finish the task at hand. The willingness to try something new is all that is needed to create something wonderful.
Just as a full moon sheds its light on our world, you are being shown that there is hope and guidance for you. Have faith. Just holding on to a belief in yourself will plant the seed of manifestation in your life. You are being asked to release any worry or fear that you may be harboring. The clarity you desire is at hand. All you need is something in which to place your faith. So trust in yourself, your support and the Divine. You will be assisted in difficult times. This can also signify inspiration and new love. There is a shedding of light on hidden treasures or surprises.
Look around in nature. Notice the new beginnings, new experiences and new choices being shown to you. They will only be evident to you if you take the time to look for these subtle messages. You are on the first steps along a new path. You are being offered a blank page – what are the first words you would like to write on it? Your possibilities are endless. You are in complete control of your life. This is a new beginning on your journey. Love in the present and trust in your own abilities. Plant your seeds and willingly venture into new territory.
There is a ripple effect of energy flowing from you. Be positive. Simply staying happy and sending that happiness out from your heart will benefit those around you. As you adjust your motives and attitudes, this energy flows from you in concentric circles affecting all of your desires and beliefs. There is a chance to bring good fortune and influences to all of the events in your life. As circles always represent cycles, know that you are continually going in and out of cycles, growing and changing. With every ending comes a new beginning. Trust that the positive energy you radiate will attract what you wish for.
If you have a goal or vision, be sure to provide the right surroundings for that dream to flourish. Positive self talk, affirmations, being kind to yourself, celebrating your talents and successes – all of these create fertile soil for your dreams to take root and grow. Sometimes, when you push too hard it can hinder the harmonious unfolding of your journey. Trust the process, relax, and allow nature to take its course. Belief and positive support is needed to accomplish your goal. Keep in mind Nature makes growing and blossoming look effortless but the secret is in all the details – position, sun, soil, air, water and nourishment. Make sure you are taking the steps necessary to attain your perfect environment.
This image is a representation of the harmony of opposites, masculine and feminine. You have the ability to give love freely to yourself and to others. It is important to understand that you are whole, complete and perfect now and will enhance the life of another. Love can happen. Love is the truth of all situations. Love the soul embodied inside you. Express more love in your life and allow yourself to feel loved. Everything happens exactly when it is supposed to. In that order, everything that happens is supposed to take place. You bring a bright light and individuality into this world.
I’ve come to the realization that the things and people in my life are there because I chose them, or allowed them to be.
I’ve also realized that I have been ‘settling’ … I’ve been settling for a shitty situation when beauty is right out in front of me, and I see it while others enjoy it. I hold myself back from it, while putting another before myself.
I’ve somehow convinced myself that by catering to another’s needs that I’m being caring and kind … when in actuality, I’ve become an enabler for one who cannot, or will not, take care of their own problems and needs.
When expressing my thoughts about this I was asked, “So, your problems are my problems?”
What a lovely and transparent thing to say. Now I am free from making their problems my problems any further.
Now, I come to the point of creating my future. I can tell you, it does not look like this.
Self love requires me to put myself first in the coming days, especially with this realization of how little my efforts to ensure the comfort and needs of another being met have been valued so very little.
I will not settle for this crappy situation in my future.
It is only I who can change it, by making new and different choices.
Self-love …
One cannot possibly love another sufficiently if one cannot even love themselves properly.
I write about this for the simple act of visually reading and acknowledging my own situation, and for convincing myself it is time to be a little bitchy … I’m no stepping stool.
Today is a day to focus on my home. What does it mean to have a home? Is it a particular building? A specific set of rooms? Or is it the time when I feel safe, secure and loved? If it is, then my home can be anywhere. And I can always make others feel that they too are home by sharing those feelings of well-being.

Shadow:Love that you are different ~ You have strengths and weaknesses, and both are worthy of love. Know them, honor them, and do not heed those who tell you that you must change in order to fulfill their expectation of you. You will never be who others expect you to be. You can only be the unique individual you are meant to be. Love that you are different for it is your differences, and loving those differences, that make you truly beautiful.
Soul: Surrender to the flow ~ Through Choice and action you can steer the course of your life. But sometimes a need to control every outcome can have you caught up in a whirlpool instead of moving forward. You may move in the direction of your choosing, but it may not be the direction in which you need to journey. Loosen your grip. Surrender yourself to the flow, and trust that you will find yourself exactly where you need to be.
Let Two Become One ~ Share yourself with the one that you love. Be their best friend and let them be yours. Let your trust in each other be unshakeable, and your love be strengthened by knowing and accepting each other’s flaws and weaknesses, and still loving each other despite them. Give yourself completely, trusting that you will not lose your independence or sense of self, but instead become two halves of a stronger, loving whole.

It felt like there was this unseen fog all around me. It was shrouding my energy and it felt like I was drifting in a sea of difficult emotions.
I was leading a healing retreat at the time and just 5 minutes before, I was in deep peace, joy and love.
But when we stopped for a break, I started to feel anxiety creeping in… my energy and my vibration took a nosedive and in an instant, I lost that zen feeling.
I was confused at first and I didn’t know what was going on. Then, boom… it hit me.
“This isn’t mine.”
If you’re reading this, you probably know that everything is energy. And this means you, and me and the people around us, the trees, the grass and the stars in the sky…
It’s ALL energy.
This also means, there’s a whole lot going on that cannot be seen with our eyes, only felt with our emotions.
So when you experience a sudden, intense mood shift and when you feel yourself drop into a low vibrational, negative emotion, what’s really happening is you’re unconsciously feeling energy of the place you’re in or feeling the energy of the people around you.
And a lot of the time, if you don’t address this, guess what? You’ll probably spend the rest of the day, feeling this icky energy and it can spill over into your relationships, your conversations, your work, and all of your decisions and it can create negative outcomes.
So I want to share a 4-step process you can use to rise above it, so you’re not pulled into a “rabbit hole” of negative emotions that don’t belong to you.
I work with this method all the time and it’s so simple anyone can do it.
Here’s how it goes:
Step #1: Ask Yourself “Is this energy mine?”
Wait a second or two and allow the answer — yes or no — to rise up from your intuition. If you get a no, move on to step 2 (if it’s a yes, go to step 3 and you’re done… no need for step 4)
Step #2: Identify the Source
Think about who you talked to or who you were thinking of or consider if there’s anything big going on in the world – maybe a disruptive event.
Step #3: Visualize the Light of Unconditional Love
This is where you start to dial all the way up to the frequency of love because when you tune into love, any negative emotions and energies that were transferred to you can be quickly transmuted and released.
I like to connect with divine, unconditional love and I do this by visualizing what I like to call “The Light of Unconditional Love.” I see this as a beautiful, deep purple light and I see it coming down from above and touching my forehead. Then I see it fill my entire body and the energy field all around me (you might want to play with different colors so you can find one that resonates with you).
Step #4: Send the Light of Unconditional Love
This final step is about sending the Light of Unconditional Love to the person or people or event that you identified in Step 2. Visualize this light wrapped around them like a love bubble and then send that bubble off far, far away, up into the sky until you can’t see it anymore in your mind’s eye.
You can never go wrong with sending love… never, ever. Love is our nature it’s what we’re made of. It fuels us, and it transforms us. When you learn to release and let go when you know how to give yourself love and send love to others, you start to heal yourself on a deep level, and you start to heal the world.
We belong to the same, invisible energetic tapestry of pure, unconditional love and so we are one…One heartbeat. One truth. One love.
Always. So, that day on the retreat when I was suddenly hit with negative energy, I checked in and asked myself…Who did I talk to? Who could be thinking about me?
Then, I did these 4 steps and I was back to feeling calm and at peace in under a minute.

It’s time to have an emotional, or physical, spring clean. It’s time to let go of the past so you can be open to what the future may bring.
Magic is the mysterious and coincidental. It is at the heart of those moments of synchronicity and knowing. It is woven into the awareness that there is more to life than what you can see. It is born of that moment when you step without fear and walk with loving heart into the Void, once your desire, and have Great Spirit send his messengers to show you the way. Trust in Magic. It is real, and it surrounds you.
