Mass Meditations on 11/11/20 at 11:11am EST US/Canada. State the intent of the meditation, which this time is for fully activating the Ascension Timeline on Earth now. Bringing complete freedom to the planet. Find yourself in a relaxed state & position, breathe deeply, relax.

Begin visualizing the Great Central Sun, waves of light emanating from there, reaching & washing all of Earth. With each breath you take, see the light within your heart center expanding, so grand, enveloping the planet. No negative/low frequency timelines exist for Earth any longer, only 5D and above. With each breath, visualize you are infusing the 5D Earth reality with your soul’s light, and activating this reality in the NOW.

Recite a few times: I, with Earth and humanity now exist in the 5th dimensional reality. So it is.

UPDATE: Our unified efforts according to the Schumann Resonance.

Be bold, and mighty forces will aid you. Take action. Good luck favors the brave.

Today I will start a new journey. I will not wait until everything is just right. I know there will always be challenges, obstacles, and imperfect conditions. So what! I will get started now. With each step I will grow stronger, more skilled, and more confident. I will take a risk and I will succeed.

You are transforming. Let go of the past. Embrace the light and joy of this new day.

Today I will embrace transformation. I have the courage to let go of the past. I will eliminate the negatives in my life and make room for all things positive and beautiful. I can choose to grow and I know it is I who must do the choosing. I give thanks for this new day, a new start, and a new life.

Trust the process and be patient. Becoming cannot be rushed. Change is beautiful.

Today I embrace the transformation in my life. I will not be upset with things I cannot change, for change has its own timing. Instead, I will let go and flow into this powerful process. Once it starts I know it will not stop. Right now I will have patience with myself, forgive myself and love myself. I know I am an amazing being on a journey to beautiful change.

Possibilities

There is a possibility that cannabis has been made legal only because by using it, you lock yourself into the 3D matrix. Using any drug, smoking or abusing alcohol can potentially cause a “hook” which will ensure the soul remains in 3D.

Foods also have a particular affect on the ability to ascend …

It is a challenge to be kind to self when self has been taught to be so destructive toward its own nature.

It is difficult for me especially because my roommate always bakes these delicious processed foods, which I eat most of, because he does not.

Meats can be a triggering aspects of remaining hooked into 3D too … in particular, pork.

I go through waves of being kind to self, and being self-destructive.

I hope some day while I’m in a mode of being quite kind to my body and life that it ‘sticks’ and stops swaying between the polarities.

Oh how I would love to rise, to leave behind this 3D matrix.

Do I have what it takes to leave behind all habitual patterns which weigh the body, spirit and soul down?

Who knows … I guess we’ll find out … although I’m ‘told’ there won’t be any recollection of the struggle.

It’ll be what it’ll be.

I think Ivanka Tump is already in 5D … no one in 3D appears so perfect. How many others are already ‘there’?

See the gifts in challenge. One can be taught within the calm. But the greatest lessons are learned from the storms.

Today I will remember the wins in my life and not my defeats. I know that growth is the outcome of adversity. I am stronger not because I fall down, but because I can get back up. I give thanks for the storms of life and know that on the other side will come the sun.

We are all becoming. Surrender to your changes. Release your fear. Trust this powerful process.

Today I remember the infinite rhythm of life. I will not be afraid of the darkness for it is always followed by the light. I will not be surprised when the light seems to fade for it is just a part of the process. I know life is a circle of birth, death, and rebirth. I will not fear. Today I will create a place of stillness. I will take time for my dreams and give thanks for my life. I will look within and find the peace I seek for it is always with me. I will make myself and my world a sacred space with a magic cloak of gratitude and I will be happy.

Something wonderful is happening. Change is in the air. Open yourself to blessings on their way.

Today I know that something wonderful is going to happen. I will keep my eyes and ears open for the guideposts to these unknown blessings. I give thanks for change and the faith that life is about to get even better than I ever thought possible.
