Behind her looks to be density, matter, and viruses … cogs in the wheel, gears for that which turns muck into life …. in front of her is the flower of life, a galaxy and stars, beautiful, glistening light.
She is between both worlds, deciphering the truth, with the help of a shell …. “you can hear the ocean” and so much more…
There are many tuning in now. Still hinged on the chaos of the material plain, striving for the stars, the outer worlds.
Yet they are listening ….
Be certain to focus on the ringing in the ears, and not so much on “words” coming in a steady stream.
The universe speaks in feeling, in emotion, in a manner just below the conscious level most times and our guides and friends use very little verbiage, but they use words that mean a whole lot, be they few.
Any entity that is streaming a novel deserves scrutinizing.
Neuroplasticity happens when connections are made across the neural network in our brain. Essentially, our brain creates super-highways that it travels quickly in response to outside stimuli. Thought patterns that are repeated often create massive highways that the thought travels on. The more the thought occurs, the more it will occur.
One of the most effective ways to reprogram the mind, to reformat the consciousness, is through using affirmative statements. I share with you examples that you may find helpful should you wish to use them to assist in reformatting the thinking mind.
I am becoming blessed with the ability to truly see. To see what is real rather than what appears to be.
Love is within all. It provides a way through which healing can occur and peace embodied.
Guilt or shame only signify that I am leaving behind a smaller life.
I am watched over and protected. That which has been bothering me will not be able to harm me. I will prevail.
I shift perspective.
I look through the eyes of love rather than fear.
I am expanding my perception.
My ability to see the light in all things is unfolding. I nourish this in my heart with loving acceptance.
The powers of transformation are at my command.
I can change any failure into success. My only limits are those I impose upon myself.
I have skill and talent; I am developing them. I do everything I need to be at my best.
I believe in destiny. I have purpose and reason for being.
I am beginning a new phase in life that promises prosperity.
I remember life’s exquisite loves. I honor them. They have been my teachers.
I have the ability to bring my dreams into form.
I clear my energy and the energy of my environment.
I prepare for what is ahead. I clear away the old that no longer has purpose in my life. I begin the process of renewal. Shedding, with ease and grace.
I have the power to change my life. I face my fear and align with the Light.

Other sentient life forms are found on Earth all the time but we have now been trained to reject clear proof separating us more from the reality of the existence of other Creations, many of whom are very intelligent.
Basically, they think of 100 reasons why something might go wrong. And all of those thoughts then struggle to become things, sometimes overriding their more constructive thoughts.
That’s the power of worry.
Now, let’s say you want something fantastic to manifest in your life.
Hypothetically, let’s say you want a Carefully laid out agenda. (I know you.)
Have you closed your eyes yet and imagined 100 reasons why it might come to you easily, fast, and harmoniously?
Now is not the time to be the life of the party, nor to step forward into the role of leader or teacher. Be cautious. It may not be wise to draw attention to yourself or to reveal your plans to others at this time. Instead, be silent. Step back. Be still. Watch those around you and be mindful of what you see, hear and feel. Trust in your instincts and intuition and let them guide your steps.
Others will not respect the emotional boundaries that you set within your relationships if you do not respect them yourself. Know yourself. Love yourself. If you do not accord yourself with the same care you desire from others, then you will not be shown care. If you do not honor your own truths and dreams then nobody else will. Care for yourself by treating yourself with the same care, and in the same manner, that you wish others to treat you.
Have you been rushing along, living from one moment to the next without thought or care? Have you failed to notice and acknowledge all that you have achieved and accomplished? Stop. Take a moment to pause and reflect upon all that has happened and all that is happening. See how you have grown. See all you have succeeded in accomplishing. Acknowledge and delight in your journey and understand how it has played a part in creating the you who lives in the present.
Walking in the park I saw so many baby squirrels! They are used to people, the park is also a golf course and they have a larger green space with trees to dwell.
This little guy had a mouth full of straw-like substance. I almost walked right into him! I went around and he scurried to his tree. The pic is blurry, but they are so small and cute! Just slightly larger than chipmunks at this stage.
This one is bigger.
The paths were very nice. The wood chips make a nice springy run spot for those who do that. Help absorb the shock of the legs hitting turf.
A beautiful day to consider the ‘nice’ ways I can treat myself. I’m not even sure I really know how anymore.
One thing I DO know, is a scented bath is always relaxing … and so I will have one.
