My happiness is me, not you. Not only because you may be temporary, but also because you want me to be what I am not.
I cannot be happy when I change merely to satisfy your selfishness nor can I feel content when you criticize me for not thinking your thoughts, for not seeing like you.
You call me a rebel, yet for each time I have rejected your beliefs, you have rebelled against mine.
I do not try to mold your mind. I know you are trying hard enough to be just you and I cannot allow you to tell me what to be, for I am concentrating on being me.
You said I was transparent and easily forgotten but why then did you try to use my lifetime to prove to yourself what you are?
“Indeed, we are our own happiness and each time we have strayed from ourselves we have been led to despair. We cannot find ourselves in others. We cannot live for others nor can we use them for our own self-affirmation. We cannot always be what others want us to be, for what they want may not be what we are and that is all that we have. We can only rely upon ourselves. This is such a simple fact, yet it is perhaps the greatest single cause of human psychological struggle and pain. It is often easier to become what others desire but in so doing we relinquish our dreams, abandon our hopes and ignore our needs. This leaves one feeling abandoned, weakened and impotent, without a genuine self.” ~ Leo Buscaglia
As the energy of chaos is released from your fields, mind body spirit, it may feel as though something is missing. You may wonder if the rapture happened and you got left behind.
Breathe.
You’re being returned to a state of purity, innocence and joy.
It’s going to feel uncomfortable as the burden of chaos you’ve been under is relieved. You may want to cry. You may be tempted to belittle self, the old habitual patterns of self-betrayal … Increase your self-care practices. Try not to embrace the old habitual patterns of negativity. They are clinging to you for dear life.
Don’t beat yourself up if you slipped into an old experience. It’s a memory fighting to survive. Gently acknowledge it, visit it, remember it, and release it once more.
Be kind to yourself as you flow into the new, and residuals slip away.
Years ago during the onset of spiritual battle, I still smoked. There was a spirit of a boy who would plead with me not to smoke. He would say, “Please don’t smoke! You’re so beautiful!” It took me a whole year before I was able to let that habit go … 26 years after starting, approved by mother at age 11.
Last night I took a puff off one of those vape pens. It tasted chemical. My lungs burned. It hurt to take the next breath.
I thought about the energy of the heart chakra. I thought about the heaviness that had just been planted over my heart, this “cloud cover” of smoke.
I thought about energy. I thought about this heart space being absolutely covered in this tar, this smoke … the heart doesn’t “shine” like it should …
Spirit has difficulty “seeing” the shining ones, they are covered in this filth. Now, cannabis legalized, even more people are “covering” themselves.
It is my hope that this awareness has brought light to the truth of these coverings, placed upon the light, the energy systems of our brothers and sisters … manipulated into thinking, no harm no fowl.
Tinctures and lozenges are probably the wisest way to utilize, or juicing the leaves. Smoking … protect your energies … let God see you….
These photos show the “physical” result, but what does it look like in the spirit? Probably just as bad.
Unfortunately, all the toxins in the foods, the injectable toxins, they all are formulated to dim the light of Gods children so he won’t recognize them.
I know quitting smoking is difficult. I also know the spirits of envy who make it very tempting, convincing it is “medicine”. And it is. Utilized responsibly.
May the Most High see through these manipulations and illusions, freeing His children! Amen!
Perhaps life has been so difficult because you’re clearing ALL karmic debt in this one life experience. Go easy on yourself. You may not even be consciously aware of the enormity of challenge you accepted … to be free. Don’t quit now.
Please Jah, let it rain Let it wash all this wickedness away So much sorrow, so much pain Let the sun come out to shine another day
Please Jah, let it rain And if our roots are strong we will remain Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain, let it rain, let it rain
In the beginning there was only Love All was connected to the Most High above Every creature lived in harmony There was no language for the word enemy
All animals were equal under Jah sun There was just enough food for everyone There were no squabbles and no ego trips There was no language for the word ownership
Then along came mankind, eager to prove his worth and his might To conquer the land, conquer the seas, conquer the skies A God in his own eyes
But be careful you build your house too high Standing on your tiptoes trying to touch the sky, you’re gonna topple Look how your foundation crumble You had everything you could need, but you just couldn’t keep it simple
Please Jah, let it rain Let it wash all this wickedness away So much sorrow, so much pain Let the sun come out to shine another day
How long will we wait for humanity to come around Is the gap too great to cross this divide and be reunited
I should have known it, I should have seen it coming creeping like a shadow on my heart, hungry like a vampire I should have felt it, historically the signs were there for all to see, esoterically hidden in plain sight So gather your freedom and hold it tight, yeah we’re gonna live it up tonight Follow me brother cause babylon never discover the treasure that we hold, oh no
How long will we wait, open the doors of Zion gate We will suffer no more Can’t you hear we knocking, knocking at your door
How long will we wait Will we open the seventh and seal our fate Is the gap too great, to cross this divide and be reunited
‘Cause they will never give up, ’til they sucked every last drop of blood from out of our veins So we got only one choice, listen closely to my voice, we got to take back our freedom
Please Jah, let it rain Let it wash all this wickedness away So much sorrow, so much pain Let the sun come out to shine another day
We come from the land of the ice and snow From the midnight sun where the hot springs flow The hammer of the gods Will drive our ships to new lands To fight the horde, sing and cry Valhalla, I am coming
On we sweep with threshing oar Our only goal will be the western shore
Ah-ah, ah! Ah-ah, ah!
We come from the land of the ice and snow From the midnight sun where the hot springs flow How soft your fields so green Can whisper tales of gore Of how we calmed the tides of war We are your overlords
On we sweep with threshing oar Our only goal will be the western shore
So now you’d better stop and rebuild all your ruins For peace and trust can win the day despite of all your losing

The Healing Power Within
The human body is a remarkable system that has evolved over millions of years to survive and thrive in various environments. One of the key features of this system is its ability to heal itself from injuries, infections, and diseases. The body’s healing mechanisms are intricate and multifaceted, involving various organs, tissues, cells, molecules, and processes.
One of the main components of the body’s healing system is the immune system. The immune system is a network of cells and organs that defend the body against foreign invaders, such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, and toxins. The immune system consists of two branches: the innate immune system and the adaptive immune system. The innate immune system is the first line of defense that responds quickly and broadly to any potential threat. It includes physical barriers (such as skin and mucous membranes), chemical barriers (such as saliva and stomach acid), cellular barriers (such as white blood cells), and inflammatory responses (such as fever and swelling). The adaptive immune system is the second line of defense that responds more slowly and specifically to each threat. It includes specialized cells (such as B cells and T cells) that produce antibodies and memory cells that remember previous encounters with pathogens.
The immune system works in harmony with other systems in the body to facilitate healing. For example, the circulatory system delivers oxygen and nutrients to the injured tissues and removes waste products. The nervous system regulates pain perception and sends signals to initiate healing responses. The endocrine system releases hormones that modulate inflammation and tissue repair. The lymphatic system drains excess fluid and debris from the affected area. The skeletal system provides support and protection for the injured tissues. The muscular system contracts and relaxes to promote blood flow and movement.
The body’s healing mechanisms are also influenced by our mental and emotional state. Research has shown that stress can impair the immune system’s function and increase susceptibility to infections and diseases. On the other hand, positive emotions such as happiness, gratitude, love, and optimism can enhance the immune system’s function and accelerate healing. Furthermore, psychological factors such as beliefs, expectations, attitudes, and coping skills can affect how we perceive and respond to illness.
Therefore, understanding how the body heals itself is essential for optimizing our health and well-being. By supporting the body’s natural healing processes, we can enhance our recovery from illness and prevent complications. By managing our stress and emotional well being, we can boost our immunity and resilience. By adopting a positive and proactive mindset, we can influence our health outcomes and quality of life.
